[Resolved] Railway — payment deducted from bank but ticket not issued | |
Dear Sir I am very much disappointed by IRCTC. I tried to book a ticket today for Jaipur-Gurgaon (transaction id: [protected]) and amount Rs. 390 was deducted but the ticket was not issued. When I checked the failed transaction status it says "Payment not received from the bank." I also filed an online TDR on irctc against a reservation from Jaipur-Gurgaon (transaction id: [protected]) as my train got delayed for 6 hours. I filled this TDR on January 2nd, 2013 and the refund still awaited. I have lost about Rs. 8,000-Rs. 10,000/- on IRCTC due to failed transactions and cancelled tickets (refund not settled) in last about 10 months. I have all the tickets of my reservations and can also submit the bank transaction/ credit card details if needed. Please help me. Thank you Ritu Singh Was this information helpful? | |

Dear Sir,I booked train ticket for 3 o[censored]s from Chennai to Mangalore through the site cleartrip,com and IRCTC for 27/01/2012 by West coast Express. I got the SMS that the money has been deducted for the amount of Rs 2673.00. But no confirmation or PNR has been sent.
So please send me the PNR for the ticket kindly.
