It is to intimate that during my visit from Nagpur to Mumbai on dated 12.02.2010 by JETLITE AIRWAYS flight no 0112, time 0855, PNR PNZFBG, 9W 7042, the offer was given to the passengers for purchase of Reebok Track suit, imported dry fit micro fabric, attractive international design code 1727 worth Rs.3,999.00, Reebok shoes, sports shoes with air vents on all sides ensures complete confort, code 1726 worth Rs, 2,999.00 and on purchasing these two items there was a complimentary Reebok Duffle Bag FREE. The scheme was valid from 1st Feb 2010 till 15th Mar 2010.The gift is to be delivered within 21 working daysat door step with out any extra charges.
On dated 6th Mar 2010 call was made on AVA Merchandising Solutions Pvt Ltd, Delhi, Helpline no[protected] for purchasing the above two items. The payment of Rs. 2580.00 was made through credit card. The payment has been successfully done. The mailing address was noted to AVA for delivery with mobile no [protected]. The gift is not received till date.
It is requested to take necessary action at your end to have a delivery of the product purchased.

ON THE VERY SECOND DAY OF MY PURCHASE THE FLOTTERS WAS TORN. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE QUALITY OF YOUR PRODUCT. ALSO VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE AND REPLY WHEN I WENT TO REPLACE THE PRODUCT. THE OUTLET WHICH I BOUGHT THE FLOTTERS IS SAYING THAT THEY WILL PASTE THE TORN AREA AND RETURN IT TO ME.
BUT I EXPECT A REPLACEMENT OF THE FLOTTERS.
WHY SHOULD I WEAR A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
WHEN I PAYING FOR THE QUALITY O[censored]R PRODUCT.
