Dear Sir I am Rama Krishna T and my reliance data card number is [protected]. I am totally getting cheated and irritated and miscommunicated by Reliance. I took reliance netconnect+ connection in the month of Feb 2013 and till april it was fine. In april i went to japan and i placed a request to keep my connection in safe mode( request in one of reliance webword in kukatpally ,hyderabad,and paid 100 INR towards it), But when i return from japan in may i got bill generated even thought i did not used it. when i asked customer care they said safe mode did not activated at all. i rejected to pay the bill and request for connection termination on May 15. from May 15 till august connection is not terminated and reliance keep generating bills for it. when i asked customer care they said they called me and i did not took call and so they cancelled termination request. they even did not even inform me for about two months and keep generating bills. in august reliance started sending SMS saying case is filed against me and dispatched. In order to avoid nascence created by reliance and to avoid time waste things i paid bill and same day requested for connection termination by paying again additional amount of 144 rupees. that day webstore guy told me no need to pay anymore bill after this, next day i called toll free number asked they also said no need pay any bill. today i got bill of 19 rupees, and customer care telling me that i need to pay. i am totally got cheated by reliance and they charged my almost like 1000 ruppes eventhouhg i disconeed 3 months back. more over none of the customer care people or relaince webstore people dont know about procedures, everyday i hear different story from them. i have bills paid statements with me, i am totaly cheated and irritated by reliance.     To Reliance My Reliance Electric bill has been tremendously increased from last 9 months. First bill use to come around 500-700 only but now amount is Rs.[protected], the consumption is same, then why so hike in bill?????????? I request to check my electric meter and bill.       Reliance Netconnect+ the worst service in this universe, with the abilities of providing speed of less than a 2G mobile data service which is a awesomeness in itself because Reliance claims its speed is 3.1 mbps. Complained so many times to the customer care, taken stupid suggestions: Suggestion 1 : Please restart your device. Suggestion 2 : Use extended USB cable and hang it to the wall. Suggestion 3 : Your's is a peak area sir (thats not my problem). Suggestion 4 : Sir you can use your datacard in some other places. Suggestion 5 : Change it from postpaid to prepaid. Suggestion 6 : bla blabla blabla blabla Finally customer care accepted the issue cannot be resolved in my area insisted me to stop the service from next month, but what would I do with the dead datacard for which I paid. No matter what but Reliance Netconnect+ pissed me off completely. @Reliance Netconnect+ :Take your scariest device back and make a refund or resolve the issue in 24 hrs.       This is happening form past 2 months right form the time I subscribed to your service. Customer care never interacted me even to the minimum satisfactory level. Each time when I register a complaint I will get a your so called 'Service Request' confirmation sms thats it, their will no further follow ups. Ultimately when I call you people to get an update on my previous request, then I will asked by your customer care executive raise a new request and the request which was registered before will be closed by itself (Magically).
      Please let me know if you have a legitimate service team to handle customer issues or just rather bluffing around the customers by providing a dummy service request number.
      Today I got a call from your customer care rep for the feedback of your broadband service but the call was disconnected in between and I never get a call back after this.
      I am getting random calls on behalf of Reliance trying to convince me to be patient for some period until the issue will get resolved. But I don't even have some amount of trust on Reliance any more as I am being dragged with false statement form the executives of Reliance customer care department from past two months. Using the the service is will become more uncomfortable because some time my gmail account crashes several times when I try logging in to it. on an average calculation the speed which I will get is 15-20 kbps out of 3.1 mbps which is a huge difference. I am very much disappointed with the service and seeking for the refund which I think will be the only end to this issue.

      Please find the attachment and review it clearly, below is the speed I am getting right now while writing this comment.

      Downloading speed : 0.08 mbps = 8 kbps
      Uploading speed : 0.09 mbps = 9 kbps ( Please verify the IP address from the attached picture for the proof)

      Shame on you people, to whom I said that the issue has been resolved? The issue still remains the same and from now on wards I will record the conversations when any person calls me on behalf of Reliance so that you people wont be able play dirty games like this. Now onwards please communicate via email (salahuddin.[protected]@gmail.com) because of your above comment I have lost complete trust on you people. How could you claim that the issue has been resolved as you can see my previous comment in which I have mentioned all the test results. If you do one more attempt to bluff me like this then I will directly lodge a case on you in consumer court.

