Hi,
I have purchased ipod of Rs. 1100 from Rediff shopping order no. 5098657 one month ago. But they sent me ipod which was not working. I mailed them as a complaint then they said for the replacement.So i sent back to them through personal courier, address given by them.After that they are not replying through mail or by call.Please help me in this case as early as possible.

I got the similar experience. I bought a watch (worth Rs.500) feb 10th; when delivered, found a disgusting model(not the one I asked for) asked for replacement. THen, they replied to send it to AMS exporters (mail given below). I returned it on 14th feb. Ever since that, no response from rediff-customer support even after sending 4 reminders!!! Kind of cheating. (I ve bought many things through rediff-shopping; many times got defective products including mp4-player, shirts, binoculars, drilling machine etc)

This AMS exporters merchant looks like a cheat, i had request for a Car DVD player but i have got something else, instead, i have not received the product as shown in the website, nor the features available for the same, please do something on the same my order details are

Dear Taruna,

I know all most 3 weeks has been passed in this response. This is because in frist week I tried to contact Mr Sandeep Vig, but could'nt get. I got is personal phone number also it was always switch off. I put the message also but not got any reply. I was able to get in contact with Myure who said that please send the watch back and we will change. My only qusetion was that how will you know which watch I have ordered for if you can give me the mail id to confirm the pic of the same watch I orderd. But he said he has no email ID.

Then again I tried to Sandeep but could'nt get that. My only concern was that if they really have the same watch in stock, then it is fruitful to send the watch for change. Otherwise if they again send different one its of no use to me. Since my centiments are attache with that watch as a wife gift.

As you know the last week was financial year ending, I was left with no time for any other things to do like follow up for changing the watch. Which causes the delay in this response.

I here by request you to please help me to get me the same watch I selected. The watch they send is still lying as its box pack. I am not using it.

Moreover that watch was my wifes selection to gift me.

Please help me to solve this.

iPod player — No repair or replacement

Dear sir,
I purchased two iPods from PlanetM, Circular Road, Ranchi in the month of Jun 09. However, one of them stopped working. I went to PlanetM for repair/replacement as the item was under warranty. But was refused either of the abova action and was told to go to Kolkata for which address was also not provided.
I am contemplating law-suite against the iPod product as well as PlanetM for such low-grade and non-existent cousumer service.
How sad I did not see this messages before I purchased anitem through them
The same story is with me. I bought MP3 player from Indiatimes and it was defective so sent it to AMS exporters and not received it yet. It has been over a month now and surprisingly no response from Indiatimes.

    Vide my order no. 5113902 for two sets of Jackpot Offer..Pearl set with watch, bracelet and two kadda.
    I had received only one set, which is too incomplete( without bracelet & ring). So many times I talked to customer care peoples, but with no result. Once again I request to please arrange to send me the balance material against my above said order no. 5113902.

      I ordered MORPHY RICHARDS Hair Straightener, on 31st Jan, 2009 till now the product is not yet delivered and when I track the order it says the order is cancelled due to unavailability. And also I got a mail saying that "The order is cancelled due to Out of Stock".

      I paid full amount through my credit card they are not refunding my amount and not giving any reply to my mails. The BIG mistake I did was paying the full amount initially.

      I did it because I had a belief on rediff but now I came to know that the people are real BIG FRAUDS..when I check so many complaints registered on Rediff shopping.

      My Order# is 5164099, purchased MORPHY RICHARDS Hair Straightener for Rs.[protected] + 75 handling charges). Now these ppl are not refunding my amount and also not even trying to give any reply to my mails.

      They also gave vendor name after I ordered but that fellow's number never connects, they gave a wrong contact address to trap me.

      My son sent me massage seat/chair automatic body relief massager with (heat function) 5 motors and 2 intensity from your new york.The gadget is incomplete due to the fitting arrangement from the plug which they have depatched. Either they have sent a different set with different fittings.
      All efforts to contact their office in delhi have failed. Since 3-4 days I am trying to ring up their office number 26025394 but there is no response and the bell keeps ringing.And Rahul Uppal mob no.
      [protected] is permanently switched off on 5 oct 2009. Advise further action pl.
      Even i ordered for a Tom and jerry Battery operated toy worth rupess 275 inclusive of shipping charges and they have send me a toy which is not worth even 50 rupees, and they didnt even revert back aftr i complaining no courtesy to even give after sales service. They play with people's trust on rediff, They are frauds.
      I ordered Garden watering Lawn irrigation water sprinkler, on Aug 21, 2012 till now the product is not yet delivered and when I track the order it says no service in my city(TNT). And also I got a mail saying that "no service in your beed city (TNT)

      I paid full amount cheque through

        I am not getting chat room list.
        The chat rooms are not being displayed... Plzzz rectify the problem as soon as possible
        most of the time the chat room list wont display for a certain days, plzzzz feel free to post a solution to this.

