Reliance GSM number - [protected]

This number is still have balance but - from last 2-3 days I am getting problem with it -

I am trying to call and its showing - Insufficient balance !

I tried to call customer care - but 2-3 times i did then - they blocked my number

I am fed up with this service of Reliance GSM -


Please fix it asap

Reliance GSM — MOBILE NUMBER

I take Reliance GSM number on 1st feb with the plan of 99 Postpad connection till 5 days connection was active but now connection deactivated by service provider this is difficult to me for communication I do not have any alternate number for communication i request to costumer care many times but no any response find from the side of reliance costumber care so i think reliance services is pathetics so i requested to u please take seriously this issue.

Reliance — not working since two days

i have registered a complaint since 3 days back but then too i am not receiving proper services from the customer care of reliance department,nw even the landline is not working properly.i just suggest everyone stop using reliance products

Its again not working -
From last 2 week I am getting this issue

Last week I was have some balance but - did not check -but i think that was above 100Rs. but - whole the week - there was issue regarding outgoing calls. and also with decreasing my balance in some situations.
I dont know - whats happening with it.

Yesterday, One Customer care also call me to solve this issue but - nothing happen.

You can say - many times - with in 2-3 hours this issue occurs and resolved.

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that i own a CDMA number since 2008 and i have sufficient balance in my promo account & around 5 rs/- in main account but since two days i am not able to make outgoing call. I have tried to call customer care also but the call could not be connected i am getting just an engage tone. I tried to recharge my cell too but got sms for unsuccessful. What could be the possible reason behind this?
I am facing a lot of problem due to outgoing bard.

      I was doing online talktime recharge for reliance GSM of 110/-.
      Payment was deducted from my bank accout, but recharge not done on phone.
      I am having receipt of recharge as proof.
      I also mailed cusotmercare of reliance, but no one has repile yet.
      Please kindly help me for how to proceed to get my money back.

        Hi Forum ,

        I am seeking for your suggestion on this dirty strategy/incident for achieving others money by such corporate.

        On 11th FEB:-
        I have a connection on my name used by parents , on 11th Feb I had done a online re-charge of Rs.310/- which failed and after sometime I re-tried it with Rs.110/-

        On 12th FEB:-
        I did not see my money being refunded called up the customer care to inquire the reason for delay/ETA.

        1.while discussing with the customer care representative , he agreed saying that the recharge has been tried and failed.

        2. he tells me that I had pack/plan in my connection of Rs.59/- which makes STD for 20p/min so I cannot go for full talktime recharges(nowhere its mentioned in their site) , still I agree may be I am not eligible for full talktime , I next question to the cust care representative was - what shall be the ETA for refund , as the recharge failed - I RECEIVED AN UNEXPECTED REPLY THAT MY MONEY IS LAPSED.

        HE MEANT TO SAY THAT THEY WOULD NEITHER GIVE ME RE-CHARGE NOR THE REFUND AND THE MONEY IS LAPSED - ACCORDING TO ME THIS MEANS DIRTY MANNER/DISCIPLINE TO INCUR MONEY FROM PEOPLE , NO SERVICE AND NO MONEY REFUND ALSO.

        It is my earnest request infront of the forum to kindly guide me how to proceed in this dirty situation

        RELIANCE PRE PAID GSM — NO RECHARGE

        I have made trail on line payment recharge to Reliance GSM mobile [protected] of Rs 50,
        through my ICIC saving a/c,
        Bank has deducted the same amount from a/c but, mobile dose not received the recharge,
        I am facing network problem from when i purchased this connection. So do needful.

        reliance gsm/prepaid connection — msh not sent

        dear sir/madam

        i've a reliance gsm prepaid connection([protected]) in delhi.im a student n im recharge my no with a sms card on 12 july 09(9:44 pm).but last 6-7 days im not comfertable with sms service bcoz i unable to send msgs at any no or network(local n std).i contact with custumer care centre 3-4 times n they said to me that its a network problem(due to congetion)and its solve at 31july 09 automatically.but other reliance gsm connection (local and std)comfertable and they send msgs regulerly without any problum or congetion.

        plz solve this problum as soon as possible.

        Reliance Money — Refund of recharge money

        Sir,
        I am holding demat a/c in reliance money.The company deducted my Rs 10,000 from my demat a/c on the name of a/c recharge without my permission.I tried my level best to get my money back but i was eail to got my money back.So i request to you to take some strict action against to the company.And refund my money back.

        Reliance/GSM-Prepaid — network/recharge

        this is abhishek using reliance mobile gsm connection from 3 months having network problem in ma home there is no range but if i step out from my home range is full its service of reliance . last night i was having 50 rupees with no network but today i received two jokes from reliance and a msg which says that my masti pack has been reactivated i think they making fool to us. as i know without network we can't send msg or call then who activated this pack. please resolve this issue else i have to close my connection due to your bad service .

