Reliance — outgoing calls barred

My prepaid reliance mobile number [protected] outgoing calls are barred despite of its balance of 200 Rs. and validity upto Feb.2009 and inspite of repeated number of complaints to the customer care service my onsaid problem hasn't been sorted out.Everytime a false assurance is being made in lieu of my complain to the customer care that it will be sorted out within 24 to 72 hrs. Its been more than 5 days since I have made my first complaint and still no attention is paid towards it.I am completely fade up with customer care careless attitude .Also I would like to suggest that a complaint number must be given to the customer against a complaint registered so that further reference could be made through it.

I rechard my account Rs 99 but still i did'nt get benifit's .
recharg date 04/07/2010.
i did contact many more time to customer care but i'did'nt get proper responce from thair side...

I am Surprised to say's that, I had complained to Reliance customer care request no. is[protected] before from last three days regarding disconnect of my Caller Tune. while monthly charge has been also deduct of my amount .then why are you disconnect of my caller tune without any reason, then tell me how many time require to you for resolve this issue .
sir my problem is network in my town network is very week

I have taken sim (Ph No:-[protected]) on 16.06.2010 from M/s Utkal pan shop, Sector-10, Bhilai.Due to delay in submitting papers & ID proof that got decativated. Then I had submitted the same at the shop where I have taken sim (person:-Subash [protected]) . After that the services activated.But on every alternate day then problem starts like "barred out going/incoming services. Now Mr Subas is not listining about restoration of service, rather diverting me to contact customer care no [protected].This Customer care people (ladies/gents) both are giving false assurance to wait for 30 mins. The balance in my A/c is of Rs.145 and validity is upto 16.06.2017 and inspite of repeated number of complaints to the customer care [protected] (Bhilai) service my on said problem hasn't been sorted out.Everytime a false assurance is being made in lieu of my complain to the customer care that it will be sorted out within 30 mins. Its been more than 10 days since I have made my first complaint and still no attention is paid towards it.I am completely fade up with customer care careless attitude.Is it the way of taking customer care or pick-pocketing of customer for taking care of pockets of M/s AMBANI group.RELAIANCE MOBILE SERVICES ARE VERY VERY USELESS, IN TERMS OF CUSTOMER SERVICES.THEY HAVE THE MASTRY HOW TO CHEAT CUSTOMERS. For reason I have kept as a safer side another BSNL mobile also.
1)company ke phone din rat aate hai, logo ko pareshan karte hai, customer care wale ko band karne ka bolo to nahi karta.

2)apni marzi se caller tune dalkar 30 rs kat lete hai, ek hafte me do bar.wapas balance bhi nahi dete.

i am reliance broadband customer, my connection is 1.5 years old. hadly i can use it 10-15 time. beacuse most of the it is not working, either server is is not found or connection is suspended. its really worst to say that reliance is cheating the people, they never try to listen customer complaint .

I am very frustrated with this service. reliance customer care people are useless. they just doing time pass in their offices. nobody is tooking this matter seriously because I am not the only customer who is facing this problem, but there are lots of customers who are also facing the similar problem. I don’t know who is responsible for this but I suffered a lot and thinking to take an airtel or any other connection. And in future I will never take any reliance prepaid or postpaid. and friends please do not take any reliance connection.

now i am requesting to relience to close my my connection .
I recently brought new GSM sim but network in the area called tala mode 40 km away from jaipur at delhi highway was very bad...I even can't call any one...plzz do somthing...

I Devendra Rana presently residing at Mohali and using prepaid Reliance connection( [protected]) on the saying of my friends. But I am very dissatisfied and felt like cheated. On 25 July 2010 morning 30 Rs have been deducted from my prepaid account on account of voice chat however i had not requested for this service. Without my consent they had activated my voice chat mail something i had no use and even i donot know the alphabet of this thing. When i talked to customer care he is so rude he told me that your 30/- will not remit in your account and u have to use this service. When i tried to say something he cut the phone. Actually i am regular customer of Airtel at previous posting i.e. Gujarat and Jammu. I request whosoever read all these compiants kindly donot do such thing with the customer that is fair. This thing will bring a bad name for the company coz i will never suggest anybody to use Reliance. Kindly do not do this thing coz there is no dearth of connection in the market. If feasible kindly return my Rs. 30/- on my account.
I Devendra Rana a poor reliance customer no [protected] of Chandigarh. I took the connection of reliance coz I heard a lot from my friend. But today I felt myself cheated. 30/- have been deducted from my prepaid account on account of voice chat service has been activated on my account however I had not requested or subscribe for that. When I called to the customer care his behavior is so rude and he told you Rs 30 deducted and will not return back at any cost when I tried to say something he cut the phone . Such a rude a behavior first time I see in my life. Earlier I was used Airtel connection at my previous posting at Gujarat and Jammu. Actually Airtel I best I say. That not fair and actually Rs, 30 is a meager amount but the matter is of cheated. This type of compliant I also heard from many people but the same also happened with me on 25 July 2010. I would like to apprise you that there is no dearth of connection in the market and the dissatisfied customer will talked about the connection to other people will bring a bad name for the company.
2. You lost your 01 customer today I am going with my previous connection of Airtel. Like other customer I will not request you to please return my Rs.30/-. But kindly look into the matter. Whatever is wrong is wrong.

Stupid fellows you are Harassing to customers only. Even airtel is giving better service then you. i've been trying to make a call since yesterday from kolhapur to katihar(north bihar) it is not getting connected at all. infact even after redialing 50 times, each and every time without a wait for a moment message is coming all routs are busy. That is nothing but the idea to make big profit by getting more customers and giving worst service to customers by saving cost of company.If you stupid fellows don't have potential to give that much service to customers, why you are selling that much sim cards so that it is ovrloaded to swith centres. I only want to say that you people should be doomed.
i have taken this number [protected] the name of (prashant negi) an date of 15/7/10 . I already got a numeber of Airtel. if i need to converted with posped number. i think they ill do that. but still we take a reliance number they did buill service, Because when i got the number of reliance they has worked. After 2 days they ill stop outgoing even incoming if i call that costumer care they said your verification was negetive. when that verification person was came in my home and get his all document they said to me tommorrow your number ill on, still not done. infect when i called up my dealear that phone has to switch off . After that when i called up his office some time their no one to picking up my phone, and some one with the name of (neha), (manish) they getting fool to the people some neha said (Sir Aapka number possetive ho chuka hai maine mail kar diya, Aapka saam tak number chal jayega) on the day of 20 july but their is no responce neha and some any other girl kidding with people.

As per my experience i do agree with sum of my above friends i think Reliance is the pathetic service i have ever used, they simply deduct the money without any reason and when you cal the customer care they say server is down again and again. It irritates the customer, even they dont guide the customer infact the behaviour of those executives is so rude, , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , they ask us only what i can do now??????????????

This is the hopeless customer care as well as the service provider. Finally after a big fight they lodge the complaint and tells it takes 48 hrs, after 48 hrs u get a msg saying there is no mistake from company its from customer only.
This is to enquire that I have never asked you people to activate any service on my connection neither do I had pressed any key to activate services, still one day in the mid of night u people started caller tunes at 3: 00 AM and deducted money from my account. What kind of business u people r doing. And customers like me r becoming victim o[censored]r forceful schemes, u r providing. Should I go to consumer’s forum or sue against ur company.
