[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband — Worst customer care service

I was applied for Reliance Broadband connection 25/10/2009 . I cleared all my documents However, your people after their commitment to install the connection by 27/10/2009, failed to do so. They don’t pick up my phone or call back, i want to Reliance office Secunderabad i check there backend my application was not summited the given receipt no [protected], Executive used my amount for personal, Executive name Kiran [protected] office people the given me Executive boss number [protected] Ramakrishna he told that Executive taken ur amount his in outstation wen he come i will send u. till date i didn't rev that boss telling me iam send u money but his also don't pickup my call, make horrible excuses I can't understand how its possible with a company like Reliance. I am disappointed not because that they have not got my connection but they have constantly failed to keep their words and have been missing their dates.(Everyday they will assure me that their come give me my amount . However, nobody comes and the guy replies with a stupid excuse).

My Landline isnt working over 2 months now. They say the society isnt giving permission in which the cable is giving a problem.. But this isnt my problem even then I have to pay the bill for all these months as they have a policiy that the customer should pay the bill even if the services are not given and once the service is resumed they will then think of refund..
I'm Shalendra Chawla from Jaipur. I take a Internet connection from Reliance and I was told that you will get the speed up to 300 kbps. But the I'm receiving only 50 kbps speed.

Can anyone suggest how this can be resolved?

Reliance Broadband — non acceptance of bill payment before due-date

dear sir,
i was getting repeated calls regarding payment of my bill of the datacard even on sunday today & I was asked to pay the bill till 4.30pm to any nearest web-world & when i visited the web-world today for the payment they refused to accept the payment and asked me to come again on Tuesday.This would cause me additional charge of late fine & also will cause me inconvenience.
your discretion is required.

Ghatiya services from reliance broadband customer care at super market Gulbarga.

I am very sorry to write this mail, Reliance broad band customer care staff from super market Gulbarga is worst & unprofessional.

Since last few months I am facing internet connection and telephone problems. Several times I had approached & registered the complained to the customer care at super market Gulbarga but until now they did not solve the problem.

I had got the worst experience with the customer care staff at super market Gulbarga. They are keeping unprofessional & irresponsible technicians / staff. They do not know how to satisfy the customers. Several people had the same problems with the customer care.

Therefore I personally advice to the people those are not satisfy with the reliance broad band services, immediately disconnect the connections & join with the other professional services.

Reliance Broadband — Connection not provided even after payment and submitting documents

THis is really regretting to inform you that upon request for new connection for broadband internet on 4th Oct 2010, I have not got new connection till now.

Upon contacting to constumor care or floor manager/supervisor Survesh/Arvind/Manjunath (contact no: [protected]) I have got frequent answer that issue /request will be escalated to concern dept. But till now no action is taken. Each time request is postponed to later date.

Reliance Broadband / Landline Net Connection — network problem

dear sir,
i just got reliance internet broadband and landline connection today itself,some 3- 4 hours before. now i am getting network problem saying " no network access " every after some 10-15 mins o[censored]sage. and i need to reboot my system..and only then it works again for another 10-15 mins and the network goes down again. i had called up customer care,but they asked me to wait for 72 hours, thats quite a big deal to me.i would like the problem to be rectified as soon as possible otherwise i will like to disconnect it. hope those who are responsible could sort this out even though i had the good impression already on the first day itself. my user ID is[protected].

i dont think the problem has been resolved. how long do you need to resolve it? when i called the technicians too they were not taking the matter seriously. what should i do? should i reboot my system every time when the network goes down, every 10-15 mins?? if this continue this way i dont think i can keep this connection and wont suggest anyone to get reliance internet connection.

i am anne nagesh kumar having id no[protected] and i have paid the bill on 4/12/2010 from 6th december 2010 my account has kept under out of service i came to know after given a compalint and talked to custumer care centre till day i dint get any information from the reliance end today ie21/12.2010 the service people has come down and doing the service is reliance will less in my bill for the un used days.To be frank the service from the reliance end is very very poor you have to rectify other wise u will loose so many connections in this competative word of communication

Reliance Broadband — Unexpected Bill

I was a subscriber of Reliance broadband for 3 months, when they send me the bill I was surprised to see it as download and upload content data is saying something far away from actual, I made a complaint to them several time but could not get solutions. now they have disconnected the connection, pls help

Yes this is true. The Customer Support is the worst of all.
I HAVE MYSELF TRIED TO LODGE A COMPLAINT AS THE BROADBAND CONNECTION IS NOT WORKING FOR PAST ALMOST 15 DAYS . THE CALL CENTRE EXECUTIVE ARE TO SAY THE LEAST UNTRAINED AND EXPECT TO MOUTH PLATITUDES LIKE WELCOME TO RELIANCE AND PLEASE WAIT OR WE HAVE REFERRED THE COMPLAINT TO OUR TECHNICAL DEPT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE FOR OVER 15 DAYS.

ON 29 TH MORNING I WAS TOLD THAT THE COMPLAINT HAS BEEN RECTIFIED AND THEY MENTIONED MY CELL NO AND SAID THAT A LADY (TAKING MY NAME) CONFIRMED THAT THE COMPLAINT HAS BEEN RECTIFIED.


HATS OFF TO INDIA RIDING TO 21 ST CENTURY ON SUCH A THIRD RATE SERVICE.

Reliance Broadband — reliance broadband not working

Dear Sir,

I "Shivam Srivastava" own a broadband connection from reliance communications pvt ltd. My broadband cum landline number is[protected]. I am unable to use this facility from 10th of december 2010 due to some technical issue. I have lauged a complaint regarding this on 11th of december. I am continuously following up regarding my complaint, I have also spoke to some senior guyes in reliance customer care ( Nagendra and Chandu) but no action has been taken to fix my complaint. the SLA time to fix an issue is 24 hrs but now its aprox 25 days, I am unable to use my service. please take necessary action against this issue as it is really frustrating for me.

Reliance Broadband — Applied for new broadband connection in Oct, 10 still waiting for connection

I paid six monthly rental for Reliance broadband. I given cheque of Rs. 2957/- in October 2010 get cleared in Nov, 2010. Still no instrument installed at my home and now I am receiving the bill for same.
Thnaks to the Reliance team. Still waiting for some hard action taken on my request.
