I have got "Double your Money" ( booklet code 240236) Coupons from Reebok on certain amount of shopping. Which should be valid anywhere in India at Reebok and Rockport. But i have visited 7/10 reebok showrooms in delhi and Gurgaon but not able to use. They replied "its not registerd or anything like that".
Even i called[protected] to verify but they dint respond properly.
Is this kind of stuff, coupons are fake. Just to promote their sales, making fool of customer.
I have decided not to buy any thing from reebok.

    A Reebok goggles sent by my colleague from jalandhar dated 15/6/2010 having doc no.[protected] to muzaffarpur but it was changed there and delivered on 21/6/2010.

    It was more disgusting for me that when I lodged complain in your Muzaffarpur branch office they did not show any state of sorry and even they were not in mood to find the faults.

    so kindly look into this as it effects the credibility of the organization.

      with due to respect , i want to made ur attention towards one of the shoes, which i have purchased from ur franchisee.
      i have purchased shoes on 1st feb 2010,& model no of the shoe is "R270846" & just after 15 to 20 days after the purchase of shoe,the pasting of the shoe removed from the sole & i had complaint to franchisee what they did that ,they help me to have claim on my shoes & let me provide me the new shoes on the claim for the shoe.


      now on 1st june 2010, i m able to get the shoes &on this date i have purchased the shoes,by paying the extra cost of the shoes & whose model no is "J00894"(it is from the KHAN collection) after the purchase of shoe just the week passed , i m suffering from the same problem which i have mentioned above(i.e pasting problem) & i have complaint to the franchisee but when i complaint to the franchisee, what reaction they show to me is that " sir aap is shoes ko de jao hum isse ELFI se PASTE KAR KE DE DENGE".& they also told me that , agar shoes "pani mai pehenkar jaoge to pasting khul jayegi"NOW THE ISSUES is that..........


      1. WHAT SATISFACTION I AM GETTING AFTER THE PURCHASE OF SHOES OF THE "INTERNATIONAL BRAND"...
      2. WHAT VALUE OF MONEY I M GETTING........
      3. AFTER INCURRING "2999" HOW MANY PROBLEM I M FACING.

      I HOPE THAT UR COMPANY WILL TAKE NECESSARY STEPS AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE...........
      OTHERWISE I HAVE LEFT WITH ONLY ONE OPTION i.e "consumer court"...

      I received shoe of small size, though i ordered for US NO.11. and thus I sent back the articles.unfortunately I again received articles and again you people send small size ie No.8 show instead of no.11 size.
      and I honored the VVP and paid Rs. 3199 and also VPP charges. Thus I made double payment and you received payment twice but failed to send the correct size shoe required by me.
      there is totally a deficiency of service on your part and I am going to approach Consumer Redressal forum and obtain all reliefs with costs.
      shoes, after 5Months sole opening prob... i use very normal...week ends that to be less that
      5-10 mts walk in office ...Don't know such good brand loosing there customer faith on their excursive stuff

        Reebok is MNC ,having good chain of stores.I am wearing Reebok Product for over 2 decads ,for the 1st time in last 20 years found manufacturing problem with the upper of shoe. I purchase the product at fag end of January 2010 from Reebok Store in Emiance Mall in Gurgaon wher I went to meet a friend of mine working at Tommy Hilfigure.In May I happened to be in Banglore on a meeting ,went to see the friend at Forum Mall ,we visited Reebok Store showed the Shoes I was wearing ,Sales Executive accepted the company manufacturing defect and told us to leave the pair,so that claim is put forward ,I told hime that I am an outsider & leaving for Punjab next day ,he adviced to give at any centre near by.I purchased another Pair from the Banglore store.On reaching Jalandhar I approched Model Town (only Reebok store) but it was Frachise Network ,refused to hear me,saying: "Sorry you have not purchased from us,this item has no inventory of Company billing,moreover you have not retained the bill hence we can not do any thing"
        Its a matter of great concern that such branded products franchies do not care for their patrons grivences/complaints,Donot have customer care business ethics.
        Now please let me know what should I do ,where should I go ,whom should I contact.Spend thousands of Reupees & get tension able care from MNC's.

          Hello Sir,

          I had purchased a sports shoe from Reebok Factory Price Shop,Kolkata(VIP Road,besides Haldiram) worth around Rs 5500 @ some discount.

          The shoe was defective and it's(both pair) sole came off within 4 months.Since it was within the gurrantee period,I took it back to the store and asked the manager to him to replace it.

