[Resolved]  RechargeItNow.com — I was supposed to receive the refund of Failed Transaction but i never received it

Hi,

I really care for my time. So i recharge my mobile phones online.

I have been using rechargeitnow.com for a while.

ON 21st May 2010... I tried to recharge my mobile online. But the recharge failed. Following this as i was in desperate need of talktime i tried again & it was successfull then.

But, to my surprise the amount has been debited twice from my creditvcard account.
Following which i lodged a complaint over the contactus form on the same portal.

I had a couple of mails from the customer care over the issue but the issue had not been settled yet.

Even the Transaction History on my Account over the portal is Blank Now.

As per the mails the issue should have been settled by now. But it was not settled yet.

I didn't get the recharge amount for the failed recharge.
Neither a refund has been given to my credit card account. (I have been checking my online statement thoroughly).
Neither i had an option to get in touch with the customer care personal to state the issue.

To my surprise i was unable to post any escalation of the issue. as it is not being accounted.

Resolution Process

1. Our customer service team will verify your transaction and process a refund/recharge at the earliest. This will normally take 2 working days (excluding Sundays & holidays). Rest assured your complaint will be attended to and wait for our response, please do not send a follow-up message before three days of logging your complaint.

2. All failed recharges will be re-tried by the system and normally a recharge will be granted within 2 working days (excluding Sundays & holidays).You will receive an email with confirmation of recharge details.

3. In case we are unable to deliver a recharge due to a technical reason, a refund will be processed in 2 working days and mail will be sent to you in confirmation. Please take note that your bank may take another 4-7 working days to reflect a credit in your account. Kindly wait for 10 days for this process to complete.

4. If you do not receive a satisfactory resolution within 10 days of transaction, you may escalate the ticket by choosing escalation option on our contact us page. Kindly note escalation request can only be logged after 10 days of the transaction. All escalation requests will be handled by a dedicated team, which will provide you a resolution within 2 working days.

I have login for recharge my mobile but its gives no response it debited Rs.500/- from my account but doesn't recharge my mobile yet,

Rechargeitnow — amount debited but recharge failed

Hello Everyone,

Recgareitnow is a fraud website. THEY HAVE NOT EVEN PROVIDED DIRECT CONTACT NUMBER ON THEIR WEBSITE.

I tried to recharge my mobile number [protected] (airtel). Rs 333 amount is debited from my account but there is no recharge done ???? Generally in case of failed transaction, the amount is credited back within 3-4 days. But even after 10 days, I dont receive the amount back neither I got any reply from the company regarding status of my complaint. They have not given any email ID or mobile number to contact them. Their is online form (and I am sure they dont check it )

so dont recharge your mobile using this wensite and inform as many people as you can..

Rechargeitnow ( Online Mobile recharge) — did not get refund

On 1st of Aug , I tried to recharge my mobile via internet using www.rechargeitnow.com website.
333.00 Rs. got deducted from my account however mobile did not get recharged.

When I logged a complient got bleow reply, later as per below mail, i sent mail to [protected]@ccavenue.com, however till today my money has been got deposted to my account.In the mail it has mentioned that The money should reflect in my account within 2 business days.

Today,almost 20 days has been passed and even after sending several remiders to [protected]@ccavenue.com , I have not received any feedback or reply from them.

Rechargeitnow — amount deducted but failed to recharge and even failed to debit the amount back

I have recharged [protected] with an amount of rs 125 two times on 11th august.the amount has been deducted but recharge failed...even the amount has not been debitted back to my account till date...

I made a recharge for Airtel no:[protected] today around 1.45 PM, through www.rechargeitnow.com.

The gateway it used is CCAvenue. the amount is debited in my account, but i did not get recharge for my mobile.
