REFUND OF FAILED TRANSACTION-ONLINE BOOKING I booked one SLEEPER[GENERAL] ticket from khandwa to bangalore(Train no12628) on 19-Mar-2013 ON THE INTERNET but the transaction failed due to system fault at the IRCTC website. The amount of money amounting to Rs. 525/- was, however, debited to my ICICI account . Their Failed transaction ID is- [protected] and transaction ref number [protected] dated 19-MAR-2013 So please do the refund to my respective account . on 11/11/12 i booked a tatkal ticket from gzb to jjk , Rs 265 was deducted from my account but the reservation was not not done as the page was disconnected.... the money is not being refunded i want my money back....plz help regarding this issueRahul Kumar