          He behaved very badly with me and told me that the shoe's can't be replaced.It can only be repaired.He also told me that the repaired shoes would be delivered within 15 days time.

          It's the 36th day and I have till date not recieved the shoes and whenever I call the store up,the manager very rudely tells me that he would inform me soon.

          This kind of quality and bad customer service is not expected from a brand like Reebok.

            I bought the reebok easytones and wore them for maybe two months. The soles have worn out on the balance balls and one of them even popped.
            I bought a pair of easy tones as well and the same thing happened after only wearing them for a few months. I think that the company should reimburse its customers for these faulty sneakers - they should last more than a few months.
            I bought a pair 4 months ago and loved them - very comfortable. However both soles have worn out on the balance balls and both heels have popped. The actual blue plastic is now exposed. Seriously, I only were them to go on my nightly walk and would have never expected the life of the shoe to have ended so quickly.
            I have just started wearing mine, I will watch out for this... They are making me feel like I am doing a work out. I am used to walking and I am happy thet these are making me feel like I am working so much harder than I actually am... My concerns are they will wear down!!! I will let you know... Reebok should be warning about this and not be charging what they are!!!
            I was bought a pair of the Reebok Easytone trainers for Christmas and already the sole has worn out, the blue plastic is exposed on one shoe. I am really really disappointed in these shoes! Has anyone successfully complained to Reebok about the quality of these shoes?
            I have the same issue with the soles wearing out. Reekbok does not stand by their product. Save your money and purchase a different shoe!!!

              I had received a Reebok Double your Money Gift Voucher booklet in 2009. I got the booklet code also and was able to redeem first 3 vouchers sometime in march '10. However, now the booklet code seems to blocked and the Shop keepers are no help either. We sent a mail to customer.[protected]@reebok.com multiple times but haven't got any response from them.

              Booklet Code 238400. Please activate the vouchers so that i can redeem them. The vouchers are expiring on 30th June.

                Dear MD, Reebok India, Date 30th May

                Pictures below tell you the story. Bought these shoes from your stall at Pragati Maidan, Delhi during the Trade Fair, nov 2010.

                Pictures would show that the shoes are hardly used. I must not have even walked 10 kilometers over 5/6 days- that is all I have used. And yesteday, to my amazement, while walking in Rajouri Garden, I found that something is below my shoe, only to find that lower most layer of sole was tripping off. Post that I could not walk, had no choice. Went to thrree of your showrooms to check what could be done, in Rajouri, Saraswati Vihar as well as in Prashant Vihar. Summary of resposes is:

                1. You have not bought from us , so we can't do anything
                2. have you brought invoice
                3. If the shoe was bought on discount, there is no guarentee/ warranty
                4. In sale we sell old stock- 2/3 years old and in which such defects are common
                5. On being questioned where is this policy told to consumers , the last of the three- Krishna Agencies at Prashant Vihar, said that our invoice says "not exchangeable". I asked is it same as NO Warranty/ no defect repair etc...he said yes.

                Pl tell me what to do. I do feel very cheated that after buying from Company and paying close to Rs 2000/= this is the response I get.

                Till today there is no acknowledgement, no revert, no solution

                I have had the same problem with the shoe I bought her ein Hyderabad. Unfortunately until today I did not know I could register a complaint. But after another bad experience with reebok outlet in Hyderabad I had to look into the sites and figure out this can be done. I am not sure if I will ever get a response to any of my queries here. Did you?

                  hi Team,

                  This is to inform you that I have been unfortunate to select a faulty pair of Reebok shoes, the shoe is less than a year old the sole got separated from the shoe. I bought this pair of shoes in last July 2009. I have visited the showroom today and spoke to Venket the sales person who sold the shoe, he gave me customer.[protected]@reebok.com mail ID. The showroom person has seen the shoes and also confirmed this may a defect in pasting the sole portion. Hence please provide me a positive answer without making a loss to the customer. However this is first time I even facing some manufacturers issue in pasting the sole portion, which again pulls us back. I am very sure this issue is not with the wear and tear of the shoe as I used this shoe very minimal are usage for the casual wear for office.

