    This is Kashyap Sanghani. On my Reliance GSM no. [protected], on 8th February,2013 I recharged with 19 Rs. for Renewal of my SMS pack. According to SMS pack that I had been subscribng for last so many months the charge per SMS was 5p but i didn't get the same facility for this time. It was some 190 SMS free given to me. It was their responsibility to inform their existing subscriber of any pack if there are any changes. Now the point is that i have UNKNOWINGLY subscribed for the pack which i don't like and according to my analysis not preferable. So it was waste of money and time for me. I was in trouble and confusion for a while because of irresponsible behavior of Reliance Communication.

      My number is [protected].I have a balance of Rs 310 in my reliance number. But it says insufficient balance when I am trying to make a call. This not only occurred once but 'N' number of times. Every time I call the customer care, they raise a complaint and the matter is resolved in a couple of days. But again after a few days its starts again. I have the following questions:-

      1. What is the customer supposed to do when the mobile is not working for 2 days? Is it possible to stay without any communication for 2 days.

      2. If its a technical issue why isn't is resolved. Why does it keep recurring again and again?

      3. And if this issue needs time, then why isn't a temporary patch provided for this problem? A turn around time of 2 days is really too much.

      If reliance is incapable of solving this technical issues, then it should stop its business and stop cheating customers.

          Hi,

          I am using this Reliance Number from Sept 2012. It is a new connection which I took from a Dealer. At the same time I have submitted all my documents. After 15 days I got a SMS from Reliance saying you need to submit the documents. So I went and asked the dealer, he said that, we have already submitted. After that I haven't get any SMS from Reliance. So I thought that everything is fine but after 2 months they started charging me Rs 7/- for some VAS services on every week. I have raised many complaints and they have refunded some but some they said me that we don't have complaint information in our system and at the same time they said me that, we haven't received your documents. This time I have decided to submit at Reliance outlet itself and I have done the same on[protected]. Even though I am still getting Messages saying you haven't submitted the documents. I am confused. I am not able to PORT out also.

            My name is Sumit Badaya and i am from Jaipur,Rajasthan.
            My number is [protected].

            i had 29.10 Rs. balance in reliance gsm prepaid and i have free gprs service active and data available in my account but i cant connect to internet since past 4 days. On 6th feb 2013, 13 rupees got deducted from my main balance for internet usage even when i have free GPRS data available in my account. When i call *333 they ask me to call on 198 and when i call 198, they ask me to call *333 to complain about my problem. No one is noting down my complain. I called Reliance Nodal Office too and they asked me to send email regarding my problem to appellate authority and i sent email. Still no one helped me out yet!

            Now i want my amount to be refunded and my internet service to start working properly again ASAP! .

            Reliance India Mobile — Out Of Service due to wrong entry

            Dear Sir

            I bought new reliance mobile from mobile shop at worli. for 1st 2 -3 days mobile was working good. but after that days suddenly company has stopped all my incoming & outgoing calls.

            So i went to meet shopkeep at worli. But he is trying to convince that you are are using your mobile as PCO, whereas i had purchase this mobile for my personal work.

            Now shopkeeper is avoiding me & not taking it is serious.

            can you help me?
            Dear sir,

            I have bought a RIM lifetime connection from TUMKUR, Bangalore Reliance outlet.After 4-5 days the company has barred all the incoming and outgoing calls.On asking the shopkeeper, they told that the entry is wrong for the address field(though the shopkeeper herself has entered the fields depending on the documents i provided.) and asked me to reentry a form.I did the same with a new set of documents.
            But after more than 8 days of the application form fillup the connection is not active and the shopkeeper is just kidding with me by just telling that the connection will be active within 1 day/2 days.

            Please take action to resolve my problem and some disciplinary action against such non so cooperative vendors of RIM ASAP.

            Reliance India Mobile — Providing wrong information and deducting balance

            On 03dec08 i recharged my number by Rs.99 to activate free local Reliance calling.when i called customer care they told that the plan i recharged is discontinued from 01dec08.again i called customer care they told that Plan is active on ur no. When i made calls balance was deducted.Which should not happen if my plan is active. And when i registered complaint no.82921572 after awaiting 20 days they denied to compensate my loss because of their fault.
            Now, i expect a strong action against them and demand compensation of 'Rs.10000 for all this. As early as possible.

            i recharge my no via e-recharge on 2nd of march for rs.200 at 15:40 hrs, because i got an sms on the same day that there is full talktime on 200rs top up. but i got only 102.08 rs balance. when i called customer care ms lalita pick up the phone and tried to convince me that i will get this 102.08rs only as there are some taxes on that when i said aroud 50%tax no company is charging. then she lodge a complaint and gave me the complaint no. and gave me 2days time .
            but after 2 days when i called again mr varun pick the call and said we can lodge a complaint again. he didi the same, but all in vain.
            on 05th march i was shocked coz my local calls were costing me 1rs and std was costing me 2.49rs per minute.
            my cdma sim is life time sim. and i have a 550 rs jaadoo recharge which says 50paise for local call and 1rs for std call for life time,
            but that was a shock for me again and i called customer care again, mr deependra pick up the call and lodge a complaint again and gave me 2days time with complaint no.
            i am surprised because this big name is dealing with customer in this way. even no solution till now . if this consumer site will help me i will be very greatfull. plz help me .
            but for sure i am not going to get any thing which is a reliance co output. never in life. and i will suggest for all the same.

            on 27 july my promo balance was 148 and the morning of 28 was 103
            they had deducted rs. 44 for sms while i am using sms pack of this mobile service.
            and i had send local sms.
            i aslo have raised complain in c care they aggry to this wrong deduction but they have
            not refund my balance.

