i tried to recharge my Sun direct DTH account on[protected] through rechageitnow.Recharge amount of Rs.200 is deducted from my ICICI bank account(Ref BIL/[protected]/BILL JUNCTION PAYMEN/23) but my DTH is not yet recharged.

Rechargeitnow — money deducted but not recharged

My account was debitted for Rs200 but my mob. was not recharged. Nor was there any history of order in the site. The transaction details are as follows:

      i have recharged my mobile [protected] using internet banking facility provided by bank of baroda, modinagar branch using user i.d. uditsoni05gmail.com fron portal rechargeitnow.com on 11/11/2010.
      amount Rs 333/- has been deducted from my bank account without successfull recharge.
      now plz refund the above amount as soon as possible
      I have recharged my mobile [protected] using internet banking facility provided by ING Vysya Bank, Banjara Hills branch using user i.d. [protected]@rediffmail.com fron portal rechargeitnow.com on 04/02/2011.
      amount Rs55/- has been deducted from my bank account without successfull recharge.
      now plz refund the above amount as soon as possible

      I tried to recharge my Airtel no. [protected] twice for Rs. 333 from rechargeitnow.com on[protected] the money got deducted from my debit card account and no recharge was done.After the successful payment from Payu gateway rechargeitnow page showed an error has occurred and the amount will be refunded.
      They have mentioned in the refund policy that the refund for failed recharge will be done within 2 working days but its been 4 days and the amount of Rs.666 (333+333) has not yet been refunded.I have also filed a complaint through the form provided in the website and then I got the Support Ticket for failed recharge that is[protected].

          Hii....my name is megha agarwal.i use rechargeitnow.com site to recharge my airtel mobile.On 1sept 2011 i recharged my airtel mobile no. [protected] with rs333 from sbi debit card bank ac in the name of megha agarwal with a successful recharge of rs333 on 292011 at 12:04am but the amount deducted from my above bank account was rs 333*3=999rs in which rs 333*2=666rs is deducted unnecesarrily.

          I am attaching the details of all the transactions here - failed transactions but amount deducted-

              I am raising this compliant to let you know that through this website "RechargeItNow.com" I tried to recharge my cellphone online which is an Airtel prepaid connection. However there was no successful recharge but my money (Rs.100) was immediately deducted from my bank account on 09/08/2011 when I tried it online. I had then immediately raised a complaint with these people online under their contact us section. Thereafter I got the following response from them in my mailbox:

              Since then I have not heard from them at all not even once. I have raised another complaint after that & also an Escalation ! Yet again I had no response from them nor do I have my money in bank account ! I have also written to them through emails. Yet it seems pointless ! If this is what customer service is all about then perhaps these so called online recharge websites need to enlightened about actual & good customer service ! I hope my complaint will be looked into asap ! I hope to hear from you !

                I tried to recharged my mobile online through the site recharge it now.com for rs 100 on 12th aug.Money deducted from my account via net banking but this amount dint came up as balance in my phone.Neither was any notification shown by this site as in mail or sms.I am very dissapointed as it is loss of money as well as time.Please take action.I will attach screenshot which shows deduction from my bank balance.Here are the details :

Send several mails to them through their customer care link, still there is no response. Is anybody have any contact nos, of their office?                           On 30.06.2011,I tried recharge of my mobile no [protected][vsnl] on www.rechargenow.com for a sum of Rs 220.00,vide order I D[protected],money was detected from my account,inspite of failed recharge,I reported matter to appropriate forum CONTACT US of www.rechargenow.com at least four times,every time routine answer that they are solving problem within 48 hrs,Till date[18.07.2011 PM] I did not get my refund,bank official informed me that no refund has come to my account.I feel cheated by www.rechargenow.com

                            I had a very bad experience with rechargeitnow.com
                            I have never observed such an unprofessional services from any other online company.
                            I have tried to recharge my mobile-[protected] on 30-June-2011 with INR 444, but it get failed and the amount has been debited from my account.
                            I have waited for 2-3 working days by assuming that amount will get credited by its own process, but nothing happened.
                            then, I had raised a compliant on their online 'contact us' page (Track Id:[protected]).
                            But After raising the complaint from more than 1 week back, No response/resolution has been provided by their team.
                            I had escalated the issue 4 days back, but again no response/resolution from their side.(Track Id:[protected]).
                            I had tried to write a mail on their email '[protected]@rechargitnow.com' but its getting bounced again and again.
                            No customer care number to call them up.
                            I am still trying to follow up with their team and did one escalation again today.
                            I will wait for another 2 days and then I will raise this issue to the consumer court and will take all legal help to get them punished.
                            Now It seems that they are big cheaters or a big fraud company.
                            I will give updates regularly on this thread. Lets just see if 'rechargeitnow' team is listening this and will solve this.

                                I Priyankal, made online recharge of AIRTEL service through rechargeitnow. On[protected] first recharge was made at 9:15 but at that time an amount of Rs 333 was deducted from my netbanking account till the amount was not refund. Also due to urgency i made second recharge operation at 10:00 Pm but again the amount of Rs 333 was deducted from my netbanking account and recharge was not happenced. In this way , rechargeitnow team take an amount of Rs 666 from my account but not provide my the recharge till that time. Plz consider and do the needful..                                     I am sivakumar from bangalore, recharged our BSNL mobile on 06/07/11 for Rs 280 from my citibank credit card . but there was no confirmation page or ID for the amount recharged.
                                    Then second time i recharged for 200. this time recharge successful (Tr Id[protected] message came. but no updation in mobile!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

                                    Then for both transaction i sent mail to "recharge it now.com" ([protected] &[protected] respectively). even today i checked my c card details. the money was not refunded back.

                                      also no further response is being received.
