Reliance — outgoing calls barred

My prepaid reliance mobile number [protected] outgoing calls are barred despite of its balance of 200 Rs. and validity upto Feb.2009 and inspite of repeated number of complaints to the customer care service my onsaid problem hasn't been sorted out.Everytime a false assurance is being made in lieu of my complain to the customer care that it will be sorted out within 24 to 72 hrs. Its been more than 5 days since I have made my first complaint and still no attention is paid towards it.I am completely fade up with customer care careless attitude .Also I would like to suggest that a complaint number must be given to the customer against a complaint registered so that further reference could be made through it.

I have been using reliance mobile for last 5 yrs but now has become a headache for me because I daily get irritated because of nonsense calls from reliance co. for the promotion of their business. I want get them stop as early as possible. If it is not done what should i do.

Unwanted subscription takes place & deducted 30 Rs. by itself.
It happened before also and no response from the side of Reliance Customer Care.

two days automatically my main balance deduct Rs 10 sometimes Rs20 . i did not give any complain before. please do the needful.

Dear sir,

I wanted to change my above noted no. from CDMA to GSM technology and for this purpose i approched your franchise COMMUNICATIONS TODAY vaishali sector-4, dist ghaziabad ph no.:[protected], somewhere in july 2011.

All relevant papers i.e. photo, Identity proof and address proof were submitted. Later i was told that the papers have been rejected and was advised to submit the papers again. Thereafter, papers along with latest photograph were again provided in the month of August 2011.

On my repeated inquires i was told to wait for some more time. I also complained regarding misbehaviour of your people with the complaint no.[protected] on 30th September 2011 and followed it up with No. 198 many number of times, But all efforts went in vain.

Now i have been advised by Mr. Moin, your representative at the above noted centre MOB No: [protected], to back the papers as it was not possible at their end to change the portability.

Today, again in the morning, i contacted Mr. Rohit, Mr. Swapnil and Mr. Rajkumar of your office with no results.

Either they Lack knowledge or they dont want to take responsibility. After a lot of discussion i was given the no. of Mr. Vineet jain of delhi Ph No:[protected], but there also some Mr. Ishwar didnot connect me to Mr. Jain.

Rather, i was told to visit any web world of your company or can go to some other service providers.

It is strange that the employees who are taking salary form the company and their families are being fed from here are advising me to go out.

It is their duty to serve their customers and not to shut them out.

I am a senior citizen, age 65 and also your customer for the past 6 years. Once again request you to look into this matter and advise me urgently whether you are in a position to change the portability from CDMA to GSM or i will be forced to change my portability to some other service provider.

An urgent action is required from your end.

my no is [protected] & in my no. my balance was deducted again &again . i'm very fedd off frm that . i was make my complain bt nothing happen yet .last time i'm making my complain . otherwise i will close my no. i was using this no continuesly 5 yrs but this time i'm very dissappointing from reliance costumer care. no one is techniqally well sounded people in costumer care. no answer ha gave to the costumer . the big problem is the reliance costumer care & web world. they will work like goverment officer or some thing very bad. you will go again & again but they will not listen . do something never i'll go RTI FOR COMPLAINING RELIANCE COMMUNICATION. do something immedeatelly. & give some decent reason . my balance is deducted something about 900 rs...
My name is Bilal Hussain khan, i purchase a reliance prepaid gsm sin on 30th of Sept 2011 costing rs.10 and on the same date i got a recharge of rs.39 on that Sim with #[protected] from Jaipur rajasthan.when i tried to send an sms i found that my msgs are blocked so i registered a complaint on 4th of oct2011 numbering[protected] and the customer service exec. assured me that my problem will be solved within 3 business days (72 hours), but it hasnt been solved as yet.again i called cust care regarding the status of my complaint...again they ensured that the problem will se solved in 24 hrs.and they issued me a new compliant#[protected].today also i called up and they kept me on hold for 15 mints and after that they said it will again take 72 hrs to solve your problem...so tell me what the hell u people want from customers...on one hand u proved to be a efficient service provider and on other side u people are making the fool out o[censored]s...if this is so ...i wont suggest anyone to opt for reliance...and pls do take action on my complaint i[censored] people have shame...!!!
I have purchased gsm RIM [protected] on 110.2011 .It's outgoing call stopped on 10.10.2011.I have complained on customer care but they can not solve this problem.