          I purchased a hometheater system from rediff.com in their advertising is was shown that it is 1800w hometheater system but when i received the product and plug it in my laptop the voice was so inferior i think it is not of 100w i have a 890w hometheater system that is so good in comparison of their produt i think this is nothing they cheat with me i request you please take strict action so i can refund this inferior product and get my money back it was worth 789 Rs/- with shipping and Order No is- 5166445. please Sir help me.

            that the value of approved awards would far exceed the resources available in the
            Compensation Fund at any given time. The Governing Council therefore devised a
            mechanism for the allocation of available funds to successful claimants that gave
            priority to the three urgent categories of claims and which, within each
            category, would give equal treatment to similarly situated claims. Only when each
            successful claimant in categories "A", "B" and "C" had been paid an initial
            amount up to US$2, 500 would payments commence for claims in other categories.

            Accordingly, the first phase of payment involved an initial payment o[censored]S$2, 500
            to each successful individual claimant in categories "A" and "C". However, for
            humanitarian reasons, all category "B" claims will be paid in full of a total
            USD$500, 000. A total o[censored]S$3, 252, 337, 997.09 was made available to 1, 498, 119
            successful individual claimants in categories "A", "B" and "C" under the first
            phase of payments. Claimants includes every foreign contractor that may have not
            received their contract sum, and people that have had an unfinished transaction or
            international businesses that failed due to Government problems etc.We found

Someone has hacked my password and also reset the security questions so I am unable to recover my password.                 I am getting nonsense mails sent by some hackers who is using my ID mail address as sender's address.

                  I had purchased a New Nokia Hand set through rediff E- shopping, theVendor had despatched a inferior quality hand set & couple of times the hand set was send back to the vendor and resend with out attending the problem.No gaurantee card was issued and worst response from Rediff.com

                  The current postion is I had lost Rs.10, 000 ( cost of handset) and the hand set which was sent to service some time before is not resend to me. And I had wrote hundreds of Follow up Mails to Bharti, Customer service, but no response.I simply dont know, what to do.

                  Having faith on Rediff and Nokia I had ordered for a new hand set, but I was fully taken for a ride.

                      I am having a very strange problem which is when I run rediffbol it starts using all my system resources and eventually my system hangs up and finally I have to restart it again.

                            I placed an order on rediff shopping having order no. 4965736. dated 24 th october. Out of three products i have got only two products . Rest one product has been cancelled due to non availability of product by their end.
                            Now the balance amount is not paid by them which is Rs 280 / - . I have remember them so many times and complaint also.
                            they have taken no action . so i request to you that please look into this matter and take necessary action .

                              I am ardent user of rediffmail. I advise one and all, rediffmail usuage and most of them have accepted the invitations. The only thing that irritates me the most is, I am unable to send a mail, from my mailbox to the multiple users (there is a group which i have created the whole list of my choice addresses are listed there). I am not denying that it is giving good service, but of late the very unsual problem has started re-occuring.

                              Whenever I forward a mail, I use the quick send box which consists of Individual/ Group list. I use the Group list option, so that I can save time in sending the same mail to multiple people of my choice. When I click on the option, either it says server busy or some nonsense appears in that column hampering my usage of this facility hence ending without sending the mails. Earlier when I used to click on the group, automatically the whole list of the user id's used to appear in the send column and I would gladly forward the mail.

                              It is a very very very serious concern for me, especially when I use my rediffmail. I am not threatning, but in case if rediffmail does not solve, or unable to rectify, I am sorry to say, I am left with no option but to go for some other e-mail service provider and I am damn serious. Please take action on this immediately.

                                Completely in tune with this gentleman...I had heard it all and to check it bout myself had ordered a couple watch set, needless to mention I received it in total damaged condition, and there was no reply or assistance to my requests to either refuind the amount or even exchange it free of cost. On the contrary, I found after that day I have been unable to even log in to my account. Friends do not get carried away by the so called lucrative deals and products displayed, chances are you would be taken for a royal ditch and ride...at your own cost! Beware of REDIOFF SHOPPING, THEY ARE A BUNCH OF THIEVES AND THUGS.

                                        Dear Sir/ Madam,

                                        I had purchased hat the product The Children's English Learner Laptop as a new year gift for my child. The product & shopping details are as follows

                                        Product Title 1011 laptop delivered for Transaction #[protected] for which the Order Approval Dt was 27/12/2008.

                                        To my utter dismay the kids laptop was not working.

                                        Feedbacks were posted on the company website but there was no revert. Mails were also sent, calls made to the company but there is no response.

                                        It has been very bad experience with the first internet shopping I have done.
