Dear Sir,
I bought a pair of shoe (Article no-R072326) size UK-7 from Reebok Exclusive, 3-A, Lawrence Road, Amritsar on 26/01/2001 vide Invoice no- 5268 amount Rs 1609/-. I tried at shop before purchase. I tried once again at home and felt stress in my legs. The reason was the wrong size selection of shoe size i.e. I bought no-7 instead of no-8. Same day I went to shop and requested to change the size of shoe. But due to non availability of desired size (No-8), I could not get its replacement.
Today, I once again requested to owner of shop, but they told that they had checked Chandigarh distributor, but desired size is not available.

Kindly arrange to replace my shoe. I am also ready to change the article of the shoe, if size is not available.

It is to inform you that i had bought a shoe (Model No. R167699) worth Rs 3999/- (IN SALE) from Raipur Road, Dehradun Reebok store named REEBOK FACTORY PRICE SHOP, MUNISH RETAIL, 25/33, Raipur Road, Dehradun (Uttarakhand), Ph. No.[protected].Through bill No. 1439 dated 29 July 2012 . The shoe opening from the arches of the foot 'a smiler cut of about 2' on both the shoe. i went in showroom within 24 hrs of the purchase but, the retailer say that nothing can be done as it is not a manufacturing defect or not in a guaranteed position (IN SALE)?

Don't you see that the shoes are totally worn out in just 24 Hrs from the date of purchase and they cost Rs. 3999/- (IN SALE)? Is this a less amount? Are REEBOK shoes expected to get worn out in only 24 Hrs?

Please let me know when can I get the shoes replaced from the local showroom in Dehradun. Please do it ASAP.

    I had purchased razing shoes for 8000 rs and after wearing shoes
    For 2 months the upper part of shoes is start to crack. I had put complain with reebook but I think it is not good for the reputation of the company as their new product has problem and also the price of shoes which is very expensive .
    And also the guy who was dealing my complaint was not upto the mark of international brand. Hopefully I got my shoes replaced.

    Please take this complain seriously & replace my Shoes.

      I saw the advatisement in news paper ,reebok offer worth rs 2999 in which company gives me 1 bag of reebok,1 reebok glasses,i reebok track suit,1 shoes. bt when i got the parsol i nsaw in it there is lto duplicate bag, 1 mtv glases, 1 reebok track suit,1 shoes, I am not setesfied with mtv glasss and bag.

        purchased a pair of shoes from Fazilka PUNJAB show room of the
        company. The shoes developed a cut on upper part of one of the shoes
        and was returned to the show room with in 10 days of purchase. The
        company reoresentative has refused to replace the shoes though within
        the guarantee period.

          I purchase a Reebok shoe of price Rs1499 from your store SOUTH X MALL,O BLOCK KIDWAI NAGAR,KANPUR,UTTAR PRADESH on 4/11/2010.I sow a defect in shoe on 29/12/2010 the lower thin layer of shoe sole was out.I reach to big bazaar store on 31/12/2010 and asked to solve the issue.They told me We will send your shoes to Reebok Lucknow and Reebok repair it or we will send mail to Reebok for replacement of shoe If Reebok agree to replace it .At the time of purchase salesmen told me we have three month guarantee on Reebok shoes If the problem occur we replace it.they gave me date 20/01/2011 for giving back the shoes.And when I reach there for taking my shoes.the shoes was not properly paste and they paste the shoes itself with in the store with some adhesive material for pasting.and when I say that it not properly paste from some portion the thin layer was out they told me we paste it with in two hour.

            I am a new customer who got the invitation to join bag it today through my rediffmail ID. Yesterday, I was offered a Reebok Hexride shoe (MRP Rs 7499) at a special price of Rs 2999/- after correctly answering two questions online. However, I was unable to place the order on line as the system kept asking me to fill correct address which I could not understand as I was filling correct present address. Bag it today office timings were over so I decided to place the order today. However, the pop up is not available today and the product is not included in the list of boutiques on your site. interaction with customer care reveals that the offer is still valid. However, the sales deptt is not accepting order for cash on delivery and i am not keen to disclose my credit card details as this is my first transaction with bag it today. Please forward the offer through email on line to enable me avail this fantastic offer.

              I purchased a pair of Reebok Shoes on 13th January 2011 from a Reebok Store. (Reebok Flagship Store, 32,33 Ground Floor, Ambi Mall,Ambience Island,NH8 Gurgaon)
              Model : J17898; Bill No: 13815; Time: 7.30pm ; Tin No: [protected].

              To be very honest, I would say this was one of my worst buying experiences ever with a Reebok Store. I have been a regular customer of Reebok from very long like most of the people are. But this time around, I was very dissapointed.

