[Resolved]  Redington Service Motorola Mobile Service Centre — accesories stolen phone book numbers missing

I purchases motorola cell on 29th July, 2008, at Roorkee, Dist. Haridwar,

After some the hands was not working, After some time Charger was not working. Now a days Mike of cell is not working. Moreover the Service Centre at Roorkee is also not working for the past two months. The shop-keeper denied to help any more and told us to contact the service centre, anywhere else.

Guarantee period is going to be over but the cell is not working properly for the last six months. Please do the needful and rectify the complaints. I have purchased the set from M/s Satguru Telecom, N.C.Ramchandra Market, Roorkee-247667.

Redington service center (coimbatore) is very good customar service, and best service&responce.
I am sure Redington should have more staff like them so that there will be more happy customers
like me.

i had purchased a set named motozine zn5 abt 5 mnts ago.since the time after 1 mnth i face so many problems including hang, slow, and what 2 say, i got fed up by it.

I have some mick/speaker prob from last 6 months, actually one fine morning i found that nobody able to hear my talking when i m listen everything, that's why i go to ur DURGAPUR (WB) service centre (M/S DIGITEC SERVICES) for repearing, after one day he told that ur rep exp is Rs-800.00 n it was goes to chennai, and on date 01.12.09 i ret back my L7i set after paying Rs-800.00, but now it was not given the battery back up. even receive maxi 3 calls it was go down n show LOW BATTERY.

now can u help me pls.

i am unhappy for this sevice its a scam for customer .
motorola service center employee say me that your mobile warranty has completed as a date[protected] but as a my bill record its warranty end[protected]
if they will not change my headphone then i will go consumer court .thats my last decision

My motorola mobile phone u9 is out of order from last 5 to 6 months, I registred my complaint i had an problem i.e., its a folding type phone in that the folding strip has been damaged i went to your Redington India Ltd., F-46-B First Floor, Ramesh Marg, C-Scheme-Jaipur, and gave it for service the work order no.ja/mo/10/01149 DT.10/09/2010 an service enginer inspected and told its an physical damage. I am very sorry to say that today is 11-10-10, but my mobile phone u9 still out of order. I am not hearing any satisfactory reply from service centre. I will be obliged if you help me.

my notorola phone is not working, and i went to redington service centre and they told me my diplay is not working and will have to order a part, but since last one month they use to tell me it is on transit, after that they gave me atoll free no. i called there also but they also told me to inquire after 48 hours, now they don't atall repond, i don't understand such abig reputed company is not bothered to give service to their customer, then why they sell their phone and give promises,

i am great full thank with Redington India Ltd Service as These people are well Mannared and Doing Properlly JoB.I m belong with Lucknow City i am having a Motorola E6 handset Got best sevice within one hours.

i purchased motorola ex 115, display was broken in warranty period when i go to redington they said they dont have display to change, they were helpless, they neither changed my mobile now this is almost a year they dont have display.so... dont go for motorola, very...bad service