            Respected sir,

            I have Reliance Mobile No.[protected] and [protected] from the last 5 years and 3 months. It is respectfully submitted that both the numbers are postpaid and every bill for the every month I have paid. But last 3 months i.e. November to January I have seen the bills there is extra charges for internet lying in the bill in the above said month (Rs. 159/- and Rs. 413/-) and new bill generated 9 Feb. 2013 it has been noticed that Rs. 230/- extra charges and charges for late fee extra for Rs. 100/- per month. Sir, I humbly requested that I have not using the internet service sincerely and I talked the Customer Care every month that they said I cannot deduct the amount and I have not paid the bills. Due to non payment of bills the Company lying late fee charges in the bill which is not my liability because they have not deduct the amount and I have not paid the bills. Sir, please help me to deduct the extra amount in my bills and I feel free of mind.

            Reliance — extra charging

            R SirMadam,

            i am using Reliance connection ([protected]).

            On oct 3 2010, Rs 30 deducted from my balance, when i asked to Reliance coustmer care they told me that a service has been provided by company to you. on my negociation he told me that, "ok sir i am regitering your complain and within next 48 hours you will be receive your balance (Rs 30)".

            But next day on oct 4, 2010 again Rs 30 deducted from my balance, when i asked to Reliance coustmer care they told me that both this and earlier services were requsted by me and they can`t help me.

            Now my point is that, the matter is not for 60 Rs its ok, but there should be coustmer satisfaction. but i am not satisfied with there talk. They are telling me that,"you have asked for the service".

            but i did not, and i can do nothing. now what i can do is only that change the number, thats it. Thats not fair.

            Reliance — extra charges

            I am using relience gsm prepaid sim & my number is [protected]. today my blance was dedacted 30 rupess without my premission. I have not request any plan. please see my problem

            Reliance India Mobile — excess charges

            I am submitting this complaint on behalf of my mother , She is using a Reliance india prepaid mobile since one year

            It has been observed that
            1.Without any notification value added service get activated
            2.Prepaid money has been deducted without any notification
            3.Call center/customer care people are arrogant they talk with people very bad manner saying that "You are fool why you have activated those services that is reason money has been deducted"

            I am really afraid, how this company is dealing with poor customers in india who are using RIM services paying extra charges ,they do not even know how to deal with this and all

            I request government that please investigate why this is happening and all

              I purchase 2 reliance connections for both I didn't get bill for 3 months after that the executive call me many times i ask him to send bill on my mail id.

              My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com but as per their record it is [protected]@gmail.com

              so i ask him to sent it to correct mail but they send for 1 also and for that number also they charge late fee... as this is not my mistake they have to send bill to correct id.

              After that i get call from reliance legal department for payment of bill but i tell her will pay on 9th feb 13 but due to bussiness meeting i went to hydrabad on 8th feb after that i get call on 12th feb stating how you do this!!


              I am surprised !!!!!!!!!!!!!! first thing is you (Reliance) make mistake by sending bill to wrong email id and ask us such foolish questions. so for your convinience i have to loose my Job???????????????????

              I ask her what i have to do now I will pay once i will back but she cut the call..

              Is this way to ask for Bill Payment.

                Sir this is to inform u that I have taken the above said reliance sim card last 3 years.Which is being used by me.

                But I am very sad to inform u that my sim card has been disconnected last month due to the reason as per your company says NOT AVAILABLE OF MY DOCUMENTS. This is very shame on your company saying that I have not submitted the required proofs for taking a sim card. How can a person use a sim card without documents from last 3 years.

                But in the last month I have submitted the proofs of me in the RELIANCE WEB STORE in Himayat Nagar Branch.After several times going and inquiring I have received a message that my sim has been activated.
                But After 10 days that is on 11/02/2012 My sim card has been again Deactivated without any notice or message. Calling to the customer care they have said that my proofs submitted in the Stores have not been received yet.

                Again I must go to the Himayat nagar web stores and submit my documents which causes me a wastage in Time,Money and my daily routine work.

                That the documents given in the reliance web stores was not Updated till date.
                Is it not the responsibility of the web world to update the given documents.

                With all the Related Documents and all the data on this case I will approach to the CONSUMER FORUM against the Reliance Communications and the way of their behavior towards the consumers.
                I need a strong action on all the persons who are concerned with my issue.I will go all possible way for my causing me this much Inconvenience.

                  my mobile number is [protected]…as per Plans shown by reliance 3G Chattisgarh ….i recharged my number with 153/- with 1GB 3G data on 02/02/13 at time 12:22 pm…..recharge has been done successfully but the plan has not been activated yet……i recieved message saying-”Dear Customer, your request could not be processed. Please try again later. We regret the inconvenience. Reliance”.i contacted reliance Customer Care 3 times but they said that no recharge has been done on that date. they said nothing can be done,your money is wasted……

                    I HAVE RELIANCE BROADBAND CONNECTIVITY (POST PAID) WHICH IS VERY POOR HENCE UNABLE TO USE EVEN 10% OF THE MINIMUM CAPACITY EVERYMONTH BUT BEING PAID FOR FULL AMOUNT. SEVERAL QUARRIES DID NOT SOLVE THE ISSUE.

                      my name is Rajbir Sen
                      I'm using reliance thunder plan 699/- 2mbps and I specifically switched from BSNL and took this plan just to play online games and run voip applications like streaming and Skype. But although reliance has impressed me with the download speed I am really not happy with the Ping. BSNL I had 512kbps UL and I used to get 60-100ms ping and in Reliance I am getting 1.7 - 2mpbs download speed but my ping shows 400ms sometimes 600ms and never it is stable. I am really getting frustrated with this and its only been couple of months that I have switched to reliance. Seems like I have to get back to BSNL if no one can fix my ping.

