Respected Sir,
I entered invalid subscriber id as [protected] for which recharge failed, but payment of Rs. 300 deducted from my bank a/c.
I contacted for 3 to 4 times from `Contact Us' link on www.rechargeitnow.com But I did not get yet response from you.
I received a mobile call from [protected] and accordingly I also informed valid subscriber id as [protected] to recharge for an amount of Rs.300.
I now request you to please recharge a tata sky dish having subscriber id as [protected] for an amount of Rs.300 at an earliest.

2. All failed recharges will be re-tried by the system and normally a recharge will be granted within 2 working days (excluding Sundays & holidays).You will receive an email with confirmation of recharge details.
3. In case we are unable to deliver a recharge due to a technical reason, a refund will be processed in 2 working days and mail will be sent to you in confirmation. Please take note that your bank may take another 4-7 working days to reflect a credit in your account. Kindly wait for 10 days for this process to complete.
4. If you do not receive a satisfactory resolution within 10 days of transaction, you may escalate the ticket by choosing escalation option on our contact us page. Kindly note escalation request can only be logged after 10 days of the transaction. All escalation requests will be handled by a dedicated team, which will provide you a resolution within 2 working days.

airtel pre-paid maharashtra — recharge not successful
i recieved a sms from airtel stating, "with recharge of rs.46/- i will get 88 days validity and rs.40/- talktime. i got the sms on 1st oct and i did the recharge immediatly. but till date i have not recieved the validity or talktime as mentioned. i have complained at the Customer Care unit but have not recieved any positive response till date. i also have the recordings of conversation with all the Customer Care executives, stating false commitments
