    Sir,
    I have purchased a soccer ball from Reebok Showroom at City Square Mall, Raja Garden,Near Rajouri Garden Metro Station on Febuary 13th 2010.At the point of purchase I had enquired for the quality of the product which was rest assured to me that if any defects or damage were reported within not to worry there's a 2 year stitching and shape warranty and would be mended officially.I think the model number R706929-this was printed on one of the hexagon of the ball.

    But at the second day of my purchase when i took my ball to practice sessions you can believe that after one shot on the goal post the ball's foam teared off from one the hexagon.I took the ball with my retail invoice to the above mentioned store and they said sir we can do nothing at all the warranty is over stitching parts of the hexagon only.

    I said ok then u can compensate with me or else repair the ball for me but all the sales person present were ignoring us and even harassed me and said we are not responsible for this go to head office , they are 500 more complaints pending here and there are no replies on them too.

    Please do not treat any of my statements as a threat made to the company but a genuine inconvenience / dissatisfaction and my regrets towards the Company.

    Request you to place yourself in my soccer ball treat me as a genuine customer making a genuine purchase without understanding that I would have to face so much of mental trauma and try resolve the issue at least communicating me back about the further course of action from your end and the further course of action that I may need to take from my end.

    Kindly see the pictures of the sales person who verbally harassed ,abused, and ignored me .

      I booked the above products in the month of February,2009.I had Made apayment of Rs.1699/ to India Today book club with my Credit card.But despite of several remainder they are not sending my bboked items My booking reference no. is [protected].I contacted National Consumer Helpline and my complaint No. 209761.National Consumer helpline advised me to write to Manager Customer Services India Today Book Club.I wrote accordingly on 24/12/09 and sent the letter by registered post but no reply tii date.

      Reebok shoes & Benetton Watch — Payment made-goods not received

      Sir,
      On 3.3.2009 I had ordered thru phone for your offer for Reebok shoes&benetton watch @ rs.1699/-.
      The order no. is OGA[protected].Though I was assured that the product will be sent in 15 days I have not
      received it even after 2 months.The payment was made immediately thru credir card.Kindly inform about

      But still i have not received the consignment PL DO THE NEEDFUL ASAP.

        To Rebook India

        this is regarding the worst behavior and response by an Sales In charge and Area Manager for Rebook, in Coimbatore Rs Puram.

        we have bought a Rebook Shoe worth 5000Rs and within a day we found the same to be defective and we went to the showroom for the replacement.
        for which they ignored it as a product defect and denied replacement.
        In Addition they used harsh means of communication and humiliated us .
        particularly the sales manager whose mode of conversation is very unacceptable.
        this gives very bad opinion about rebook brand and its services.

          I have purchased one pair of shoes model no.J08630 size 7.5 for Rs.3919.30(sale price) and actual price was Rs.5599. Bill No.884 dated 11.2.2010 from G.N.Overseas,Unit no.G-2,G-3, Manish Corner Plaza, Plot no.1,Sector 11,MLU pocket dwarka,new delhi-110075, Tel.No.45018615 and 16. I was told that this is very good for walking,specially recommended and certified by the doctors and it gives pain relief in knees and ankle.
          I am a regular walker of 8-10km. daily and I never complaint in my legs and knees. But after wearing this on th first day,it starts paining in my legs and thighs. I tried on second day and again it starts severe paining in the legs as welll as in shoulders.
          Kindly make arrangement for replacement or money refund.

            I had taken post paid connection from Vodafone ([protected]). I also received Reebok Jacket as gift from the company through Innivative Incentives India Pvt. Ltd. The jacket was in damaged condition which I bought immediately notice to both the companies. innovative Incentives also promised to replace the jacket and asked me to courier it and assured me that charges will be borne by them. But no courier company was ready to accept it as To pay. Also whenever I call to their office now nobody picks up the phone. vodafone cleraly said that it is not their responsibilty.

