My name is Mathew Thomas working in Mussoorie. I have purchased a shoes from Reebok junior on 22nd of December 2010 from Dehradun and the shop's name is Match point. For your reference Bill no. is 1840.
After when I brought this shoes we went to kerala and few days later back side of the soul came out because we were out of dehradun we fix that issue with a fevikwik. After we reach dehradun after a month the soul started coming out totally and we have given back to the same shop. They told me they will contact me with in a week and till this date I haven't heard from them. So please help we what can i do in this case.

      I had handed over a defective Reebok wrist watch to Mr Amit( Mobile No [protected]) at Reebok India Office Situated in Gurgoan on 23 January 2011, against acknowledgement of reciept of watch.

      I was promised by Mr Amit that a watch would be sent to my address in 2-3 days and it would reach me in a weeks time.

      However till date after expiry of 7 weeks i have not recieved any watch. I tried calling Mr Amit at aforesaid number many times but either he didnot picked the call or number was out of reach.

      Such kind of painful experience with REEBOK INDIA has never been expected from a Reputed and Brand Image conscious company like REEBOK.

      With the help of this medium i hereby want you to kindly do the needful and resolve my problem ASAP.

        I have bought canvas reebok shoes from satnam exclusive reebok showroom , shop no. 11, ground floor , viva collage mall. G.T road jalandhar , punjab.ph. no. [protected], 6534565 , on the date 25/10/2010 , the shoe costs me Rs 1099. i had bill with tin no. [protected] and invoice no. 1025. the shoes were damaged just in 2 months, according to company's conditions they will replace the shoes if they got damaged with in 6 months, i have given the shoes back to the showroom they said it will take 1 month to replace the shoe but they are unable to do so. and because of this i am suffering allot due inconvenience caused by the company representatives.

          I bought reebok shoes in February-2010 and I have used It 2 months hardly. I found shoes sole has left its upper matterial (Clothe) in January 2011. I request you kindly chenge the same on urgent basis as Reebok is well known for its good quality than how can we expect such product from such brand name.

            i bought a casual reebok shoe for 1200 rs from authorised store
            wiithin 5 months both the shoes torn at stitching
            THEY SAID SHOES HAVE TO BE SENT TO DELHI TO TECHNICAL DEPT FOR APPRAISAL
            EVEN A ROAD SIDE COBBLER WILL SAY IT IS A MFG DEFECT
            show room people were careless and callous in treating the customer
            and after 45 days returned it back that no manufacturing defect and is wear and tear only during 45 days they never appraised the situation
            there are 800 stores and morethan 50000 complaints are assumed per year
            like courier service they should have tracking number so that customer need not make 15 calls and couple of visits and increase his BP
            I STRONGLY BELIEVE THEY HAVE NOT SENT IT TO DELHI AND DILLY DALLIED
            there is no proof of appraisal at delhi no challan
            I HOPE SENIOR MANAGEMENT FROM SO CALLED CUSTOMER CARE TAKE CARE OF REPUTATION BY PROMPT ACTION

              i have ordered the reebok combo kit amounting to rs 3198/- on 5th of jan which was supposed to be with me within 7-10 working days,but till now on 3rd of maerch i have not got it.this is not a registered company but a badmaash company which is handeled by chors in hindi words which means theaf they know only to give discount and take orders but not to supply the order on time.its been 2months till now i have not god my orders nor even a single penny of the amount i have paid them.

                  I purchased Reebok Easy Tone shoes about 45 days back at an approx cost of Rs 5500.00. To my surprise I observed few days back that the interior of the shoes has undergone wear and tear. The fabric in the inside of the shoes has all shredded threads coming out. Both the pair have the same problem. I never expected such a costly pair of shoes to develop such a problem so quickly. I need complete replacement of my shoes.

                    Subject :-URGENT need your Help Regarding Replacement and was not guided properly by your sales person

                    I need your help, It is regarding a purchase of shoe from Inorbit Mall Vashi.

                    I had purchased a pair of shoes of Rebook From Mr. Aziz from inorbit
                    mall vashi. Whenever i used that shoes for running in Gym i used to
                    get Pain in my legs. so I thought to exchange that shoes. Than I went
                    to Mr Aziz again and he suggested me to have Hex ride Dhoni Trainer
                    shoes their was not much choice at that time, stock was very less,
                    even size of that shoe was bigger than size of my feet , my feet is 7
                    and shoe is of 8 , but still i trusted him and went for that and took
                    that one. I was not aware that this shoes also have same soul which i
                    had previously (Thick hard soul and above fabric is also not
                    flexible). Now again whenever I wear this shoes my legs pain. After
                    getting Pain I went to Mr Aziz he said he cant replace . He never
                    guided me for different soul which reebok offers. instead he gave me
                    same soul shoes after knowing my legs where paining in same soul
                    shoes. So i thought theirs some defect in my legs or may be reebok
                    shoes dosent suit me ....