                        Greeting Reliance,

                        I am one blackberry user of Reliance GSM of mumbai location and using

                        your services since reliance GSM launching. Now my concern is that last

                        month i did a recharge of 398 Rs. but due to your server issue plan was

                        not activated on my number so i have launched a complaint on 11-Jan-2013

                        regarding the same and could not use my net services for three days so

                        later resolving my issue i have registered a waiver request again on 14-

                        Jan-2013. And your help desk co-ordinator told me that i will get the

                        waiver within 48 hours or my three days service would be extand. But

                        nothing happen yet as no waiver has been posted yet and even my validity

                        of pack is been expired now.I have lodged several complaint for waiver

                        but all front desk person are telling that they have forwarded my number

                        to the concern desk and giving me interection ID everytime which is use

                        less for me.

Is [protected], i am around 3year old customer of reliance as usual many time they diduct my balance.on 31 jan i have sbscrb gprs47 from my mbl.on the official page of rlnce plan seems 47gprs pack 100mb per day with validty 30 days.but i socked on the 11th day when my balance was 0 .i called cc they reply that vldty is 10day not 30 day.and said that they will not refnd money.they should update their oficial site.and if they will nt extend validity or refund money i will lodge complain in jila forum in bhuj kutch(gujrat) as i m belong to bhuj.

                            sir,
                            i have connection of reliance gsm No.[protected].
                            the problem is that reliance is offering and plan of Rs16 in which
                            they give me free unlimited access on face book for 30 days , but
                            after subscribing to this plan on 21 Jan2013 they are dedicated money
                            from my main balance. i have complaint about this to their customer
                            care and they accept there fault and said that they will refund my
                            full balance but after 2 days they refund me a balance of Rs1.7 in the
                            place of Rs11,then i send a e-mail to there applicant authority & they
                            told me to go to the reliance mobile store where they told me to wait
                            for 2 days they will refund my balance but till now nothing happen and
                            they have deducted a total of Rs 31 and continue to deduct m y balance
                            now they don't pick my call when i try to complaint to the customer
                            care.

                                I am using reliance GSM prepaid Sim no. [protected]. Reliance is the worst service provide. Every now and then, they activate services without informing me. Due to this some time 25, 30, 60 etc. amount Rs is get deducted from balance. For this when i tried calling customer care no. 198 to know deducted charges information, either all executives are busy or calls gets dis-connected without response. This is very irritating it is happening very fequently.
                                What do you think customer is an who will keep calling for refund of the balance? We don't have anyother work to do?
                                It seems like Reliance Mobile does not care about the problems customers are facing. I am frustrated enough to change my cell phone operator and also to post a complaint with DOT for this kind of service

                                  I have Reliance CDMA postpaid connection ([protected]).
                                  I am facing auto renewal of VAS (which costs Rs 5 daily) on my number. I am facing this problem since a year. Have registered complaints many a time but all is a waste. Atlast have seeked help of mobile portability. After registering I got a call from service provider who promised that this amount will be adjusted in the future bills. As promised the current bill shows adjustment of Rs 85 but at the same time charging Rs 170 for the VAS. I don't understand what kind of solution is this charging 170 while adjusting 87. Calling Customer Care is least helpful as they never have any idea.

                                    In a residential area, Mr. Vijay Pal Singh is running a Mobile Tower through Heavy Genset, in behind of our house.

                                    We have problem in concerned to running his Mobile Tower as well as main problem exists to us that he had installed Commercial Heavy Generator, which is installed in open and at the behind of our house which is a serious concern in lieu of Air as well as Noise Pollution for the residents.

                                    By installating the Generator and running the Mobile tower we residents as well as childrens of all Gali No. 1, Krishna Nagar are request you to kindly take the necessary action against him as it causes to our repiratory system has been distrubed and a great problem is facing to our small children as well as sleepness night has been occur.

                                      Beware of the false promises of Reliance company. They approach you with all the false promises for postpaid connection, after collecting the money from you they deliver half of what they have promised you. They approach you with a low quotation at the beginning to woo you. Later they will find different reasons to collect money sighting various reasons.
                                      Hi guys In Reliance you will get training how to make innocent people fool, and how to suck their money and leave people stranded. these are the policies of Reliance and their aim how to come in list of trillionaire by sucking the money of poors and innocent people.
                                      Reliance is cheating with the people they lie openly because we are always kept unaware of their hidden conditions. but i will not stop here i will sue them in consumer court, because none of the document clearly states the exact % of amount for the penalty. i will suggest everyone to share this information so that no other people can be misguided and bluffed by Reliance. This is all nexus between ruling party and all.