        This Mail is regarding My complaint regarding Mobile balance deduction.

        I am Using Your service/ this number sine 2006/07.

        I have made recharge of Rs. 110/- with Full talk time offer on 22/8/2013 evening 5.23 p.m. also made recharge of Rs. 59/- for LOCAL / STD 30p/min. on 5.24 p.m.

        After that I hardly made 1 or 2 call and 2 SMS on 23/8/2013. and on that particular evening itself my Balance is Nil.

        I called to Customer Care Officer Mr. Bharat on 198 and he said that its shown in system that You made above recharge successfully and but I cant do any thing as Our System is down.

        Then I made another recharge through recharge coupon of Rs. 60/- On 24th Aug 2013 n by the evening my balance is again nil.

        Again I have dare to made recharge on 26/8/2013 morning from Reliance Web Site.. And in the evening my balance is again nil.

        I am not able to understand that what is going on. Is it some kind of joke ?

        I litterly fed of you service which is pathetic.

        I have tried to customer care 198. But they not able to do anything.

        I have written mail to customer care also they have given Complaint Number :- Service Request ID:[protected] . and said that within 3 days your complain will be resolved.
        But No result.

        Then I decide to go for consumer forum now.

        Lastly I decided to go for Mobile Number Portability. I have sent SMS to 1900 n surprisingly no code received yet.

        Please help me regarding this issue.

          I am a reliance broadband subscriber , Subscriber id :[protected], My wifi service is not working for the last 30 days and so , despite of several complaints to the customer care , one of the complain number :[protected]. I also contacted the person in charge to rectify the defect and after he visited the site, he went on to delay the process. And on 26th Aug, MR.ZAFFAR , refused to operate and said you can happily remove the connection and i wont come to rectify the defect if you keep complaining. I have already paid this month internet charges.

            For the last 3-4 days , I am trying to get UPC code by sending message to 1900. But each time getting "Your request could not be processed please try after some time". I want to change Reliance GSM service provider to the Idea postpaid but after communicating with customer care also the same is not resolved. Customer care executive confirmed that issue has been resolved but still it is not. In fact for 1 whole day my number was blocked & I couldn't able to get connected to customer care. I has to use my different number for the same purpose. By sending atleast 15 messages to get UPC code, I had been already charged so much but still no update. Please Help me to get out of this Problem. This kind of behavior from the Service Provider increases the anger quotient and hosts a negative advertisement toward the provider.             I have already made 2-3 complaints but no response. Each time complaint got resolved without proper resolution.
            Resolution I got is that user is sending wrong message, but what is wrong is this

            PORT [protected] - to 1900

            please verify before commenting anything. I will not listen such non sense solution any more. Else I have to completely terminate my services.

              I availed internet service of Reliance Co. and the Netconnect No. was [protected] and being pre paid connection paid all those bills which I received. In the month March 2013, no bill was received and when inquirred at their Web World, it was told that it was under rennovation and I should contact sometime later. Then I started receiving calls from them for payment of bills beyond their date of disconnection levying late payment charges. Several calls were made, and then they issued me a letter to appear before Maha Lok Adalat at Pune for settlement of their so called amount, particulars of which are still not sent to me through any bill or notice. I do not know how I become payable for those charges of the period which is beyond the period of disconnection. Reliance people are repeatedly calling me and threatening me to file criminal suit against me in Delhi court while they had provided me the service from Nasik in Nasik. By threatening me in this way, they are trying to extort money from me which is not due to them at all. I am prepared to pay the bill amount till date of disconnection and not for thereafter period and no late payment charges due to the fact that even till today, they have not sent me the bill. Reliance has acquired a bad name due their such practices and I have already transferred all mobile connections (6 in all) to another service providers. They begin caller tunes without demand and charge them monthly. Most of consumers are from low educated and uneducated class and they do not know where to complain in such matters and are forced to pay for services which consumer has never asked for. This amounts to attempt of extortion. I again say, I am prepared to pay the legitimate amount due from me till March 19, 2013 without any delayed payment charges, and the question of payment of months beyond the date of disconnection does not arise. I hope I will get justice from you and you would relieve from their repeated phone calls in which they use filthy, unparliamentary, threatful and dirty language.

