On 20-June-11, I made a transaction to recharge my Airtel Mobile for Rupees 444.00. They deducted my card but mobile is not recharged. It 10 days now, I have submitted multiple complaints but no response. On enquiry with friends get to know that these many other people also have faced same issue.

Please help me on how to get this issue resolved.

      Rechargeitnow.com,CCAVENUE-Payment Refunded for recharge failure amount not credited to bank A/C

      I made payment of Rs.20 for third party merchant site www.rechargeitnow.com from my ICICI AC NO.[protected] on 06/04/2011 using CCAvenue recharging for bsnl no.[protected].Recharge failed due to some technical problem.

      This is response from rechargeitnow.com - "This is to inform you that the refund for your transaction (Order Id - R[protected], Amount - Rs. 20) has been processed from our end on date[protected] and should be credited to your account within 10 working days. Kindly check your account to confirm this and in-case the amount is not credited within this time then kindly contact your bank".

      It has been nearly two month ,the amount had not yet been refunded to my bank account.My problem is not yet solved.

      Please take necessary action.
      I had already made complain to ICICI bank.No response from them.They are ignoring it.

        I recharged Sun Direct DTH for Rs.200 on 7th June-2011 through rechargeitnow.com at 11.58 am but the transaction was failed and money has been debited from my account.           I have paid Rs. 110/- through www.Rechargeitnow.com and CCAVENUE for topping up my mobile no. [protected] of BSNL Network. The status of the payment has been displayed as success soon after the completion of transaction process from my end. The amount has been deducted from my bank account but recharge of top up has not yet been materialised. I requested the [protected]@rechargeitnow.com and [protected]@ccavenue.com either to recharge or revert the amount Rs. 110/- to my bank account immediately, but so far no response from them. It seems that both www.rechargeitnow.com and www.ccavenue.com are big cheaters/hackers/electronic thieves. The particulars of the transaction are given below for ready reference.

                my name is Amareswara Reddy venna i recharged my mobile for amount for rs. 50 through www.rechargeitnow.com On dated 2011/05/12 the money was deducted but the recharge was not done.It is not refunded back of deducted amount in HDFC bank account kindly please refund back my deducted amount of rs.50 as soon as possible.

                Rechargeitnow.com — Failed recharge, but money deducted.

                I had to recharge my Mobile for GPRS service on Bsnl, I opted for online recharge from this web site. My Mobile No is : [protected], I opted for a recharge of Rs274/- STV. After filling in the details of Credit Card the process started, and finally on the last moment Recharge failed was shown. However the money has been deducted, which is shown on my bill. This was done on 7th of Jan, at 10.13 AM. For complaining this site has noTelephones, No direct Access of any sort, I complained through "contact us" on the site, areply was received on my Email ID that they will start the refund process in three days, if applicable. I had got my recharge done through Bsnl office by paying cash, from pocket, The Refund from above site has not been confirmed nor received in my accounts. On their site itself My account shows all the transaction details, and clearly shows failed recharge, but how they are going to satisfy themselves before making payments I failed to understand.

Today is 20th, lets hope they call me for clearification of any, and how they propose to Refund, All netizens of India please study my case and then decide to use this portal. But I would like to tell all my friends doing online transaction to avoid this company, this is a big fraud! and The government as usual is not interested in such matters as vigilance is required for such fraudsters, looting public money with ease! Why don't the site has a Telephone, or Email posted to look after such complaints. Is it not mandatory for sites doing money transactions?. And how is this forum helping us?

                  I made a transaction on 10.05.2011 to recharge my Dish TV connection for Rs. 3550 thru dishtv site. It took me to rechargeitnow.com where the credit card was processed and after VBV screen it went bank to rechargeitnow.com home page instead of returning back to dishtv. Money has been paid from my card account.

                  I have been following up with dishtv, the eggheads sitting in their call centre ask for a scanned bank statement despite my clarification several times that credit card statement gets generated only on the billing date.

                  I provided bank's transaction number and reference number for this transaction to DISHTV but to no avail.

                  rechargeitnow.com provides no CONTACT INFORMATION (no phone number, no email address, nothing, signs of a scamming site??) on their site as opposed to various other payment sites, it has got a contact us page with a form which fails to submit and after repeated tries when it was successful i got the following email from them. the mailbox from which this email was sent to me cannot be replied to.

                  I have no other option left but to ask my credit card banker to make this transaction as DISPUTED. I will switch to another DTH service provider there are plenty. Dish TV Sucks!!!

                  Problem resolved after I got hold of rechargeitnow phone number. called them, they provided the details required which were given to dish tv to resolve the problem. this complaint can be closed now.

                  PS: Dish TV still sucks. I will switch to another provider after this recharge is over.

                                I disagree towards the complaints people are giving about Rechargeitnow.com. I had recharged for 500 initially the transaction was not success I recieved a mail saying that my money will be refunded in 10 working days after that I had read the review in this site many people were posted their complaints that they wont refund the amount but withing 7 working days itself my money got refunded back to my bank account. So people dont give your hope on getting back the amount approach the contact us with all the details properly your money also will be refunded back. Wish you all the success. No man can live on others hardwork.

                                        I have used www.rechargeitnow.com service for recharging my prepaid mobile number but last month when i recharge my number :[protected] of denomination of Rs 500+ Rs 500 on 21st jan 2011 at 6:38pm out of which one is successful and one failed having Order ID : R[protected],Transaction ID : 1855841 please refer the screen shot. I also got the refund confirmation mail from www.rechargeitnow.com but till now i didn't receive the payment. I got the refund confirmation mail and in that mail they have written that they will refund my amount within 4 to 5 days but till now i didnt recieve, and i also mention one more point as they didnt mention there coustmer care no OR any other emergency no to contact them. i am really very disappointed please do the needful as soon as possible, and also suggest me what to do regarding this issue.
