Reliance — outgoing calls barred

My prepaid reliance mobile number [protected] outgoing calls are barred despite of its balance of 200 Rs. and validity upto Feb.2009 and inspite of repeated number of complaints to the customer care service my onsaid problem hasn't been sorted out.Everytime a false assurance is being made in lieu of my complain to the customer care that it will be sorted out within 24 to 72 hrs. Its been more than 5 days since I have made my first complaint and still no attention is paid towards it.I am completely fade up with customer care careless attitude .Also I would like to suggest that a complaint number must be given to the customer against a complaint registered so that further reference could be made through it.

my reliance datacard no is [protected]. my outgoing calls are barred and it isd reporting a due of Rs 2380 although my usage is not so high and io have paid my dues. my outgoing calls are barred . how can i contact reliance customer care

I have taken CDMA number i my prepaid account for monthly 33/- rupees.
please change my tariff plan.if possible plan suggest other tariff plans.

mera mobile no. [protected] hai aur problem is that her month mera sara balance apne aap kat jata hai aur minus me balence rah jata hai.ye problem last 2 month se hai so i want to know the reson and solution of these problem.
I had taken a landline connection from Reliance almost 9 month ago. My number is[protected]. I have been using it and paying the payments regularly. Few days ago reliance have migrtaed my number to prepaid without any request and without intimating me. I was advised by the customer care to visit the webworld which i did but they said they can't do anything on it and suggested to get it recharged by Rs. 215 and have lifetime validity which i did. Two days before again they bared incomming and outgoing saying your validity is expired. I have asked webworld guy to take the instrument back and refund my money as i am litteraly fedd-up with their service.I have also taken an data card internet connection with them and also wanted to return it back in lieu of their poor service.Can anyone help?

i am aBroadband customer wireless datacard, i took this connection 9 months before, till now i have paid all the bills reached me, but till i cudnt use the internet properly atleast for 1 hour, i always feel pity about my self, my connection as fast as a snail, i never seen such a bloody internet connection before, when the time i tuk the connection the customer care exe used to call me now noone is there to look atleast they punctually call when the time there is a delay in my bill payment i am trying atleast to send this mail from morning i feel jelous when i see the other connection they are charging me 350 / month before it was 700/month i dont know what to do i bought this for 3000 rupees now they wont take this back i wud lose all the money my request is that noone buy this and my prayer to god is tohelpme use this atleast for aday properly for the money i am loosing, my job is carrying my laptop and my modem to Web World every day

This is to kindly inform you that after the payment done & cleared by bank without any priority the phone has been dossconnected also the bills are not getting on time. Mobile no [protected]

My person has shown in our nearest RELIANCE WEBWORLD at opp Xaviers school metro the statement of the bank & cheeque was cleared still the phone has not activeted from 24 hours & there was no responce from the staff

If this type of facilities provided by you so we are sorry to closed the account.Please active the phone asap

They made a fake request that my mobile phone has been lost, I got to know this when I made the contact to the customer care.
I have never ever made any request like that to the Reliance CC.
Now I unable to call the customer care also.
