Reliance — outgoing calls barred

My prepaid reliance mobile number [protected] outgoing calls are barred despite of its balance of 200 Rs. and validity upto Feb.2009 and inspite of repeated number of complaints to the customer care service my onsaid problem hasn't been sorted out.Everytime a false assurance is being made in lieu of my complain to the customer care that it will be sorted out within 24 to 72 hrs. Its been more than 5 days since I have made my first complaint and still no attention is paid towards it.I am completely fade up with customer care careless attitude .Also I would like to suggest that a complaint number must be given to the customer against a complaint registered so that further reference could be made through it.

my contact no.is [protected]/i am from dharmanagar, Tripura north.by mistakely i suscribed the FMIndial packon 14th may and then i called to customercare no.-[protected] and asked for deactivate the value added service i choosed., then after soon Rs.30/- has been deducted from my balance.after one month when i called to customercare to know about the status of the vas of my sim they reply that the service has already ended.but on july7th i recharged my mobile with top-up 125 to get the full talk time, on 8th july again rs.30/- has been deducted from my balance.i called at the morning to the customercare and asked for the problem, they reply to me that the amount will be refund to my balance.but at evening i came to know by calling to customer care that the guy i talked didn`t understand my problem any how misguiding me.*i dont know how long will this mail work but if some observe this mail can please tell me if there is any other way to complain which may work and may be benifited for the customer.

My prepaid reliance mobile number [protected].last month 10th i actiwated my simcard.but last 4 days i having this coverage problem.repeated number of complaints to the customer care service my onsaid problem hasn't been sorted out.Everytime a false assurance is being made in lieu of my complain to the customer care that it will be sorted out within 24 to 72 hrs. then after i went to nearest reliance office.but there also unresponsible answer.they are told me we want change sim butr they don't have modification sim.it will take one week.still not activated.completely fade up with customer care careless attitude .Also I would like to suggest that a complaint number must be given to the customer against a complaint registered so that further reference could be made through it.
I have purchased 2 Rim connection no.[protected] & [protected] on 28th june 2009 and no. [protected] has not been activated till today whereas the 2 nd connection [protected] is activated with another copy of same docs. and they are saying your docs. are incomplete.i don't know how it is possible.
After that i purchased another connection No.[protected] on 4th july 2009.Now i am facing the same problem 2nd time with the same no. that my docs. are not matching as i have already submitted my docs. 2 times.I called customer care on 15th july today at 11.10 pm but he did not solve my problem and behaved very rudely and disconnected my call in between the conversation.
And this is not it.I have reliance broadband too i had been facing problem of disconnection for one month and they had been giving me time for 24 hrs daily with different complaint nos. by saying Sir your problem has been rectified...
kindly activate my number [protected] which was using from 6 days earlier.
i had call to reliance customer care atlst 20 times. but they are not receive my phone. i want to know my gprs settings for internet connection.i have recharge rs. 303 for internet connection. please help me..

FROM- NAKODA COMMUNICATION SHIVAJINAGAR BUT UP TILL NOW I DONT GET ANY KIND OF BALANCE.
I VISITED TO RELIANCE (MOBILE) CUSTOMER CARE NEAR DECCAN THEY TOLD ME YOUR MOBILE IS CDMA YOU NEED TO DO
201RS E- RECHARGE THAN YOU WILL GET FULL TALK TIME BUT UNFORTUNATELY YOU HAVE DONE 200RS E- RECHARGE HENCE
YOU WILL GET ONLY ONE MONTH VALIDITY AND 0.02RS BALANCE.
BUT I HAVE LIFETIME VALIDITY THIS ONE MONTH VALIDITY NOT USEFUL TO ME.
IT MEANS I HAVE LOST 200RS AND RELIANCE (MOBILE) GET 200RS WITHOUT PAYING ANY SERVICE.
I THINK RELIANCE (MOBILE) FIND MAJOR INCOME FROM THIS.

FOR EXAMPLE IF WE BUY 20RS RECHARGE CARD TYPE 17 DIGIT NUMBER CORRECTLY AND WE GET 0.02RS BALANCE THEN
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE CARD SELLER OR RELIANCE (MOBILE). I THINK RELIANCE (MOBILE).
BUT IF WE TYPE 17 DIGIT NUMBER INCORRECTLY THEN IT IS POSSIBLE TO GET ANY KIND OF BALANCE, NO IT IS NOT POSSIBLE.
THIS PROCEDURE WILL NOT WORK

THIS IS MY OBJECTION IF CDMA MOBILE REQUIRED 201RS E- RECHARGE THEN IT IS NOT POSSIBLE WITH 200RS E- RECHARGE .
BUT IN MY CASE THIS PROCEDURE WAS WORKED AND I GET 0.02RS BALANCE.

I AM REQUESTING YOU TO PAY ATTENTION ON MY PROBLEM AND HELP ME TO GET 200RS BALANCE FROM RELIANCE (MOBILE).

My mobile no.[protected] prepaid connection dead on 31/03/2009 in this no. incoming call active but out going call does not active sir please activate this number.

The mobile No. [protected] in my name has been lost in transit while coming to office and in this connection, I have made a General Diary with GRP Police Station, Naihati. It is, therefore, requested that kindly deactivate the SIM card so that it cannot be misused in my name.
