[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband — Worst customer care service

I was applied for Reliance Broadband connection 25/10/2009 . I cleared all my documents However, your people after their commitment to install the connection by 27/10/2009, failed to do so. They don’t pick up my phone or call back, i want to Reliance office Secunderabad i check there backend my application was not summited the given receipt no [protected], Executive used my amount for personal, Executive name Kiran [protected] office people the given me Executive boss number [protected] Ramakrishna he told that Executive taken ur amount his in outstation wen he come i will send u. till date i didn't rev that boss telling me iam send u money but his also don't pickup my call, make horrible excuses I can't understand how its possible with a company like Reliance. I am disappointed not because that they have not got my connection but they have constantly failed to keep their words and have been missing their dates.(Everyday they will assure me that their come give me my amount . However, nobody comes and the guy replies with a stupid excuse).

Reliance Broadband — Threatening calls for recovery

This is reference to the reliance broadband bill issued in the month of august-2007. At the time of application of the broadband connection I have applied for the Plan- 750(150 kbps) and somehow I have given the Plan[protected] kbps) from the reliance. I was unknown for this information .

After few days of the connection installed I contacted to the reliance customer care and became to know that plan which is given is limited data plan and i supposed to have unlimited Plan so I have requested (Date : 25/08, request number :[protected]to change the plan and it got changed in 24 hours.

I received bill for the month of august with the amount of Rs 11,275 /- and it is charges for the limited data plan which was not asked for . as per my requirement It should charge me Rs 750/- + taxes . I have requested to issue me a new corrected Bill Because this is not a mistake from my side. (request No :[protected] on dated 10/09).

When I had found out about this I had registered a complaint with Reliance Customer Care.I was told that it may is due to wrong plan activated by Reliance ,so I have to pay about 1700 rs to waiver rest of the amount (attached mail from them below) .So I have paid 1700 rs by cheque. but later I was getting phone calls daily to pay rest of the amount. One day told them , if they are continuing to harass me , I will launch a complaint against them so they stopped to call me.

After this today I got a call from delhi, saying that it is from Delhi High Court and a case against me is registered for forgery and I was given a phone no. of Delhi Advocate, who asked me to pay the amount immediately otherwise I will have to face severe losses.

I want suggestions from you all , what should I do now ? Please share your expertise.

I am residing in Phase1, New Palam Vihar, Gurgaon.My subscriber ID is[protected]. I took Reliance broadband internet connection nearly three months back and since from that time I have not seen a single day when I get network connectivity without any break down.It never works in the night hours specially. The services of this company are pathetic.

Moreover their customer care department has nothing to do with the complaints and keeps on ignoring it but their billing department is so punctual that it never fails to generate bill and that too without any delay. They don't even mind to see for what are they asking their customers to pay.

I request to all the customers of reliance who are facing such type of problem to stop the payment of their bills till the time the company don't provide proper facility.

Very worst service provider.The Customer care is pathetic.They have taken out my wimax connection antenna with out my knowledge.They were supposed to take out my neighbors connection as the vacated .Instead of that they took my connection and I called by customer to complain.They gave me a complaint # and and there was no action taken again I called them up and again one new complaint# but after 2 weeks also no action was taken.I was annoyed and I asked them to disconnect my service as I wated to take a new one.The response from reliance is as below.They never even took a step to convince the customer.

This is the worst service ever - Relaince Broadband. They are cheaters!
You will have to follow-up with them with your application number...

If possible pls call your bank and stop payment of cheque and go for some other connection!
not only this problem, we are facing loads of problems by using this worst broadband connection, in my situation last month bill was generated wrongly, actually 2 months before i raised a request to changing of my plan from 1gb day 10gb night to 3gb day and 10gb night, but i went to delhi so that my sister is not paid the bill.next month we received the bill of 3500, after i came over here i called to customer care and i found that the plan was not changed, i fight with customer care executive Mr Manoj, he told that he will give the weaver of 900, afterthat they given connection on first week of june, this month bill was generated on 27 th, for 20 days we are not used much, but today i received the bill of 1400 rs, dont know how these people are generating the billl, today i sent a mail to customer care Stating that Please cancel my connection ASAP. i got irritated because of this. be aware of reliance broad band, worst services, too much of charges, my suggestion is please dont use RELIANCE BROAD BAND,
I have called up reliance customer care services for at least 5 times and lodged a complaint related to my service for not net with speed they mentioned(3.1 mbps). They are not able to identify or either rectify the problem yet. The service from a company like Reliance is so pathetic which no one could expect. I was promised that if there is any problem it would be solved in an 72 hrs beyond that. But this time they took more that 14 days and my net is still not working pls take action against this comapany if you can.

Reliance Broadband — not connected after 7 days of booking

i have given connection fees on friday 16/07/2010 and still on 23/07/2010 after 8 days the company did not given me connection , the company representtative told me at the time of booking that i will give u connection within 2 or 3 days, the sales executive are telling lie and taking connection , and due to this i suffer some loss, is this is the policy of relinec company for taking connection.
