sir i have rechared in my reliance sim of rs 123 which gives 1gb data for usage 510mb instant and 514mb after 48 hours when i used data in my donggle then data becam 0mb before one minute and i have also lost my main balance when i called to coustemer care then he told me that it was only for mobile but they did not mention any information about data use only in specified conditions regards Abhishek nagar [protected]

    I have not activated any sms services but reliance is activating sms pack of STV37 continously from 2 months ie.. august and september on my no. [protected] and when I am deactivating the sms pack by their toll free no or sms stop ,the services are not responding. help me in these regards.

      i activated my whatsapp services by sending the message ACT WA to 53739, a confirmation message was sent that my service has been activated and 16 rupees was dected it worked for one day and now its not working and i am unable to call the 198 customer care number as they have blocked my number. please resolve the matter as early as possible

        I have port my no [protected] from reliance cdma to reliance gsm today @ Rs 60/- and the store commit me that i will get 1 GB data for two months and all local call @ 25 paisa pet minute for 6 months I got 1gb data but my call rates is all call @ 1 rupees per minutes. Customer care of reliance Gsm Company told me that it either wrong promises or mistake by the store which provides me the porting sim but the store are blaming reliance gsm company. Customer care not registered a complain.Ultimately i am suffering they are not helping me.           My Name is Prasoon Kumar and my data 3g sim which is of reliance number is [protected]. I bought this sim in Ranchi and it was working fine. In patna also it was giving a download speed of maximum 500kb/s to a minmum of 150 kb / s . I worked fine till i did a recharge of 1033 rs which was an unlimited plan. But after that when i recharged it for rs 255 a 1 gb plan ... it started giving a speed of less trhan 10kb/s . so next mont i recharged it with rs 1500 3months pack of 12gb data . My download speed has reduced to a max of 5kb/s and when i do a download it continuously decreases and finally goes into bits. The download stops ultimately . It is happening for a month. So i tried to call customer care on a toll free no which ultimately goes to a customer executive and my call cannot be completed because it says i have no balance. I mean what about the toll free DHAKOSLA then. I have a data sim and i dont want to recharge any balance to call because i have seen complaints of people recharging call on data and their data balance dissappearing . So i have complaint here. MY time is waisted in simple PDF downloads , my electricity is waisted. I feel Cheated and dissappointed. I have a proof which is attatched. I want my money back or the my 3g speed gets back .

            Hello, I am using the Reliance GSM number From almost last six months my mobile phone balance is being deducted by Rs. 3 every 5-6 days in the name of VAS USSD services. And 5 rs for VAS evolve . I lodged a complaint.[protected] They refunded back me the mny deducted ensuring it will not be deducted in near future. But again today, Money has been deducted for the same. I did not activate any such service. So please stop deducting my balance in the name of the said service and refund the deducted balance ASAP

              I am a customer of reliance broadband services(UID[protected]. I have raised a complain regarding Internet not working on 24/08/2013(Req. ID[protected]. But, the problem was not resolved and I have made another request for this on 26/08/2013(Req Id[protected]. But the problem was not resolved. This time when I asked the customer care for the status of this particular complainID they have informed me that these particular complain IDs are from Gujrat(what a irresponsible customer care). I have raised another complain on 31/08/2013(Req Id[protected]. But, even today(04/09/2013) they are telling me work in progress(officially). On very first day on 24/08/2013, I have came to know that, the local joint box(through which the Internet connection is distributing) got damaged and needs to be replaced. Even I, as a outsider of the reliance network came to know that the box has not came (from Banglore to ballygaunge) even today. But, I dont know how much irresponsible and unconscious reliance is to its customers, so that the box is not replaced yet. And, I am the customer who is suffering the problem and end of the month they will send me the bill with a due date and If I am not able to pay the money within due date I have to give late fee. I want to know, what about this delay which is doing reliance with me. Who will pay for this loss, harassment? Will reliance pay late fee to the customer as they charged for late payment from customer end? - Why the customer care is that much irresponsible so that I have raised a complain from Howrah, WB and they converted it to Gujrat. Is it the way how Reliance bypass their fault and end of the month they will charge from customer. - Above all no one is able to tell me when the problem will resolve(Though officially they assured me 24 hours will be sufficient to them to resolve the problem). Already 9 days has been passed out from the date of raising the request. I will simply terminate my connection if the problem is not resolved today itself.                 Took Reliance 3G data card in Feb from a local vendor. He charged me about Rs 2500 and said i could use 15GB and later on it would be about Rs750 for 5GB. At the end of April my internet got stopped and when contacted REliance customer care[protected] i am told that 15GB got exhausted and i need to pay about 750 to recharge. I didn't recharge and never even tried to connect to internet from that data card. I never received any monthly bill nor any update on my usage. Now since 2 months i am getting calls from REliance that i need to pay Rs 800 and last week they said i need to pay Rs 1777. I keep telling them that about the call i made in April when the data card stopped working. They wouln't listen and keep calling very day and now started sending SMS's. My Reliance data card No: [protected] i got sms that case has been filed with file-id ( 76847). I figured there is no use talking to those call center folks and i can take any legal action if Reliance doesn't resolve this issue.

                  have bought a reliance netconnect+ wireless broadband dongle on 26/08/2013 . As the company promises on their official website for 3.1 mbps downloading speed and my town Deoria in their broadband coverage area , but till now i am not connected even a single time with broadband its alwayse connected with high speed 1x network and provides me aprox 130kbps speed only. I have complaint several times to reliance customer care but my problem is still unsolved , Please help me. I want my either better service or getting my money back.Please help.

