When i tried to call a bsnl no from my reliance gsm I always get "this route is busy plz try later". No matter how many times i tried the result was the same. My reliance gsm no is [protected]. I have ported this number from docomo to reliance. Please resolve it as soon as possible.

    Sir,
    This is to inform you that i had taken a reliance CDMA post paid conection mob. no. [protected]. I had used it since few months but soon i got no network. i had complained to customer care but it was not resolved. many a times i complaint to customer care repeatedly and also to reliance customer shops. but they were just giving me assurance only, They have not resolved problem. when i told them to close the connection they were not close it instead of the same they changed the plan. They assured me to resolve network issue soon, but it was not resolved. repeatedly asked to close my connection, but it was not done. later, connection was temporarily suspended and I was informed that my connection is closed, still I am receiving their bills in my e-mail. everytime they are adding bill of new month. Even they took security fee which is not refunded in spite of requesting many time. Please take appropriate action against them.

      Actually this complaint of mine is related to the unfair charges that are reflected in my bill and of late the discomfort due to the unneccessary calls made by the tellecallers of this company with bereft of knowledge of the issue have caused me. I was using 599rs rental plan till june which i decided to end and get my sim converted to a prepaid one.for this i called up reliance customer care.The guy on the other side knowing my request tranferred the call to mumbai from where a Executive name "MAMTA" told me that she can get me the required service of "Reliance to Reliance std free" with less rental i.e of 199rs.I found the plan suitable and told her to activate. A few weeks later i tried to know my unbilled usage. i dialled the postpaid no. but the IVR didn't respond well.The Voice on IVR told me tHo press some digit to know the unbilled usage which i did but i could not got the detail because the IVR exited by saying "thanks for knowing your usage,Thanks for calling Reliance". I tried the same for 2-3times but the it ended up with same response. Few weeks after this i received a sms from reliance that "your usage has reached near credit limit please pay for uninterrupted services". I was startled to learn this. Furious over this i called on *222 where they told me that "your call is connected in PREPAID department please try again to connect to postpaid.This transpired 3-4times but i got the same answer on each and every call i made. Then in Turmoil i called on [protected] which is customer complaint no. and i was bewildered that again i got the same response that "your call is connected in PREPAID department please try again to connect to postpaid". Helpless!!!I decided to wait for them to make a move.And then A FEW DAYS LATER MY NO. WAS FLODDED WITH calls from releiance tellecallers and sms sent from their side alerting me of paying the UNJUSTIFIED bill. Got calls from Mumbai,From delhi by tellecaller Manish Jaiswal,Mayank Guopta,Alok,Shiv..but none could help me out...I was riled and i told them not to call me instead escalate the matter to thei boss and even told them to communicate the matter to delhi mumbai both Offices.So that i won't get disturbed by these calls of reminding me to pay that unjustified bill. It's been over a month. And Know as their is ZERO ASSISTANCE from reliance communication i zeroed at making this complaint.

        Sir I am a user of reliance sim card . my number is [protected]. on 8th of this month i was charged some Rs 20+ without my knowledge.....when i called costomer care they wrote a complain and today i got a message that my problem was solved .i checked my balance and found no refund. I want u to take some action.

        my Reliance prepaid no:[protected] balance at 12.51.22 was 121.88;at 17.41.54 it was 13.88. The date 22/6/2011. I made 3 complaint calls today but they are telling to call later.Kindly reinstate the lost balance

        I also have used Reliance Land Phone, Once the bill came terribly high without calling a lot. We paid that and in the next month, again comes the same.. so we didn't even touch the phone again. It's no use paying them money for nothing. complaint as you can. Good Luck.

          Dear Sir,

          I had given request to relocate my broadband and land line to my new address which just in next apartment i.e. from old address to new address given below on 7th July 2013. I received request no[protected] and the message that my connection will be relocated within 5 working days. After 5 days i received message from reliance that my request no.[protected]Different from first one) will resolved within next 168 hours i.e 7 days.

          Now almost 32 days completed, still i didn't got solution. I discussed with reliance customer care, Appellate officer, nodal officer many times and i have recorded all conversation and proofs. There is still no clarity about the solution. Reliance is providing advance rental plan, that means i will pay first and avail service after. As a customer if i am delaying one day in bill payment after due date reliance is adding fine of Rs. 100/-. But from reliance side there is service delay and i booked huge loss due to wrong communication and misguide for service. I have not done any alternate arrangement because of wrong communication. earlier I faced lot of problem with reliance regarding broadband issue for wrong communication & Reliance customer care and nodal authority is even not bothering to inform customer after giving commitment for more than 6 times to resume service.Really disguisting, I have around 65 conversation recording with reliance customer care and nodal officer for complaints raised by me and how much time they have taken to rectify or provide solution. I sent mail to Appellate office on mail id provided by there executive and on reliance website. But all mail was bounced back, i tried to talk their senior but they have not transferred or not given perfect contact details.This means reliance doesn't want that their customer should escalate any higher authority that's why they put wrong information on their website. After getting frustrated from reliance service i am forced to file complain. I asked from reliance about they are going to continue service or not, but reply was yes and with new commitment. I have all recording and mail copy as proof. I want strong action against reliance broadband.

          10 days before reliance Appellate office given information that delay because of cable theft, but i checked in my society, in B-block and in G-block connection is working perfectly to my friends home and my flat is in between B&G block. So they have given wrong information to hide their inefficiency. Please find below my both address details.

