    Sir on 12-1-13 the balance deduction has taken place by the service provider after complaitaing more than 8 times they given only four time complaint no and these are as follows[protected] on16-1-13,[protected] on13-1-13,[protected], and the first one is delited by my kids after colling costomer care every receiver is suppose to take new complaint and on 15-1-13 spoke to the supervisor called mr.suresh and convey that the amount will be refunded before 12pm on 15-1-13 still not taken any action by the authorities what should i do this was happed to my mobile no [protected] and that time they refunded the amount deducted if i call to 198 from my mobile they diverting the call to other side i had spoke maduri on 16-1-13 and her no massaged is bhagyalakshmi in massage sent by these people. they deducting more customers and crediting there accounts and cheating innocent customer this should be stopped please do the needful in the matter

      I have submitted a request for MNP from Reliance to Airtel. My number is now registered with Airtel services but it is not yet activated because Reliance has not yet released my number.

      Kindly request you to release my number from Reliance services so that i can start using Airtel services.

        I want to file a complaint againt reliance telecom...They are delaying my payment again and again even their after overing of its time period also...I had registered a request to refund my payment on 25th Nov,2012 and still i have not get it...Ans my Subscriber ID/s :[protected] abd email id is [protected]@gmail.com.....And even i had called to consumer care many times but i have not got any solution from it..They only said to wait..Now i want to take a serious actions against them....Now i am fed up and i m totally get frustrated...They only used to make fool the public...so plss guide me for the steps taken to fire a case file againt Reliance Communication Limited..

        Reliance Communication Network — Complaint against Reliance Communication Network

        Sir,

        It is to intimate you that on 28 September 2009 I got the message from Reliance Company on my mobile No [protected] (at Jalandhar) that I have subscribed for six packs i.e. news, munna bhai jokes, and other four etc for one month at the rate of Rs 30/- and Rs 180/- were deducted from my pre-paid connection. On enquiry from customer care of Reliance I was intimated that it has been subscribed by me and company is not responsible for anything. Taking as fate accomply I requested them to unsubscribe the schemes ibid and to ensure that it is not re activated next months onwards, as I do not wish to have any such schemes on my connection. This request was made thrice to them and they confirmed.

        It is surprisingly seen that on 28 October 2009 I got SMS on my mobile stating that " Ur subscription to NEWS pack has been renewed for Rs 30/- to unsubscribe SMS Unsub 1705 to 155223 Toll Free. Dial 56521 for Radio- Sender - 56522, Time 12.31pm 28/10/09.
        With other few messages renewing my subscription for "Packs" which I had already requested for closure and by renewed by the company so motto.

        On approaching the company call centre, they narrated the same story I have subscribed for the scheme and they were ready to close the same without refunding any money. Meaning thereby that they take the subscription money and on the request of the client close the services without providing any facility to the customer and declined to refund the money. This is the way they cheat numbers of people everyday. On my insistence that matter will be reported to Media/Newspapers and filing of case in Consumer Forum, they reluctantly lodged a complaint Number[protected] &[protected] on 29 Oct 2009 stating that money would be refunded.
        It is to bring to your notice that most of the service providers are indulging in these type of illegal practices and squeeze the money everyday contrary to all norms, ethics and regulations on the subject. May I request your indulgence in the matter for the needful.

        i am Using reliance GSM connection and whenever i am recharging my account everytime
        minimum 30 rupees ll be deducted from my account. i can just pissed up with all this non-senses.
        Some or the other pack used to be activated in my account saying that i activated it. i am facing this
        problem from almost 6 months. And today itz heights, same thing happened and when conplaint
        against it the customer service people replied like i dnt bother. i[censored] want to switch u can switch.
        is this the way to deal with the customers. i still didnt get my 30 rupees back.. i dnt knw wat
        business reliance are doing doing such thing..

        I am also waiting for a refund from Relaince Communications.
        I had ordered a broadband connection in November last year.
        They failed to provided the connection and encasehed the cheque also!
        What kind of company encashes the cheque before even installing the broadband connection.
        Pure frauds!!!

        Their is a network outrage going on with reliance network for more than a month.
        Every time i call reliance customer care the outrage time gets extended by 10 more days.
        my subscriber ID is[protected]. I am not able to get any resolution for this network problem for such a long time
        Reliance executives only said to wait..Now i want to take a serious actions against them...i m totally frustrated with their services...so plss guide me for the steps taken to fire a case file againt Reliance Communication Limited..

