Dear sir,

I've recharged Rs. 550/- my friend bsnl mobile([protected]) through "recharge it now" on 24th Aug'10. But neither the mobile had been recharged nor the debited money had been refunded in my ICICI a/c from where the money was debited through net banking.

Though i've waited for more than 10 days ( approx. 21 days as on date) as per their mail they have send on my e-mail [protected]@gmail.com & further also i've written one mail on 4th sept'10 but till date other than only assurance in my mail; nothing turn to be fruitful. There is also no phone nos. to communicate.

Hence i request you to take necessary action so that this type of false things unhappens.

          Hi ,

          I tried to recharge my Airtel mobile twice on Aug 18th 2010 from RechargeITNow.com and both my transactions are failed but money had been deducted. When i raised this on RechargeITNow.com contact us space , i got a mail stating that the transaction is failed contact bank . But Bank people say that the amount has been debited. Following are the transactions details from the bank.

But the recharge was failed and displayed "Unsuccessful Recharge' and also amount got deducted from the account. when I enquired about this to their support, they informed me that i would get back my amount deducted in 10 working days.

              Hi,

              I really care for my time. So i recharge my mobile phones online.

              I have been using rechargeitnow.com for a while.

              ON 21st May 2010... I tried to recharge my mobile online. But the recharge failed. Following this as i was in desperate need of talktime i tried again & it was successfull then.

              But, to my surprise the amount has been debited twice from my creditvcard account.
              Following which i lodged a complaint over the contactus form on the same portal.

              I had a couple of mails from the customer care over the issue but the issue had not been settled yet.

              Even the Transaction History on my Account over the portal is Blank Now.

              As per the mails the issue should have been settled by now. But it was not settled yet.

              I didn't get the recharge amount for the failed recharge.
              Neither a refund has been given to my credit card account. (I have been checking my online statement thoroughly).
              Neither i had an option to get in touch with the customer care personal to state the issue.

              To my surprise i was unable to post any escalation of the issue. as it is not being accounted.

              Rechargeitnow — amount debited but recharge failed

              Hello Everyone,

              Recgareitnow is a fraud website. THEY HAVE NOT EVEN PROVIDED DIRECT CONTACT NUMBER ON THEIR WEBSITE.

              I tried to recharge my mobile number [protected] (airtel). Rs 333 amount is debited from my account but there is no recharge done ???? Generally in case of failed transaction, the amount is credited back within 3-4 days. But even after 10 days, I dont receive the amount back neither I got any reply from the company regarding status of my complaint. They have not given any email ID or mobile number to contact them. Their is online form (and I am sure they dont check it )

              so dont recharge your mobile using this wensite and inform as many people as you can..

              Rechargeitnow ( Online Mobile recharge) — did not get refund

              On 1st of Aug , I tried to recharge my mobile via internet using www.rechargeitnow.com website.
              333.00 Rs. got deducted from my account however mobile did not get recharged.

              When I logged a complient got bleow reply, later as per below mail, i sent mail to [protected]@ccavenue.com, however till today my money has been got deposted to my account.In the mail it has mentioned that The money should reflect in my account within 2 business days.

              Today,almost 20 days has been passed and even after sending several remiders to [protected]@ccavenue.com , I have not received any feedback or reply from them.

                rechargeitnow.com is playing fraud with its customer .. I recharged 4 time using account at their site .But on 5th time amount deducted from my account but i never got money in my mobile.

                They do not show transaction history on their site nor their customer care team.

                Their only answer is transaction is success at their end if you didnt get recharge amount in your phone then it is not their fault. Just check with the operator( Reliance)

                They are playing frauds .Look like they are making fools of people.

                I TRY TO RECHARGE MY IDEA PHONE ONLINE THROUGH - RECHARGE IT NOW.COM , RUPEES.222/. PAID THROUGH ICICI BANK DEBIT CARD , THEY HAVE DEBIT RS 222/. FROM MY ACCOUNT THEN THEY GIVE REASON FOR TECHNICAL REASON YOUR PAYMENT NOT COMPLETE .

                KINDLY RECHARGE AGAIN , VERY POOR SERVICE BY RECHARGE IT NOW .COM . ILL SUGGEST ALL THE NEW USER OF RECHARGE IT NOW DON'T RECHARGE THROUGH ONLINE , THEY NEVER GIVE MONEY REFUND , EVEN THEY HAVE NOT MENTION THEIR DIRECT CONTACT NO.

                  I tried recharging my mobile number from "www.rechargeitnow.com" on 3 June 2010 TWICE for Rs 2000 but the recharge failed and the amount was deducted from my account. Though i made complaints against them in their site they did not respond. Please help me find a solution and get my refund of Rs.2000 back from them. I am attaching a screen shot of the document stating the transaction.

                      I have recharged my mobile on 13th of May 2010 from Recharge it now for Rs333/- (Airtel Mobile) and till date I have not recieved my amount in the phone. I have given complaint and the only response which I recieve was the automatic generated service reply. The site has not even contacted me or not even refund my amount. I believe the customer care is really peathetic for this site. I think those who ever care for their money shoul not go for this site. it will be much better you can keep your mobile unrecharged and can recharge from any shop rather than doing it from this site.