            On 4th Aug13 i activated the wattsapp monthly plan on my reliance number [protected].Since that day even after sucesful activation of Rs16 monthly watsapp plan money is being deducted from my main balance.I have already called customer care executive 3-4 times to resolve this matter or deactivate the plan and return my money back.i jus get a reply that information regarding your number is not available please call after sumtym.
            dont cheat your customer and atleast keep some responsible customer care executives.

            i was been callled by reliance to buy a new connetion to which i agreed and against it they promised me this no=[protected] .they took the advance money of r/s 400 hundered n promised me to hand over the sim within 2 days but after callling them several times they didnt even bottherd to give me reply n instead of their commitments which i had also mentioned in my documents given to them n attested by them they compelled me to takethe no[protected] which i declined taking it .they r now mentallly harasssing me by sending billls of the no which i had not acccepted n used.after requesting many seniour officals of the company i m stillll empty handed.i hope uilll loook forward to this matter.

            Reliance Communications — Cheating consumers

            Reliance has repeatedly charged me for caller tunes and deducted money from my prepaid account despite the fact that I never activated it. The most interesting part is caller tune is a song in a regional language that I do not even understand. When I call the company they say I must have activated it accidentally by pressing 5 on my phone - even this is false because I keep this phone switched off so that I can use it in emergency but looks like I will never be able to use this phone in emergency also as reliance will keep taking the funds away from the balance on some or the other excuse. This is one of the worst telco that I have dealt in my life. They are taking away hard earned money from a common man like me and I feel helpless. Nobody is stopping them from brazenly cheating.

            i have made a pop up of Rs 799 on 19th dec 2008.for free STD RIM to RIM service. after that i made a pop up of rs 80 for validity on 27th.this is for 14 days validity. now they are saying that due to this rs 80 ur RIM to RIM free STD is not available. both plan are different. how they can chet a customer like this. this gives me alot of tension as well as loss or money.

            three four days back, someone approched to me on my mobile no.[protected] from your customer care and offered me better plan for my mobile phone than my exixting plan and he explained to me the entire plan and I agree to change the plan than he said the executive from voda phone will collect one my photograph and ID proof.The executive came on 9th April, 2009 and collected my photograph and copy of my driving licence and Rs.250/- cash as security deposit, which would be adjusted in my next bill. And gave the receipt no.29533 dt.9-04-09 of Fast track A-21/8 Naraina Industrial area ph-2 New Delhi-28(Associate of Vodfone). To my dismay today three four calls came from your company asking whether I have applied for new connection and I replied no, only I had asked change of my plan and they were insisting that I shall take the new no. along with new plan, which I refused and I would request you to take action against the guilty.And Cancell the new no.also as no sim was given to me.But compay of your repute should throw away this type of associats as well as excutives and one mr. vivek called me in the morning and making fun of me and threatining me to take the new connection atleast for 20 to 25 days time. I would also bring to your kind notice that I am your very old customer and My moble no. is [protected] and I was given add on number [protected] and they approched on my add on number. Now I am worried that cheaters may misuse new number, So I would request you not to activate the new number and the new sim may be destroyed. Rechg with Rs.498 & get unlimited Local/STD R-R Calls for 30 days. limited period offer Recharge Today.RCOM; limited offer till 31-may-2012." so that i am recharged the phone with Rs.498. at 26-may-2012 but i am not activated the same, and i am called and talk with customer service they said that account is not active u got fake call but the amount which is i am paying that is not refund back and they are not takened the compliant too. so please take the action about they speak and not taken the compliant and cheating with customers, and please refund my money.

              Hi, I called to Reliance data connect (customer care) for closing down my net services immediately.(Details :First time called up:18/may/13 between 5:30pm to 6:00pm, after call I received SMS "your request with reliance is registered with ID:[protected],will be resolved in next 15 days" SMS received time:05:52:18pm,date:18/may/13) They never closed down the service, First bill i charged for Rs.475(time period:10/may/13 to 10/june/13).

              I went to reliance centre & complained that they charged for entire month which is wrong as I asked to close service from 18/may/13.I said that i am ready to pay the bill till 18/may/13.(I went to Reliance center: Anjli char rasta,Paldi,Ahmadabad). The reliance center people said they cant help so own your own contact customer care N all. So again i called up to customer care, they also did not give proper answer at all.I mailed on 6/july/13 to Reliance centre (paldi) email id:jayprakash dave <[protected]@gmail.com> (I have mail copy)

              I never got any replay on that. Then I once again Complained to email Id: [protected]@relianceada.com & CC to : [protected]@gmail.com. Reliance replied : "Your complaint has been registered with service request ID: [protected]on 07/21/2013 at 07:25:08 PM ). It will resolved with in 15 days from the request." "We have taken up your complaint for billing issue with vide service request ID[protected]/21/2013 07:40:57 PM ). It will be resolved with in 48 hours from the request date. One of our executives will respond you shortly." (I have mail copy)

              Then Second bill come with RS.1137 charges (for time period:10/June/13 to 10/july13)

              On 23/july/13 i Received mail from Reliance saying that they verified billing & everything is correct for time period 10/may/13 to 10/july/13. (still they have not terminated my services).

              Then after I emailed my complained to id : RCOMAppellateAuthority.[protected]@relianceada.com (on 25/july/13). They replied : "Your complaint has been registered with service request ID[protected]on 25/07/2013 at 11:44:26 AM) and it would be resolved within 5 working days from the complaint date."

              After this I received SMS from Reliance that "after repeated follow up you fail to pay 1137 vide caf[protected] legal notice issued.(date;7/aug/13)

              I again mailed on id: RCOMAppellateAuthority.[protected]@relianceada.com asking them why as they said in 5 days issues will be resolved still not solved & I got SMS saying legal notice issued.(7/aug/113) .They replied : "The services of your number have been terminated. Your complaint has been registered for billing issue with service request ID[protected]on 07/08/2013 at 06:58:02 PM) and it would be resolved within 7 working days from the complaint date." (I have mail copy)

              Since 18/may/13 i asked to terminated my services & first time I get replay in mail on 7/aug/13-"The services of your number have been terminated."

