With refreance to above subject we have payment already paid to India Today book Club (Living Media India Delhi) for Fitness Kit on 14 jan 2010 by ICICI Credit card Rs. 3199/- and booking odered No.[protected] but no Received of my fitness kit if you not Response of My Letter. then I Will take legal action in the Cusumor Court.

REEBOK FITNESS KIT — goods not delivered

I have booked a Reebok fitness kit on 06th February 2009 wide order No. [protected] against the full page advertisement appeared on the same day in Times of India and immdely made the payment against the credit card. I was assured the delivery within 10-15 days, But the kind of response I have been getting from the people sitting in the Helpline centre is rubbish. All the concerned departments right from the booking deptt to the delivery deptt are not at all aware of what is happening with the placed orders, Everytime I made a call, I got the same answer that there is some changes taking place in the software / system and nobody is aware of the exact status of the delivery. I got two mails on 23rd Feb 2009 & 13 March 2009 confirming the processing of the order, to my surprise I was even given the despatch details as [protected] and some ITBC No. 09881692 by one representative at the helpline. Now as more than 46 days have already gone, the purpose of the goods is defeated.

As mentioned above, the payment for the Reebok kit as well as the depatch charges had already been debited from my Credit card, and that amount was paid by me to the concerned bank, would like to know when I will be getting the refund as I have taken a call not to proceed with your excellent services.

Reebok Kit Complaints — Reebok Kit not delivered

Hi,

I had placed an order for a reebok fitness kit on India Today Book Club .



I have received an order confirmation through mail and on my mobile . I have received an orderno.id as[protected]. The customer care number for India Today Book CLub is[protected]Available from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.).

The order has never reached me and customer care keeps telling that order has been dispatched and you will receive the order in 10 days. So many dayshave passed away and I haven't recieved any delivery. The customer care keeps on telling that courier has been dispatched .


This is a clear case of online fraud. Can you please take legal action against the company so that other citizens also donot suffer this. Can I get my money back.. There is no provision to cancel the order in the website.

REEBOK FITNESS KIT — online complaint for refund

this is for your kind and detailed info again. i had ordered reebok fitness kit through internet, the transaction was not completed and was completed on ivr on receipt of call from your side on 28 apr 09 ( order no: MITBC- WEB[protected], booking ID :[protected]). on the same day i got a msg on mobile to confirm the order placed on internet . i called up your office and enquired about it and was told to confirm it and was assured that the order will not be duplicated. on 14 may 09 i recieved two parcels which confirmed the duplication of order. i immediately called up your office and aws told to return one of the parcels which i did (details are, activity Id: telesales, despatch no 3113, courier docket no ZD5590079.) . i also mailed the details on net on the same day for which i got areply asking for copy of credit card statement to confirm duplication . i despatched the copy of statement on 25 may 09 by registered post and also mailed it on net on 02 june 09. on 03 june 09 i called up your office and was told to register a complaint ( reference no 124557) and was told confirm from courier service about return of parcel. i confirmed the same and intimated to your office on 10 june 09 and also mailed the same on same day.i was told to wait for ten-twelve days, i again called up your office on 22 june 09 and was told to update my complaint and reference give was 137722 and again told to wait for 15 days. after going through such a ordeal i feel like been harassed for no fault of mine.i again called up on 19 jul09 to enquire about the complaint, and again was told to update the complaint i would kindly request u to resolve the matter earliest with personal intervention or else i would be forced to approach consumer forum for redressal of my grievances.an early and kind action is requested under intimation.

I HAD BOOKED REBOCK KIT OVER PHONE MY BOOKING ID IS[protected] I HAVE MADE PAYMENT THROUGH CREDIT CARD ON 14/12/2009 I RECEIVED MESSAGE ON MOBILE AFTER 17 DAYSCONTANING MY ORDER PROCESSED & ORDER NO IS 0GA[protected], EVEN AFTER AROUND 30 DAYS TILL TODAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE CONSINMENT, IF YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED TO SUPPLY THE SAME RETURN MY PAYMENT IMMEDIATLY WITH INTREST.

Reeback Kit — Online Complaint

Hi,
I'm unable to understand the problem at your end. This is the worst and pathetic online shopping experience I ever had. Whenever I call at your customer care, your representative gives me some weird answer. Today they are saying I have placed the order on 6th Mar however it was placed on 5th Jan. Now they are saying that it will take another 7 working days to process. Is my order something unique or going to be shipped from different planet that it is taking so long to process it?

Prior to this I received 2 calls from your side on 10th Mar and was told that the stuff is being dispatched it will take 5 working days to receive, now even after 8 days of receiving the call I'm getting answer that it will take another 7 working days.

The strange thing is that whenever I'm making call, I'm getting very different answers. Somebody is saying it has been dispatched, somebody is saying he will make sure that it will be delivered in 24-48hrs, somebody is saying it will take 7 working days and height of all the today your executive replied that it will take 10-15 days from today.

Dear Sir/Mam we have booked Reebok kit but still we did not get any kit and mobile,diamonds etc.. so please send us our whole kit as soon as possible..!!
