Reliance — outgoing calls barred

My prepaid reliance mobile number [protected] outgoing calls are barred despite of its balance of 200 Rs. and validity upto Feb.2009 and inspite of repeated number of complaints to the customer care service my onsaid problem hasn't been sorted out.Everytime a false assurance is being made in lieu of my complain to the customer care that it will be sorted out within 24 to 72 hrs. Its been more than 5 days since I have made my first complaint and still no attention is paid towards it.I am completely fade up with customer care careless attitude .Also I would like to suggest that a complaint number must be given to the customer against a complaint registered so that further reference could be made through it.

Our office has 10 Reliance phone connections connected in intercom four months back. The person from Relaince has given 8 connnections and said the remaining two will be give next day. Till date nothing has been done and no response to any call. We are paying the bill for all numbers still no response from their side. we have also taken a complaint number 20 days back and reminded them with the complaint number still nothing has been done. Im using reliance mobile ([protected]) for the past 41/2 years never ever a month my out going facility had been barred, even for this month also I have cleared all the bill dues, in spite of that my out going facility has been barred, the reason they give is that my add on GSM mobile bill is over due, which is been given to me freely, but Im not at all using that, in fact I was not even informed about this, not a single phone call or a SMS to alert me on this. I'm a platinum member, very much ashamed to say this.

My mobile Number is [protected]. I have received so many halls from reliance call center regarding the ADD calls (to activate Hello tunes) and i have totaly disturbted due to this calls. so please should avoid such calls.

I have purchase relience data card on dated 8th August 2010 and no is [protected] and they disconnect this card service on dated 18th Aug 2010.

I am continuously giving follow up with this people but Relience Customer Care Exe having very bad attitute against the customer. They dont give proper responce to customer.They are giving false commitment to customer.

Reliance people started my connection on dated 31st Aug 2010.But they waste my time and money within this duration.

Relience having big name but they are doing cheating with people and having very low class service.

Never purchse any product from reliance i will suggest as a customer.

i m having a problem with my number that i m not able to receive my incomings call at all the time.
it rings for 4-5 secs then it ll be disconnected.and m not able to send sms to my friends .m also having sms problem.

I have a no. of reliance for last year ago. my no.is [protected]. but this no. is blocked on sept, 2009. i have paid the almost bill but the last bill pending that is lump sum 350/- but i have received a call from Delhi high court mr. vanshika chauhan is talking to me she said that bill is Rs. 650/- approx paid with in half an hour if you do not paid the bill on 7/9/2010 then you will come delhi court on 8/9/2010 on 11.00 am morning and paid Rs. 25000/- as a fine against this bill. But your company executives are coming to my office two times only and talk with me for pay the bill Rs. 650/- but i said that the settlement of the last payment will be made as per to choose my plan. my plant is 99/- Rs. monthly rental and call for any mobile charges is .50 Paise per minute but the company charged Rs. 1.00/- Rs. per minute as per the starting of the bill. i have deposit a some Rupees as a security.
So. all these things concluded that if the company recover the bill against this no. then the company made bill as per the plan and receover all the bill.
and do not make me the fake calls again and again.

I am using Reliance Prepaid no from last 8 yrs.

During this journey I felt Reliance has very pathetic services. They will deduct some amount directly from your account without any reason and without intimating you. They will activate all bloody hello tunes, cricket update etc at their own which you don’t want to activate and will deduct charges from your account. If you will lodge a complain for it, only word you can hear from their customer care side is “Sir, I have lodge your complain to the concern dept., they will call you soon”. But, It’s regret to say that they will never call you neither they will credit back the deducted amount to your account.

Same thing happened with me and many of my friend using Reliance connection. I complaint twice. But 2-3 months have gone, nothing has happened over my complaint. Now, I am not getting understand to whom I shall approach to get my money back. I am hopeless at all with Reliance services.

Yes, one more thing I will add here that some of their customer care executive are also very rude. They do react as like they are GOD and we are their servant.

I am saying it with my own 8yr of exp.

I am very surprised that how can they exploit they consumer, and why we are still using Reliance?

My Reliance Mob No. is [protected], I faced many problem with my reliance CDMA phone. soo many times without any reason my phone balance should deduct automatically, "20/09/2010" Today" 10-Rs of Waiver Charge for Song No. "6208202 Pee Loon" has been deduct from my mobile balance, but the renewal date is 22/09/2010, soo why you deduct my balance before the due date, why you deduct song charges 2 days before, today I also call your Reliance Customer Care No. 198 two 2 times but they give me negetive response, 1st first I talk with Mr. Puneet at 2:20 P.M Afternoon, he didn't solve my problem and cut my call, I call reliance customer care again one representative receive my call and tell me to hold, I hold his call 11 minutes continuously and then he also cut my call in 11 min 23 seconds. Reliance Customer Care Executives are really very Bad, tell me Sir what will i do with my reliance Mobile. .
I request you please return my deducted money and Unsubscribe my caller tune...

hi sir or mam, this is manoj phagna from faridabad (haryana?i am using the reliance postpaid detacard, last time they send me bill of rs 590 rs and i paid that bill after that in this month again they are sending me last duebill, my deta card no is [protected].so pls i want that i could not pay this bill .pls take any suitabale action ?thankyou?