              Note: I have all the emails records for all the communication made. I have all SMS with me still with all sort of request IDs & complaint IDs.

              This is unbelievable high level o[censored]nprofessionalism, complete lack of customer approach, unethical & full of harassment & the main part is all are having no internal co-ordination at all & behave that they dont know anything.

              Reliance — email id is not opening

              i m opening my e mail after 02 months and when i m going to open it, it is showing wrong password even the pasword is same.as i m unable to trade bcoz i m not in the possesion of login password which is shown that "it is forwarded o ur e mail succesfully". i request it to be resolved at the earliest.

              Reliance — not giving service

              Dear sir
              i am using Reliance Smart GSM service ([protected]) from more than one year and also availing its GPRS facility. Last time i have recharged GPRS with Rs-303/ on 01/02/2011 but till i have not asses my GPRS.I have already reported a complain(ID:[protected] to customer care but they have not taken any action .Till i have not reaceieve any positive response.

              Reliance — Not connecting to customer care

              Since last two months I am trying to deactivate my SMS 0.01Paisa pack through customer care No [protected], *333 and also by sending sms to 53739. But the number remains any time busy and on sending SMS the result is we are unable to process your request now.

              Reliance — Services not available still charging

              I have purchased Reliance Broadband+ post paid connection bearing number [protected]. They have promised that they have good internet connectivity all over india.

              I am not getting the services as per service level agreement. Despite of my repetitive attempts asking them to terminate my connection as I am not able to use internet because of their poor services in Pune, they are not terminating it and charging me the monthly rental.

              Please do a favor for me help me to resolve this issue. I want that DataCard worth INR 2500 to be refunded.

                I have Reliance broadband connection, connection number[protected] and 1 MBPS plan - almost i am using 3 years on-wards.

                In Bangalore area cable cut issue happens on 14July2013 to 04Aug2013 (Problem 100% resolved on 08Aug2013) (they said due to permission issue not able to resolve quickly when ever i will call to Customer care and Applet department), but billing team considered only 3-5 days for wavering the bill (from 23July to 26July2013). This is really worst thing considered very less days and saying its major issue happens so many customers due to that we wont consider for wavering the bill. Why the customer need to pay the bill if customer not received internet connection.

                Actually 1st June 2013 on-wards i have given lot of complaints regarding Internet low speed as well as frequently internet connection disconnect and no internet on above mentioned date (the complaints started 1June2013 to 8Aug2013).

                What ever they promised speed not received in-between days (1June2013 to 8Aug2013) and permanently internet and land line not worked almost 22-25 days.

                I have given lot of numbers, few complaint numbers are furnished below: (i have very few registered complaint numbers only)

                Reliance Broad Net — No action on complaint

                I am using Reliance Broad Net and I registered a complaint with company regarding loose connection which is causing lot of trouble and suddent loss of connection in the middle of sesssion. The reason of problem is RJ45 connector is either broken or not up to standard.                 Since 8/9/08 I have no connectivity to my wireless connection from Reliance Broad band and on 9/9/08 i registered a complaint on their toll free number ( complaint no.[protected].But now it is more than 4 days and there is no response. Meanwhile I have made umpteen number of calls to the various numbers and each time I get a reply that the complaint would be attended to within 24 hours.Meanwhile an executive called me on my phone to fix a time so he could collect the subscription and when I told him about my complaint he promised to attend to it immediately. What he has done is registered a new complaint (no.[protected] without even visiting me so that the previous complaint is deemed to have been attended.Today, on 13/8/08, at 9 pm, I am writing this complaint to this forum after waiting the whole day for someone to attend to my problem.

                RELIANCE LANDLINE — Billing issues

                I got a reliance landline installed 8 months ago and i was told that i would be getting a Rs100 discount every month for life time. My billing plan was Rs 299 monthsly rental in which i used to get a discount of Rs 100 every month. After 6 months no such adjustments were made in my bill so I rregistered a complaint. Almost after one month i was told that the amount was supposed to be adjusted for 6 months. Now this is highly unprofessional behaviour that wrong kind of comittment was made to me to install a new connection.
                My question is that if i was committed that i would get Rs 100 discount for life time then how can the company stop this adjustment after 6 months.
                When i called customer care centre they promise to solve the issue in 72 hrs but they never do so. This issue of mine is pending for last 2 months now. And i have written around 20 mails and called up around 30 times at the customer care centre. Now that I have requested to terminate the service they are still not responding.
                I am damn sure that they would send the next month bill as well with the inflated amount.
                Please tell me what to do in this situation.
                This is not good for a company like reliance Communications to cheat on people like that.

                i have been using reliance broadband usb modem and from last few months there have been serious problem of network specially in night hours after 10 pm, and if you contact there webstore they will say contact customer care, on customer care if you get connected to person they will say he is not the right person for the same and he will transfer ur call to concern department, then you listen to the music for 10 minutes or more and the listen these words, sir please be connected our all executive are busy, can anybody handle these sorts of calls after paying hefty charges so called no, 1 network provider in the india, it is.