Reliance customer care is really for namesake. Without customers' knowledge, they add VAS in order to suck their bal..:-(...Then, they didnt pick up customers' calls for complaint.Reliance really really sucks...If they dont stop such market stretagy, reliance will be perished automatically.From now on I wouldnt uses this survice...N will tel others not to join u(reliance suckers)..
my number is [protected]. i did not subscribe to RM HUNGAMA TUNES but every month 30/- is deducted from my a/c. Can u pls unsubscribe this facility. I do not need it.

My Postpaid reliance mobile number [protected] outgoing calls are barred despite of its balance in Credit Amount ( Have credit limit upto2300/m) for just 176 rupees my outgoing is barred. and inspite of repeated number of complaints to the customer care service my onsaid problem hasn't been sorted out yet .Everytime a false assurance is being made in lieu of my complain to the customer care that it will be sorted out within 3 to 4 hrs. sir, recharged with 48 offer in that offer i got 1000 min free from reliance to reliance and i recharged 20/- in main balance but within one night my account is 0 i did only one call from my mobile and i registered complaint in reliance customer care my service request no is[protected] and mob no is [protected] i also registered complaint in consumer court .

early rectification is solicited in this matter

Outgoing calls for My Mobile No. [protected] has blocked from last more than 20 days. All my bill payments are cleared till date even have deposited some payment in advance but even after several visits to Reliance Office & Reliance Web World it has not unbarred yet.

I am very dissatisfied with the services provided by Reliance. Despite several email & phonic follow ups no one is taking responsibility. They are just updating that your no. will be unbarred within 24 hours and thus 3 weeks have passed.
I RAMINDER SINGH HAVING NUMBER [protected] AT BANGALORE, RECHARGED MY NUMBER WITH AMOUNT RS 200/- ON 05 JAN 12, CREDITED WITH Rs 181.32 IN MAIN BALANCE AND REST IN PROMO AND ALSO I GOT SPECIAL TALK TIME REWARD Rs 20 WHICH IS ADDED IN PROMO. ON 7 JAN 12 AT 1645 HRS, I DIALED *367# FOR REQUEST OF BALANCE, I GOT ASTONISHED THAT RS 30 DEDUCTED FROM MY MAIN BALANCE.I ASKED COSTUMER CARE ON 7 JAN 12 AT ABOUT 1648 HRS TO TELL ABOUT THE DEDUCTION. HE REPLIED THAT YOU HAVE ASKED FOR LOVE GURU OPTION, WHERE AS I HAVE NEVER OPTED. THE CASE MAY BE TAKEN UP FOR JUSTIFICATION AND REFUND MY MONEY BACK. THIS IS SEEMS TO BE A KIND OF CORRUPTION WITHIN THE RELIANCE NETWORKING.
I am holding no.[protected], from last two days, my outgoing was closed, today my incoming calls are also barred. I visited your Aurangabad local office and got the reply that I am holding pending bill. I talked to Mr. Shrivastav and informed him about my problem. My card was changed from CDMA to GSM 6 months back.

I have paid all bills and dont own any amount towards pending bill. Your system is showing pending bill because you are still continuing CDMA charges on my name and it is increasing every month. In the past, I had registered complaint against this.

Please immediately start my phone as I am suffering lot of porblems due to this

Reliance — Barred service without any fault

I am a customer of Relaince Company using Mobile service provided by Relaince. On 24.02.2012 at 8:55pm i dail 198 for net service. The customer care executive named Mohmad use vulgar language. After some time at 9:04pm i again called to 198 and launch a complaint to other customer care executive, then he gave me a complaint no.[protected]. After five or six minute i found that my outgoing service got barred, again i dial 198 and ask the reason, they told me that your service will be barred till u will not submit my document because you have requested to block your SIM due to lost.

On next day i again dial 198 from another Relaince mobile number.I ask them the whole thing, but they told me to submit my document for unbarred my service. From 24.02.2012 and till now my service is still barred. Also i am using internet service regularly. Now, i am asking consumer court for help. I got frustrated because i can’t call to anyone no message even i unable to call on 198(Relaince customer care center number). Before this mail i also mailed to [protected]@relianceada.com so many times but same barred service i am facing.
