I m Suhail Ahmad Khan from Bareilly. I m an Advocate. I purchased a Reebok shoe on reebok outlet at DDPuram Bareilly. After choosing the shoe i make the payment as the shown at bill on counter. when I came back to home i open the box of shoe I saw that there was a tag of Rs 2999/- on one of the shoe and the bill was of Rs. 1979.00 after 40% discount on net rate Rs. 3299/-. Then I contact to outlet n told them the same problem they told me that this shoes of old price n now the rate is hike. I requested that if this is ur old stock u should billed on old price but they neglect. This is legally wrong that to hike the price on old stock.
Now my request from Reebok management to give me the difference otherwise I will take the legal action with in next three days

Dear sir,
I have bought a sandal R100103 at REEBOK shop EMDEE enterprises Bill No I/423 at jayanagar 9th block Bangalore on 1st may 2011.within twodays both soles are separated.yesterday I went to the shop and asked for replacement. They refused to accept my request saying that no replacement or exchange possible.
A reputed company like Reebok is like this! I was surprised the way treat the customer. We wanted a quality product that is why we went for Reebok but instead we got a real bad one
We request you send us the replacement for the product as we are not intrested to going to the shop once again

I have bought a Reebok Shoes, a reebok backpack(Kings XII Punjab) & a socks from Kottayam Reebok store a month back..Unfortunately i got shoes & Bag on a 50% discount..Shoes cost around 1350 Rs & Bag costed me around 1100Rs..The second day of my travel in that shoes i felt bit uncomfortable and when i looked at the sole of the shoes,it was torn..One piece of my sole went somewhere..and the zipper of my bags are gone with the wind too...each time we closes the bag each one comes in our hand..When i contacted the store they said,Discounted items will not be replaced or repaired..I agree to the fact that discounted items will be old stock or rejections...But 1350Rs is not worth for a week how will i go for Reebok as a Brand then..Earlier a shoes bought will be used for 2-3 years..If you are selling more than 3 year old stock in the store i dont agree to it..

IT SHOULD BE CLEARLY EXPLAINED TO THE CUSTOMER...THEN HE WILL THINK AGAIN..
I HAVE LOST FAITH IN A BRAND LIKE REEBOK..SORRY TO SAY I AM ON MY NEW FILA NOW IN GYM..I DONT VALUE A COMPANY WHICH DOES NOT VALUE MY MONEY!!!! 1350 FOR A SHOES IS A DESCENT AMOUNT..Rs.1100 FOR A BACK PACK IF GOOD ENOUGH!!!ANYWAY ITS NOT FREE FOR ME TO NOT BOTHER

I gaurav from lucknow had purchased 4 reebook face & body wash from your autharised store under sale on 03/7/11 from L.P Associates shop no 1 ,LGF , Funrepublic mall gomtinagar lucknow .All of the four were expired two were expired on 05/11 ands two on 06/11 i even informed the store about it.
i developed severe rashes after using your expired product for which i had to take urgent medical teatment

I hv two pair of shoes one is mine and one that of my son whose sole has come
one partly and fully disconnected from the shoe I had purchased the same shoes
from Ms.Adarsh agency show room no3 Reebok Shreem shalini mall alkapuri
vadodara/ reebok junior sterling centre alkapuri whose bill for one shoe is
dated 17/01/2011bill no s10/1702 and the other bill I m not finding it is not
even six months that this type of problem has occurred in the shoes but
firstly the showroom incharge initially refuse to take the shoes for necessary
repairs stating the sale period does not have any repair so u might get the
shoes after one month but the shoes were finally collected by the showroom on my
insistence at shreem shaline mall without stating the date of return and the
repair charges stated also reebok junior has refused to give me the receipt for
receiving the shoes which has inturn been collected by the other shop at shreem
shalini mall as the owner being the same with unprinted hand written receipt
this highly unprofessional attitude on the part of the Reebok company and i
regret having had such a experience with the world brand company if required i
shall also take up this issue to lamington road delhi

please kindly look into the matter and see to it that both the pair of shoes are
replaced out right because even if it is pasted it will not have the right shape
/size.

I bought a pair of Reebok Shoes for Rs.2400.00, from Authorised Reebok store, vapi-gujarat but within 3 month the shoes developed torn & its sole gets detached. I handed over the shoes to them . They agreed & accepted the shoes and gave me the complaint no., saying that the shoe will be inspected and then appropriate action will be taken. they ask me for courier charges so as to send my pairs to the factory to paste it up.After 2 weeks i received my shoes pasted in a way such as the Solution marks are all along the shoes uppers.To my surprises though i occassionaly wear my shoes & my activities are quite nominal again the pasting get detached & my sole hanging beneath it, putting me in great agony & pinched me how i wasted my money in trusting a leading brand and paid high,& the product is not even worth to wear again.