                  Faulty portion: Bottom sole of the shoe removed from the upper portion as a result of improper pasting of bottom sole. My left shoe is under manufacturing

                  Hi Friends, I have purchased Reebok shoes recently. The store boy give me only one shoe to try and I purchased that Pair. When I used the shoes I found that the other shoe was internally defected. The balance for the left shoe was not proper, then I made a complaint to the store but the guy at the store sais that we can't do anuthing as you have used the Pair.
                  Then after a long journey to the hierchacy of Reebok, I got the store head number and then I made a complaint to him and then he told the store guy to take the shoes back and check them.
                  I don't know what will happen, but I have a suggestion to all that we do not need to have trust on any one. I didnot recieved my shoes back.
                  I've had similar issues, but there is not alternative shoes company in this segment :(

                      I am a new member of your "India today book club" with membership no- ITBC10377349.
                      I have purchased One Reebok track suit & a pair of Reebok shoes having order no-OGA[protected] & Invoice No-ORA[protected], dated-03.05.10.
                      But The track suit which I have received is of 100% polyester instead of cotton/terecotton which you usually deliver. Also the colour shown at your website is different of which i have received.
                      The same is the case with Reebok shoes, it is also of different colour which you have shown at your website.

                      Also please let me know where is my "Holiday Package" worth of Rs5000/- which was free with this product.

                          keeping in view the reputation of Reebok, i bought Reebok watch while flying with Indian airlines. to my dismay and astonishment, the watch was no way better than a Chinese watch available at every nook and corner for Rs100. in just 2 months time, watch started loosing or gaining time and strap of the watch was in tatters.

                              I have taken a pair of shoes from one of your store which had a discount of 40% ( which was over across mumbai)- The shoes now in next 4 months have gone worst.The sole has torne & the grips have come out. I am going to the store for the replacement, before that want to know how can we identify that the shop is selling the authenticated shoes of reebok & not the duplicate.Is there a mean to find the same. Can a reebok official visit this store along me & check if he is selling reebok orignal shoes?????

                                Initial date of order was in the month of feb 2010. product was not received till March. When enquired, you guys told that the address was an issue and the courier people were not able to find my house. Again they asked for my address with phone number. They replaced the order again in April 2010. I specifically told “bag it today” to ask the courier service to call me if they don’t find my address, now today again they are calling me and telling that they are not able to find my house, when i asked them to give the courier service number they are not giving.
                                What is this system?
                                You people are in Delhi, the courier guy is searching in chennai and i am in chennai, the courier guy is not calling me either and you are not giving me the courier guys number.
                                THIS IS IRRITATING
                                ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS TO RECEIVE A PRODUCT

                                    i bought a samsung mobile 5212 in 3rd week of march. on scratching i got a reebok travel bag free. i had to submit a Rs 100 cheque for getting it which i did on 26th march. I was told i will get the bag within 2 weeks but i didnot got it even today. please do the needful for this.

                                      I would like to bring this to your notice that I made a purchase at reebok store in residency road, bangalore yesterday on 19/04/2010 worth Rupees 11476/-. But i had very bad experience with the behaviour of the staff Mr. Irfan employee ID WX0107033. His lethargy to show the products was very annoying. He was very very arrogant and spoke in a rough manner when I asked him to put on the air conditioning - he replied "there is no power and generator cannot take the load". The tone and the arrogance of his behaviour is something which I would have never expected from a Reebok store sales person. I felt as if i was buying from some road side shoe vendor. He was also not prepared to show me the different products in the store. He showed only 3 designs and said this is the only things avaliable. If this is the quality of sales people in your store than I storngly feel that I need to change my brand.

                                      In the end there was a girl who helped me shop and I made the purchase only because of her.

                                      This kind of people(Irfan) should immediately be taken to task as I am a very brand loyal customer and if i face this kind of a behaviour from your store than I am forced to believe that Reebok is not customer friendly store and I may also be forced to convey my bad experience to other friends.

                                        This is in reference to the 'Reebok Double Your Money Offer'. I had purchased Reebok shoes, Model no. J08551, from Reebok Tarush Marketing Pvt Ltd, Andheri East, Mumbai on 03rd October, 2009. The bill number was 1986.
                                        I was given the offer booklet along with the bill. But, the sales associate, Gaurav did not guide me appropriately. I was given the impression that I could use the entire booklet of Rs 6000 at one time. Also, I was not informed about the redemption code to be sought, at the time of sale. Consequently, I was misguided about these clauses. Due to unavoidable circumstances, I could not put the offer to use for three months, post sale.
                                        Further, when I went to encash the booklet in the Reebok store, PVR Complex, Saket, New Delhi, in February 2010, I was told that I could not use the booklet atall because the time period for securing the redemption code had lapsed. After repeated requests, I was asked to come again. When I contacted them again on 17th April 2010, I was told that three of myReebok gift notes had expired. This, I was willing to accept. But, further, I was informed that out of the balance nine gift notes, I could only use three. I sensed serious foul play in this contention. I was then asked to address my complaints to Mr Saurabh Aggarwal, whose numbers are not reachable.
                                        I am highly dissapointed with the treatment meted out to a loyal Reebok customer like me. The reebok Gift Note number is GV 95597431 AF9 and the booklet code is 415709.
                                        I am very hopeful of a fitting redressal from your end.

