    Hi,

    I've tried to online recharge my mobile phone from this site. www.rechargeitnow.com,
    the recharge is not done yet..its been 7-8 days. However, The amount from my bank account is also deducted by the recharge money.. but recharge is not done yet. I've submitted complaints 2-3 times to them. In turn i just only get emails from them that we will contact you. This is fraud. They are just giving track id and complaint no and nothing else.

    b. Name of the mobile/DTH operator (eg. Idea, BPL, Dish TV etc.).
    c. Date and exact/ approximate time of recharge.
    d. Amount with which you recharged your mobile/DTH.
    e. Transaction i.d. of the recharge that failed.
    f. Name of Payment Gateway.

    We will start looking into the problem as soon as you provide us the above mentioned information

      I made 3 purchase fro myntra.com using the coupon send to me by recharge it now for which they promised to give Rs.100 recharge coupon for free on every purchase from myntra.com.but they haven't send any coupon neither they are replying to customer care.

        This is to inform you that after a several contacts also my number has not been recharged with rs 100 where as my bank account has debited with the same amount. Now I want to refund the recharged amount to my respective bank account. Below are the details for your reference.

        I recharged my phone on www.rechargeitnow.com on[protected] with a sum of 100 rupees and paid the amount to them through my debit card
        (Order Id: R86220110c11).
        The payment was successful, as 100 rupees was deduced from my account. After some time i received a mail from them which stated that recharge was successful, but no recharge was made.
        I submit a 'support ticket' on their website(Track Id: [protected]) but still(14 days after recharge) neither the recharge is done nor i have got refund.

The recharge has not received to me. i had placed an order for super saver pack of rs 3025 tata sky recharge on 11th march & still i haven't received the recharge. i had even contacted tata sky and they were of the opinion that recharge has not been successful from the onlinewebsite.

                      i had sincerely requested for the refund of my money because i had waited patiently almost for a month for the recharge to arrive at my setup box but it never arrived. i have even contacted citi bank for the transaction details & it states that my amount has been debited my account. so i want my refund of my money so what i can finally recharge my tata sky box from atleast a local dealer.

                                      On 24th March I recharged my aircel number for rs.199 and then I sent all my sbi debit card details but on submitting there was some internal server error and it seemed like the transaction failed. I checked my rechargeitnow account and in my history there was no transaction but to my horror rs.199 was debited from my sbi account. I called up aircel and they informed that no recharge was done. So my question is where is my rs.199? I am a student and I can't afford to lose that much amount of money.

                                        I have recharged my TATA SKY sub. id. [protected] ON 16.03.2010, 5:25-5:35pm by rechargeitnow.com , for rs. 200, first transaction showed failed so i have recharged it again. but on checking my axis bank account i found that my account has been debited twice, but i have received only recharge ..
                                        I have posted the refund complaint in the site itself and receive the mail that

                                        the refund for the above unsuccessful transaction is done on 16th March 2010 itself the amount for the same will be credited to you a/c with 4-5 working days time.
