Reliance — outgoing calls barred

My prepaid reliance mobile number [protected] outgoing calls are barred despite of its balance of 200 Rs. and validity upto Feb.2009 and inspite of repeated number of complaints to the customer care service my onsaid problem hasn't been sorted out.Everytime a false assurance is being made in lieu of my complain to the customer care that it will be sorted out within 24 to 72 hrs. Its been more than 5 days since I have made my first complaint and still no attention is paid towards it.I am completely fade up with customer care careless attitude .Also I would like to suggest that a complaint number must be given to the customer against a complaint registered so that further reference could be made through it.

I USED THE RELINCE GSM NUMBER [protected] FROM 45DAYS AGO, IT HAS MORE PROBLEM OF BALANCE DEDUCTION, OTHER OTHER SERVICES ACTIVETED BY RELINCE. I FED UP HIS SERVICE, I WANT TO SAY TO ALL DO NOT PURCHASE THE RELINCE GSM SIM IT HAS BAD SERVICE.
whenever i recharge the mobile that time i get full talk time
but after wards without any reason automatically it get low
why is it so?

Reliance — not resume my outgoing services

I have been submitted my all ID Prove, Local Documents with Photocopy again & again, but why my out going facility has been barred after activated successfully on 3rd Nov 10 & recharged with Rs. 599 on 4th Nov 10at 10:50am, again recharged Rs 150 on 11th Nov 10, again recharged Rs 200 on 13th Nov 10. Please conform me if a customer is paying you for calling his urgent calls, on that case why customer have been suffering from your service cutting again & again. As you are receiving Recharged amount easily why you are create problem with your customer with showing so many excuse. Please make a suitable plan like other Operator for your customer like us who is suffering again & again from your end.

RCOM — Call barred

I am custemer of Reliance from last 5 year & now they have barred my calls due to uncomplete CAF. this not been understand that how they are continuing my calls from last 5 year. one more thing that I have submitting this information to the company 2 times earlier.

I am susheel kumar, i am using reliance GSM no is [protected].And on this no i have activated your night plan (Rs 69 ).
According to This plan i got 5000 mins or 300, 000 seconds b/w 11:00PM to 6 :00 AM on any reliance no. For some days it was going normal.
but suddenly after 15 days i had seen my balance is deducting, i had talked to your customer care executive, and told me that your 5000 mins are over.
But it is impossible, because i normally i used it for only 1and half hour(90 minutes ) or maximum 2 hours. so according to me it should not be finished.
It is very simple I[censored] convert 5000 minutes in hours it becomes more then 83 hours, and i[censored] divide these 83 hours by 30 days then it becomes more then 2 hours, and i[censored] divide 83 hours by 15 days then it comes (5.5555) near 6 hours.

So now my point is when i had not use my number (Maximum) 2 hours, then how its is possible...
Where is my Minutes gone, why my balance is deducting, and your customer care executive not even ready to listen my query and not answering my queries.

After that i gave up and i had finally asked to your customer care executive, sir please tell me what should i do now then they replied you have to recharge it again
I said ok fine then i had successfully recharge it again, and when i had used it in night then again my balance is deduct.

Now sir plebe tell me what should i do now my balance is deducting again and again, and yore customer care executive is not able to response my quires
with the hope of solution i m writing this mail to you.

But I am trying customer care First time tell this is network problem.2nd time call Customer care Representative tell not give proper solution or This person tell plz hold and One hours hold than phone is disconnect.Than I called 3rd time called your representative(your representativename is sarda) tell your number is perpaid.how it possible.This number using One year every month i am paid your bill.Right now i am delhi. this number is Patna.

So i am phasing lot of problem. all my work is Stuck.Plz sir solve my problem as soon as possible.