                                        Reebok India Company — refused to change in guarantee period

                                        I purchased pair of ladies chappel in Feb2009 Rs 2300/from reebok shop Sarojini nagar two days back the sole of chappel came out we went to shop on Saturday 13th March there were three boys first they asked several questions to avoid and accept the chappel then told us to come after Tuesday
                                        we came from Gurgeon and requested them to take but were admant and finally they refused to repair /change and threatentned us what ever we can do we may do
                                        one of the boy who was busy on his mobile named Ajoy even told us to leave the shop and misbehaved with my family member I then called police and a complained was made .with
                                        This attitude with such employees we will never buy any reebok items
                                        UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE AND SHOES FROM REEBOK

                                        I had purchased the above mentioned shoes from Pune, JM road Reebok branch worth 5999/-
                                        in March 2010 and while buying the shoes I was told that if anything happens to the shoes
                                        from 3 months of buying them, they will get replaced.

                                        However REEBOK has not kept its word and neither were the shoes worth Rupees 5999 which got worn out
                                        just in 1.5 months of its use.

                                        These shoes were sent to Gurgaon office by the local showroom and were returned saying that there is no manufacturing defect.

                                        I agree that there was no manufacturing defect, but while buying the shoes I was given the gaurantee that even if the
                                        shoes get worn out then there will be free service or if required the shoes will be replaced (irrespective of the manufacturing defect or not.)
                                        I took the shoes to the showroom much before 3 months to show the bad condition of the shoes in just 1.5 months after
                                        spending 5999/-.

                                        How can the manager in Gurgaon say that nothing can be done as its not a manufacturing defect?
                                        Don't you see that the shoes are totallty worn out in just 1.5 months from purchase date and they cost 5999/-?
                                        Is this a less amount? Are REEBOK shoes expected to get worn out in just 1.5 months?

                                        I am a regular customer of Reebok and in just 2 months I have spent some 17, 000/- on 3 pairs of Reebok shoes.
                                        Is this the kind of service I get for being a regular customer?

                                        Please let me know when can I get the shoes replaced from the local showroom in Pune.

                                        I purchased a .Rreebok shoe on 11/07/2010 for my son for Rs. 2518/-. from Ms. Anuksha Sales Pvt. Ltd., Deep Enclave Ashok Vihar Phase-III, Delhi. TIN No. [protected]. The sole of the shoe has come out from the front portion. I was not expecting a Reebok shoe to give such a bad service. I thought that the quality control of Reebok must be very good and that is why they are cgarging such a high price. Please tell me what is the use of buying such an expensive shoe if it does not last for even 4 months.

                                        First time myself facing the issue in my new pair of shoes, which I bought in the month March 2010 (Bill Attached), in that particular pair after six month I found Blue color Braiding pattern disturb (Jalli in Hindi) loss its actual shape (photo enclosed)

                                        I approach the dealer (Bill enclosed) for last three month periodically, I didn’t found any proper responsible answer for this defect.

                                        Simply Reply from dealer:
                                        No warrant for the above shown defect without doing analysis (Without consulting the Reebok service Engg.)

                                        Kindly reply for above issue whether it is cover under warranty or not & also reason why such defect not covered under warranty, it likely to be Quality issue of yarn thread (Tensile properties) issue.

                                        Within 2 days of my buy the sole got disjoined from the shoe.
                                        I immediately went to the dealer and discussed the problem. He refused to refund/replace and offered me service but it brought no change as the sole again got disjoined within 2 days of service.
                                        I am very unhappy and annoyed with your product and service provided by your company.
                                        I may not take any legal action for this issue but unfortunately I will not prefer any product of your brand in future and will not recommend your brand to anyone.
                                        I hope your company will refund my money or replace my product if you indeed provide proper service to your customers.
