More than 15 times i call to relience costomer care for deactiving the service1.masti ke rang

but today again my balance is deducted.
Today i also call relience costomer care but they reapete the same like "maaf kijiye aapko ashubidha ka samna karna pad raha hai"
and my unwanted service is not deactivated.
Please help me where should i complain for regarding this.