              No. The RCOM Care has wrongly stated that the complaint has been resolved to my satisfaction. The official of the RCOM Care did contact me on phone and suggested me to visit their Web World office to discuss the matter and settle the accounts. This is exactly what they have been asking since before. It is all going as per their convenience and again like in the past, it is going to be the customer to shuttle between their office for resolving the complaint. What daters them from sending their customised and detailed bill is not understood. At their office, staff is changing and each time the new one does not know what transpired between the previous one(s). This is all hoodwinking and an adament attempt to extort money which is not due from the customer. Reliance should stop such adament practice of handling customers, lest, they would lose their customers in masses.
              THE COMPLAINT IS NOT RESOLVED AT ALL.
              Some m/s Anjali from legal dept. of RCOM Care talked to me on phone and again asked me to Shuttle between their offices instead of sending their detailed customised bill giving details of their charges, however they are stubbornly adament is providing details of their bill and are forcing to settle their bill as per their un-explained amount which levies charges beyond the period of disconnection as also the delayed payment charges which are not logical, legal and payable.

              The language used by their so called legal dept. personnel is very arrogant and threatening, to file suit in criminal courts at Delhi.

              THE COMPLAINT IS NOT RESOLVED AT ALL AND I REFUSE TO MAKE ANY PAYMENT UNTIL SUCH TIME THEY SEND ME THE DETAILS OF THEIR CHARGES OF WHICH THEY ARE AFRAID TO FURNISH WITH FOR THE REASON THAT BY ADOPTING THIS PRACTICE, THEY FEEL THE CUSTOMER WOULD FALL A PRAY TO THEIR PRESSURE TACTIS.

              I wonder why can't they the details of the amount when they can conveniently send the same by my E-mail address which is with them.
              Even as on date, the Reliance people have not done anything in respect of their so called dues from me, not sent me any bills, details of their demanded amount, but are threatening to file a complaint of criminal nature in the court at Delhi, lest, I should pay their demanded lot of money. Why should they not send me a legitimate bill and their notice for payment thereof?

              I am now making my mind to sue them in the criminal court at Nasik for attempt to extortion, if only they do not stop telephonic threatening and using filthy and threatening language. I had enough of it and it it is becoming mind blowing and intolerable.

              Any one single threatening phone hereafter and I will gear into action.

                Sir,

                It is to submit that my son Mr. Vivek Singh had purchased Reliance 3G Dongel (Sim No. [protected]) from the Agent of Reliance namely Air Voice Telecom Dwarka More New Delhi on 26/7/13 with advance rental plan paying Rs.2520/- against receipt No.053 dated 26/7/13. As informed by my aforementioned son the connection of the Dongel purchased by him as above has been discontinued from 7/8/13 without assigning any reasons. On query from the Agent of Reliance viz Air Voice Dwarka More, my son was informed that it is due to pending payment of Reliance WLL bill for Rs.3200/- against his father i.e. me. Sir, it is not only astonishing but beyond all business ethics and law of the land to penalize son against the sin of Father. However, the allegation against me as explained below is totally baseless and false::

                Sir, as I recall about 6-7 years back one of the Reliance representatives had visited NDPL office at Wazirpur New Delhi to sell his product. According to the plan explained by the representative,any number of calls were available merely on payment of monthly rental of Rs.150/-. But as I recall at this stage the first bill was for more than Rs.200/-. So I immediately stopped use of above WLL telephone and surrendered the connection. The instrument was returned to the representative and the amount of security deposit was refunded to me after deducting the amount of bill.

                Now at this stage i.e. after more than 6/7 years neither I recall the name of your representative nor I preserved the receipt against handing over the instrument to the representative of Reliance. Following points are relevant to substantiate my claim::

                1. No bill has ever been delivered to me after surrender of telephone by me.
                2. Why the services were continued despite non payment of bill and accumulation of bill amount to the tune of Rs.3200/-.
                3. Why any notice to me or to my son was not given by the reliance before stopping the internet services on Dongel purchased by my son.

                Sir, from the facts above it is obvious that the services of telephone surrendered by me continued to be misused by the Reliance representative fraudulently and managed continuance of services till accumulation of bill to the tune of Rs.3200/- In order to escape fraud, the representative ensured that no bill or notice was served on me.

                I had represented my case to Reliance on their mail Id rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com on 11/8/13 but without response despite reminder.