              I have purchase a pair of shoes (PGSC No.J17304, Travel/Traing shoe worth Rs.3999/-) on 9th January, 2010from your Reebok Exclusive Store, M/S Siddhi Vinayak Enterprises, 103/B/B, Adjoining City Plaza Complex, Opp. Medical College, Jodhpur-342 003 (Raj).It is sorry to say that only after 4-5 wearing, sole of the one of the shoehas damageged/cracked at ancle side and it is also observred that bottom of sole of both the shoes starts flattening and are in very bad condition. It is really a big shame on the part of REEBOK, the BIG name in shoe and at the same time it is a BIG SHOCK to we "THE SO CALLED VALUABLE CUSTOMERS". Ithing the matter is very much reious, I am hoping complete replacement of the said pair of shoes at the earliest so that our faith in your product may continue.
              I have handed over the said pair to yopur store for further action.

              1. This mail is in respect to a Hexaride Shoe purchased on 17 Sep 2009 from 'Karan Sports' located at Jabalpur.

              2. The newly purchased shoes showed signs of tear on the right shoe.

              3. On 22 sep 2009, I returned the shoe back to the dealer with the assurance that it will be projected to the MP head for confirmation and within 10-12 days will have my replacement.

              4 Despite numerous visits to the dealer, the shoe has not been replaced till date. Such a response from a renowned company as Reebok is very disturbing. regular customers as myself look fwd to prompt reply and services and if the state of affairs is such that after two and a half months the complaint has not been heard to, speaks very ill of the company.

              5. The quality of a shoe worth Rs 7,000/- purchased from an authorised dealer would not give away in a matter of days, as I have been using the same brand since ages. The company's products suited my requirement o[censored]se, being in the Armed Forces, as they used to be durable and endured the limits too. Such a event has also tarnished such a repo that used to be.

              6. Hope that my request will be heard of and acted upon Sooner than expected.

                sir i bought the reebok hexride shoes for running.after 3 months the pasting of the reebok shoes went off,i went to the reebok outlet in great india place 1st floor from where i bought.i submitted my bill also to them and its under warranty of exchange because when i was buying they said that if there's any problem in the shoe we will replace the shoe within 6 months. i went there at 3rd month now i has been 1and half month till now i didn't get my shoes replaced.and when i was submitting the shoes they told me it will take at the most 15 days thats it. now sir please help me in this.because today also i went there and said they said no response came from head office of reebok we can't help at all.

                  I have purchased a pair of shoes model No: R781021 Size US12 from Suncorp Lifestyles Pvt. Ltd. Plot No. 1, Dhanlakshmi Co-op. Housing Society, Bowenpalli, Secunderabad today (18th Jan 2010). The price MRP on the box barcode is Rs.3999/- packed Jan, 2009, but the invoice is prepared manually for Rs. 4599/-, added +2% additional VAT, - 30% as per the discount offer and finally the invoice is raised for Rs. 3283/- (Rupees three thousand two hundred and eighty three only) No. 251 dated:[protected]. When I questioned the manager about the price, he informed that the price on the box is an old price and the prices are been revised in the month of June 2009.

                  As per the law no one can charge more than the MRP printed or selling a product with out MRP in INDIA, any change in price should be properly changed on the article. For articles like shoe the price is fixed after the article is manufactured, so there should not be any change or correction in price after 6 months from the date of manufacturing.

                  So I think the refund of the excess amount charged should be refunded with a proper explanation or I have to approach the Legal metrology department to register a case for excess charging or I have to approach the consumer court to book a cheating case against the SUNCORP LIFESTYLES Pvt. Ltd. and REEBOK INDIA COMPANY.

                    Due to problem in shoes (sole pasting parting off) & Because they were in warranty period I have returned them to the the showroom on 12/12/2009 & still the status is to wait for another more than 20 days, so as to get the approval from higher authorities.

                        poor quality shoe sole

                        I have a pair of reebok running shoes I purchased from Metro Mall in Bangalore. I don’t wear it very often and I am surprised that a few days I wore it for a morning walk and the sole of the same started coming out.
                        I have never seen such a thing with any shoes before. Check the pics, the sole shows the usage.
                        I seek the same to be checked for quality and for the same I am willing to send it across wherever need be.