                Reliance Broadband — Broadband/Phone Fault

                needless to say, the WORST BB connection i hv ever used, useless customer service who dont know what they talk about, i have this connection for 2 months & have gone down for more than 5 times in last 8 days. The funny & ironical part is that when you lodge a complaint, you are given a complaint number & a time frame of 24 hours, you wait for 24 hours, no one turns up, no calls, you enquire again, just to know that the complaint has been closed (& please dont expect any explaination, bcoz u wont get any)......Reliance is getting into every market, without realising that being an ISP is nothing like running a grocery shop, the whole approach is crap. My BB is still off. I wish if i could have Airtel coverage in my area, had a connection for 3 years & BB was off only for once, thats too got fixed within 24 hours.

                hi, i paid Rs1100 to take a reliance board band connection, and at the time of booking the connection, i was promised that it would take 24 hrs to fix the connection at my home and it has been 8 days and i dont see them fixing the net connection at my home,i have called them million number of times and they did not respond, I did complain this to their manager GOVARDHAN - [protected] and the way he reacted is very bad, he was talking as if he has nothing to do with the reliance service and infact he was shouting at me rather getiing the issue fixed, it has been 3 days i spoke to GOVARDHAN and stil the issue is not resolved, i request everyone NOT TO TAKE RELIANCE CONNECTION as their service SUCKS, they are uneducated fools, they do not know how to talk to a customer.                 Reliance Broadband — Non working of landline phone at home

                I have one fixed line phone connection no.[protected] in the name of Rajesh Kumar Jhawar “Rishabh apartment” 16 A, Round Tank Lane, Howrah – 711101.

                From May 20, 2012 (App.) it is not working.

                I have given repeated mails for the rectification on
                1) 24th May 2012
                2) 26th May 2012

                Even I have register complain over phone for non working of telephone But no body came to our place to rectify the faulty connection or even the phone is still dead.

                I have got a message from reliance on 02/06/2012 that

                “Dear reliance broadband customer your bill dt. 23/05/2012 for Rs 476.41 due on 13/06/2012 has been dispatched. Thank you”

                They have all the records online for bill but no records for the complain for which we are deprived of the service from last 15 days.
                Again they are charging the full monthly amount whether phone is working or not.

                Reliance Broadband — Payment of bills and faulty landLine

                For the past 1 and a half year or so the address provided by the company in the bill to pay the internet bills are false addresses, whenever i go there to pay my bills, they refuse to accept the bill saying that broadband bills are 'not accepted here'.,this is a regular harassment on top of that they fail to give the details of the address where the bill will be accepted.. Reliance Web World refused to accept the complain saying that it was there wireless division, thankfully they accepted my bill. Every month after paying the bill on time they call up at least five times to inquire whether I have paid my bill. on top of that the combo connection does not work at all, that is the land phone given with this broadband, does not work, at least 15 times i had to complain to repair the fault, but every time an engineer comes in, replaces the faulty set with another faulty set which works hardly for few hours and the problem arises again. i have given up on this, now. But even while paying the bills so much of harassment, each one says that they have their own problems either system down or they don't accept the bill inspite of the address mentioned in the bill.                 Last time waiver considered but in-correct calculation, till so many times I called to customer care and requested for bill in-detail for why generated bill in-correct calculation. Front-end team just updating with me as our billing team will call you and I am not received any call as well.
                Hence I didn’t pay last month bill without any clarification about why bill generated as more.

                Now also network down issue facing this month 14th Sep onwards and no one is contacted to me from backend or local technician team. Really very bad service in Bangalore (I don’t know other places) and not considering for waiver as well.

                Question to Reliance and Consumer complaint cell as well,
                1. If customer not receiving internet and/or landline, why the customer as to pay the bill? (Even if same issue faced all customers or entire area/locality)
                2. Why automatically bill generation time waiver not considered outage issue, DSL down, cable cut, network issue etc.? (Even customer not reported for network issue)
                3. Every month 2 or 3 times facing internet problem in Bangalore region, why cannot RCom will not take necessary action or permanent solution as well? If you people really not able to resolve problem please close my connection or close entire area as well.

                Really frustrated with RCOM connection, complaining so many times same issue. hence I requested for quit the connection today. (Since i used more than 3 years - really it sucks :( )

                    I have taken a new postpaid connection on 20th June and I was told my number would be activated in 48 hrs, its 5 days my number is not activated I got a call from Reliance Communications RT Nagar store Bangalore and that guy said on Monday 22nd that my Rental Agreement has only 2 pages and there it is continued, I told him that my address and all necessary details are convered in first 2 pages only and thats why I didn't felt like taking zerox of all the pages, BUT if still needed I would get them also, he informed not needed and said the number would be activated after a verification call next day.

                    I gets a call from one person I was not at home as he called in office hours and told in office and then he just said when i could be available I informed him in morning b4 09 and in night after 08 he said fine.

                    Since then I am chasing Reliance Communications and no one has any answers what happend to my activations and finally today on 25th I comes to know that my docs are rejected as my Rental Agreement is having 2 pages only.

                    Its so much inconvinience caused here first RT Nagar Reliance center should have checked the docs properly while they were submitted and when I was called next time that guy should have asked me to submit full copy as mandatory to get connection activated.

                    One more things the customer service is PATHETIC of Reliance Communications...no one knows whats happening the customer keeps calling and people keep transfering from one department to another and giving lame excuses as system down, and no power supply in store...really very very bad customer service.

                    Reliance Communications — My Phone is not working

                    I have this reliance landline which i am using for the last 4 Years now. I work for Nestle at Moga Factory, Punjab. My handset was changed in end of fenruary this year as the previous hand set had problems. This new handset, Classic 23 was working fine. Since last three months it had started having problems in handset, voice problems and battery problems. We lodged a complaint with the custormer care in 1st week of August. And thebn we have lodged so many complaints, with the Customer care and the existing reliance communciatrion dealership at Moga(Kohli). It has went to the extent that when i reached this delaership at Moga yesterday then they bluntly said that they dont care about anypne including the consumer forum and reliance. They told me to do whatever i wanted to but they will not change the handset. the handset is now dead and not getting switched on since last one week. Since then i am not been able to contact anybody from my handset and the bills will be getting bigger. I request to put this up to the necessary authoroites so that proper action can be taken. The situation has become disgusting and frustrating for me.

