I wanted to port to airtel recently and used the sms service "PORT <mobile no.>" to 1900. I had been charged 1 re, but no reply came till now. I am supposed to get a unique identification code which is still on hold. I sent numerous times by now and money is being deducted for each sms, yet I am not getting the reply. Please work this out soon.

this is girija from bhubaneswar orissa i hav recharged y reliance gsm number with rs 597 on Sunday but i am getting 2g speed on this 3g net pack, i have called customer care more than 10 times but each time i get a answer that technical problem in your area but my friends in the same area are using reliance 3g in its usual speed sometimes the customer care keep me in hold for a long time end then disconnect the call if this problem...

I had activated a SMS pack on my mobile number on 2-december-2012, which allowed me to send SMS's @ 1p/sms across India. On 2-january-2013 Rs39 was deducted from my account and I was told that this is an auto-renewal pack. On 17- January-2013 again Rs39 was deducted from my account. Sir on 12-1-13 the balance deduction has taken place by the service provider after complaitaing more than 8 times they given only four time complaint no and these are as follows[protected] on16-1-13,[protected] on13-1-13,[protected], and the first one is delited by my kids after colling costomer care every receiver is suppose to take new complaint and on 15-1-13 spoke to the supervisor called mr.suresh and convey that the amount will be refunded...

I have submitted a request for MNP from Reliance to Airtel. My number is now registered with Airtel services but it is not yet activated because Reliance has not yet released my number.

I want to file a complaint againt reliance telecom...They are delaying my payment again and again even their after overing of its time period also...I had registered a request to refund my payment on 25th Nov,2012 and still i have not get it...Ans my Subscriber ID/s :[protected] abd email id is [protected]@gmail.com.....And even i had called to consumer care many times but i have not got any solution...

I purchased a new SIM from Reliance. Its number is [protected].
After activation, I requested to enable 5p SMS facility by paying Rs 14 through reliance website.
I got message that service has been activated.
Though the amount was deducted, but 5p SMS facility was not enabled.

So, I requested to enable this facility by sending SMS *777*14#.
Once again, I got message that service has been activated...

i bought reliance gsm sim card([protected]) from reliance store in sakinaka in december. and i was promised that on purchase of sim card for rs 150 i will get the following offer:
1. 500 mb data usage for 3 months
2. 100 sms/ day local and std for 3 months
3. 30 paisa calling local and std for 3 months.

but in return i only got 500 mb data for the first month and 30 paisa calling for 3 months....
