I am using 3 numbers i.e. [protected], [protected] & [protected] of R Com CDMA with single billing. In April 2013, I called the customer care team to convert my [protected] number to prepaid from postpaid. In reply to which I was offered a discount of Rs 100/- on each of the 3 numbers. i.e. Rs 100/- on [protected], Rs 100 on [protected] & Rs 100 [protected] and asked not to convert my number to prepaid. I agreed to it. Further i was surprised to see in my next bill that there was discount only on 1 number i.e. [protected] not on the remaining two numbers. I called the customer care for the same and the person assured me that I will be credited with the discount from next months and he have fwd-ed a request for the same. Surprisingly again in next month bill same problem happened, no discount was provided for the 2 number [protected] and [protected], rather I was charged with Late Payment charge of Rs 100. I again called the customer care department and the senior allowed me a waiver of Rs 300, Rs 100 late payment charge and Rs 200 against discount for two numbers. and also confirmed me that the discount for the two numbers will be provided from next month. Again same thing happened for next month and this month, no discount was provided to me, Rather this month i was charged with a late payment of Rs 100 in this month bill. I again called the customer care today on 16th Aug 2013 and I talked to the senior department of Miss Bindu who told me that I will not be provided with any discount. I asked her to transfer the line to her senior which after two unsuccessful attempt and my 3 times back to back dialing i was able to talk to Miss Hemlata, Senior executive who told me that she have lodge a complain in this matter and took a request for waiver of The amount regarding discount not provided and late payment charges. It is also to be notified that all the conversation was done the executive of Chandigarh, Mohali department of the customer care department.
Also on 7th June 2013, I mailed to the Nodal Officer of Delhi on RCOMNodalOfficer.[protected]@relianceada.com, notifying the same matter against which, I never received any response or reply from the Nodal Officer.
Its really disappointing how many times a Customer have to call the telephone company again and again for the same the thing. And they always falsify the customer by saying that the problem is been resolved but when bill is generated the same problem is there and rather they charge you with late payment charges as well.
Also it very disheartening when a customer calls the executive to convert their number from postpaid to prepaid, the executive offer them wrong commitment which is never fulfilled.
I request you to kindly look in the matter seriously and take the appropriate action against them.

Reliance Communications — Prepaid balance deducted automatically
I have bought prepaid connection for my mother. We have observed that reliance customer care enables schemes everytime without any consent to achieve there targets and money is deducted periodically. With this, it is a frustration to use reliance cdma prepaid service. We are not sure of any refund being provided. Incessant complaints have been lodged with the customer care but to no avail.We want a speedy resolution as this has already led to a huge loss.