                      I want to registrer a complaint agianst reliance GSM service provider on 08.08.2013 they activate some kind of VAS(value added service) on my mobile @ 23:40hrs & after that i was received a message that rs.5 has been deducted from your acccount for that unknown service On 09.08.2013 I was register a complaint regarding that on R Customer care & they sort out this problem & refund that partiular amount. After 2hrs on aound 12:40pm again i recieve a message that mobile 3g internet pack has been activated on ur phone & this time they deduct rs 10 from my mobile balance regarding that iwas agian call in reliance cust. care they said that this service us activated by u & this time i cant refund that amout to u. When i was asked them through which mode i was activated this service they told me that when u call in the morning to our customeer care center at that time u request our cce to activate that service on ur no. but i dont request taht to him iwas just call to him regarding that VAS has been deactivated from my phone. PLS help me ragrding that what kind of action i would take against them

                      Reliance GSM — DEDUCTION FROM BALANCE

                      My name is Narendra Parmar resident of Daman. I have just started using Reliance GMS Service with Mobile No. [protected] and within few day on 29/11/2009 Rs. 30 wad deducted from my balance against Mobile Radio Facility on my mobile without my request.

                      On contacting the customer care I requested to refund the balance deducted, they refused to do so because according to them the facility was activated on my confirmation which is absolutely false.

                      Then after the same day I informed about the matter to Reliance Customer Care Email ID : [protected]@relianceada.com, but till today there is no response from Reliance Customer Care.

                      I don't know why do they call CUSTOMER CARE where customers are treated like that and no care is been taken.

                      Please look into the matter for necessary action and Hoping for something really good.

                      Reliance GSM — Deduction of Balance even after complaints registered with the company

                      Dear Sir

                      On 20th Oct 09 i got a message saying 'You have been successfully subscribed to the money saver pack for unsubscribe please send 'unsubscribe' on 1710(toll free)' and fot the same sevice Rs.49 was deducted from my balance.

                      within 15 min i sent a msg on the 1710 for un-subscription subsequently.

                      Then next day morning i called up the customer care and complaint for the same but to no avail the service did not deacivated and next month in Nov'09 again Rs.49 was deducted from my balance.

                      I sent my complaint to customer care 7-8 times but nobody is listening, my balance is deducted two times for the same bogus service.

                      Customer care people are saying that 'the service was activated from your side' which is not true moreover i logged a complaint after first deduction that please deactivate the service my balance was deducted again.

                      Please help me out as every month as i recharge over Rs.100 my balance is deducted which is very painful as i have to get the recharge one at a very regular and short period of time.

                      Reliance GSM — without my knowledge balance amount has been deducted

                      I am quite fed up with this Reliance services. First of all, without my knowledge there is a service activated on my number [protected]. And when i was trying to call one of there representative named hardeep sigh, He simply put me on hold and disconnect it after 15 minutes. What the Cheap thing these service providers are doing these days.

                      And when i called again on 198, there was a hardeep singh again and then i said to him please connect to your one of the supervisor, then again he put me hold again for more than twenty minutes and there is no answer from there side. In india there is no customer satisfaction only companies satisfaction is there. And this is quite irritating and no one pick up the phone even after 30 minutes. I want to sue both of this hardeep singh and there supervisor and also reimburse my money that has really a very irresponsible person regarding there duties.


                      If you can help me in this regard then i will be very thankful to you.

                      I am using Reliance gsm from one year([protected]), 4 months later my account balance showed zero balance, I called customer care and made a complaint but was of no use.after a few days got the same problem again.but after that it was working fine. But recently from 2 weeks am facing this problem again. I recharged my account with Rs 50 for two times in last two weeks and all of my account balance got deducted. customer care says that I have subscribed to xyz package which I have actually not. and they don't return my money.
                      In such a case I have no where to go, the only option I am left with is to change my service provider.

                      This is common for all reliance customer. Basically Reliance is stealing money from the account without any notification activating some stupid plans on you mobile and will refuse to refund your money back even if you lodge any complaint just after. This is a very good business for them and since no action is being taken against them they are continuing with it with out any worries.

                        But when i check my mobile then a SMS came about failure of my request.

                          yesterday i recharged for 50 rupees.. but now balance is 30 only..
                          already i had 15 rupees in my main balance before i recharge..
                          i have promo 2 balance 40 rupees so how did my main balance was reduced..
                          i called to customer care at 5 but still now i didn't get a proper answer..
                          last called i waited for more than 10 mins but finally they cut my call
                          without a proper reason.. today i call them for more than 6 times..
                          really worst & poor service.. they hurt me very much..
                          because this is not first time they behaving like this..
                          i'm going to stop using reliance network & i'm stop going to my friends too..

                          I have brought a new number [protected] on 18th july 2010. I had provided my all documents. Address verifcation ppls called me fro mreliance that they will come to my house to collect address proof and ID proof but they came on 2nd evening. In morning on 23rd i noticed that my outgoing is barred without informing me ant reason. I tryed to chase customer care and they told that untill i do submit my address and ID proofs again to the same place i got this number, my outgoings will not be unbarred.

                          I have submited my docs again today @ Reliance Stores 109 Sahni Tower Rajender Nagar Sahibabad Ghaziabad at 9:45 AM. Agent told me that he hass already forworded my info to head office but he cannot commit about how much time it may take to re activate my outgoings.

                          I do not have any other alternate number with outgoing and have no choice other then to operate my work from public telephone booth. I know i am not going to get any compensation of this but if provider's cannot serve consumer grivances on time then they should be punished.

                          0n 30-OCT-2010 I received a message from 51234(reliance) that- you have subscribed to caller tunes and for the deactivation of same send 10003 to 155223.

                          on 31-Oct-10 i again received a message from 51234 that- your subscription to CRBT service has been renewed at Rs.30 for a period of 30 days. to unsubscribe SMS unsub 10003 to 155223.

