I ordered MORPHY RICHARDS Hair Straightener, on 31st Jan, 2009 till now the product is not yet delivered and when I track the order it says the order is cancelled due to unavailability. And also I got a mail saying that "The order is cancelled due to Out of Stock".

I paid full amount through my credit card they are not refunding my amount and not giving any reply to my mails. The BIG mistake I did was paying the full...

Chat rooms of Rediff bol 8.0 is not displaying since 15 Feb 09 evening. Please do the needful....

I purchased a hometheater system from rediff.com in their advertising is was shown that it is 1800w hometheater system but when i received the product and plug it in my laptop the voice was so inferior i think it is not of 100w i have a 890w hometheater system that is so good in comparison of their produt i think this is nothing they cheat with me i request you please take strict action so i can refund this inferior product and get my money...

Since about a week I am unable to login to my mail account - [protected]@rediffmail.com. Someone has hacked my password and also reset the security questions so I am unable to recover my password. On the rediffmail site, in the feedback option, i had submitted the complaint but I never received any reply from the administrator....

This is a complaint on rediff shopping team . They are making people fools. No proper response from the vendor . Even when we tried to call him up nobody is suppose to lift the phone. Even his mail id is also defective as their products..