                        I had ordered the Reebok Kit on 30 th November order no[protected] & made the payment at the same time by Credit card, payment was deducted from my card instantly from my card. I had ordered the kit by phone & I was informed I will recived it in 15 days with a free gift because I had made the payment by credit card. The above no was given to me on phone no confermation was given.
                        After 15 days when I called them I was informed due to technical reasons the order was not sent & will be sent soon.
                        Every time I mail them I get one reply we are sorry give us some time in the last mail they asked me to send scan copy of my statment which I have sent. Again I got the same reply give some time.
                        I have sent 7 mail to them I am getting the similar replys , they are just passing time so the customer gets tired & let go the money, this is a chet fund company.
                        I have been cheated by this company.

                          I have made the payment for Reebok fitness kit (Rs.3198) on 12th December, 09. But after repeated follow up on 30th December, 09, I received the order confirmation i.e. order no. 0GA[protected]. Till today (i.e. 5th December, 09) I have not received the material. After making payment if somebody has to wait for more than 25 days for the ordered goods then it can be said that your service are very poor.

                          Reebok Fitness Kit — NON DELIVERY OF ITEMS ORDERD

                          This is to inform you that I had ordered the above fitness kit vide order No. [protected] on February 6, 2009 (Mr Ankit took the order) through phone and my credit card was debited for an amount of Rs.3199/-. When the material was not received by me I contacted Mr Adil on March 2, 09 (6.15 pm to 6.45 pm) and was told that there is no such order being displayed on their computer and advised me to contact again. Subsequently I talked to Mr Lalit on March 3, 09 and was told hat the material against the above order has been wrongly sent to a different customer and I was given a new order No.OGA[protected] on March 3, 09 with a confirmation that the material would reach in about three weeks time. After waiting patiently all these days, I contacted Mr Chandan on April 3, 09 at 11.45 am who instead of conveying the position of this order, simply disconnected the line. I again contacted Mr Amit same day at 11.49 am who gave me the Speed Post Consignment No. ED[protected]IN but said that the material is out from their office and that I have to check with Speed Post why it has not been delivered. I am quite surprised the amount of Rs.3199/- paid by me is inclusive of delivery charges and it is the responsibility of the supplier to ensure that the material is delivered in time. Mr Amit also did not bother to help me in finding the pacakge and simply disconnected the line.

                          After waiting for almost 7 days, I called today (10.4.09) and spoke to Mr Arvind at 2.27 pm and he also gave me standard answer of material has been despatched and that I should be getting any day. He did not even take the responsibility of addressing the customer's problem. Immediately I dialed Tel No.40502424 and spoke to Mamta who also did not bother to tell me status of the consignment and instead started saying that I should be getting the parcel in a day or two.

                          This is a really day light robbery by India Today Book Club by simply taking the money from the customers for rotation purpose of the Company and cheating the customer by not supplying the material as orderd even after swallowing the money in advance.

                          Please note that I have wasted so much time in dialing the telephone number[protected] for the last two months and even my telephones calls were hold up for hours together and not even got a satisfactory reply to my queries.

                          I hereby appeal for the damage for time wasted and the money in phone calls and I demand a sum of Rs.15, 000/- towards non-delivery, not attending the customer complaint and enjoying the money of Rs.3199/- charged to my credit card in advance.

                              I have booked a order no-m-commerce/0GA[protected] on date 23.10.2009 with shoe size no- uk-08.I got the product on 09.11.2009 by paying Rs-1198(product cost+ postal charges)+50(postalcost hidden),but size of product was not proper. I have lodged a complain no-237446 immediately on 09.11.2009 in his office.Agency told me to send the over sized product to comapany with refundable courier charges(Rs-250) and told me that the product of correct size will be send to you .I have sent the product on 10.11.2009.Agency has recived the returned product on date 11.11.2009.Till now despite of many telephonic and mail communication, they are not sending the product to me. I have spent the following money on this shopping.
                              Rs-1198 (basic cost with shipping charges)
                              Rs-50( addinitial postal charges on delivery)
                              Rs-250( Courier charges to return the oversize product)
                              Rs-200 ( On telephone for getting the right size product)
                              Total-expense is Rs- 1700 Till now.

                              I have sent so many mail to him but situation remain as such.
                              in the above context you are requested to look in to this matter so that I can get my product back for which I have spent Rs 1700. you are also requested to compensate my extra expense of RS-500
                              for follow up of matter.