        I had subscribed to Reliance fixedline broadband service for 12Mbps speed. Never got such speed though i was using. Since last 3 months approx. i am not getting proper speed, no pages open and service interruption is there. If I call reliance customer service they have only one answer that all India outage is going on and they cannot take any complaint. Service will resume after some time and problem will be saved in next xx days and they give a date. To save myself from higher plan and rental, i switched for a lower plan for 2Mbps speed. Still speed too bad. many websites does not open. my important work like online payments / netbanking etc gets interrupted frequently. I asked for rent refund which they denied. I wrote email, registered letter, submitted complaint by fax, sent email to appellate authority but no answer from anyone neither any solution to complaint. Hope GrahakSeva can help me.

        I Jainam bhavik Galani customer of Reliance has no [protected].
        I have the issue with operating this number. I had a excess amount of bill on this number so i visited the gallery and got to know that the bill will be waved off to the minimum. But later i got call from customer service stating unpaid amount of bill. And there i came to know that my number was not given for wave off and hence i visited the gallery where i came to know that my number is terminated.
        The biggest problem is that i want that number as its my business number and which is very important for me. From gallery I was told to inform you for the above problems and which will be solved.
        Hoping for the solving of the issue and starting the number again. Waiting for your revert.

          I purchased a new SIM from Reliance. Its number is [protected].
          After activation, I requested to enable 5p SMS facility by paying Rs 14 through reliance website.
          I got message that service has been activated.
          Though the amount was deducted, but 5p SMS facility was not enabled.

          So, I requested to enable this facility by sending SMS *777*14#.
          Once again, I got message that service has been activated and the amount was deducted.

          But, when I send SMS, Re 1 is deducted.

          After getting annoyed, when I made a complaint to customer care, I got a reply that since its new sim,
          you had facility to send 99 free SMS after by paying 1st SMS charge.
          When I requested them, that I want 5p SMS facility and not the current one, they told its not possible.

          Also, you wont get any refund of the amount you paid for 5p SMS.

          I don't understand, when there is no facility for which I requested, then how can you charge for this.
          Also, when I made a request for some facility, why cant Reliance inform us that a service is already active on your mobile.
          Instead, they deducted the amount with no service enable.


          I request you please refund the amount (Rs 28) for which there is no service.

            hi
            i bought reliance gsm sim card([protected]) from reliance store in sakinaka in december. and i was promised that on purchase of sim card for rs 150 i will get the following offer:
            1. 500 mb data usage for 3 months
            2. 100 sms/ day local and std for 3 months
            3. 30 paisa calling local and std for 3 months.

            but in return i only got 500 mb data for the first month and 30 paisa calling for 3 months. but as promised no data was given for subsequent months and no free sms were given as well.

            i launched 3 complaints[protected],,[protected],[protected] regarding this issue and was promised that i will be given all the benefits as requested. but always the message came that your request if processed and data benefits will be given to you shortly. but now the customer care says, " sorry we cant help you in this seems there was some miss communication and we are not responsible for that."

            i have an issue with manner the issue was handled and also the fact that how come a reliance retailer cheat the customer and get away without any penalty and the only person suffering is the customer.
            please look into this issue and help me with your expertise.

              Last month I bought a Reliance NetConnect + dongle device from one your franchisee store located in Lajpat Nagar – 2, New Delhi. The device hasn’t been working properly right from the day one and I did try to reach out to the customer care but in vain. I tried it on different desktop and laptop computers but the result was the same. It is quite evident that the device is faulty and when I took it back to the franchisee store, they were very unprofessional. Firstly they didn’t even care to listen to my concern, I had to play tantrums to get their attention. Secondly they don’t care if the device works properly or not once the sale has been done.



              My sole purpose of buying this device was to use it to do work from home.



              When I bought the device, I was assured of 10 GB download for the first recharge of Rs.300 valid up to 30 days period. The device started giving me problem on the third day itself and I was told by the franchisee person(Mr. Virendar Bhandari) that the problem will exist for a day or two. However the problem never perished, I wasn’t able to use from that day onwards. I kept following-up with the franchisee store person and also the customer care but with no use. Because of this problem I had to lose three days salary which is worth 6 times your device price. Last evening when I visit the store with the same problem I was informed by the franchisee executive(Mr. Virendar Bhandari) that the device has been de-activated with no reason and if I want to use it , have to again recharge it by 300 and that offer of 10GB downloading is not valid this time. When I demanded to the reason of de-activation, they themselves wasn’t sure and didn’t give me any answer. Instead they started harassing me and used abusive language.