                    Hi, I have applied for Reliance Broadband on 11th July, 2013. CAF number for this request was '[protected]'. At the time of selling this product, their sales person told me that installation will be done in 3-4 days. But installation was not done till now. I had to follow up with different people in Reliance Pune office for installation request and I did not received proper resolution from anyone. Then i tried to call their customer care number multiple times. Every time i called they took new requests without giving status of previous requests. After 1 month of continuous followup finally i got call for installation and installation engineer came for installation. When their installation engineer came for installation, society said that Reliance is not paying rent to them for installation of server in their premises and again installation was not done. Till now i have not received any call from their end and also not received my money back. RCOM's service is pathetic and i wouldn't recommend RCOM to anyone. Regards, Hardik

                    Hi,
                    I had a reliance broad band connection and wanted to change my service location as i have moved to another room so i have called customer support on 6th may to change my service location as they promised me that they will change it in maximum 7 days and i have waited for till 18th may there was no replay from them and i had made many complaints SR No Are[protected],[protected],[protected] as one of reliance sales executive asked to apply for new connection as we will get sooner than changing my service location so i had applied for new connection on 19th may 2013 by paying Rs 1150 and CAF No : [protected] But yet i have not received any call from reliance and i have contacted customer support there was no reply and they always promise me that i will get call back from concern department but i never got any reply from them i am still waiting for it . I have cleared asked them that if not possible let me know i will look for alternative but they usually promise me that within next 2days we will get connection .

                      Dear Customer Care ! I am using a reliance GSM number since past 2.5 Years. My number is[protected]Delhi Circle). Yesterday I recharged my number with an amount of 180/- and this entire amount deducted and my balance reached at zero. I called *333 and 198 for this issue but these customer care people are most ridiculous people. After spending 3 hours to connect my call , I got reply that Sir , You have activated a Joke VAS That's Why your money is deducted. What rubbish reply . I am using an android phone and I have my 3G balance in my account( 89MB data is still remaining ). If if is happening because of Internet Then It is your fault. When I talked to customer care second time (Name of person was Mr. Sunil ) He said that I am returning your 50/- only. After a long discussion He said that Okay I will return your entire money 180/- but i didn't get back my money. Today I found a number of higher authority (Called APPELLATE AUTHORITY[protected] . I described entire issue with this person. Appellate authority person told me to register a complaint in normal customer care office and if your problem isn't resolved then you should call back to appellate. So I again tried to connect to *333 , 198 , [protected]. When I said that I am facing this issue please Logged my complain and give a complain number every time I got same answer "Sir , We are not able to get the details of your number please call after some time." And it happened 5-6 Times. Thus I have lost my 200/- (180+10+10). and if i recharge my number , my balance again turns to ZERO. My Experience with reliance is very disappointing. If this issue isn't resolve then I have to PORT my number in any other network because without main balance i can't make a call.

                        My number is[protected] of Reliance GSM West Bengal Circle, in which I have recharged for Rs.123 on 24.08.13 in lieu of which I got only 500MB of 3G data instead of 1GB as per the tariff prescribed by Reliance GSM. I contacted to customer care in this regard on 25th of August. I was informed by some lady on other side that my 3G account will be credited with rest 500 MB data within 48 hours. As per said by the lady I waited for that 48 hours but no data was credited. I again contacted to the customer care on 28th August complaining about this. But this time the reply which I got from them was shocking. The gentleman over there told me that I should have complained about this until 27th and that I have missed the time limit for registering a complaint.                           Hi,

                          I am from Gangtok, Sikkim. I used to get good internet speed of reliance 3G when i first brought it, but after using it for long the internet has gone so slow. Even cant do the speed test, i had recharged it for 12Gb pack after that nothing works. I thought there is some problem with my SIM card so got it exchanged but it didn't work, now i don't know whom to contact or complain for the horrible services being rendered.

                            I had taken a new connection on July 27th from Reliance Broadband along with a landline, with rent paid in advance for August (Rs. 1200) plus installation charges (Rs. 800) The line went dead on Sunday August 11 at around 12 PM, after which I filed a complaint (No.[protected] which was promised to be resolved within 24 hours. After repeated emails and calls to customer service daily, and receiving nothing but template emails back saying "We regret the inconvenience" the issue still remains unresolved 23 days after being filed. Emails to the nodal officers, appellate authorities and president of customer services remain unanswered. No status is communicated, the issue remains unresolved and when I called them today, they tell me that the issue was closed by the technical team for no reason without any confirmation sent to me or any communication. They now tell me that my services are discontinued pending non-payment (in spite of paying in advance for no service) and now they want another month's payment to be made, which I don't want to do when I am not getting any service. I expect the issue to either be resolved with adjustments in payment made from Aug 11 till the time the services are restored or my connection terminated and the initial rent refunded for non-service.

