Sir, Against my order no. 5113902 for two sets of Jackpot Offer...Pearl set, with watch, bracelet and two no. kaddas, I had received only one set, which is too incomplete ( without bracelet and ring ).I had lodged a complaint, regarding the same in this column on 16th of this month, but it is regretted/ I am sorry to say that no action had been taken so far against the company ( rediff shopping ) to get my material against the said order. Once again it is requested to please do the needfull for delivering the material to me against my above said order.

At the outset, i want to know why there is no customer care numbers provided in the rediff web site. for rediff shopping. Do they have customer care support. If they do have its worst and is a waste. There is a complaint form or so called as a feedback form given by them in their so called customer care support in the website, which has to be filled online, where they have also said that a reply or someone from rediff will contact and resolve the complaint. untill now i have sent 2 mails to rediff shopping and rediff, there is no response from them and not even an acknowledgement.

the most important and facinating thing is that i spoke to the person in rediff shopping who was responsible for my ordered goods at rediff shopping, acknowledged that the customer care service is very poor and its a waste to wait for a response from rediff coz they wont come. i have the mobile number and the email id of that person. anyone intrested can contact me.

Further, my complaint recited "upon seeing your pictures given by you in your website, i had ordered for 2 front and rear car sunshades. the rear sunshade in your website seems to be showing the picture of the sunshade for the windows of the car while the back one seems to be showing for the rear glass. i received the objects today an found that there was nothing for my windows...that is the both the front sunshade seems to be fitting for the winshield at the front of the car and the back glass while the rear sunshades are too big for my cars...there was a misunderstanding bcoz of the pictures displayed in your website. in that regard, i would request you to kindly take my 2 REAR CAR SUN SHADE FOR BIG CARS and give me for the 4 windows. my car type is tata indigo marina"

i am still waiting for a response from rediff after sending numerous reminders and letters to rediff feedback and their customer care.

also, in rediffshopping customer care page, they have said to make a feedback/complaint within few days ...i think its less than 5 days (not sure) and after that no complaints will be entertained. what if a person like me complain and get no respponse within their given stipulated time.

I have purchased ipod of Rs. 1100 from Rediff shopping order no. 5098657 one month ago. But they sent me ipod which was not working. I mailed them as a complaint then they said for the replacement.So i sent back to them through personal courier, address given by them.After that they are not replying through mail or by call.Please help me in this case as early as possible.

I ordered MORPHY RICHARDS Hair Straightener, on 31st Jan, 2009 till now the product is not yet delivered and when I track the order it says the order is cancelled due to unavailability. And also I got a mail saying that "The order is cancelled due to Out of Stock".

I paid full amount through my credit card they are not refunding my amount and not giving any reply to my mails. The BIG mistake I did was paying the full amount initially.

I did it because I had a belief on rediff but now I came to know that the people are real BIG FRAUDS..when I check so many complaints registered on Rediff shopping.

My Order# is 5164099, purchased MORPHY RICHARDS Hair Straightener for Rs.[protected] + 75 handling charges). Now these ppl are not refunding my amount and also not even trying to give any reply to my mails.

They also gave vendor name after I ordered but that fellow's number never connects, they gave a wrong contact address to trap me.

phase of payments. Claimants includes every foreign contractor that may have not
received their contract sum, and people that have had an unfinished transaction or

Since about a week I am unable to login to my mail account - [protected]@rediffmail.com. Someone has hacked my password and also reset the security questions so I am unable to recover my password. On the rediffmail site, in the feedback option, i had submitted the complaint but I never received any reply from the administrator.

I had purchased a New Nokia Hand set through rediff E- shopping, theVendor had despatched a inferior quality hand set & couple of times the hand set was send back to the vendor and resend with out attending the problem.No gaurantee card was issued and worst response from Rediff.com

The current postion is I had lost Rs.10, 000 ( cost of handset) and the hand set which was sent to service some time before is not resend to me. And I had wrote hundreds of Follow up Mails to Bharti, Customer service, but no response.I simply dont know, what to do.

I placed an order on rediff shopping having order no. 4965736. dated 24 th october. Out of three products i have got only two products . Rest one product has been cancelled due to non availability of product by their end.
Now the balance amount is not paid by them which is Rs 280 / - . I have remember them so many times and complaint also.

I am ardent user of rediffmail. I advise one and all, rediffmail usuage and most of them have accepted the invitations. The only thing that irritates me the most is, I am unable to send a mail, from my mailbox to the multiple users (there is a group which i have created the whole list of my choice addresses are listed there). I am not denying that it is giving good service, but of late the very unsual problem has started re-occuring.

Whenever I forward a mail, I use the quick send box which consists of Individual/ Group list. I use the Group list option, so that I can save time in sending the same mail to multiple people of my choice. When I click on the option, either it says server busy or some nonsense appears in that column hampering my usage of this facility hence ending without sending the mails. Earlier when I used to click on the group, automatically the whole list of the user id's used to appear in the send column and I would gladly forward the mail.

It is a very very very serious concern for me, especially when I use my rediffmail. I am not threatning, but in case if rediffmail does not solve, or unable to rectify, I am sorry to say, I am left with no option but to go for some other e-mail service provider and I am damn serious. Please take action on this immediately.
