[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband — Worst customer care service

I was applied for Reliance Broadband connection 25/10/2009 . I cleared all my documents However, your people after their commitment to install the connection by 27/10/2009, failed to do so. They don’t pick up my phone or call back, i want to Reliance office Secunderabad i check there backend my application was not summited the given receipt no [protected], Executive used my amount for personal, Executive name Kiran [protected] office people the given me Executive boss number [protected] Ramakrishna he told that Executive taken ur amount his in outstation wen he come i will send u. till date i didn't rev that boss telling me iam send u money but his also don't pickup my call, make horrible excuses I can't understand how its possible with a company like Reliance. I am disappointed not because that they have not got my connection but they have constantly failed to keep their words and have been missing their dates.(Everyday they will assure me that their come give me my amount . However, nobody comes and the guy replies with a stupid excuse).

broadband unlimited offer — useless staff

I have opted this broadband on saying their sales team but now I felt cheated.Mini station was installed at my house they have given a demo on sales persones ID .and they promissed that your ID will come in 05minetus.Today 20 days passed no password is given.Basically this company is very poor in providing service.No body in this company tells the right things
I have come accrose Mr Sanjay,Mr aloke,Mr.Parash Sharma and full custmer care team they all are selfish want to sell the product and not at all bother about the custmer. They are very greedy in collecting cheques.My full friend circle wanted to switch on to this network but now they have seen me and no body is willing.Those who are reading please be careful. I have spent enough money on phones and wasted lot of time

i am dis satisfied with services from both the customer care and from technical dept, every time i call regarding speed they always making fool us they saying u cahnge the mode o[censored]r network your speed will increase and i do but i tell u sir i am doing mca and i think i have little knowlege in computer .
your customer care person don't response properly they cut the call .
if say please take compline then they say sorry sir u have already complained we con't take again ur complain, ... .Is it right to say like this to cutomer

We have a broadband connection of reliance with user i.d.[protected] and account no.[protected].. We have shifted our house from previous add. F1 Vrindawan appartment, 104, padmawati B Nirman nagar, jaipur to Flat no. 2 Shivam apartment, Rani sati nagar south, Ajmer road, Jaipur.
kindly shift our connection to our new place...

The Worst Service Provider I have Ever Seen

I am Vimalraj. I booked reliance broadband connection in[protected]customer care).[protected] Murugan agent(PH: [protected])collect mone. He told three days is enough for installation. Three days gone no one response me. Then i decide to call murugan agent mobile ring is going on, he cut mobile. So, i decide to call reliance customer care, he told wait seven working days. After seven working day, i complaint daily in customer care " All are told your complaint is forward to office"
No one response today itself, I THINK YOU ARE NO: 1 WORST BRODBAND CONNECTION SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am very very disappointed in your service.

I think Reliance and all its customer care employees are bunch of liars. They tell lies and teach their employee to tell lies.
Recently I have placed a request to disconnect my broadband connection as its getting disconnected so often . At first they told they would call me within 2 days. I raised the complaint on 12 th Feb and till 14 th Feb there was no reply. Then I again called them on 15 Feb and escalated the issue. This time I got a call and they persuaded me to keep the connection telling that she (the lady on the other end from the customer care) would personally keep a track of my connection.

These bunch of liars and ppl with lackadaisical attitude then told me that a new request has been raised from the retention dept for my disconnection and that it would take 9 days to disconnect my connection., When I told them I wont be paying for this service from 12th they replied and told me that I would have to use the connection till the point of time its not disconnected. !!!

Never in my life did I hear such a thing from an ISP .. and the worst case is they are so blatant shameless creatures that they dont have the least of respect for the person to whom he or she is speaking to and they will drive you nuts.

My suggestion - never ever try this broadband.. in my case one day 3 of the DNS servers went down at one time and then after 5 days the DHCP server went down without any kind of intimation to the customers about the outage..

To hell with Reliance broadband...

I have been using reliance data card for the last 2 month on my Desktop with windows 7 operation system.
However on Thursday (11 Feb 2010 ) night. I could not connect to the network and got the error ( # 678) . Next day morning ( 12 Feb ) I registered a complaint with your Customer care . She told that someone from technical department would call me by evening ( 12th feb).

However I didn’t receive any call from your side. I again called back to customer care and came to know the request is still pending and no one bothered to forward it to the technical department. The executive on the other side assured me that I would be getting call within 2 hours. But nothing happened .. I again called back in the evening and found that my request has been escalated to the level 2 support . I have been waiting for the call.