              I went to a Reebok Store on 13th January 2011,liked a pair of shoes there and decided to buy them. The shoe read MRP of Rs 4599/- (tag read 4599,shoe kept in the shoe stand/rack in the wall). Also, 30% discount was offered on it. Therefore, I purchased the shoes paying a cash amount of Rs 3219/-.The shoe was packed in a shoe box( cardboard box)and given to me. I didnt really noticed the box properly. When I reached home, by chance I had a look over to the box. I was surprised to see the MRP on the box written Rs 3999/-. I thought maybe by mistake a wrong box could have been given. Then I saw a sticker on the shoe itself which read MRP to be Rs 3999/-. I was a shocked at this juncture because, the model in the box and the shoe were same and MRP accordingly was Rs 3999/-. Then why Reebok charged me according to Rs 4599/-. Money was not a matter, but it was the question of right and wrong. Such kind of things are not meant to be associated with a brand like Reebok.

              Today, I came back from Delhi to Gurgaon to see what exactly was the matter. I was surprised and amazed at the answer that the store people gave. First of all, the attitude was very casual, not at all professional. Then, I was told that -
              (1) Wrong box was given to me by mistake.
              (2) Prices of shoe were increased.( They offered me to check the details in the system. However, I didnt see.) If prices were increased, why old stickers were pasted? New ones should have been first pasted and then shoes must have been sold to the customers.

              The answers were somewhat not convincing enough. I still didnt know what exactly they meant by these two things. Their, justification was not upto the mark.

              Sir,I just want to put up a simple point and want a feedback on this. If I go to the market, buy a product,is it possible that the seller charges me an amount more than the MRP mentioned on the product or on the box? If Reebok people tell me that sir a wrong box was given by mistake, prices are that much only, I am sorry to say this Sir this kind of a situation is not pleasant enough.
              I came way back from Delhi to find out the matter and the behavior I expected from the personnel was much more helpful, convincing and justifying keeping the dignity and credibility of Reebok and not letting it down in front of the customers, potential ones and well as the regular ones. And also a casual behavior like Sir sorry a wrong box was given is also not at all accepted. Today they give a wrong box, tomorrow maybe a person comes from a distant place and by mistake a wrong pair of shoe is given then?

              Sir, I request you to please give me a feedback on this asap as this was my worst experiences at a Reebok Store. I want to know what is right?
              The personnel answers at Reebok were not convincing enough. I hope you will look into the matter and revert back to me on this. The shoes are still packed.

                  Regarding Exchange Of Shoes.

                  I bought one shoe of Reebok PGSC No. R180458, MRP : Rs. 2990.00 on Dated : 11.05.2008 from the above mention shoe store and found defect on the shoe. So, I decided to replace it and hand over it to the vendor dated : 25.06.2008.

                  But till date I have not received any replacement rather the vendor is saying to take old version shoes and replace it some other place.

                  May be the shoes returned from reebok but the vendor sold it to other and denying me for the replacement. We are Physically and mentally abused by the vendor.

                  I request Reebok India to look into the matter in urgent basis and refund / replace the same ASAP.

                        digital camera — material missing

                        I'm sending one parcel from Waidan(Singruli ) to Tamilnadu state, Nagercoil near by place ALANVILAI (629809). i'm booked at one Waidan collection centre on 17.12.08. The parcel cover has reached today in my house safely. But inside thing missing what is doing the PROFESSIONAL COURIERS. Where is the professional?

                        Reebok Kit — No delivery after taking the payment

                        I made a booking on this phone on Jan. 31st, 2009 an made the payment by Credit card with a condition that the goods will be delivered within 21 days with two additional items i.e. a wallet & a keychain.

                        The booing no. is [protected].

                        The date of delivery was till Feb. 20th as per the commitment, however NO DELIVERY HAS BEEN MADE till date.

                        I called your office on Feb 22nd and learned that you do not have my address and even my name is not correct with you.

                        Your people claim that there is a technical fault and hence they will take another 7-10 days from today.

                        I got a courier person visiting my house three days back and asking for a payment of Rs. 3100/- against my booking! When we informed him that the payment has already been made, he told us that he will come next day, NO ONE CAME AFTERWARDS.

                        This is just an abuse as your organization they took the money with a commitment and do not bother to deliver the goods.

                        Reebok Kit — Non receipt of ordered material

                        I had ordered for Reebok kit vide order no.[protected] dtd. 21.03.09 and got confirmed through SMS on 24.03.09, that my order is processed. As, I was been told at time of order, the kit will be delivered within 21 days of order, I am still looking forward to receive the same. I have complained on your helpline no.[protected] on 10.04.09, 16.04.09, 18.04.09, 21.04.09 & 24.04.09, but found that the persons attending the call are not aware of the delivery status, hence of no vain.

