I have a recharge coupon worth Rs.50, when I tried to fill the balance to my handset, following error flashes e.i. YOUR CARD’D FACE VALUE IS GREATER THAN SESSION LIMIT.
Even shop keeper is also refused to take coupon back, more ever, customer care no is not ready to provide the details of coupon no.
Pl solve my problem at the earliest.

Please do not take a RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS mobile connection. As for no reason they will go on deducting amount form your balance saying you that you have activated any of the value added services. They will rob your money in this way. Please be careful

Reliance — My reliance no.'s outgoing is barred 4th time
Hello sir/madam,My name is Meena Kumari Yadav. I have taken a no. of reliance (CDMA), No. is -[protected]. I had taken this no. before 2 months (near about 8th of November). I have the problem that outgoing is barred again and again, First time outgoing is barred on 24 of November then I contact to reliance customer care, they said to me to resubmit the required document (I have submitted 1 copy of my passport as id and 1 photo of me) at reliance office, then I resubmit all the required document, but there is no response, outgoing was still barred then i go to the reliance office situated in sector-18, NOIDA. Then my sim is activated on 2nd of December. After that on 20th of December outgoing is again barred, then again I go to the reliance office, they said to me that in 2-3 days my sim will be activated and as they said after 2-3 days my sim is activated.
But now again (this is now 4th time) outgoing from my no. is barred. I just want to know that is that way to solve the problems of any customer, from last one month I’m keep going to reliance office and also talked to reliance customer care, all said sorry for the problem,and said that your no. will be activated soon.But still i have to face the problem again. At last it is a humble request sir/madam from my side to take my problem as a serious case and sort out my problem soon. I’ll be grateful to you.

this is varadaraja from chikkballapur relience ex engineer, i have given one complaint with customer care as on 03.01.2011 regarding network issue, then she is given at 3.3opm one refrence no cbpda [protected] after the three days once again given a call to customer care that day registered one comlaint no[protected] and told it will be resolve within three days, after the three days also i have facing same problem and also once again given a call to customer care and given a complaint no.that day customer care guy told we are sent this issue to backend team & it willbe resolved within 3 days.after three days also we are facing same problem finally[protected] that day given a call to customer care & customer care guy told this case is closed & i spoke to customer care guy transfer my call to your executive engineer & they also telling this issue has been sent to backend team it will be resolved as soon as possible like that only.totally how much days you want to resolve the one problem(case)? now iam getting gsm signals only and when did can i get a cdma signals also ? get back to reply me as above given email id

My account has been deducted automatically with Rs. 20 without activating any service from my side and I have called more than 5 times to Reliance Customer Care. My Complaint No is[protected].

Please let me be informed about the reason whatsoever. In case the deduction is towards any scheme, the same may be deleted as I have never applied for any scheme.
The deducted amount may please be credited to my Main Balance again.