              Below are the attached email and the reply from reliance netconnect it is a system generated email.

              I haven’t receive any satisfactory answer from your end so far, I don’t know what is the next Stage, who will help me, how long it will take to rectify, and how will I be compensated for the all inconvenience due to your services.               Reliance Broadband Device — Not getting Proper speed and no action on the same from Reliance even after complaint

              I purchased the Reliance Broadband+ Device around 1.5 months back and till the same time i am getting the spee d problem. I am paying for 3.1 MBPS speed but reliance is providing me with the 1X mode speed, which is an outdated speed and the sae is available at a much lesser price. The SLA of the case is already voilated and i am fed up of false assurances from reliance side. I am getting the Bills on time, but no complaint resolution on time. Please Help

              Reliance Netconnect — Reliance tests your patience

              On 8th of this month, i recharged for 800 INR (HSD). Till now, the 'HSD' mode is not connecting. Ever since i purchased their [censored]in crap product, since a year ago, the 'HSD' mode has some sort of problem daily. Only at some particular time, say for example early in the morning, you will get the so-called 'high speeds'. And almost daily, it wont connect for few hours. And when you call the customer-care, u will get an automated-response- "under maintenance"! I wasted 800 INR day-before yesterday on these mother-. I called four times to customer-care, the only thing they got to say is "sorry"! Okay i tried the fifth time. The over that side said- "theres some coverage problem in your area, it may take till Sep 31st to fix the issue, sorry!"
              And let me tell u, i'm NOT staying in some RAIN-FOREST, i'm staying in the heart of the city. Bengaluru, KA. When the HSD mode doesnt connect, we have to try 'Hybrid' mode, where it disconnects automatically in the middle. And its so so so so slow that u feel like smashing the wireless device to the ground! The 'speeds' they show is only in their advertisements.

              My MDN no. [protected].( which is not activated till date & time).

              Friday, 5th July 2013, I made en enquiry for Reliance datacard on www.rcom.co.in site.
              On second day morning, 06th July, I got call from your side. I think i.e. third party “Connectindia”. Then I agree to purchase it.
              When I purchased Reliance datacard HSD 3 months bundle pack on Sat, 6th July, thru online payment.
              As per Connectindia customer support executive Mr.Aditya, Mr. Pratik & Mr.Amit, my HSD activation will be done 24 hrs. When their sales executive Mr. Dinesh, gave me datacard & collected my documents from me. As per him my card will be activated by Monday, 8th July. But till date i.e.9th July my HSD connection shows inactive.
              After that I called to Reliance CC *355 executive said that after document submission activation takes 48 hrs. .
              As i came to know that 3 different statements regarding activation.
              Then I called for activation status to your Connectindia phone no.[protected], but no one picked up.
              Its seems to me Reliance & third party people are very shameless job done. It is really “Reliance” & "Connectindia". I think, it is “Non Relaince” & "Disconnect India".

              If you do not resume my service by evening then refund my whole amount Rs.2648/-& documents and took back your datacard.

                I am a reliance user. My no. is [protected]. I am continuously using the services of reliance from a long time. But now they have taken a vow to irritate customers. They are continuously deducting my balance without my information and when complain to customer care, they put a deaf ear to all my complaint. They deduct my main account balance by saying message packs and various other services offered by them. What they are doing is morally ethically and legally wrong. Instead of doing this cheap activities, if they switch to good services, they will get some compliment by customer, but they are not giving a single response to my complaints. I am using this service in Pune, Maharashtra.