                        Now Should I forget my money i.e.Rs. 2, 998/- made to you through CITIBANK or I will be getting the kit, please confirm.

                        Reebok Kit — Non receipt of Reebok Kit

                        I ordered the Reebok Kit on 10th April 2009 and I have not yet received it. By all means this kind of lapse from your end is unacceptable. You mentioned that my consignment was lost in transit and you have reinstated my order. But why was I not informed on the same? You must keep the customer informed if there has been a lapse from your end! Furthermore I have serious doubts about the attention and detailing from your management team. Mr.Azeem Khan was supposed to get back to me and write to me on the status of my order on 18th May 2009 which he never bothered to do! If the senior management is lacking the customer focus I have reservations regarding the commitments of the organisation. Your organisation has failed miserably to keep up to my expectations and I shall NEVER EVER order through India Today Book Club and share my thoughts with friends, relatives, colleagues and business partners. Please note that I want a full refund of the Reebok Kit that I have ordered since you have failed to maintain the committed time line and also when given a chance to revert back on the same you did not do so. I have rightfully asked for my money back and I will appreciate if you can process the same and send me back the money within the next seven working days.

                        I hope atleast this time you will not fail to attend to a customer's need!

                        I Have ordered reebok fitness kit on 06/10/2009 via telephone and paid the amount Rs 3199.00 wide my credit card. I was informed that goods will be espatched with in 10-15 days. But till date I have not received the goods. But till date 27/102009 I have not received the goods.

                            I have got the REEBOK Classic watch with black leather strap .
                            I hardly started wearing this watch & within two months of time the strap has started cutting near to the loop, the loop to attach the strap are attached with staple & one got broke in weeks time & the other loop was also been broken.

                            I had never expected such a D grade product from a branded company & that too international one.

                            Did not found even any email in the RBK site alos to register the complain or any feedback

                                  I had bought the sports shoe from TARUSH MARKETING PVT. LTD. (Maybe a francise of Reebok) located at RamKrishna Chambers, linking Road, khar West, Mumbai - 400052
                                  The ITEM NAME is J10903. I bought this on 04th July 2010.

                                  There is a defect in the lace of the shoe. Its worn out already by just wearing it four times. When i went to the showroom from where I bought, firstly the salesman out there clearly said that there is no grey lace available and then when I told him to send a requisition for the same to the company, he was not interested at all to take it.
                                  I have been using reebok shoes from the time I have started wearing sports shoes i.e. since around 20 years and everyone at home also uses reebok shoes.
                                  I dont think this is a company policy of such bad after sales service.
                                  I would not buy reebok shoes going forward and would also recommend all my friends and relatives to opt either for a nike or an adidas instead of reebok because of such a sad service.
                                  This has really been a dissapointing visit to reebok. By the way I visited the store around 1:30PM on 5th December 2010.
                                  Just to give a classic example of after sales service. My leather shoes bought from METRO stores at Linking road, the sole had worn out completely. I had bought the shoe is DEC 2008 and when i went to the store today and showed him the shoe, he immediately said that the sole will be replaced at a nominal charge and took the service seriously. I think these franchises should learn from this.
                                  These franchise stores are spoiling the brand name of REEBOK.

                                    I am native of Jammu,on my visit to delhi in September 2010, I had purchased Reebok shoes with propduct ID R960813 worth Rs2799.00 from M/s SHIVA's Departmental stores ltd,Opp. Police station Motinagar.,New Delhi.

                                    Sole of the shoe came out within 2 days o[censored]se,complaint was registered with the dealer.He refused to exchange the shoes with new one and returned the defective after pastering.Repaired shoe again got the same defect after a week.

                                    Since its not possible to approachthe dealer again and again,is it possible to get shoes exchanged from Reebok store at Jammu.

                                      the reputed airtel company was supposd 2 deliver rebook sun glasses and watch...
                                      bt it has been 7months...i havnt recived it...u hav a well reputed company...and all ur doing is loosing on customers...i wud reqvest u 2 send it...asap...we dnt realy care about the ...gift items u giv but once you have givn an offer you must implement on it...if the problem is not solved asap...v will b left wid no opption other than 2 aproach the...consumer court...and as it is...u do not have less complains...in ur inbox...

                                        I have purchased one Reebok sandal from West end shop (Reebok),234/236 ,Lokmanya tilak Marg, Opp GT hospital, Mumbai -02 (phone[protected] and After one week the sandal deattached from sole . when I was contacted to shop , they told me to visit their shop. once visited there and asked them to exchange the sandal , they just said that the deposit your sandal and we will check. i have deposited the sandal.now they are saying that it will be repaired . I want different sandal. Pls. help.
