Fake phone calls for recovery

I availed internet service of Reliance Co. and the Netconnect No. was [protected] and being pre paid connection paid all those bills which I received. In the month March 2013, no bill was received and when inquirred at their Web World, it was told that it was under rennovation and I should contact sometime later.