                    Than yesterday I went to Reebok store at Kourm Mall thane. Their i met
                    to Mr Shoaib i told him that reebok shoes dosent suit my legs If i use
                    them my legs start paining. Then I showed him which shoes i have, then
                    he guided me through different types of soul and shoes reebok has and
                    which one should I go for. And he suggested me to go and speak to Mr
                    Aziz and get it exchanged . He said Dhoni trainer shoes which I have
                    are Thick with soul and above fabric is also thick so my legs pain i
                    should go for runner shoes or DMX ride. After meeting Mr shoaib I felt
                    liked i was cheated and I was not given proper knowledge of product by
                    Mr Aziz. I am user of reebok shoes since past 10 years infact i
                    suggest all people to go for reebok shoes.

                    I hope you will help me in replacing that shoes . shoes are brand new
                    i have used it just thrice. I have spend around Rs 7999/- approx to
                    buy that shoes which is around half of my salary of month which i get
                    from office. I hope you understand that it is a hard earned money and
                    it is just going waste. kindly help me to get replace of shoes i will
                    get another one from same store.

                    i beg to say i am sencere and regular customer of your reebok shoes, actually i( arun kumar)(father of amit kumar)had purched a shoes of rs-1499/-having code no.-vs7609 size-9 on 23/06/2011 from the shop address-"chanda mama, reebok india company, near h.p. ghose petrol pump, kailash complex, station road, samastipur having ph.no[protected]"and after few days the shoes broken and from there i did not get the original cash memo where the term and condition of warrenty mentioned, i had gone the shop 03/10/2011 and i had talked to shop owner a few days ago approx 20/09/2011 the shop owner told me there are no any provision of warrenty.so i want to complain this matter.

                      i puchased a reebok Zecteck pair shoes from lajpat nagar, from Reebok outlet.
                      after three days i found that the left shoe is defected, my thumb and leg is getting numb.
                      it is very very difficult to wear this pair of shoes for even ten minutes.
                      i am wearing reebok shoes fro last four years, and i never found any complaint.i am afitness instructer of New Delhi YMCA ad i am a national player in powerlifting i have been selected to represent delhi in national powerlifting championship on 11th march 2011, for this purpose i bought this shoes.
                      may i request you to kindly look into this matter and kindly provide me a new pair of shoes at the earliest possible.

                            I brought a pair of Reebok shoes named Crazy talking shoes
                            White colour price of which was Rs. 7999 and there was a
                            Discount of 30% so the net amount came to Rs.5600 from
                            Reebok Showroom at 7B Middleton Street, Kolkata 7000710
                            During august 2011.
                            Within 2 months only these shoes started tearing off the rubber
                            from the corner ,colour started fading from the edge and some
                            stickes came out. . I went back to the shop with this complaint then they
                            Sorted out my problem and they took 5 days for it.
                            Now again the colour has fading though i don’t wear it regularly
                            This feels very disgusting, even if i have bought of a shoe pair of some
                            Local brand, i would have got in just around Rs 500 to 1000 and that also
                            would have worked for more than a year. If you want i can send you the
                            pics of my shoes and also if you want i can also sent to exact date and
                            bill number by reissuing my bill.

                            Reebok company representatives should look in such matters
                            and should respond positively to such cases.

                              Thinking that yours was a genuine website (with email id : [protected]@irctc.co.in) related to IRCTC who were celebrating 10th Anniversary of online railways ticketing, I had taken up your one-time offer of a Reebok watch at a price of Rs.499/- . I had paid a sum of Rs.499/- via NetBanking thru ICICI Bank (ref: BIL/[protected] on 17th Nov 2010 for this watch which you promised to deliver within 15 days. 15 days passed, and now over three months have passed but no sign of a watch. In fact you had sent me a SMS on my mobile no.[protected] about a month ago saying that due to unforeseen circumstances shipment of the watches was delayed but you are now in the process of despatching the watches. That was another big bluff. Till today I have NOT received the watch and feel that I have been a victim of a FRAUD by a website pretending to be a genuine IRCTC with a fake email address.

                              Reebok Watch — SONY DIGITAL PHONE - CARRY CASE & Duplicate Reebok Watch

                              I have purchased one Sony Digital Camera W520 on 02.07.2011 vide Bill No 6491 through NEXT Retail India Ltd, Pacific Mall, Tagore Garden Delhi - 110027. They give me a Reebok watch as a complementary gift but the same is not a Original Reebok Watch. When I get the same checked through Reebok Watch Co they said its a duplicate watch.