                  Please Help me,

                  I’m working in State Bank of Hyderabad, Sapru Marg Branch, Lucknow. The following Sales Representative/ Marketing Executive of Reliance Communications Limited (Mr. Mehtaab Alam – [protected]/ [protected]) approached us for Reliance connection during the last week of Nov. 2012.
                  I, along with my colleagues (Prashant Joshi and Manish Kumar Verma), enquired about Landline-cum-broadband connection. The above representative informed us about the following plan: Landline-cum-broadband facility for total monthly charges of Rs 679 (130+549) + Service Charges/ Taxes @ 12.36% per month. We agreed for the above plan. He promised that the Landline-cum-broadband connection would be installed within a few days. The Broadband connection was installed in around 3-4 days, but the landline connection was not installed despite of continuous complaint via email dated 10/12/2012, 15/12/2012 and 20/12/2012.
                  What is more frustrating/ disheartening is the service (post-sale). The Reliance representative was not receiving calls from either o[censored]s. We also tried to contact his superior (Mr. Vikas Dikshit – [protected]) and informed him about the commitment made/ information given by the Sales Executive and the subsequent problems faced by us. He said that he will look into the matter and inform us. He neither reverted nor picked our calls thereafter. We were extremely disappointed/ dissatisfied with the service, especially the non-fulfillment of promised services.
                  So, we called the Reliance Customer Care No. at[protected] and via email on 20/12/2012 and asked for immediate termination of all services. But intentionally they have not terminated the respective connection . So that I reminded them again for immediate termination of connection via email on 28/12/2012 to avoid next month bill financial loss. We even wrote [protected]@relianceada.com regarding our complaints, problems faced and the inconvenience caused.
                  However, despite repeated e-mails and calls to Customer Care, our problem was not resolved for over 20 days, even though we were repeatedly told that our problem is being taken on priority and would be resolved within next 2 days. So, we decided to terminate the services finally and made our requests for the same during the last week of December 2012.
                  The connection has not been removed till date and I have received a bill of Rs 1906.75/-, (including next month bill From[protected] to[protected] even though the promised facility was not installed and we were promised a maximum monthly charge of Rs 679 plus applicable taxes. When I have informed for termination of service twice and before 10 Days the why they have given next month bill[protected] to[protected]. It shows they did it intentionally by not terminating connection after[protected]. I have all copies of emails sent to you.
                  THIS ALL PROBLEMS AND CHEATING CAUSED ME MENTAL HARASSMENT AND DEPRESSION. Already bear loss of Rs. 1000/- paid by me for Landline cum broadband connection as promised by Reliance Communication. Please help me form this type of mental Harassment and ask for compensation for this mental harassment from Reliance communication.

                  Reliance Communications — Extremely poor service and harassment

                  I am using a reliance mobile since last many years and have been paying off my bills regularly. I fail to understand how all of a sudden the company would decide to deactivate my roaming facility. It has caused me immense embarrasment and inconvenience on my official tour when my phone stopped working. I could not contact customer care also from the phone. It would just keep saying ' please contact customer care to resume service'. How the hell am i supposed to contact customer care if the damn phone doesnt work?
                  This is totally unexpected. This morning when I came back to mumbai, the phone started working and the first thing i did was called customer care to be informed that they had deactivated my roaming. When I asked them the reason, all they had to say was 'I do n ot have this information with me'. I mean please tell me if this is acceptable.
                  I need to be called from reliance and be explained the reason for deactivating my roaming within India, failing which I will disconnect my phone and also all tell all my relatives, friends and acquanitances of this experience with reliance which will compel them also to review the services of reliance.

                      I am Partha Sarathi Mishra, from Hyderabad. I was using reliance data card from 4 months. But stopped using it for about 9 months. I decided not to use it anymore its not already deactivated. Today (arong 11:00 AM) I got a threatening call by a lady, claiming from from Delhi court, informing me that a case of fraud was filed against me. She told me to contact advocate Gautam. Then I called him, and the advocate told me that I have to pay Rs 1395 till today 12 PM noon. Otherwise a penalty of Rs 15,000 has to be given. I called Reliance, and they said that today all centers are closed due to Pongal. I called the court to hold the case until tomorrow 12 PM.

                      I want to know that what kind of behavior is this? If the company wants to talk regarding dues and bill, what wrong in talking to me directly? They have never informed anything regarding my dues and bill. They directly given court threaten and tell to deposit within 1 hour.

                      How is it possible for me so soon?

                      Please give me detailed information.

                            Sir, i use Rs.39 SMS pack of reliance GSM service, which is renewal pack every month. My pack is to be renewed on 10th january 2013, but its not renewed. So, i called to there customer care no. 198...to ask for its renewal. they said me due to technical fault its not renewed till now and registered my complaint and asked me to wait for 48 hours. i waited for that bt still its not renewed. then when again i called there they asked me to wait for some more hours..i again waited and after 3 hours they deducted Rs.39 from my main balance so i thought its renewed.but when i sent some msgs i found its not active..then again i called them, they again asked me to wait for 48 hours, and register my new complaint..after sometime a confirmation msg is sent by them that your sms pack is activated..then i sent some sms which cost me approx. 20 rs. is deducted from my main balance...still after there confirmation msgs...then again i called them and they asked me to wait more....i had there complaint numbers plus confirmation sms....its totally a case of harasing a coustmer..they are wasting my time and money... so i want u to please consider it thanking yoU

                              Reliance Mobile — Mobile not connection/working

                              My and others Reliance CDMA Mobile not working in particular area fro 14th August 09, to make or receive call and sms I have to go out of my area.