                          Now my issue is that i have not made any such request for the same. it is the trend of Reliance communication to activate services without customer confirmation. how can they activate any such services by their own will.

                          Hello there.
                          I’m using reliance (gsm) service. ([protected])
                          Reliance deducted rs.30 from my account without informing me. After I made complain they simply answered me that my amount was deducted due to I have activated " news pack".
                          I never got such calls as well as such sms to active that.
                          Now they are telling that I have active the above pack from my side, they can only be deactivate the pack, they won't be able to refund my money.
                          When i asked them to lodge complain they simply refused stating that pack is server generated.
                          Why should I’ll be pay for which service I’m not going to use. I’m not activated that service also.
                          They are cheating me. There are so many people like me cheated each & every day. Please take some action about these frauds.

                          i got a postpaid connection on a 3g supercombo voice and data plan in orissa. day before yesterday my line was barred due to late payment but again debarred when i paid online . But after that when i checked i could see that there was no 3g connection on my handset . i tried switching from 3g mode to 2g mode but there was no data connectivity.Also i tried using the sim card with the 3g modem i had separately bought from reliance and no itnernet on that connection.
                          adding to the horror when i called customer care i got different nos to call on different line
                          *333 says to connect 198 . 198 hangs up the phone after the IVR transfers the call to customer care. *222 also asks to call 198 or hangs call. [protected] says this is prepaid department. [protected] unreachable. There is no one to help. I dont know about other states but i think fraudsters or mobs are running the customer care system in orissa. Please see to this matter and revert me at urgent.

                          Reliance Communication — Unauthorised activation of services

                          Reliance communication activates additional services for eg Caller tunes without the knowledge of consumers. They deduct the amount for the subscription & also keeps sending sms that we have downloaded some song & in this regard 10/- are deducted.
                          They keep harrassing us every month & we have to keep unsubscribing on regular basis.
                          This type of continuous harrassment from Reliance is has led me to file this complaint.

                          I have spoken today on the 11/06/2011 to two Reliance Customr care employees they have not resolved my issue. Names: Sukhdeep Singh & his supervisor Mohan Choube.

                          Some action should be initiated to ensure consumers are not harassed.

                              I was using reliance connection 1 n half yr before, discontinued coz of poor network and service. They had billed be 1200Rs for the service which I did not use it, now they have filed case against me for non-payment of 1200Rs and I am getting calls from a person who states himself to be a Lawyer (details below), Why should I pay for pathetic service which I have not used it. It's a mental torture, he is calling and using abusive language which is not bearable. I would have banged him if he was in front of me, i stay in bangalore and he is calling from Delhi. To Avoid these calls I am forced to make the payment of 1200Rs for no use.

                              If anybody can help me with to get the refund from Reliance for service which I haven't used it will be great and Kindly take action on them.

                              I purchased a Reliance net connect USB Modem on 15/01/09 and submitted the papers for the postpaid connection to the representative of Vriti infocomm pvt limited.The customer verification was done on the 16/01/09 but despite numerous contacts and false promises from them (Mr Jagjeet Singh of Technical support team at Vriti infocom) nothing has been done.
                              A second verification round was done with demand for fresh documents as they claimed to have lost the original received documents. but till date they just happen to give me false dates for activation of the set.
                              I presume they indulge only in cheating people by selling the RELIANCE NET CONNECT USB Data cards for Rs 2800/- or so and then forget to activate.
                              CHEATERS AND IRRESPONSIBLE GROUP OF PEOPLE are there in this reliance infocomm network of agents and DSA's

                              This is bring to your kind notice that, I have been getting continuous harass from Reliance Communication team here in Bangalore. The issue in details is “ I was using a net connect+ data card device being MDN no- [protected], and have given the request for deactivating and terminating the services in July-12, and the same has been not used by me. But RCOM customer care team was least bother to hear any query and deactivated the service after numerous reminder post August-12 and from there on the harassment act started, which is continuing till date and the issue is unresolved. They are continuously sending the bill of Rs. 1205.47/- which is completely irrelevant and not pertaining to me. On top of that has sent many a times so called legal notices on my mail id threatening to pay the amount and then long follow up from different advocates, which is not at all ending. Such an unprofessional team that no one bothers to listen to the customer’s request but at the top of harassing by whatever ways. Post reaching my frustration level I have written my plight on Consumer complaints forum “http://www.consumercomplaints.in” complain link http://www.consumercomplaints.in/complaints/reliance-net-connect-being-billed-th... for hoping the resolution and indeed it worked when I received a call from Reliance Social Media team from Mumbai office to whom I have addressed the issue in details and got an assurance on this matter will get resolved and an apology from the team.                               i have lost my reliance data card on may 2013, i called customer care to disconnect my number within a week. from july i got a repeated messages to my mobile stating my bills. i went to reliance stores and explained my problem they have raised a incident on this and said no messages will come from no on.. After that i did not get any messages.

                              I got a free sim card no [protected] with in 10 days of activation outgoing calls were cut. Till now i did not get any bills through postal or email. All of sudden today i got a got from delhi court and that advogate is threatening me to pay 1030 rs. i contacted customer care today nov22 she was very rude to me and complaining me to pay that money. customer care people are very very worst there is no curtosy towards customers. Its a worst experience.

                              This is completely harassment.

                                I am a subscriber of Reliance broadband and landline service from the past 2 years. Recently, I wanted to change my plan from Rs.549 combo plan to Rs.699 plan. But just to get to talk to an executive it takes about 3-4 mins because of the Interactive voice response system.

                                After you finally hear a real human voice, you have to repeat details like customer ID (which was punched in earlier), name, city/place you are calling from, registered mobile no. etc then they keep you on hold to "get more info". Few minutes later, the executive again comes online and asks you few questions, and puts you on hold to "get more info". This keeps happening each and every time you call.