                Sir, following facts would further reveal the fraud:

                1. The location o[censored]se of the instrument in my name.

                2. Details of calls made from above instrument.

                3. Verification of calls if any of them pertained to me.

                Sir, I am a senior citizen of 68 years retired from the Central Reserve Police Force after rendering 39 years service with unblemished record of service. Sir, after living a long life as a disciplined shoulder, I cannot even think of not paying the bill against any service availed of by me.

                Sir, in the present scenario u are the only hope left for the justice to the helpless people like me.

                No resolution of complaint so far. Services are still ceased. Who has misused the reliance telephone in my name 6-7 years without paying the bill for Rs.3200/- is also not known. Please advise me the next course of action to bring the culprit to book and justice against victimization of an innocent client who joined reliance with new business opportunity to them.

                  Hi, I have a reliance number ([protected]). I am using it from last 8 months. there are following deductions from my prepaid account 1) Rs. 3 gets deducted every 3-4 days. I have lodged a complaint around a month ago and got my money back that time and i requested to stop this service as well. somehow it's still enabled on my number and amount is being deducted regularly. 2) Rs. 10 got deducted against "One97 VP Subsc" couple of days ago. I haven't opted for this service. Please revert the money in my account ASAP. Thanks, Sachin

                    Hi, This is Aruna. My mobile no is [protected]. From the last 3 months I have a call connectivity problems. If I am calling to andhra landline number then I am getting the message like error in network connection. If I am trying it from the other network then the call is connecting without error. Now a days the call is disconnecting in the middle. I called to the reliance customer care and informed this complaint 15 days back, they are putting me on hold so much time but no use. This issue is not solved. Can you do some needful help otherwise I will shift to other network.

                      My Reliance India Mobile no is [protected] and alternate no is [protected]. I was using Mobile internet on 21st aug and there was net balance but when i checked my balance 88rs. was deducted, still net balance was available. I have complained in customer care on 21st of aug and customer care executive registered my complain and said that my balance will be delivered within 2 days i got sms on 21st aug. At 3rd day i called again to custmer care then they said tht 3 days has been passed u will not get refund and ur complant wil nt registrd again. i was shocked that only 2 days passed how can be 3 days and my complant did nt registrd again? I said, can i talk to senior person then executive disconect the phn line. I have called in customer care again then they are saying Many difrent resons for it and now complain will not be made. So pls. Can u tell me wats going on??

                        I am a customer of Reliance GSM (Prepaid Mobile No. is [protected]). I live at Deganga in 24 pgs (n) of West Bengal. Reliance Twoer is not available alltime strongly here. Reliance Tower is all time up & down in every moment. Many times it has not any tower. I recharged Rs. 299/- for Reliance to Reliance 2500 Local Onnet Mins free for 28 days. But I can not call to any service providorse mobile no. & Reliance to Reliance. Why I do suffer for Reliance poor service in moment of every day? I recharged rupess for getting good service from Reliance. At Deganga all the customers / consumers are suffering same problem for this poor service. But Reliance don't that.
                        So, Please take an strong action for this worst service by Reliance GSM as soon as possible.

