Hi,
I really care for my time. So i recharge my mobile phones online.
I have been using rechargeitnow.com for a while.
ON 21st May 2010... I tried to recharge my mobile online. But the recharge failed. Following this as i was in desperate need of talktime i tried again & it was successfull then.
But, to my surprise the amount has been debited twice from my creditvcard account.
Following which i lodged a complaint over the contactus form on the same portal.
I had a couple of mails from the customer care over the issue but the issue had not been settled yet.
Even the Transaction History on my Account over the portal is Blank Now.
As per the mails the issue should have been settled by now. But it was not settled yet.
I didn't get the recharge amount for the failed recharge.
Neither a refund has been given to my credit card account. (I have been checking my online statement thoroughly).
Neither i had an option to get in touch with the customer care personal to state the issue.
To my surprise i was unable to post any escalation of the issue. as it is not being accounted.

Resolution Process
1. Our customer service team will verify your transaction and process a refund/recharge at the earliest. This will normally take 2 working days (excluding Sundays & holidays). Rest assured your complaint will be attended to and wait for our response, please do not send a follow-up message before three days of logging your complaint.
2. All failed recharges will be re-tried by the system and normally a recharge will be granted within 2 working days (excluding Sundays & holidays).You will receive an email with confirmation of recharge details.
3. In case we are unable to deliver a recharge due to a technical reason, a refund will be processed in 2 working days and mail will be sent to you in confirmation. Please take note that your bank may take another 4-7 working days to reflect a credit in your account. Kindly wait for 10 days for this process to complete.
4. If you do not receive a satisfactory resolution within 10 days of transaction, you may escalate the ticket by choosing escalation option on our contact us page. Kindly note escalation request can only be logged after 10 days of the transaction. All escalation requests will be handled by a dedicated team, which will provide you a resolution within 2 working days.
