Reliance — outgoing calls barred

my number is [protected] days before, i have recharged for Rs.599 that is RIM to RIM free offer /- but, outgoing calls are not going . why ? Please do the needfullllll

I have a recharge coupon worth Rs.50, when I tried to fill the balance to my handset, following error flashes e.i. YOUR CARD’D FACE VALUE IS GREATER THAN SESSION LIMIT.

Even shop keeper is also refused to take coupon back, more ever, customer care no is not ready to provide the details of coupon no.

Pl solve my problem at the earliest.

Please do not take a RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS mobile connection. As for no reason they will go on deducting amount form your balance saying you that you have activated any of the value added services. They will rob your money in this way. Please be careful
DO NOT TAKE RELIANCE MOBILE CONNECTION.

Please dont go for reliance data card connection anymore...full cheating ...poor download speed of 5kbps where they said 3.1mbps of bandwidth...

Reliance — My reliance no.'s outgoing is barred 4th time

Hello sir/madam,
My name is Meena Kumari Yadav. I have taken a no. of reliance (CDMA), No. is -[protected]. I had taken this no. before 2 months (near about 8th of November). I have the problem that outgoing is barred again and again, First time outgoing is barred on 24 of November then I contact to reliance customer care, they said to me to resubmit the required document (I have submitted 1 copy of my passport as id and 1 photo of me) at reliance office, then I resubmit all the required document, but there is no response, outgoing was still barred then i go to the reliance office situated in sector-18, NOIDA. Then my sim is activated on 2nd of December. After that on 20th of December outgoing is again barred, then again I go to the reliance office, they said to me that in 2-3 days my sim will be activated and as they said after 2-3 days my sim is activated.
But now again (this is now 4th time) outgoing from my no. is barred. I just want to know that is that way to solve the problems of any customer, from last one month I’m keep going to reliance office and also talked to reliance customer care, all said sorry for the problem,and said that your no. will be activated soon.But still i have to face the problem again. At last it is a humble request sir/madam from my side to take my problem as a serious case and sort out my problem soon. I’ll be grateful to you.

Need an Explanation on this as as per the plan I am supposed to get a discount of Rs 250 on a rental of Rs 850. Why there is a deviation ? I think your store in charge at bhawanipore, kolkata has not discusssed the Hidden Clauses if any ... Pls clarify.. I do not have the Time nor the intention to check the bills of a company of your stature...
Pls provide the details so that i can make the payment by due date . If the details are not provided then I will be forced to take a different operator.

Dear Concern,

My prepaid reliance mobile number [protected] outgoing as wel as incoming calls are barred. inspite of repeated number of complaints to the customer care service my onsaid problem hasn't been sorted out. I've also submited my address proof and photograph along with prescribed form on 18th Jan'11 at Camac street RIM webworld. Few months back I had also submited the same Park circus web world.Everytime a false assurance is being made in lieu of my complain to the customer care that it will be sorted out within 24 to 72 hrs. Its been more than 3 days since I have made my first complaint and still no attention is paid towards it.I am completely fade up with customer care careless attitude .Also I would like to suggest that a complaint number must be given to the customer against a complaint registered so that further reference could be made through it.Pls take the necessary action at the earliest. Now i am completly contact less and its my old number so please responce as early as possible.

I again try the your customer care number but he/she not pickup the my mobile I am many times try the this [protected] number but no pick up the my number and I would request to you your customer care service is very bad so rectify your costumer care service in jharkhand and I am facing the this problem 30 rs deducted my balance last 6 to 7 month or I am very Irritate. This month 60 rs deduct my balance .I am waiting for reply I want my balance back. Please do the needful help or reply fast.

Now I have last option is MNP I am converting the other network.I hope you help the this matter and refund my balance.

this is varadaraja from chikkballapur relience ex engineer, i have given one complaint with customer care as on 03.01.2011 regarding network issue, then she is given at 3.3opm one refrence no cbpda [protected] after the three days once again given a call to customer care that day registered one comlaint no[protected] and told it will be resolve within three days, after the three days also i have facing same problem and also once again given a call to customer care and given a complaint no.that day customer care guy told we are sent this issue to backend team & it willbe resolved within 3 days.after three days also we are facing same problem finally[protected] that day given a call to customer care & customer care guy told this case is closed & i spoke to customer care guy transfer my call to your executive engineer & they also telling this issue has been sent to backend team it will be resolved as soon as possible like that only.totally how much days you want to resolve the one problem(case)? now iam getting gsm signals only and when did can i get a cdma signals also ? get back to reply me as above given email id

Mere Mobile Se 30 Rs. Ka Balance Deduct Ho Gaya Hai. Aapke Customer Care ke no. par try kar rahe hai par wo nahi lagta. Mujhe ye bhi nahi pata hai ki balance kis karan se deduct ho gaya.

My account has been deducted automatically with Rs. 20 without activating any service from my side and I have called more than 5 times to Reliance Customer Care. My Complaint No is[protected].
But still I haven't refilled my balance from your side.

I have been recharged with Rs. 105 and received T.T. of Rs 93.19. I have not talked to any no. so far, yet my main balance has reduced to Rs.75.96.
Please let me be informed about the reason whatsoever. In case the deduction is towards any scheme, the same may be deleted as I have never applied for any scheme.
The deducted amount may please be credited to my Main Balance again.
