I Would like to say that on www.rechargeitnow.com i have tried to recharge my number and i also paid RS 201.00 for My number [protected] but it has not been recharged of any amount. I would like to inform you that I have paid amount RS 201.00 through KVB bank of visa debit card on[protected]:31PM and transaction ID is 31863409.

      And finally I want to intimate this message to all users of rechargeitnow.com that they can cheat you anytime so be aware of this site and do not use theses type of third party sites. I have lost approx 600-700 Rs through this site. And they will not resolve your query at any cost as I have already made complaint but found no solution.

        I had tried recharging my airtel mobile through Rechargeitnow.com website. The amount was deducted from online sbi account but mobile was not recharged, neither the amount was refunded to my account. Multiple times I tried to log a ticket through contact us page in rechargeitnow website but no response. I just get an autogenerated email. Escalation option also does not work. Online recharge details are as below:

            I tried recharging a Vodafone number with Rs. 610 on 15th November 2010.
            Amount was deducted from my card but it shown recharge failure. I wonder why it failed. They should convey proper reason.
            As per refund policy, failed recharges are tried again after 2 days, if it fails again, refund is provided within 7 days. Any action is intimated by email. But there was no any email. I tried contacting them through Failed Recharge subject in Contact US on website. No reply from them ,except automated reply which said " There will be delay in response, due to Diwali". I wonder how Diwali could affect in delay, as recharge is done on 15th Nov, which is about a week after Diwali. Escalation on website is not allowing submission, I don't know why.
            Not replying is the worst thing. I want refund of 610 INR urgently. I will never use or recommend rechargeitnow.com henceforward. Many operators provide recharge from their official site now.

                  I have tried to recharge mobile [protected] on[protected]:48 AM, order id R[protected], transaction id 13677614, of amount Rs444.0 from my HDFC account, but no recharge is done and money is not refunded. There escalation option is not working.                     I have filed a complaint in contactus page and have also sent many email to customer support and no response, even after two weeks . Please give me a solution. As i am seeing this below messages, this company is a fraud. Dudes, pls don't use this site(Rechargeitnow.com). Necessary action has to be taken, they can't do the same for long time sure they will get caught soon.

                                      dear sir i have made online recharge on my mobile [protected] dated 07/10/2010 (Rs-370) & 16/10/2010 (Rs-100) through www.rechargeitnow.com this webside at list three times but my recharge not succesful but my same ammount (Rs.470) debited my account i have register complaint to concern webside but they do not give any clarification, now i have a doubt is that online services is true how can we trust them.

                                        dear sir/ madam i have purchased a recharge for my tata-sky id no. [protected]
                                        "on[protected], Order Number: R[protected],Total Amount : IN.R (Indian Rupees) 200.00,Customer's I.P. Address : 27.56.29.79, "
                                        and the second one was,
                                        "on[protected], Order Number: R[protected],Total Amount : IN.R (Indian Rupees) 300.00,Customer's I.P .Address : 27.56.29.79"

                                        i made a contact to this site again on[protected], for a complaint, and i was given a response back, i was made sure that the transaction will be made back to me, and asked to wait till[protected] but there is no response from the site...

                                        http://www.rechargeitnow.com/ — Failed recharge but no return of money

                                        I was recharging my mobile([protected]) through http://www.rechargeitnow.com on 16.02.2012. at the last step the web-page was not loaded properly but the money has been deducted from my card. No balance refund have been done till midnight of 23.02.2012. Please help me to get proper judgement .