                          On 23rd Aug 2013 at 6:09:21 PM I received the following message on my mobile: "Amount charged for VAS One97STalkDP Rs.30:00. Current Main Balance Rs.452.97 " I am not sure what kind of message is this and what is the meaning of "One97STalkDP" and why my account was debited with Rs.30/-. This is absolute nonsense and causing a great amount of inconvenience. Sometime, I feel that people working in public enterprises have become more transparent and customer centric. Whereas, with the growth of the company, Reliance Telecommunication seems to have gone awry. Can anyone from customer care department (if it really exists) look into it and arrange for a quick refund of Rs.30/- without wasting my further time? My concern regarding the speed issue has not at all been resolved and stop taking this issue in a casual and reckless attitude. Yesterday, I received just a welcome call and when I had told your executive that I am still experiencing dead slow speed issue with my dongle, he had just asked me the OS and laptop make and model and I had been reassured that he will be forwarding my concern to the concerned department and my issue will be resolved within three days and now you are sending a baseless email stating that my concern had been attended to and resolved. How could you advance in such an irresponsible attitude and gesture towards your customers who is still facing problems because of your irresponsible and pathetic service concerns ? I am experiencing speed which are less than even 140 kbps even before the exhaustion of my limit of 5 GB at 3.1 Mbps. I was just having a feeling that as if I am travelling on a bullock cart when I am browsing with your world renowned Reliance Communications services. Is this the best you can do ? Don't feel me regretted that I had taken an extremely wrong decision by joining in a relationship with an esteemed organisation like Reliance Communications. While taking the connection I had been assured by your representative that I will never face any sort of speed issues and your service is covered in maximum places all over India, blah, blah, blah ............ Now what do I see ? Kindly resolve my issue of speed immediately to avoid further inconvenience and also avoid a breach in your esteemeed in your customer service policy / ethics / code /or whatever it might be and also please stop harassing by providing me poor customer service / technical / commercial service and also by delaying the resolution of my concerns which may be beneficial to you in a commercial manner. Aslo the data card / USB dongle provided to me is getting overheated when using just for a matter of even say 15 - 30 minutes. Also I had been lodging my requests with the president services regarding the poor quality of service they had provided but there is no satisfactory reply from them, There is a standard pre recorded / saved auto reply from them "your request is forwarded to concerned team and will be resolved in three days" and after three days i will receive a standard pre recorded message stating that your complaint is resolved. Sometimes they say the area in which you are living is a poor coverage area as if it is my mistake staying in that area. If it is so then they would not have charged so much money from me for such poor quality service. Sometimes they will say the systems are under maintenance. I don't know when their systems will be perfectly online if not 100 percent atleast 80 percent. Last but not the least I humbly request to kindly resolve my issue of speed concerns by taking appropriate corrective damage control action immediately to avoid further inconvenience and harassment to me and also encourage me in maintaining a long term healthy customer relationship with Reliance Communications. If they are unable to solve my concern regarding speed issue and data card then they can kindly terminate my connection immediately and issue a full refund of the amount paid since they are unable to provide services to the optimum level as per the monthly amount charged by them to me as promised.

Every time, Reliance charges money from my main balance for UNWANTED SERVICES for which i never requests, and whenever i call on 198 for registering My Complain there is a busy message. I have tried for many times but i am not getting any help.                                   I am using Reliance postpaid connection since last 4-5 months and I have 1499 unlimited plan. Since day one I am facing network related and 3G problem. I used to stay at Noida sector 62 and network was so damn poor, I raised complaint about it but reliance customer support keep on saying that our engineers working on it and they will close the case without solving the problem. Now I shifted to Noida sector 120 and problem is more worse here. I am not able to use my 3G, can't send sms and my phone is always out of network. Even after facing this much problem i am paying my monthly bill on time. This time if you people are unable to solve my problem then i am gonna switch network without paying bill and sue you and will raise proper written complaint against reliance.                                   Through this forum I would like to lodge a complain about the substandard service Reliance, Assam Circle has been rendering for years now.After failing to get any response from their so called call centres, I'm writing this mail.Recently I took a GPRS connection on my prepaid number for a week.I think I made a blunder by doing so.Hardly I got the speed that one get from other mobile service providers.As such giving unlimited access for one week is not more than a joke.Moreover the network always remains busy or not reachable for most of the time.If that is the state of affairs in a city like Guwahati, I wonder what will be the situation in other parts of Assam.                                   I've been a prepaid customer of Reliance mobile from 2006 onwards,my number being [protected].Although they are making wide publicity for becoming the second largest mobile service provider in India yet their service in Assam circle is far from satisfactory.Non availability of total network coverage in entire Assam,network congestion has become quite common.After failing to get any response to the complains booked earlier through call centers,I'm placing my complain here.I hope the concerned authorities of Reliance mobile will take the matter seriously.
                                  My dad had purchased this new Reliance gsm sim in 2009 after seeing the pay per minute offers and i started using it. I activated the 1paise sms pack(Rs. 11/month rental). Since then the messaging service has worsened day by day. Sending multiple messages is just impossible. Every single messaging takes almost 2min and that too after repeated error messages. Reliance is deliberately doing this so that we dont send messages. this is pure discouragement from their part. What is the use of such plan if we cant even send messages at ease.I advise all youngsters like me that dont get wooed by this plan and dont purchase any relaince infocomm product.

