I have very much surprised when i have seen shues cracked within two months which i purchased only two montha back brand REDTAPE which I have purchsed from your showroom at ferozpur city .I am sending you the photograph of my cracked shioe..I purched it vide your showroon bill no 273 .tin no [protected] dated[protected].ARTICLE NO.RTS4711
I have gone to your showroom for complait but manager of that shoeroom refeused to atted me.so it is humble request to change my shoes early and direct to your showroome manger of ferozopur showroom

i purchased redtape shoes in Novemebr 2010.
Right shoe sole got broken.
This is not a complaint but i just want to know whether there is any chance
to replace the sole because the shoe is good only problem is sole ?
Im just asking this because i love dat model n now the same model is not available in the market .
Request you to plz concern and reply for the same.
