Hello Team,
when i click on add chat rooms, it is saying fetching chat room. Looks like there is some issue . PLease let us know the resolution.
i am not able to open list of chat rooms
when i click on add chat rooms, it is saying fetching chat room

I am not getting list of chat rooms when I am trying to open it. There is absolute no problem with my Network/Connection since all other applications are going fine. Please look into this and resolve issse ASAP.

Rediff Bol 8 — no chat rooms

I'm using rediff bol 8 messanger from last 1 year and am getting some issues from last 15 days.

basically, when I'm trying to enter into the available chat rooms.. it was just displaying "Fetchig chat rooms list..." message. But, of no use

    Dear Sir/ Madam,

    I had purchased hat the product The Children's English Learner Laptop as a new year gift for my child. The product & shopping details are as follows

    Product Title 1011 laptop delivered for Transaction #[protected] for which the Order Approval Dt was 27/12/2008.

    To my utter dismay the kids laptop was not working.

    Feedbacks were posted on the company website but there was no revert. Mails were also sent, calls made to the company but there is no response.

    It has been very bad experience with the first internet shopping I have done.

    Would request your help in getting a refund from the company

      This is a complaint on rediff shopping team . They are making people fools. No proper response from the vendor . Even when we tried to call him up nobody is suppose to lift the phone. Even his mail id is also defective as their products..


      I have got this message since 20 days passed i made a payment till now my problem was not solved.
      Even i didnt get my money back nor i didnt get my original product which i had applied.

      i have order 1500 Watts home theatre syetem for online redif shopping.

        4. rediff has not given me any number of the dealer so that I can call him.

        This is a white collar cheating. Is there any way to take legal action against this rediff shopping? Please let me know, I am also a sufferer of this rediff shopping.
        It is very common in online shops like rediff, ebay etc.. Give fake way bill number. Better you call rediff shopping customer care and ask them give a solution and tel them else you will go ahead with litigation.

              I received the MP3 player in defective/non working condition and reported the same to rediff customer care. After a remainder rediff customer care responded to return the item to the vendor at Sec'bad and intimate. After completion of above procedure after 10 days and several remainders also no response found.

              Frustating experience.
              One More Example of cheated by rediff shopping . Order No. 5263238, they provided false dispatch details . They also provided false vendor contact nos. They do not have any contact no for customer care . They do not give resposne to mail requests.
              Hence once you pay them you are at mercy of rediff shopping, as you can not catch them any way, and in some cases they will cheat your money .

                Now Redifbol has become the worst chatting software in this world. I can never fetch the chat room and some time if i am able to fetch there so velgure adds scrolling and thi sscrolling is so fast that after running a chat room for approx an hour or two it fills up the entire memory of the system which makes the system slow.

                  I have ordered a “TITAN Ladies Watch - Karishma-2211YM01” on dated 14th Nov 2008. I paid the money Rs. 1830 online from my ICICI A/C to Rediif shopping.

                  Then after my request they (Gautam shah- customer representative, please see attached mail) at Rediff shopping, approved this item and told me they have couriered it to me.

                  This item was dispatched via BLAZE FLASH Couriers with the airway, but it did not reach me. When I contact them they say they have sent back the consignment to the office where it came from. I asked them which office, they did not say anything.

                  As you can see that the consignment is moving to places but did not reach me. You can also see that there is no mention of my name & address.

                  I think this is a fraud case and I want this not to happen to anyone else.

                  I had ordered a Titan watch and paid the said amount to Rediff Shopping online from my ICICI a/c. Now they dont show up. even when I have paid the full amount they havent contacted me. Its now 2 weeks and Im really worried as I want to gift it to my friend on her birthday. If this is the commitment they have then they could very well add it on their site saying that they "can/cannot" delivery it or we should pick the order directly from their office.

                  I have already paid the amount through the chq which has been honoured from my account on 14.08.2009.of Rs 235/-
                  Such kind of poor response has not been expected from a online shopping providing company like Rediff shopping.

                    I bought a portable sewing machine online as a gift to my mother from Rediff online shopping on 10 October - Order number-4933225. On 15th October i received a hand sewing machine, which was nothing more than a 'STAPLER with a thread.' I tried calling Ojjas Enterprises who were the sellers for the product, but it is busy 24/7. I then posted a complaint on Rediff, Vineesh Jain responded, asking me to courier the product. Which i did and sent an email to rediff confirming the same. But till now I haven't got any response whatsoever. I am thoroughly disgusted with the customer service. Inspite of 5 chasers, there was no response at all. I want everyone to be aware of the service of Rediff Online Shopping cheating tatics.
                    I have Purchased one leatherlite stero headphone at rediffmail order no: 5330273,

                    I ordered one i received one, i received sponge type headphone and also not good.