                                  I have been using Smart Reliance GSM service for the past 4 years and have always liked the offers provided for the customers. The call rates and even the SMS charges are exemplary.
                                  But the only problem that reliance has is its weak network.
                                  From the past few days , 6 days to be exact, I am not able to make my calls as soon as I enter my house in Subhadra Apartment, Patia, Bhubaneshwar, because of 0 network strength.
                                  I have even thought o[censored]sing the mobile number portability service and switch to some other operator.
                                  I would have really liked to have sticked to Smart but I guess I dont have any other feasible option.

                                  I have been using Reliance for a long time now...

                                  I stay near Christ University, Bangalore (Suda Gunte Palya). The problem I have been facing for quite a year now is that the network tower is full, but still there is no voice clarity or no depth in the tower. The signal gets interrupted and get connection errors frequently. Our voices are not heard properly from either ends.

                                  The problem is not with the phone since, i have also changed my phone and bought an E63 from Nokia. Still the problem is the same.

                                  Kindly help rectify this problem.

                                      hi I was a reliance customer till February ,when finally dissatisfied with the service I applied for termination while paying the final bill. In June they again called me to pay the bill for all the months till June after February. When I told them that we had terminated the subscription they said since the confirmation call to us could not connect they didn't terminate the subscription. They had made no further attempts to contact us with this info.The services were suspended since 2 may. So since we were moving to a different city I finally paid the amount 1351(i actually paid 1360)which they told me to pay. I had asked them repeatedly to tell me the final amount I had to pay including the late fee and they said 1351, I couldn't check the bill since I was moving and hence had no time to check the bill personally. I paid the amount and again filed for termination of services(request id:[protected] I had to keep asking them for info for many days after which finally the confirmation call came and I answered it. Then 2-3 days later they told me that I had to pay all the unpaid bills only then can i get my services terminated, when I said I already have they told me there was another bill of 241 which i had to pay which included 133.60 rupees of monthly rental(3/6/[protected]/7/2013) and late payment charges of rupees 100. I again filed a complaint that the bill was faulty since my services have been suspended since 2 may. The request was taken and closed without any solution. Again I filed a complaint and again I got no response.Then I recieved another bill of Rs 441(3/7/2013---2/8/2013) which included the previous charges +100 rupees late fee. Today when i talked to the tech team they said that the bill was valid. When I told him about the suspended services he again filed a complaint against the monthly rental but said the late payment 100 rupees charge was for the 1351 bill I paid after the due date. I told him that the concerned dept. themselves had told me to pay that much amount I had confirmed it with them multiple times. Now I am again waiting for this request to resolve .What can I do?I am under a lot of stress. Please advice ASAP. info:[protected]termination request. [protected]request id for faulty bill.                                       it is mentioned in the comments that they discusses and resolved my problem. It is true that they did talk to me and told me that my faulty bills have been waivered and my subscription is terminated, but recently i recieved contact from the residence in indore where the bills used to come to that they are still recieving bills upto 1371 rupees in value. I wish to notify this forum that reliance lied to me. I asked customer support and they told me blankly that they have no idea why this has happened and they said that the subscription has terminated on jan 24th 2014 and not at the time reliance had told me they had...On top of that they urged me to pay the bills even when i have paid them already...
                                      please help...I dont want to face all this again...please reply ASAP.

                                      that depends on you not messing up the bill again and not letting me terminate the subscription.
                                      It has been 5 months since i have made any contact with reliance. But today i got to know that our residence at which the bills used to be delivered that we are still receiving bills, the last one being on January 24th. I asked reliance customer care and they said point blank that they had no idea what was going on. They also said that my subscription had terminated on jan 24th and not in august as they had said over the phone. I have got my last bill of rs 1371 or something and the customer care insisted on me paying the bill even when i have paid everything twice over.
                                      PLEASE HELP ME. I dont want to go through this ordeal again...

                                        Recently i bought the reliance netconnect data card from of a Sales Executive Gopi from JK reliance data card , ayanavaram, chennai. He charged 1500 rupees for 3.1 MBPS 10GB speed connection and did not give the receipt and the antivirus he promised. Repeated attempts to reach him has been failed. So, henceforth when you hear from such fradulent sales executive like Gopi or receive the SMS with different offers , don't fall for them as they will never fulfill their promises. Instead go to the nearest reliance web world or a different service provider. Sales Executive Name is Gopi from Chennai and his number is[protected]. Customer care is useless. Whenever goiung for payment, ask for the receipt and after getting all the promises fulfilled, then pay the charges..
