dear sir madam
we have forgotten our password which was changed by us recently.
the email account with you is registered in the name of [protected]@rediffmail.com. the last passwrod was kiran...and we changed it to the new one last week or so

we cant fill the quistions nor tell other things as this account was made for the school by folks who are no longer with us.

nanhi dunya is a charity and runs schools for children.we have come to a stand still.please let us know what we can do to resume our account as soon as possible.

This is to bring to your kind information, that some of the mails are getting delayed or some times does not even appear in my inbox. So I had provide the alternate mail Id. I am a redif[censored]ser since a very long time. Can you pls rectify this probelm...

My email id is [protected]@rediffmail.com thz, and i m not able 2 login 2 my account.whnever i enter my password it cums password not correct.however password whch i m entering is correct whn i m trying 2 change my password by clicking on forgot password 2 retreave the password it ask 4 the email id whn i enter my user name means my id it cums on the same page.so plz help me.i thnk sum1 has has hacked my password.

I am not able to log in my Rediff account '[protected]@rediffmail.com' which was working well till 24th november 2008 evening very well. I am using it from last 10 years and have my important emails in it.

It gives me message that it can not log me in as my username/password is incorrect.

I tried Password Recovery toll by Rediff. It gives me NEW Password...that means my information is correct...But with NEW Passwords also, I am not able to sign in,

Kindly Help me to solve this issue...

I AM ENTERING THE CORRECT PASSWORD FOR MY REDIFFMAIL ACCOUNTS AND I AM UNABLE TO LOGIN EVEN AFTER REQUESTING FOR LOST PASSWORD.

Is any one smarter & got some brain to rectify my problem with this rediffmail . recently made one account prachee.adhikari @rediffmail.com now, one of my friend play smarter with me & try to login on my id and when he was not able to sign in he went to forget password and but fortunatly he was not aware about my details either, so he just by guess put my alernative email address of yahoo.com and again i was fortunate to get the new password but when i try keeping that password there.it is not accepting the password & keep telling that wrong.incorect bla blah.i am really sick & tired man what to do yeah.is anyone there who can tell me rediffmail customer care number and i can know my password back by calling them directly please.i am sick of this rediffmail.please.my have another rediffmail id [protected]@rediffmail.com but i do not use it for official purposes i like this prachee.[protected]@rediffmail.com and now i am thinking like a psych you know every time about my id .oh!man please "you rediffmail people can not be quiet someone has stolen or did some with id and keeping your mouth closed.i hate you i hate you rediff.never talk to me.cheaters.cheaters.what you will get taking my id from me haa.now you people will muct be happy seeing my mad article here but the person who suffers can only understand the pain of loosing his/her id.i love id and i want back "do you rediffmail all people understand that.or i am going to sue this rediffmail for doing uncooperative behavior with his valuable client.hate you.

REDIFF — ORDER PLACED FOR ONE/DISPATCHED ANOTHER

I HAD ORDERED FOR MP3 PLAYER WITH FM RADIO AND VOICE RECORDER TO REDIFF SHOPPING AND PAID THE AMOUNT IN FULL (RS.1374/-) BY CREDIT CARD. BUT THE ARTICLE DISPATCHED IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. THE PACKING WAS INFERIOR. MANUAL OF THE ARTICLE WAS NOT SENT. EARPHONE WAS NOT IN WORKING CONDITION. CHARGER WAS NOT THERE. AND AS ASSURED IN OFFER SURPRISE GIFT WAS ALSO NOT SENT!

When I write mail in rediff and click the send button to sent message it is not working.

please solve it as early as possible so that I can use the rediff mail without any difficulty and send me a message.
