Number portability failed

I wanted to port to airtel recently and used the sms service "PORT <mobile no.>" to 1900. I had been charged 1 re, but no reply came till now. I am supposed to get a unique identification code which is still on hold. I sent numerous times by now and money is being deducted for each sms, yet I am not getting the reply. wrong deductions

bill payment fraud

Wrong Commitment/ Fraud

DEDUCTION OF ACCOUNT BALANCE

I had activated a SMS pack on my mobile number on 2-december-2012, which allowed me to send SMS's @ 1p/sms across India. On 2-january-2013 Rs39 was deducted from my account and I was told that this is an auto-renewal pack. On 17- January-2013 again Rs39 was deducted from my account. Non refund of balance deduction

After activation, I requested to enable 5p SMS facility by paying Rs 14 through reliance website.
I got message that service has been activated.
Though the amount was deducted, but 5p SMS facility was not enabled.

So, I requested to enable this facility by sending SMS *777*14#.
Once again, I got message that service has been activated...

i bought reliance gsm sim card([protected]) from reliance store in sakinaka in december. and i was promised that on purchase of sim card for rs 150 i will get the following offer:
1. 500 mb data usage for 3 months
2. 100 sms/ day local and std for 3 months
3. 30 paisa calling local and std for 3 months.

but in return i only got 500 mb data for the first month and 30 paisa calling for 3 months....