                                And generally after about 10 mins of the call (out of which you are kept on hold or facing the options from the IVR system for 9 mins) you get fed up and hang up the phone.

                                So basically, people waste the time, money (the call charges) and patience on incompetent system and its incompetent executives but still get no redressal of their complaints or information about services. The experience is worse if you call from the Reliance landline to Reliance customer care service as the call is never put through to an executive.... the IVR system itself decides that you don't need to talk to any executive.

                                So what exactly is the point of having a Customer Service if Reliance cannot provide any help?

                                RELIANCE - WORST ..THE WORST internet service provider
                                A week back I got the internet connection from Reliance broadnet - wimax 750 unlimited scheme
                                It worked for 3 days ...after which I got the login problem .when I try to login it says "Authentication Failed"

                                I raised a complaint on 8th May at 9:30 pm ...with complaint number "68279861"
                                and today 13th May ...there was no response from the technical department of reliance broad net..
                                I called customer care more tham 25 times ...its been a excercise for me to call them morning, afternoon and night ...and asking them to forward the issue with high priority on urgent basis...and they forwarded the issue to their technical dept nearly 10 times with high priority and on a urgent basis


                                NO repsonse ... absolutely no response and I request all those who read this, not to go for Reliance Broad net and become a unfortunate customer like me ...

                                Reliance cusotmer care os worst cusotmer care so far i have seen. I have applied for Broad band connection (with WLAN), started not working from the 1st day. Sent mail to cusotmer care they have clsoed the compaling with out solving the problem.
                                More I have paid the advance for WLAN and alogn with instalation charges. While giveing the connection they said you will get the WLAN router in 2-3 days, when i complaint agian that they said no stock so we can not give WLAN conenction the amount what you paid will be deducted from next bill.
                                The reason for i applied for relaince because of WLAN, if that is not there i would have gone for AIRTEL..

                                So stoped using connection. Now i got leagal notice that you ahve to pay 2 months due.

                                I have recently got a connection for broadband with fixed line telephone from Reliance. However, since the day of installation the telephone has given me trouble. As soon as there is powerfailure the instrument goes dead. Even after restoration of power, it takes a long time for the phone to get restored. Despite several complaints no action has been taken so far by the company.

After one month(Mar) i have opted for disconnection using my land phone in front of relience broad band connection team lead and i got complaint number also. But after 5 months i got lawyer notice for not paying amount. after seeing that notice i got shocked, and i went their head office, executies are not lisiting our voice and i called helpdesk they said we are not having any request in that number and i said exact date and time also. I asked to them to check my landline details, because they i callled them through my landline phone. They said they are not having those detials. in this way releince people are behaving.
                                Please save the citizens in this type of problems. i dont know who will take action on against these people.

                                Broadband plus — Worst Service

                                I am one of the user of Reliance Broadband plus.I am one of the director of a software company also. Around 3 months i am using this data card,but still I did not get single bill either soft copy or hard copy.Only I am getting a reminder in my mail id to pay the bill.I am unable to understand how much hours i am using the card and how my bill is so high. In fact they cut again and again my connection due to delay payment,whereas I was waiting for the bill to come. I have sent a mail 24 hours ago,still they did not respond me.I am also using Tata Photon Plus they are giving excellent service to me.I am very much upset and frustrated with Reliance Service department.

                                This has the worst range. I have never experienced such a tower problem in any of the other services. And from morning none of my 40 messages were getting delivered and when i called to customer care he is not at all knowing English also.

                                I am staying in the Bhowanipur, Kolkata. I have applied for Reliance Broadband connection on 22nd of Jan 2011. During the time of application it has been communicated to me by field engineer that the connection will be established within 3 - 4 working days. It is more than a week but the connection is still not established. On contacting Engineer he keeps on telling that the connection will be in place. Many times he even do not pickup the call from my side.

When the complaint was not attended with repeated reminders I stopped payment of next bills. You had stopped my outgoing calls abruptly. Subsequently, your representative came for collection of OD bill, I asked him for disconnecting the line since instrument was falty and servicesby were stopped by U. Your representative then advised that he will make immediate replacement of instrument and also instead of disconnecting the line he will change the plan to 150. Being a meagre amount I accepted the proposal. I made repayment of entire bill under these conditions.However to my surprise further bill was as per Rs.500 plan only. When I enquired about it, I was advised no such request has been registgtered. Again call came from customer care centre for payment of bill, I advised them to send the bill as per 150 plan so as to enable me to make payment. However, they disconnected my line since August 09. However, bills are raised every month with 500 plan.. I am tired of your services. I request you to discontinue the services totally and refund me the deposit. Time and again I have informed

                                    I had made several complaints for disconnection since December 2009 and had paid nearly Rs.2000/- till date without using any faclities since Feb.2010. They asking furher amount of Rs.354-73 towards billing charges to enable to disconnect. When I providing their complaint numbers to several persons, they in turn said it is not valid numbers. How it can be possible when they provided these numbers and spoken several times to customer care no.[protected] and they had recorded too.

                                    I now refused to pay this amount as I had lost nearly Rs.2,000/0 without using any faclity.

                                    Pls advice immediately.

                                    This incontinuation of earlier complaint made last year and resolved too.
                                    Now again they are sending their bills nearly Rs.150/- approximately after a gap of seven to eight months. I don't know whether they are doing it by oversight or vehimently. I will not pay anymore. Please advice what action I have to take against them.