                    I am going to file the case in court, totaly your company will closed are otherwise immeditely change the product, i give u only one week time for you, this not a joke.

                          The item (Ben 10 Ben's Omnitrix F/X Watch With Light & Sound) ordered by me was delivered today at 5:45pm. But it is most annoying to note that the item in the packet has been replaced with Ben 10 - Ben's Omnitrix Alien Disk Shooter. This is done intentionally as the original packing was found tampered. This kind of act is fraudulent and one would never expect this from a reputed company like yours.

                          I would request you to send me the product I have ordered immediately and impede me from making extreme measures. My advocate refrain me from returning the item delivered to me, unless I am supplied with the item I have originally ordered.

                          Hope you will resolve the issue immediately. I am attaching the photos of the product received, as in condition.

                          Hi,

                          I've placed an order for transparent watch from rediff shopping the delivery was good because payment was made online . When i've started using the watch and every time you wear i had to tight the screw every 15 minutes and it would work only 20 minutes.

                          I've was so ashamed of my decision that i've kept the watch and i'd had herd nothing from Rediff.
                          It's absolutely crap service.

                            I purchased 1GB Shuffle Mp3 player With USB Charger via order 4912751 approved on Thu, Oct 2, 2008 at 9:50 AM. I received the approval via email from [protected]@shoppingmails.rediff.com

                            It has not even been 30 days and the instrument is now not working properly. When plugged via USB to the computer, the system doesn't recognize this USB Device. The volume has also gone down drastically and the ear piece seems to be of the worst quality.

                            I did speak with Mr. Shah @ [protected] few days ago and was told to courier the player at your office in Hyderabad. I did contact with couple of courier services, none of them are willing to courier the item as it carries a risk factor.

                            Since then, I have been trying to call on the same number [protected] and did not get any response.

                            Even i had send lot of mails to rediff but dsn't get any kind of reply from their side.

                                  i purchased anarkali suit . and received different colour . so i reqeusted to replace/refund it . i have not received response at correct time after a month they cheated me as we can't do anything. this is ridiculous

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I had ordered an Strings MP3 Player(with Arm Clip) FM Tunner with 1 month warranty from Rediff shopping on 27th October 2008 against order no.4972532. After one week I got a different product from Mayank Electronics, 4-4-312, Giriraz Lane Kothi Hyderabad-500095 Andhra Pradesh. Ph.32443594 and Mob no.[protected] (Mr.Mayak). I kept on calling them and now 3 weeks are passed and they are doing nothing about it.

                                    Kindly do the needful. I do not intend to take any type of product from them and wish to get back my cash.

                                    It is an advise to everyone that do not buy things from Rediff shopping especially Mayank Electronics, Hyderabad. It is really frustrating and disgusting.

                                    I have the strings mp3 player. It was hanged when i start it. I took to mayank shop and shown for repair of it. they did not care for it. asked to reload the software. but it is not functioning at all. useless piece. waste of money. I suggest everyone do not believe the products that are cheap they are worst products.

                                      recently i bought clothes worth rupeees 1350 from rediff shopping...to my dismay the clothes delivered to me were not the one s i had selected on the net and were of very poor quality.stay away from rediff shopping, the brands on display are not originals but cheap imitations which one can instead pick up from the roadside.Disgusting to say the least i thought rediff was a reliable company dont be fooled by their cheap prices!!!
                                      i recd.my order no.5714332, but product's zip not working properly.size also too short, i want replacement.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I ordered (Order# 4981781) Rediff Shopping online a 22CRT GOLD FORMING ADJUSTABLE KADA (PAIR) of Rs 299 on 3rd November 2008. Also Paid Shipping and handling charges Rs.75. I paid the amount thru credit card. I received a mail from rediff abt the dispatch, but till date there is no delivery.

                                        The vendor's ( Mamta Arora) mobile number is fake. And the consignment no ([protected] ) of Aramex provided by rediff is also fake. I sent 3 mails to rediff customer care, but there is no response. Then i called on phone to the customer care, still no response.

                                        Pls look into the details. I will be grateful to you.

And the consignment no of Blue Dart is not provided by rediff. I sent 3 – 4 mails to rediff customer care, but there is no response.
