They are continuously deducting my balance without my information and when complain to customer care, they put a deaf ear to all my complaint. They deduct my main account balance by saying message packs and various other services offered by them. What they are doing...

my balance being dedecuted twice for SMS pack auto renewal. and i call twice to customer care but every time i call customer care for help they says that technical problem is there we cant check in system.

a month back i complained again for balance deduction that time customer care executive says same thing...

Sir, i use Rs.39 SMS pack of reliance GSM service, which is renewal pack every month. My pack is to be renewed on 10th january 2013, but its not renewed. So, i called to there customer care no. 198...to ask for its renewal. they said me due to technical fault its not renewed till now and registered my complaint and asked me to wait for 48 hours. i waited for that bt still its not renewed. then when again i called there they asked me to wait...

(1) Internet not working from 4.00pm to 10.00pm in New Delhi .
(2) All mobile connections like airtel,idea,vodafone etc are working except Reliance mobile which is not working in vill - amari, p.o - khurhat,distt- Mau nath bhanjan,eastern uttarpradesh,uttarpradesh .

on 11/01/2013 09:33:29 i've recharged my Mobile No. [protected] with 178 to get 20GB data with 2G speed.
on 11th and 12th it was working fine with nominal speed of 2G.
on 13th January all of a sudden all my internet browsing start deducting Main account balance.

I recharged my mobile(Smart) with 99rs for 2gb internet for 1 month. But they didn't gave me the balance and when I contacted to customer care, they said they given me the benefit of 100mb for the previous (first) recharge of 56rs and they will not give me the benefit of 99rs recharge and can not return my money also.
I want my money back.
What should I do now?

This Is Hrishi Singh from Dadra i am using Reliance mobile no [protected] since from December-2012 and after that i have activated 59 STD pack for that number and after that no problem up to the 10.01.2013 but on 10.01.2013 my balance was deducted of Rs 28.00 from My account so i have contacted to reliance customer care and registered a complain on this and customer care representative told that the amount is wrongly...

Dear sir,
I had activated sms pack39 in December 2012 on my reliance gsm number [protected]. I did not know it would get renewed so i activated it again in January 2013. Now the first pack gets renewed and money is deducted from my account every week. I sent deact pack39 to 53739 but i just got a reply no default configured.
Therefore I request you to kindly look into the matter and deactivate the first pack.
