[Resolved]  Recharge It Now — recharge of prepaid idea

my idea no [protected] was recharged for rs 444 on dt 27-03-09 thr' sbi net banking ref CCA[protected] transfered to [protected] but my mob did not recharge or refund for the same has not been made till date inspite of several requests.

Idea — Online recharge successful but money not credited in my mobile

On 5/19/2010 I have tried to recharge Rs. 65, my Idea mobile no. [protected] online from www.ideacellular.com, using my axis bank debit card. The money is debited from my bank account and also an SMS came on my mobile "Dear customer, Thank you for making a payment of Rs 65.00 on Idea Cellular website. It is being updated in your account". But Rs 65 did not get added in my mobile account.

Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

Idea Prepaid recharge — No recharge against debit

I have recharged my prepaid mobile on 30th December 2010 for Rs.250 and I have got error message immediately.I once again repeated recharge transaction for same amount and again I got the same message. After 20 minutes I recieved message of Rs.250 recharge credited on my mobile number [protected]. When I checked my account balance I was surprised that there was debit of Rs.250 two times instead on one as till date next amount recharge has not been credited in my mobile.I have given details of transactions from Axis bank online account. Please do the needful to either return my Rs.250 amount or credit recharge of same in my mobile.
Waiting for quick response in this regard.
