i have been Rcom customer since beginning of the company, and my mobile number is [protected]. Just Today morning 10 minutes before , there was a call from number [protected] ,saying - calling from Reliance department , and your number is been selected as a golden number , and i need to register some of your details. refusing the said offer, the guy on other side started abusing me .which went on for 20-30 seconds and he hanged up the phone call. i hope strict action is taking against the person the soonest as possible, and in future i hope i wont receive any such calls again.

    Dear sir I am mohit, actually some one buy the new post paid connection on my ID whith out my noticed. all the scene came into my noticed when relience genrated the first bill .And when i received the bill i thought they send me by mistake but later on they keep sending me bills and i refused all the time . now they send me a notice that pay your bill in 7 days otherwise a legal action would be taken what sould i do

      I was a user of Reliance Broadband services and was using it without any issues. However, as I was shifting the house, I requested them to transfer the connection to the new place. When I first called them, they had confirmed that they have the availability at the new address as it was within the area of their services and I was assured that it would be done within a few days. A few days passed and nothing happened. I again called them to ask what was happening with my request, the Customer Care Representative said that they have forwarded my request to the relevant team and it will be carried out shortly. Still nothing happened. I had to call them every day to get the connection transferred to the new place. After all the false promises made by the Customer Care representatives and waiting for over 1 month to get the connection transferred, I finally decided to terminate their services. That was the last option left with me after waiting for such a long time. I had also received a call from their Customer Relationship manager in Mumbai regarding my complaint and he had promised me that my bill for Rs. 561 would be waived off. For that also I had to call the customer care and had to explain them everything. Finally, the bill was also not waived off. So I had decided not to pay this bill. Couple of months later, I receive a call from their Legal Department in Delhi saying that that they have filed a case against me for not paying their bill. I never imagined that this company is so below standard and greedy. I paid the bill just to avoid any inconvenience to myself and my family.

        Dear sir/madam I am Uwal Rai from Darjeeling and m' using 1x3 CDMA NETCOONECT,I bought it 3 months back and it was giving a good speed but since 3 days ago it is loosing and there is dramatically decrease in speed ....send speed=0kbps, recv speed=1kbps. I don't no what to do.plz do give a solution for this problem!!!!!hope my problem is solved

            Even I got sms dated 5/26/2013 "Today is the last date to withdraw the notice hence pay RS 234 Ban No [protected] or else be present at pune court on 22nd sept . I used a data card and an post paid connection which I surrendered 1.5 years back after paying full payment. I do have reciepts of same. Dont know why I am getting this sms from reliance.               have not subscribed to any VAS packs on my Reliance GSM No. [protected] but my balance is continuously getting deducted by amount of Rs. 30 And Rs. 5 . I am receiving messages which says that "you have been charged for VAS Jumpgames" to which I am not subscribed. I have tried to contact your customer care service but they are not able to help me and asking me to send me a deactivation message with a USSD code which they are not providing me and I do not know what it is. Such kind of behavior is very unethical for a large corporation like Reliance. Kindly please look into this matter immediately and I would request the customer care department to contact me as soon as possible regarding the issue.

                Reliance broadband is asking for false court notice saying to pay 1625 Rs else to report on court. i had this connection year back after few months the server was stolen and connection seized. i called and asked to stop the service and it was not taken care. please stop sending this notice and check ur record. I am still using the new connection of reliance and i have paid 1300 extra for this connection saying it was adjusted with the previous bill. please do an enquiry..                   Hi Team, My name is Dean john and i am from Kerala, i have a reliance postpaid connection with number [protected] , i have paid the bill for the august month cycle today morning. but unfortunately i have paid 5311 instead of 531. My actual bill was 531 but i paid almost 4800 rs extra. is there any possible ways to refund that money? .i have checked with the bank and they updated like they wont be able to revert the transaction as the amount was credited to the beneficiary(RCOM) account. i have made transaction via online using my ICICI Debit card..Please reply

                    Sir, I am Abhishek Dugar from jodhpur. I purchased 3G sim for Rs. 350 with 2 GB net in 3G speed. But I could not be able to use net for last 4 days due to non connectivity of internet. I contacted to Ms. Lata soni in Reliance web world Jodhpur on 30 Aug 2013.She activated my SIM but speed which i am getting is below 50KBPS which is also not constant.                       G-988A NEW VIJAY NAGAR GHAZIABAD, i tried 3 times for the termination of this no.because i face
                      Many problems by having this no.bt every time they were not ready to terminate this no.n i have to pay