                                Reliance is the worst company i have ever seen. They are facing technical problem since the world begun and they are helpless, uncivilized. Since last 2 months they cut my 90% balance for their unknown services. I have called them many times but they have only answer that they are having a technical problem so they can not help.

                                  i have complained in the reliance store at 3 times but there is no response.i have balance in my phone last day rs 41 at 4.30 pm.at 11.30 pm the balance is nil.
                                  i have 2 numbers of reliance the 1 is- [protected] (registered at the name- Atik Garg )
                                  and the 2 is- [protected] (registered at the name- Lalita Agarwal)
                                  i have lost my balance last 3 times of recharge...i have full net balance. and the store receptionist is not responding.
                                  the deduction amount is as follows: 250 , 167 , 39 Rs.
                                  and in second no : 45
                                  i had complained 3 times at RELIANCE STORE ,NEAR GANPATI PLAZA ,AJMERI GATE . BEAWAR (RAJ.).
                                  But there is no response....
                                  So please do some action otherwise i have to go to the court.

                                    I have registered 3G data plan to postpaid number([protected]) on last 12.08.13 and reply to me your request has been successful. there for I have conformed this plan has been active. so i continue used this service but I while checked the unbilled amount last 22.08.13 I saw unbilled amount is 684/- so I call customer care for complain but replied me your unbilled amount is Rs.684/- for net searching. yet I have registered 3G data plan with Rs123/-. and my complain can not received customer care executive. so I request that please conformed action as soon as possible. Thanks!

                                      I was using reliance prepaid sim from last two years. One day i got a call to convert it in postpaid if i want. i submitted the documents. In prepaid i was using internet pack and many others packs. After seven days of submitting the documents i called customer care and asking about conversion of postpaid then they told me it already been converted three days before and they didn't message or call me for confirmation. Now they are asking for pay the internet use bill for the period when they didn't confirm me for conversion of postpaid and i was using it like before as prepaid connection. i had gprs pack in prepaid for next three months. They are not even ready to write a complain against it. My reliance no is [protected]

                                        I have been using Reliance Smart Sim for more than 4 years, but since last 6 months my balance is getting deducted almost every month without any specific reason.
                                        On contacting the customer care, which in itself is like climbing everest, they won't even talk properly.
                                        And how can they , when they know that balance are getting deducted absurdly for features or services we customer are not even aware of.
                                        Every time they will deduct Rs.30 or more and no matter how much u try u won't get a response from them.

                                        My Reliance GSM No. is [protected] and every month some amount is deducted from my remaining balance in mobile . This month i.e. july 2011 also around 20/- Rs. is deducted from my balance. We don't want any type of extra schemes in our mobile .                                         Please see that from my reliance smart connection a balance of Rs 20 was automatically deducted yesterady for some subscription which I didnt subscribed to. Further when i am trying to call customer care no one was answering the call. These types of automatic deductions have happened previously also with me and also with my friends who use this network. I request you to look into the matter as they are looting the common man by automatic deductions of amounts for some sucbscriptions.

                                        Reliance Smart — DEDUCTION OF MY BALANCE

                                        Today i.e on dt. 25/09/2011 i recharged my daily net pack of rs5/- through dialing *123*005#. First it deduct Rs 5/- from my main balance and receive a confirmation sms from the service provider to start the net. But after some time when i close my browsing it deduct Rs 38/- from my main balance. So i request to the provider to get back my balance of Rs 38/-

Last day only i had recharged my account with 50 rupees and the next day when i had checked my balance it was displaying just 10 rupees without any infornation. This is not the first time that they had deducted my balance, every time when i recharge my account they do the same even though i has activated the DND service on my number. please sir m begging you to stop this fraud and take appropriate action. I hope that you will provide me your support and i will get ma balance back.

                                        this service and have no clue what this service is used for. I checked my inbox on 1st October 2013

                                        and saw the SMS regarding the deduction. On being shocked I called 198 complaint helpline for the

                                        explanation and refund as the service has or had not been taken by me or any of my family members.

                                        Earlier many similar incidents have occurred where my balance was deducted for no reason hence this

                                        forgery is not new to most Reliance customers. When I spoke to the customer service executive he

                                        spoke harshly stating that "this service is given by reliance world madam! But unfortunately we

                                        cannot refund the said amount because you are too late to have informed us!" I said its not my fault

                                        that I have been late in checking my inbox due to my busy schedule. The agent again said "I am sorry

                                        I cant refund!" I asked for the supervisor. The supervisor Mr. Surojit Paul repeated the same

                                        statement as the agent. He kept saying that I am supposed to call them within 3 days of receiving

                                        the SMS. But we customers recharge our numbers with our hard earned money. Why should we be PUNISHED

                                        for being a loyal customer? Will Mr. Mukesh or Anil Ambani answer to our questions? I want my hard

                                        earned money back in my ph balance. I am tired of this forgery. I want Reliance India to be punished

                                        for such a cheat!