                                    Reliance Communications — phone disconnection

                                    this is to inform that we had taken two WLL phones for our office in Aug11 through your representative Mr. Kundan-[protected] for our store in nagpur. in Dec11 we decided to disconnected the phones and hence called him for the process. He took the phones from us on 5th dec 11, saying he will disconnect immediatly. after that we are trying to call him to know the status, initally he said it is done and will let us the final payment amount. since the last 10 days his phone is switched off. today 3rd Jan 12, when we inquired at the reliance office, we come to know that the phones are still not disconnected!!!! We are shocked!!! then were are the instruments? get this issue sorted out before we move to the consumer court for fraud. the no's in contention are[protected] & 3266605.

                                    Your service centre located in sarat bose road is nothing but harassment to the customers, they do not respond to calls and just keep the customers waiting.

I was asured by the local office people that there is no problem in disconnection and it will be done. But I was shocked to see the bill in the month of July of June.                                     I have also the same problem after reliance stopped cdma services. I bought HUAWEI instrument from reliance dealer and after four to five times visiting the store I got the number and sim card. But at shop when I charged and started phone I could not use it as phone was dead. Again after continuous efforts that chap visited to our shop and diagnose the problem and found that there was no network in the shop. Phone works only when shifted to window of shop. I am trying to cancel the no. from last 4 months, but either I find toll free no. busy or get scratchy sound from other end.                                     Till reliance had the CDMA system of communication it was one of the best network in india Probably in every nook and corner of any premises it worked so well. But the day they switched over to GSM system it has gone from best to worst network in pune. I am 15 years old loyal customer of reliance. But I switched over to vodafone under number portability scheme because of poor network and call drop issue.                                       It bring me great agony at the hands of some of your collections agency who are calling me without establishing facts & threatening to pay amount which is not due form my end.

                                      I had a mobile data card which i lost almost an year back (# [protected]). I called up Reliance customer care on 12th July 2012 at 2:15 PM & reported the same to the person by the name of Saraswati & asked for blocking that data card. I was told that it has been blocked & you would be required to pay the coming invoice. I paid that invoice & again the same got generated next month. I again called customer care on 24th August 2012 at 2:04 PM & spoke to person by the name of Guru Prasad & complained but was told to pay the amount post which the same would be blocked.

                                      I did the same again but to my surprise i again received the invoice next month which i have refused to pay since it includes only rental charges & not a single penny for any kind o[censored]sage.

                                      Over the past few months i had been receiving calls for the same & i narrated the entire story again an again every time, and everyone promising me to check & get back.

                                      This entire issue reached its limits when i recieved a call on 6th August 2013 from a number[protected] at 2:15 PM . The person on the call posed as a lawyer calling from Tis Hazari court. When i asked him the reason for the call, he started abusing me & when i asked him to talk decently, he said "TU KYA PRIME MINISTER HAI jo main tujhse tameez se baat karun" & called me a "CHOR"..

                                      IN the morning today I got a call from Tis Hazari court & now they are telling me that of Rs. 1500 dues that are there, my usage is worth Rs. 500, so pay that & the rest would be waived. I asked her to send me the details of my usage & if the same is true, I would pay up to which she denied that she does not have the details.

                                      I want to know if this is how customers are treated in your organisation. I have another data card with me & there is no issues there. in fact even with this one, my payments have been always on time.

                                      I want a resolution to this immediately or else i shall be forced to move the consumer court for final solution & claim for the harrassment caused to me mentally by your collection agencies.

                                      I am not as interested in your auto response as much as in the actual resolution to the complaint. My concern is related to misbehave that has been done with me by your collection agencies. I want to know the action that is being taken against such erring agencies of yours & who is responsible for this.

                                      I want this issue resolved first followed by an official apology from the team who made such derogatory remarks on me. In the absence of this, I would be forced to take this matter to higher authorities & if required to the consumer court as well.

                                        I purchased reliance broadband connection 6 month before. My customer id is[protected]. I am facing disconnection of service every week and its getting 7 to 8 days to be resolved.I get the error like 'Local area connection doesn't have valid ip configuration'.

                                        Every time i register the complaint the cycle goes as,Customer care(24 hrs)-> no resolution-> Supervisor(24 hrs)-> no resolution->Appellate authority(4 days)-> no resolution->Rapid resolution department(2 to 3 days)-> finally gets resolved(3 days is called RAPID in terms of reliance).This cycle is continue since March 2013. My first major complaint was lodged on 4th June 2013 and got resolved on 11th June 2013.

                                        Each time if we ask for clarification,they simply respond that the EDP was down(small equipment placed in a society especially for reliance customers from where we get the connection.)

                                        We can understand that its an technical issue so it may be there,but how its possible that it gets repeated every 5 to 7 days? My connection is not working at the moment i am writing this complaint. Its down since last Friday,2nd August 2013(since 6 days).

                                        I request everyone not to go for this company ever because you wont get any satisfaction as per as the customer service and maintenance is concerned.

                                        Reliance — disconnection of service

                                        I have been a member of the services offered from reliance since the past 5 years and without any notice to me they have sent me a summon. whereas i have already applied for the discontinuation of the service for this number. I was told some senior executive would call me to le me know how to go about the discontinuation of the service and no one has called and even the customer service representatives dont talk properly. I expect an apology from them as soon as possible

                                        Reliance Communication Ltd — Disconnection of service

                                        I have a Fly model DS-100 with dual sim and valid IMEI handset. I have received two messages that the IMEI number is invalid and my connection will be terminated. I have checked the genuiness of the IMEI through the internet and through SMS at 57886 both resulting that my IMEI for the set is correct and valid. In such now suddenly disconnecting the service has resulted in loss of many incoming calls and other important conversations for me. This is truly bad and low in service without properly ascertaining the actuals. I had even called the customer service even before the disconnection and informed them that the IMEI is genuine but i got a tame response to once again go to service centre and pay Rs 399/- and get another IMEI number. Please help me