                                I had ordered for a Large Size Reebok Track Suit in the Combo pack of the same company including a pair of shoes,a duffel bag and a Reebok Wrist watch on cash on delivery basis. My order no. is 1195971 and it was dispatched on 1/1/2011.
                                All the items have been supplied in good condition and are of Reebok Quality. However the Track Suit supplied is of Medium Size as against LARGE SIZE ordered by me.
                                On my complaint over phone twice I have been disappointed. First time I was asked to send the smaller size Track Suit to M/s Aramex India Pvt Ltd, 12/A, Newsun MillCompound, Lower Panel, Mumbai-400013. On checking as to who will bear the cost of the courrier I was informed that the Courrier Company BLUE DART will carry it free of cost on giving them a series of number. However, Blue Dart refused to accept that number instead asked me to pay Rs. 600 which I declined to pay. Second time I spoke to Mr. Raju of NAAPTOL on 4th February at 16.40 Hrs and was informed that representative from the company will revert to me within 48 Hrs. I am still waiting for the representative to revert.
                                Under the circumstances I am also concern to return the Track Suit to the above address not knowing if I will get a correct size as replacement.
                                Request Please revert as to what action I need to take to get the correct size of track suit as ordered. My address is as follows:- Col. M S Kapoor, G-1, Metta Residency, Kammanahalli Main Road, BAngalore - 560 043. Ph:[protected]

                                  Today ( 14/2/11 ) I planned to visit one of Big Bazar Branch in Bangalore Wite feild for shopping with my Girlfriend.
                                  I wanted to buy. sumith mixi, but they pepole dont have that company, so i came out to exit gate by the time security and supervisor catch me and told come inside room, this pepole told me to remove my shoes, and telling i steal reebok shoes, I PURCHASE MTS DATA CARD SO I GOT FREE REBOOK , I HAVE BILL AND ALL But they pepole insult me , after telling sorry, so any one plan to go WITEFELD BIG BAZAAR VERY CAREFULL

                                  This type of security should not accepted by our government as its totally matter of doing insult of customers.


                                  Please do the needful so they stop doing such insult and give the respect to customers.

                                    I had hell of a time getting my order executed after I placed it on Shop4reebok.com.

                                    I had placed an order for 3 T shirts. Firstly, I got a call stating that they dont have stock and that they will send as soon they get it and asked for additional delivery time. I said ok. After a week or so they called and said that out of 3, they do not have one in stock for sure. I asked them to courier the other two. After another week they mailed me saying that they do not have one more in stock. I still wrote to them to courier atleast one T shirt which they had in stock. They confirmed to me that they have couriered this. When I received the courier it was a totally different T Shirt.

                                    In all I had a horrible experience and I would urge my fellow indians not to shop on this site and waste your precious time.

                                      I had purchased a Reebok T-shirt from a Reebok outlet on 08/02/2011 with a price tag of Rs.499/-. There was a 50% discount on all the products on display and the customer service personnel mentioned that the price would be 50% of the rate on the tag(i.e. 249.50 + tax). But when it was billed, the amount was UNIT MRP became Rs.799/- and after discount it was Rs.399.50. This was not mentioned during to me while billing and I realized only later that I had paid more than what was promised.
                                      When I went back to complaint to the store, they said that the price was increased from Rs.499/- to Rs.799/- and then it was discounted. So if a price is increased that has to be reflected on the price tag and atleast it needs to be mentioned to the customer that it is increased at the time of billing which was not done here.
                                      The store in-charge Mr. Vijay Raj had accepted that it was a mistake from their part but was not willing to take back the item as there was no return policy nor was he going to compensate me for the additional amount that incurred to me.

                                      I am really baffled how comapnies like Reebok increase the price of a item so drastically and then drop it and then again during sale season make a discount rate. These guys are honestly taking us for a ride and the franchisee's don't know how to tag items and they cheat the customers.

                                        I purchased Reebok zigtech shoe (code of the product is[protected] from your shop in Rourkela.

                                        The address of the shop is Jas Apparels & footwears Pvt Ltd., Tulsi Complex, Panposh road, Rourkela 4, mobile no. is [protected].

                                        They have charged me Rs. 7599/- (MRP) for the shoe, the price of the shoe as per the box is Rs. 6999/- (MRP).

                                        Moreover as per your website shop4reebok.com the price of teh zigtech shoe is Rs. 6999/- (MRP).

                                        I have discussed the matter with my lawyer, according to him, the company cannot charge more than the MRP.

                                        Moreover if there is any change in the MRP this should have been indicated on the box, otherwise how will the consumer know about it.

                                        Moreover if the company is selling through factory outlet, the price of the product should be less than the MRP.

                                        My lawyer has suggested to file a complain in the consumer forum. We will go ahead after receving a pointwise reply from you.

                                        I am really embarrassed to complain about the branded so called Reebok Company after wearing two days pasting is torn (Manufacture defect). I bought this shoe on[protected], bill No 3102 in the cost of Rs. 1609/- after discount of Rs. 689/- from M/S life style cosmos siliguri the mega mall, sevok road, Siliguri734001. phone number [protected]

                                        According to complain:

                                        3. ...manufacturing defect only.
                                        5. ...no exchange... if it is from outlet.
                                        So i bought this shoe in store not in outlet.
                                        According to it, company must replace for this product.
