[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband Netconnect — wrong billing

i have an internet plan of 3gb day and 10 gb night usage .The last bill showed i have to pay 3500 , instead of 650rs,because of the extra usage i did, which is absolutely wrong.im very sure that my usage did not exceed the limit because i checked on the last billing date.i checked into customer care and internet helpcare and they gave me an falsely shown data of my usage during the month,which sums to rs 3400rs.please look into the matter and help me stop this theft.

Student — Suffering lots due to wrong information provided by customer care

"I am harish kumar bhati.my landline no is 23473128 and i m from bangalore .at 26 aug i had given the aaplication to change broadband paln from 1350 plus plan to home 500 plan.so from st of september i continously called to customer care n asked about current plan,everytime thry were saying that from monday(7th sept) your plan would be changed,and till 7th sept u can use ur previous 1350 plus plan and they also told taht from 1 st sept to till 7 th your bill would be proceesed based on 1350 plus afterwards based on home 500.so many times i called customer care service in bangalore every times i got same information.so i used 1350 plus till 6th sept .first of aal my plan had been cahnged by 5th of sept ,even i called at 5th and 6 th sept to customer care service but thaey told your previous plan(1350) is going on.at 7th thay told your plan had been changed from 5th of september even i made call to customer care manytimes at 5th n 6th sept but taht time they dint teel about that.

so i went to Bsnl office n gave complain to area managaer meleesvaram bangalore at 9th of september.but she told untill unlees we wont see this month bill we cant do anything but she took my aaplication n told its would be considered ,dont worry.afterward i also went many times to BSnL office but got same responce.

at 7th oct is date of realaesing bill.so at 7th oct i went to bSnl office n get the duplicate bill ,i was shocked when i saw the bill it was 6063 Rs, while i had to come near 600 rs(beacuse my plan was home 500 and i used only free timing of this plan from knight 2 o'clock to morning 8 o'clock, after 7th of sept when i came to know my home paln has been activated).

again i wrote new aaplication with generated bill n gave to area manager.

so sir plz solve my problem beacuse bill came so high due to wrong information of customer care ,while i made call 15 times in between 1st sep to 6 th september. sir i think i dont have fault from my side so plz consider this compail n resolve it .
sir i want full concession and want bill based on home 500 plan .

Reliance Broadband — Wrong bill

Dear Sir / Madam ,

I am having reliance broadband connection with user id[protected] in Noida . My services had been barred without informing me because i had changed from Broadband duo plan (internet + landline ) to only broadband connection (without landline) .

When i called customer care they told me that your credit limit exceeded because you havent deposited telephone instrument . I told them pls pick the instrument from my home and re-start my services but even a week later i havent received any response , even my services were still barred . Due to this i had suffered a lot because i am student of SCDL Pune and not able to submit my online assignments resulting into back in semester . Would request you to pls take legal action against them for harassing my metal level .

I AM RELIANCE DATA CARD USER THE COMPANY EVERY MONTH IS CHARGING ME THE WRONG BILL EVEN MY CREDIT IS 500 THE COMPANY IS ASKING THE PAYMENT OF 10200 WHICH IS NOT CORRECT MY DATA CARD NUMBER IS [protected]
Dear Sir / Madam,

I was having Reliance broadband connection with user id[protected] in New Ashok Nagar Delhi 96. My services was disconnected since 7 sept 2010, and i have also complaind for that but not get the solution, than same way i have requested to disconnect my Connection Service.

Firstly i have complained number of time for continue my connection service, But no one came to me, 1 and half month later one visistor phoned me that Mr. Tyagi please disconnect your service by calling on customer care because your cable is totaly damaged and we are unable repair your cable( due to shortage of cable in your area). So I request for disconnect my service, But still i am getting the Wrong Bill. Due to this i had suffered a lot because i am not able to work at home.
Sir I would request you to pls take legal action against them for harassing me and my daily work. Still this is not the end they are sending the bill continue without any service facility since long time.

RELIANCE BROADBAND NETCONNECT — Poor data transfer

Reliance Broadband Netconnect which claims to offer 3.1 mbps speed is not offering more than 15-20 kbps speed. You can not stream videos... their own site takes >10 seconds to completely download... Never seen such a poor speed on Broadband. Do you think this way you can force me to go for your 3G plan... neither i nor the public is that stupid.
I request each and everyone choosing reliance for data connection please test it before you buy it. They will push you for 3G but if any better technology comes in market you are doomed because than the speed will reduce drastically...