Hello, I am a local resident of Dehradun and i almost regularly visit the reebok outlet situated at rajpur road for my general apparel and footwear requirement, along with the clothes i have purchased a reebok Deo(reecharge) three months back but now when i visited the store last time i didn't find the deo, whan i asked the sales staff they are not able to provide me either the deo nor the satisfactory feedback about the availability of the product or after how many days they will provide me.
My Complain is regarding the unavailabilty of the personal care products at the company outlet which is now a days in a huge demand and if we are not able to get the quality products from the company outlet then it's a big concern for the company and it is reducing the reputation of the company and the oulet also.

Ordered a wallet set on sanp deal and received a substandard wallet with stratches on it. Wrote to the help line of the site didnot receive any response. called on the help line didn't get chance to speak to customer care officer as their officers were always busy.

dont know what to do. but learnt a lesson that dont buy anything online.

The staff at the shoeroom have not accepted the complaint. They asked me to send a mail to customer care. They also informed me that the RULES have changed and they cant do anything about the replacement or repair of the shoes.

For a reputed brand like Reebok, this sort of post sale service has not been expected. I was expecting the staff to take care of the complaint.

I know that the warranty period of 90 days is over, but within 5 months the shoe developed crack. Very poor quality I have to say. Such quality was not expected from such a famous branch and that to within such a short time.

I hereby attached snaps of the bill and the product.
And I have used shoes for office purpose not for the sports. you can make out this by seeing the sole.

I hereby request the company to replace the shoes or refund my money.
Hope you respond to my complaints soon. Please respond positively.

it is to inform you that i had bought a shoe (Invoice No.1727 & Group-R094127) worth Rs 2599/- from SHUBH SHREE MERCANDISE(P) LTD.368 SRI NIKETAN ROAD BOLEPUR,HOLDING NO.-48/33.The bill is dated 28/2/ 2011 .But unfortunately the shoe sole has almost completely worn out within 3 month.so much so that i can't wear it anymore . reebok shoes purchased from show room at Camac Street, Kolkata used the shoes 5 to 7 times. the lower lair of the sole has seperated from the main sole on both the foots. The condition of the shoes are as good as new.
the show room manager and his senipor are refusing to change or accept that the shoes are purched from their show room.
Regret for such foreign high end brands. Are the company only interested to make money from Indian public.
currently left the shoes with the showromm for the inspection by the seniors.

Dear Sir,

This is in reference to a pair of Reebok Shoes that I purchased from REEBOK showroom, DB Mall on ( January16th, 2011), for MRP- Rs.4600, discounted price was Rs.3220.
I would like to bring to your notice that the shoe purchased had the warranty of 6 months as was told to me, but just after a period of 3 months, that shoe has torn.
I had in fact visited the store to get my old shoes repaired,( picture attached), but was told by the sales representative that nothing could be done as the shoe was out of the warranty period, so I bought a new pair, as at that time 30% off scheme was running.
The warranty period of that new pair of shoes is yet to lapse as told to me by representative, so I would like to get my shoes replaced.
But I am sorry to say that the experience I had as a customer at your store was very bitter. Although sales representative Mr.Vishal, tried to settle the things and forwarded the matter to his senior Mr. Mohammed Younis, but Mr.Younis rather blamed me that this nuisance will not help me out in getting the solution and was not even ready to give me the copy of my bill for reference. As a suffered customer, I don’t foresee any nuisance created at the store which can also be seen in video footage of your store.
Although I am not having the bill but the transaction is reflecting in my card statement.
After my several requests and persuasion, he has promised to arrange my bill copy tomorrow on 15th May, 2011.
I am waiting for his reply and would like to get a solution on this matter as soon as possible.
So sincerely request you to look into the matter as such costly shoes are not purchased every quarter.

Waiting for your reply or else I will be forced to lodge a complaint in consumer forum.

I purchased a pair of Shoes(In december'10) from RbK show room Chas, Bokaro Steel City. I purchased this Shoe thinking that RbK is a standard company and its material will be of good quality. After using only for a month the pasting of the shoe left, making the shoe unusable. After this happened, I approached the concerned Shopkeeper and complained him about the shoe and left the shoe at his shop for two months. He said nothing can be done; you take back the shoe and do whatever you like. This had created a dispute with us The shopkeeper abused me also.
I am making this complaint to you to look into the matter it will tarnish the name and fame of RbK.
I am writing this message to you for your information and necessary action immediately with an instruction to the concerned shopkeeper to do the needful and advise me at the earliest. If the solution of this case is not found out and made I would suggest my friends, relatives and other known persons not to purchase RbK shoes in future.

I had brought clothing from a nearby mall. ( Oberon mall, Cochin, shop name : Reliance trends. ), attracted by an offer of getting a reebok watch worth Rs 3000 if I buy clothing from there for Rs.2500. The watch lost its glass cover on top the very next day. After one hour it lost its second hand. Watches worth Rs 50 last longer. I used to buy reebok accessories from their exclusive showrooms and i get products of real good quality. The mall is staining the name of the brand by selling products of very poor quality , making us buy clothing for such a high price. THIS IS A BREACH OF TRUST. Please see to it.