                        Complaint number[protected] and[protected] Hi, In reference to the complaint number mentioned above, please find the screenshots for my usage details. As is clearly visible in the screenshots the last usage was for 2124 MB for Day and 1873 MB for Night usage, way below my usage limits. Please note the following points related to access billing (complaint no.[protected] dt. 20th August 2013): I am charged for additional 1744.82 MBs despite the fact that my usage were quite less (screenshots attached). This makes my bill a whopping 3 times of my usual usage of 561/- inclusive of taxes. I am using the services since more than 4 years and every time I consume 70% of my day / night usage limit, I get a SMS on my registered number [protected], that was not received this time. The details display 2 new fields DP_HSD_VOL_OFF_ADDL_QUOTA.5GB and DP_HSD_VOL_ON_ADDL_QUOTA.5GB. When I asked your executive over chat conversation on 5th or 6th of August, I was educated that this is additional usage activated on my pack applicable when I consume the net allotted data. I was told that once I consume my allotted usage, I’ll receive a pop up for activation of additional volumes mentioned above and the charges for the same would be displayed, I never received any such pop up. And related to suspension of services (request no.[protected] dt. 9th August 2013): I called customer care on 9th and told them that despite of repeated complaints since last 3 years, I am not getting proper services and would like to talk to the retention team that offered me the retention plan of Rs. 500/- and stated that the services would be fixed soon. I was told that due to change in procedure, my call can’t be transferred to retention team directly and they would rather contact me themselves if I raise a disconnection request. I made it clear that as I am using the services for long time, I would not like to disconnect it and would like to know the minimum that I have to pay in order to keep the services active. To this I was told that I would get a call from retention department within 48 hrs. with new retention offers and if I still choose to disconnect the services, I can update the same. I never heard from the retention team and my services are suspended with out any communication. I tried resolving the issue with your customer care department and on their suggestion, even visited Reliance web world around 12 KM away from my home for both the issues but there was no help available. I tried sending emails to various customer care emails, I receive notifications from however all of them bounced back because of either not enough space available on your mail server or because the mail box would simply not allow any incoming emails. I repeatedly asked for email address to send the snapshots of your website myservices.relianceada.com stating my usage, however no one helped me with a valid email id.                         Are you ever going to contact me or correct the issue?? This clearly shows how well your customer care staff responds.
                        What a pity ... I am constantly tracking you guys for resolution but you would never respond for resolution ... however I am constantly receiving calls from your collections department. Would you please stop bothering me with the collection calls? I have already paid the actual due amount of Rs. 561/- on due date and am not willing to pay the unnecessary charges you applied on my bill and am constantly telling the same to your customer care executives.

                        However the best example of your management is that all your executives would simply say that they have updated the system and I would not get a collection call and would rather receive a resolution soon, however the next day I would again get a collections call.

                        Could it get any stupider??

                        Shame on you reliance.

                          Dear Sir/Madam, From Last minimum 1 year I was getting calls from Reliance Collection Department. They are asking for Bharati Lokhande. I had told them 1000+ times that I am not the person you are looking for. That person gave my mobile no as fake no during registration of their product. [protected] , RIM has charged me for download of 1 games worth Rs 49/-. I am not open the site. i call to your customer care and ask them about that detail. they unable to give any details. i request them to give a complain number. also they do not give any complain no.                               I got a recharge done for Rs. 123/- for which I was to get 1GB data of 3G but I only recieved 500MB. The message you get is that you have recieved 1GB data but when you check your balance you will only recieve 500MB of data. I had tried the same for recharge of Rs.492/- for which I was to recieve 4GB data of 3G but I only recieved 2GB data. Then the same was tried by two of my friends and the same thing has happened. I had been trying my best to get in touch with the customer care but I am unable to get through. Only once I got through and the person at the other end gave me assurance and admitted that by mistake it has been done and it will be reverted back to you in a short while but nothing was done. Then I had sent number of e-mails to the complaint cell and I didnt get a single reply till now. Kindly help in getting rid of this problem. And I would like to inform everyone of you to be aware of this scam.

                                  SUBJECT- complaint about reliance customer care 198 staffs who's are cheater no. 1 staffs.

                                  I wants to say about customer care 198 staffs in Himachal Pradesh. That staffs has cheater no. 1 staffs and fraud with customer. Customer care 198 staffs are misusing
                                  of his service. There are following matters Which proves that customer care 198 staffs in Himachal Pradesh are cheater no. 1 staffs.


                                  1. I had many complaint about customer care 198 staffs in Himachal Pradesh. I had commitment in reliance customer care 198 in Himachal Pradesh websites.
                                  But I had checked this comment after the one week. But I saw that my comment mentioned in this website. But my number and address did not mentioned in this
                                  comment. I thought that it was my mistake. Then I had checked this comment on his pc. My number and address was mentioned in my comment. But I had checked all comment
                                  on this website. Number and address did not mentioned in this comment. That staffs are doing this. Because Any action has not taken against that staffs. And comment has proved
                                  to false. My latest comment was mention may 26, 2013. You can check every comment on customer care in Himachal Pradesh websites.

