[Resolved]  RechargeItNow — Cheating customers

RechargeItNow — Recharge Fail payment deducted

I got my recharge of BSNL on number [protected] of amount 333 on 30-Nov-2011 through rechargeitnow. I got this message "Recharge Failed - R08822530b11_[protected]"
My payment is decucted but there is no recharge.

I complaint thrice but nothing is done yet.

Please help me out.

i am valued customer of www.rechargeitnow.com and i believed in ur service till time.But on 2 jan 2012 i recharged my BSNL EVDO(data card), amount debited but no recharge.but in your site it showing recharge succesfull...i raised lot of complaint but no use.Last escalation id:[protected]

I have rechrged my DTH Videocon for Rs 500 on 31st Jan 2012 at 2:56 PM on www.rechargeitnow.com by my credit card.But recharge was not successful and amount from my card was deducted.After sending several complaints on their portal i didnt get reply.They do not have any mail id on their portal to write to them nor they have any contact number to contact them.They are simply fooling people.Their site is not even certified from Enthrust inc.Verisign, which are reputed SSL certificate providers.I think we should launch a movement against this site so that no one would use it ever.Lets do it through facebook, twitter and other social networking sites.Lets aware people from being cheated by so called www.rechargeitnow.com.

yes, i have also the same problem, i recharged my bsnl number through this website for 330/- two times. in their website also it shown as failure status but i didnt get the money back. it was on 23/12/2011.

I have a tata photon plus prepaid connection bearing no. [protected] since last one year. My last recharge was valid since 28/03/2012 and 4.4 GB uses was also balance in my account. On 27/03/2012 I recharged 2501/- Rs. through rechargeitnow.com portal online. Recharge was successful as I found a confirmation mail and 2501/- Rs. was also debited from my bank account. So I was sure that my tata photon plus prepaid connection bearing no. [protected] was recharged on time and now I can also use my 4.4 GB balance uses. But today I found a mail from rechargeitnow.com that recharge was not successful and recharge amount will be refunded. Now tata photon plus prepaid connection bearing no. [protected] services has been stopped. If I again recharge tata photon plus prepaid connection bearing no. [protected] the balance 4.4 GB uses will not available. Who is responsible for it. Is it not a kind of cheating.

There was a failed recharge on my phone.

This status shows successful but my phone was not recharged and payment was deducted from HDFC bank account.
I am planning to go consumer court to claim my money back. Do not do recharge from this website. I have complained 4-5 times, but no reply and action.

yesterday evening, i try to recharge to my airtel no [protected] for 100/- rupees through recharge it now site by using indian bank debit card. but it was not recharged but the amount debited from my account. So request you to take the necessary steps to refund my money.

Please no one use this ( www.rechargeitnow.com ) coz this website owner is very big cheater & I complaint so many time through website but my money is not refund..

I did a recharge of Rs2000 for my dish tv account (V.C. No. [protected]). The amount got credited to rechargeitnow account but it never got credited to my dish tv account. In fact dish tv website directed me to rechargeitnow website. Now both are not owning it up. The bank HDFC has excplictly confirmed the credit to merchant account. The below message from the bank is as below:
As per confirmation received, we would like to inform you that the mentioned transaction has been successfully captured and settled to the merchant B2B.rechargeitnow.com. The merchant has generated a transaction id- D[protected].
This can happen only in India.
If this is not resolved I am going to pick up legal battle against both parties involved.

www.rechargeitnow.com please rename yourself www.cheatyounow.com. All you do just steal the recharge amount without making any recharge. No contact no customer support. All you have is just complaint ticket and we use it you give answer in 2-3 days saying this is not our fault please contact with your operator. saale chor !!

Number. one cheating site "rechargeitno" please rename it to "cheatyounow".That will suit you better.