This type of response is ridiculous from a company like reliance. I didn’t expect this behavior from reliance customer care.

Please help me on this. I am expecting call from your side.

Reliance Broadband — Pending Installation/Refund Issue

I have applied for new Reliance broadband service for My home..and paid 500/- Rs on 31 th of January 2010..Reliance receipt no: ([protected])..

Now it is 19th Feb ..but till date, connection is not activated..

I have sent mails to Reliance customer care( [protected]@relianceada.com) but no action have been taken..

I am from VIZAG, Since i m using broadband service from Reliance Communication from Jan 10, i m facing frequent problem of losing network. Most of the time it takes 2-3 days to recover. Recently, when my network connection has lost from16th january, they told that your Laptop is a problem, then i reformat & put new drives(spend 10, 000) after that also is not getting connected, then he told that in our server is a problem, after a long time on feb 16th he has started it has took 1 month to solve this problem. again from 18-feb 2010 it is not getting connected, he told that within 2 hrs he will be solved the problem, but till time he didnt come and he is not lifting the mobile call, even we are keep on putting complined also to customer care, but till time nobody is not responding, but customercare told that we forwarding my complaint to higher priority to their technical group. But it seems that there is no control on their technical group. in this way off working they lost all customers and company name will be spoil and one day company will closed.becoz no body will take the connection. so i decided that we have to terminate the connection, for that also they have so many formalities, we are fedup of that, pls help us to come out of the problem

Reliance Broadband — Reactivation of card takes longer than 2 weeks

Reactivation of my Reliance broadband card, takes more than 2 weeks. It is still not activated as of today. I have paid my bills on 10th Feb 2010, and still my connection is not activated (26th Feb 2010). We have made atleast 5 calls to customer care and even went to Reliance shop for 3 times, but nothing helped us till now. These guys are the worst service provider in the world, very lethargic and irresponsible.
I use a data card, high speed one. Reliance had promised that the card would work in roaming and since i am a photographer, i need it in roaming more. They lied. The card is slower than the speed promised and does not work anywhere out side Bombay. They should be sued. Reliace Anil - ADA should be shut down.

Reliance Agent come to me for canvasing for a new connection
(i have already using Airtel Broadband) (Only Night Surf)
the Agent have told me that take a new connection from Reliance
your speed is 100 kbps download is 100 kbps?
Only you give a checque for Rs. 500/- he said.

so, I give a checque for 500/- Rs. taking a broadband connection from Reliance Broadband
(Only you pay Rs. 500/- for montly rental the agent said) (75 res phone calling + Unlimited Browsing)

on the First day i was not used the connection (i am in office that day)

On the next day morning i can connect the broadband asking me a username and Password
(The technical people from Reliance give connection did't give me proper UN AND PASS)
i call back to that person her told the password and User id

i have use the broadband when i was shokced very very slow speed. ok
i will put a download a file only 2kbps downlaod speed.
Then i will realise that these people are cheeting me.

The Agent come to me and collect 500/- money. I gave the money to him (total 500 Rs. Check + 500 cash)

So, i was called the customer care and pl terminate the connection i told
they take the complaint.

Later call from the Customer support Why you disconnect the connection he asked me?
I told the Fact.

And called the Reliance Agent he bring some higher officials
(Speed is your problom i change the plane to 300 kbps he told)
He told me that pl, use one month i can disconnect after one month i will disconnect he told.
After 10 or 12 days later the first bill come i will shocked to see the bill 870/- Rs.
i have using more then one week time. Then i myself Disconnect the phone and broadband Connection. not using that day onwords)
then next month bill will be come to my inbox
told pl pay 400 some thing due date is 4 April 2010
What can i Do.


How, They give connection in the middle of the month
and sent a bill for that amount.
How to regulate this pl tell or
what is safe for me
or what kind of action can i take.

1) Register a consumer case against company
2) Paying the 2nd Bill

All broadband i.e. airtel and Reliance is cheeting the Consumers.

Reliance Broadband — Not getting refund from Reliance communications

I had applied for Reliance wired internet connection vide Application no. [protected] on 16/09/2009.
I made payment of Rs. 500/- through cheque (No. 910411, ICICI Bank, Ahmedabad dated 16/09/2009).
I didn’t get connection so far so I asked their customer care to refund my money. But they have not refunded my money back just giving assurance.
I talked them several times over phone as well as thru e-mails but my problem is not resolved even after about 6 months .
Kindly help me to get my refund back.