                                  2. Customer care 198 staffs activates customer care sim card without verification. Because My old reliance no. [protected] had stopped without information in April
                                  29, 2013. Reliance customer care 198 Staffs had not given any information about this matters. In May 03, 2013, Reliance customer care 198 staffs said about verification.
                                  I had not given verification. My number [protected] had activated within 2 days. Customer care 198 staffs are activated without my verification.
                                  So, Many powerful person contacts to customer care and misuse of service. Many customer care 198 staffs has involved in fraud.
                                  Sim card should be activated from Mumbai head office and nothing from customer care. Because they are misusing of this service as the my verification case.

                                  3. Customer care 198 staffs warns to customer. Because I had done call to customer care 198 from this number [protected] as date of may 15, 2013 to may 22, 2013.
                                  Then customer care 198 staffs of person said that I will deactivate your sim card and I will kill you. I will duplicate your sim card and misuse this sim card.
                                  and I will deduct your balance. But that staffs are doing this. call were received from this number -[protected]. Customer care staff's name were agdeep,Tarpen,
                                  Supender,pooja, Manoj, rajeev, narender, karan, kamal(ladies & gents)Sushma, Ankit, Prakesh, Ankush, Amrik, Govind, Malti, Prem, Vishnu,Satish, Shashi,parikh,
                                  Sarabjeet, Soniya,Lokesh, Gurmeet,Prateep,Kishore, Anoop, Nisha, Soniya,Sakit, Harish, Raam,Nanak, Manju, sumeet,lokesh,ravinder,sunita,kusum,jyoti,reena,tanuj,sushma,
                                  arvind,ravi. In this case senior involved.
                                  They are deleting customer's record for his escape. So , customer care 198 staffs are cheater no. 1 staffs.

                                  4. Customer care 198 staffs are misusing his service. When Powerful person or leaders of police contacts to that staff's personal number. And customer care 198 staffs
                                  gives all details about customer without any docket number. And That staffs gives customer's identity without any information. That staffs are misusing
                                  his services and cheating with customer.

                                  5. Customer care 198 staffs are cheating with customer. When I had done call to customer care 198 about internet problem in june 21, 2013. call were received
                                  Miss Ruchi. I said about all problems. But miss Ruchi give me wrong information and make me fool. I had done call to 198 again. But my number [protected]
                                  had mentioned in call reject list. I had tried many times but no profits.
                                  When call has not pick up then customer care 198 staffs mentions this number in call reject list. Because Customer care had warned about this call reject.
                                  And I had tried my times from 4 months. But they are doing call reject list.Customer care 198 staffs are doing escape in this matters, All balm takes to customer.
                                  If they wants not call received then this call Centre should be stopped.
                                  6. customer care 198 staffs are hacking customer's mobile and misusing of customer's mobile. When customer uses internet on mobile. Then his information leaks.
                                  When customer are used email Id in mobile Then his password has stolen by service provider and misuse of this service.
                                  customer care 198 staffs are hacker and cheater no. 1 staffs.
                                  customer care 198 staffs in Himachal Pradesh should be name customer hacker and customer cheater.
                                  That staffs are dog and whom bits to customer.
                                  I have heard from public that reliance are thief because they are wrong deduct balance without customer's knowledge.
                                  I am believing that public are saying right. Because I had happened all matters and said this.
                                  7. Customer care 198 staffs are cheater no. 1 staff.If police tapps customer's number, then Customer care
                                  involves in this case. because All information gives by customer care or telecom. customer care 198 staffs
                                  are cheating with customer. If customer care know that my customer number [protected] or [protected] has tapped. why did that staff take action.
                                  They do not care customer of number. they are big criminal in society.
                                  They are providing information without any case number. customer care 198 staffs are big criminal in society.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I purchase a reliance 3G dongle with reliance 3G sim on 16th-aug.2013. ( 3G no. [protected] ) from Reliance store at Bhayander west. The same is activate in 17th-august-2013 but there is no speed. Only reliance home page open very slowly. Other websites are mot open. So I submit complaint on 17th- august-2013. Complaint no.[protected]. But till today the problem is not resolved. When I ask the status they are reply work in progress. But they are unable to say when the problem will resolve.

                                      I lost my Reliance headset today(aug 27,2013) morning.I make a call to Reliance customer care to deactivate my reliance cdma no,but i got no positive response.Again i call them @ 7.36 PM today and requested them to deactivate my number.Acc to Reliance customer care i was talked to Mr. Abhijeet.He said that server is down and i m unable to solve your problem.I requested again to connect me to any senior and he refused.I asked him if their is any misuse of my num then who will responsible for that.He replied rudely that i cant help.And used these bad words"kyo dimag kha rhe ho".                                         I'm Sunil Gupta using Reliance GSM no. [protected]. I'd 250mb around 3G net balance and 73 rs Main balance on date 27 Aug 2013. Suddenly my whole main balance vanished and remaining net balance was 2mb without using net. I called to CC but they are not helping me and after that I recharged my no. With rs.123 for 1gb 3g data but they provided me just 507mb data. I'm fed up of reliance services. Kindly help me.
