[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband — Connection termination issue

My name is Ganapati Bhat. My reliance broadband Account number is[protected]. Few months back I have called customer care to terminate my connection. They responded and took termination request. Few days later again they have called for confirmation and I have confirmed termination and asked them to collect modem. Later they have terminated my connection and nobody come to collect modem. Now they are blaming on me that, I have not returned modem, and they are calling again and again to pay money for that modem. And talking roughly and giving warning to me that he is going to file a complaint against me in Delhi. Why is this? Having fault their side, they are blaming on me and giving mental torture like anything. I can not pay money for your fault. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Ganapati Bhat [protected]