                              India Today Book Club — non delivery of shoes after paying payment

                              Reebok shoes Kit not delivered
                              Hi,

                              I had placed an order for a reebok shoes kit on India Today Book Club and have paid payment thru credit card,

                              I have received an order confirmation through my mobile . I have received an orderno. as 0GA[protected]. The customer care number for India Today Book CLub is
                              [protected]Available from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.).
                              The order has never reached me and customer care keeps telling that order has been dispatched and you will receive the order in 48 hours. So many 48 hours have passed away and I haven't recieved any delivery. The customer care keeps on telling that courier has been dispatched though speed post with consignment number 5266. I have checked with speed post and they say that such a number doesnot exist with them.

                              This is a clear case of online fraud. Can you please take legal action against the company so that other citizens also donot suffer this. Can I get my money back.. There is no provision to cancel the order in the website.

Until march I had made few purchases and had got the redemption for the same. But on 7/3/10 I made a purchase from one of the reebok stores, but I didn't get the redemption on issuing the redemption coupon to the store because their staff told that they are getting errors while filing the redemption code and so I couldn't avail the discount

                                  I myself bought a pair of shoe for my child and they offered this scheme. I was able to use 6 out of the 12 vouchers when the shop keeper from the shop I bought the shoe sounded aware of the problem and said he will do manual transactions where code is not required.

                                  Where as now they are declining it. I also never got the SMS response to the code. They should explain why we are at fault if we don't have the SMS code and what is the need for SMS code.

                                  I understand after speaking to their Area executive today...a horribly rude and arrogant guy, outrightly dening it and even did not let me complete the conversation when I told about double offer. i am sure we are not the only ones who lost money.

                                  One interesting thing that I found was the offer was through a Vendor and not diretly though reebok..but they are missing the point, Reebok has promised to offer it not the vendor.I think the company has its basics really screwed up. The company executive agreed that they have been aware of this problem but never took steps to fix it and are now saying it is customers fault.

                                    Sir, I had booked Reebok Kit as per ad. appearing in the hindi daily Dainik Jagran on 04/12/2009 , over the telephone on your toll free no[protected] .The transaction was successful , and your employee told me that i will be receiving my kit within ten to fifteen day's time.
                                    Now today at 16.25 hrs.i received a phone call from your office telephone no; [protected] asking me whether i have received my reebok kit, i told them till date i have not received the same ,then the man on the telephone told me we are sorry that your payment vide your citi bank card has failed , if you want the kit you can once again give us the detail OVER THE TEL. and we will book your kit, i fully beleiving the person who is working on behalf of INDIA TODAY GROUP( TODAY SHOP) told me that your transaction was successful,i told him please make sure that there was no duplicacy as i need only one kit, he told me you don't worry.
                                    But , in the evening i got a SMS from citibank showing a transaction for Rs 6398/- has taken place at LIVING MEDIA India Ltd DE.I was shocked and perturbed i immdiately called citibank and they told me a transaction for Rs.6398/- has taken place, this was in addition to my earlier transaction which has taken place for Rs 3199/- vide approval no. 014380 dt.07/12/2009.It means that India Today has told lie about my first transaction that it has not materialised , instead of one kit has fradulently booked two more kits. thus not only shaking my beleif on both india today (india shop group) and the reebok company .I would like that immediately my second fradulent transaction be cancelled and STOPPED-AT-ONCE no transaction for Rs.6398/- be proceeded.Hope, only one kit will be des patched , which was booked on 04/12/2009.In future TODAY SHOP will keep a check in such type o[censored]nethical selling.

                                      I had ordered for a reebok kit (Rs.3199/-) through their (ITBC) ivr line using my credit card on 14th NOVE 2009. Afterwhich i would have spent at least Rs.250/- on follow up but in vain. I am yet to receive the Reebok Kit which they promised to deliver in 21 days. Its nearly 2 months now. Whenever i call the customer care, they will say that I will receive the same in next 4 working days.
                                      For the past one week the reason that they are giving is, their systems are down and they are unable to check the status. Please help.