                              I had given email complained many time but “within three days we rectify the fault’ they say but till to day they have not. When ever it starting and any day it get off when it is switch on.

                              Now from two days they are not replying to my mail also.

                              Reliance — Mobile internet

                              I have bought a new samsung galaxy pop-CDMA which was recommended in Reliance website http://www.rcom.co.in/rcom/handset/cdma.jsp for mobile internet. But nothing of the reliance cdma reliance plans is matching. When I call the customer care, they don’t have any idea about this mobile or the suitable plan for mobile internet. Instead they are telling me to change the phone to blackberry. Useless people.

                                  I'm aditya using Reliance Mumbai No.: [protected]
                                  on 11/01/2013 09:33:29 i've recharged my Mobile No. [protected] with 178 to get 20GB data with 2G speed.
                                  on 11th and 12th it was working fine with nominal speed of 2G.
                                  on 13th January all of a sudden all my internet browsing start deducting Main account balance.
                                  I've contacted Customer Care of Reliance, some of really ridiculous responces i've encounter with are:
                                  (1) you have consumed your 20GB.
                                  (2) your recharge got failed and your money has been debited to your account.

                                  Now let me tell you Reliance i've picked up 2G plan not 3G, even 48 hours of 2G browsing will not able to consume even 1GB of data,
                                  and u saying after two days recharge getting failed!, no words....

                                  i kept on calling and finally they registered my complain:

                                    मैंने अपने रिम के नंबर [protected] पर 92 /- का रिचार्ज कराया था 30 पैसे मिनट के लिए फिर 12 /01 /2013 को मैंने 36 /- का रिचार्ज कराया रिम to रिम 15 पैसे मिनट के लिए वो रिचार्ज भी सक्सेस रहा फिर मैंने 58 /- का रिचार्ज कराया सेकंड प्लान के लिए ये रिचार्ज भी सक्सेस रहा 13 /01 /2013 को लेकिन मेरे नंबर पर सिर्फ 92 /- का ही रिचार्ज वर्क कर रहा है I
                                    CUSTMERCARE कॉल करने पर उन्होंने जवाब दिया की सभी प्लान एक्टिवेट है मेरे नंबर पर लेकिन सिर्फ 92 /- का प्लान ही वर्क करेगा जबकि इतर कंपनी में ऐसा नहीं होता है I
                                    मेरा बीएसएनएल का नंबर है जिसमे मैंने एक TARRIF कराया था जब तक उस TARRIF का डेट था दूसरा TARRIF उसपर एक्टिवेट नहीं हुआ ये सही हैI तो फिर रिम में ऐसा क्यों हुआ ?
                                    ये तो कस्टमर के संग धोखा है चार्ज तीनो प्लान और एक्टिवेट सिर्फ एअक प्लान I

                                      My Relationship number is [protected] and I have received a bill dated 11-JAN-2013 of 4923.00 Invoice number[protected]

                                      I have been using reliance CDMA service for last 8 years and changed to Reliance GSM recently. My average bill was Rs 700 to Rs 1000 per month in all these years. Suddenly this month I get a bill of approx. 5000 and my outgoing call gets deactivated. I think the operating performance of Reliance GSM is not great and they are charging flase bills to the customer just to make money by wrong business practice.

                                      The credit limit set by reliance on by number is Rs. 2700 which is supposed to be limit post which they are supposed to stop all outgoing service and the loss o the customer is capped. How is my bill more than my credit limit. The company does not have any technology to save customer interest.

                                      Have heard things are worse in Reliance GSM prepaid where they deduct random value added service charges even if you don’t request.

                                      Will never recommend reliance GSM to anyone. Please beware - if they can do this to their loyal customer with such a long relationship, means things are very bad with companies finance and they are trying all the means to service. But with these practice the end will come sooner than later.

                                      Any way have called them 8 times in last 2 day. Will update you guys one the complaint is resolved.
