Its worst to say that reliance is cheating people... They will not listen to customer complain and the executives are very rude.
my mob no. is[protected]. my problem is that your system is debiting my balance erroneously. when i complaint in your customer care they gave more reason for the same but their reason is totally wrong. i haven't used my mob but my balance is debited. i request you to chk my number and return my balance as soon as possilbe/.

My Reliance CDMA no. is [protected] which was not in used since last 1 - 2 months, but when yestarday, i put it on a message comes that callertune is activated and balance is deducted from my account.
And when i told this to ur customer care ex. they did not give me satisfactory answers of my questions that are
1- How callertune has been activated ?
2- When i request or press any key for the same ?
I want my deducted balance back to my account. So pls solve my queries..ASAP.

Reliance communication are cheating its customers...they never listen to customer complaints and talk rudely to us...they are providing customer care service. They deduct our money for the services which we havent activated and then refuse to take our complaint. I advice any one who is planning to take reliance, not to take reliance services, better go for any other services. These sucking dont know how to give services to customers

i want to tell u something else, given complaint on27th of this month on[protected]complaint number], they told that it will be solved with in 24 hrs, no reply for that.Again my balance gone today also, i complaint again for that they given another complaint no:15824636 and they {CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES}are telling that it will take 48 hrs.when i asked about day before yesterdays balance, they are telling that both complaint will be solved, this people are this much irresponsible to take care of day before yesterdays complaint, then how come they will solve todays.by their mistake they are activating some package's and we people have to suffer ..

i am not able to send and receive sms since yesterday, i had called customer care 8-9 times but they are not able to solve my problem rather i wud say they are not treating this as a serious problem. now i m fed up with the reliance service

My prepaid reliance mobile number [protected].my number has been disconnected despite of its balance of 100 Rs and life time validity and too without giving any prior notification.and inspite of submitting all the things that is required for verification my onsaid problem hasn't been sorted out.Its been 3 days since I have made my first complaint and still no attention is paid towards it.I am completely fade up with customer care careless attitude. your customer care is always busy and dont have time to pick up calls of their customer .Also I would like to suggest that a complaint number must be given to the customer against a complaint registered so that further reference could be made through it.kindly start my number as soon as possible.i m facing many problems due to unnoticed disconnection of my phone.

sir i m nishant singh i m using reliance gsm from 2 year and my friends are also using the same connection...bt some third party named karuna rawat is using her power on me and my friends. she work with reliance...she always mark the my number and my friends number as stolen which resumes our service and due to which our outgoing calls are baared, we have made several attempts to start our no but every times she does the same...on 4 and 5 of this month she has started this i hv also contacted reliance outlet near mangla puri bt they also refuse to help us

14th or 15th April 2011 was requested to terminate my account and was paid my entire outstanding amount, but yesterday (15th July 2011) have got another mail to pay bill for Rs260.29 and today (16th July 2011) have again called to customer care center and they told me that they got request to put my connection for safe custody mode and that’s what I need to pay the amount and raise another request to start/stop my connection.
I want to raise a complaint against to Reliance communication to stop cheating customers with false information. I strongly believe that Reliance definitely has some special strategy to cheat their customers and giving very special training to their executives as well, how to cheat customers.
In addition, I want to say that was using reliance broadband service for more than 7 months and I never got more than 50 KBPS speed from them, I called many times to them and every time they were telling me that they have some problem with network and soon they will resolve the issue. But it never happened.
I would also like to spread this message to all reliance users to be careful if you are using reliance product and be careful with communicating with them and ask them to send an official mail for each request. If you are not a reliance user and planning to go for reliance, please take my advice and think twice.

This is happen from last month. Now what can i do, because neither Relaince is interested in this.

this is the final time I am complaining you directly.. after this if i will not get justice .. result will be too much bad.
let me say my problem.
in last january i had decided to buy one data card and started inquiry in stores. one stupid executive from reliance came to us and told Reliance data card is best in the world. we believed him and purchased. ([protected]) and for 1st month it was really good. from second month those company people started to play their regular game of cheating. now problem starts its now too much slow. sometimes its not connected. the sped variations. local retailshop of reliance people are not co-operating to solve the problem. they even not interested to listen to customers problem.
so I decided I want my money back. or give me proper Datacard which is not having speed problem.
i am paying rs.900+/month. I know my problem.they told before we purchased its will be 3.1 Mbps sped. its not actual sped even 3.1kpbs.
i am putting this problem infront of media. and go to the consumer court.
to avoid this correct it. and teach the local stores guys to behave like gentlemen.