                        i have recharged through this 'rechargeitnow.com' for my Sun direct on 9-5-10 for Rs. 130 thro SBI net banking,... amount was deducted but, recharge was not done... i was in hurry, so i tried once more with SBI Debit card,.. but the result was same.. I hve posted complaint on the same day.. Still i havent received any feedback from them... My money is neither refunded nor recharged...

                        Yesterday I tried to recharge my mobile No. [protected] for Rs. 100 /- through www.rechargeitnow.com and used Net Banking ( Axis Bank ) and after successful payment , I got a mail that Failed recharge . Then again I tried immediately for the same cell no. and same amount and again same result .

                        After launching complain on their web site , I got Rs.100 /- creditied in my prepaid balance and there is no response from them for the other transaction.

                            Without knowing all this, my brother again tried to recharge for his Aircel mobile on 18th of may... Even the same happened... He forgot to note down the Order ID so tat to lauch a complaint...(the condn is even worse...)

                            I heard its a cheating portal site... But i trusted them and used it for urgency... But they proved to be so... and i repent for it and suggesting al my frnds not to use it anymore...

                            I dont know why even service providers like sundirect, aircel, airtel... suggesting this site....

                            Sir, I have recharged the amount of Rs.208/- for dish tv subcription on 15.04.2010 . the amount is deducted from my account, but, no recharge till now. I have sent emails to them but all are getting bounced. In my transaction history also only last two transaction are showing. what to do

                                    account on 15 days back and till now I dont see my phone is not

                                    I requested a Recharge of Rs.500/- through www.rechargeitnow.com via my Debit Card.
                                    The money was debited from my Account but i didnot receive any recharge on my Mobile Number. It was confirmed by Customer Care that no recharge has been Credited to my Mobile Number. The site sent me a Successful Recharge Reciept. After mailing them so many times, they didnot respond at all.

                                    On 27th Nov.2011 I had to recharge Mob.No.[protected] on line as the market was closed at that time. Twice I tried for a recharge of Rs.300/- each (Total Rs.600/-)when it was debited to my account but the recharge was not done in the mobile account.
                                    This is not the first occassion, as in the past also I have been cheated by them with Rs.400/- in a similar manner.
                                    On contacting them through website the complaint is registered saying that it will be recredited within two days but nothing happens.

                                    This is regarding a fraud by Website rechargeitnow.com.

                                    I Recharged from their website My mobile for Rs.500.It was mentioned on their website that I will get Rs.500 as talktime.However I got only 406 as Talk time.

                                    Although the amount is small but it is about principles.One or 2 other of my friends also faced this issue.

                                    I wrote them 10-15 times that please refund me the amount but I have not received any reply till now.

                                    They are saying contact operator.But the point is that on their website they have mentioned Rs 500 talktime in Rs 500.So

                                    there is no question of operator here.

                                    I recharged for 500 after viewing on their website for full talktime.

                                    Please find attached screenshot mentioning Rs 500 talktime in Rs 500.

                                    Kindly help me because I am fed up of this.

                                    and than an amount of 560 rs deducted from my hdfc netbanking account and transaction id is CCA12HMGO476. now the problem is the costumer care of dish tv told me that the can't received any amount. now what i do whom to claim because i had first open dish tv site they direct me to rechargeitnow. i lost my money as well i have mental stress also. i'm planning to go for judicial action because i'm a advocate also.
                                    please solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise i'm forced to take a judicial action against both dish tv and rechargeitnow.
                                    i had tried many time to contact refund policy of rechargeitnow also.

                                      I had recharged my idea prepaid mobile no.[protected] through rechargeitnow.com on 31/12/09 for Rs.50/-. When I made the recharge first time with my BOI Net Banking Account, it told that "payment was not successful", but the amount got debited from my account. So, tried to recharge it again with Rs.50/- and my account got recharged, but again Rs.50/- got debited in my account. The first transaction's Cyber Rec. No. is StUBP-1066980/Idea Recharge (Unsuccessful Recharge) & the second one is StUBP-1066983/Idea Recharge (Successful one, which was showing in my account with rechargeitnow.com). When I enquired about the same with my Bank, they informed me to contact rechargeitnow.com for the same. So, please let me know what is to be done in this matter to take refund of Rs.50/-. I have already complained the same with idea also and the feedback is awaited. The worst thing happened to me is that, after sending mails to rechargeitnow.com regarding this matter, they blocked my account with them and now I am unable to login into the account.

                                      I confirmed in my earlier comment that the second transaction of Rs.50/- was successful and about which you are saying that the transaction was successful. I have not yet received the refund of first transaction amounting Rs.50/- which I want to get refunded in my account. Unfortunately, the failed transaction details was not showing in my account with you at that time, but the amount got debited and now I am unable to login to my account with rechargeitnow.com. In spite of my several request to send new password, you are not sending any password to my e-mail id abhinesh.[protected]@gmail.com. Please reply me in this matter.