            Reliance India Mobile — activating fm and caller tunes without consent

            My mobile no is [protected].

            RIM is debiting to my account with out my consent for fm radio and for callertunes.
            Even when I complined throuth *333, after waiting for 10 mts in the line the person
            replied me that the services were renewed for a period of 30 days, and the amout
            debited to your account cannot be refunded, and informed the procedure to deacticate
            the same.similiary for caller tunes also they are doing like this. when ever we put a
            top up amount in the mobile, they are debiting the account.
            This type of system to be curtailed.

            reliance gsm gprs — wrong balance deduction

            i have recharged with Rs 39/- gprs pack on 5/02/2010 which is unlimited pack for 3 days but when i am using the gprs on laptop then my main balance is getting deducted. after regular complaints to reliance custoomer care, i am not getting any responce. they only say this deduction is wrong. there is no refund of balance till date.

            i am abhi from Kanpur i am using at least 6 connections of Reliance CDMA and every connection is having 5500 security deposit but we regret to say that these RELIANCE company is just bluffing the customers and cutting the pocket unnecessary for you information i would like to tell you some wonder fact which i hope everyone will shock to know and that fact is if suppose balance in your mobile is Rs 100/- and you close your mobile phone at nights when you close your set then customer care peoples are aggressive and they deduct at least 1.00 to 2.00 Rs from every customer every week you can understand how much money they have made they are just thieves and spoiling the name of Reliance and name of powerful man Mr. Dhirubhai ambani shame on these cheap policies think customers If reliance deducts Rs2.00 from every customers they earn Crores of money in a day and now days this is the tact they are adopting, hence we request your good self dont close your mobile at nights also i hope someday this company is going to be worst company in a world hence customers drop down their services

            One more issue is that They are just increasing customer base and not increasing server capacity hence due to which everyday we get network congestion they think customers are fool but fact is that 100's of people have already dropped their service and we hope this year 1000's of people will drop their service i believe if my thoughts are write then please join us and drop the service of RELIANCE CDMA & GSM both

            Myself Ashish Bhatt. I am using a reliance mobile no. [protected]. Reliance is deducting my balance without my permission even i have activeted DND services, afterall am receiving marketing call & sms.... when i try to complain they are not intrested to here my complain vide complain no[protected]...i already complain many time on its customer care, 19/2/2011 they activate 1 more service without my permission & deduct Rs. 20 from my balance when i complain they told u get a call from outbond & u request to activate this service. when i told i didnt get any call & if i have activated DND then why you call me about VAS services.. then they told me u activate DND on 2 feb. 2011 it will take 45 days but i have activeted on 19/10/2010. They also not returned my 20 rup. balance... i am frusteted from reliance services as well as balance deduction.... please take some action...

[protected],from last six months.Last time before three months reliance company wrongly deducted the amount three times from my a/c.Therefore i had activated DND on my this number.But this bad incident occured again today dated 01 june,2011 and my balance of Rs. 30 have been deducted from my mobile a/c.I called the customer care and they told me their old concept of "system is not updated".They told me that they are not able to noted my complaint.

            I am using network of Aircel .My mob no. is [protected] for last month i am using internet connection of this comany of rs. 98 per month but after 15 days they deducted 49 rs from my account and they told that you have downloaded any game of rs. 49 but i did'nt trust me.             Dear Sir/Madam,

            I have reliance mobile pre paid connection having mobile number-[protected].On[protected] morning balance in my mob number was about Rs 26.740 but by evening it was reduced to Rs 6.740.I had a word with the complaint registration cell of Reliance and they are wrongly accusing me of downloading a wallpaper costing me twenty rupees.I dont have internet activated on my cell and they have refused to register my complaint.
            Customer Executive assigned was Ms. Kasturi Datta nad she refused bluntly to register my complaint.It is not the first time they have deducted my balance though it was returned.Reliance India Mobile company is a habitual thief of robbing their customers off their mobile balances by falsely accusing them o[censored]sing value added services.

            I sincerely hope some action will be taken against this thief company beacuse they have made it their habit and they also get away with it.
            I hope you do look into this matter.

                At early stage i was fade up with activation o[censored]nwanted service from reliance end and I got the information only when my all balance was deducted.
                but every time reliance customer care was said that was your mistake.

                Now m facing another problem that related to SMS, I have subscribe SMS pack 39 but both SMS 14 and 39 working on my phone at same time, was already contact to customer care number of time and they confirmed that next pack is deactivated but deduction is not stop yet.

                Once 39 rupees deduct from my account but charges still sms charge as per 1 rupee.
                after that i am trying to remove both pack from my number and send deactivate msg DACT sms 39 / DACT sms 14 to 53739
                but always shown that your request cannot be proceed.
                customer care and MSG both are not working for customer.

                this is such a big issue, what can customer do against these kind of service providers

                    Of late I have been receiving missed calls from RIM services apart from usual call from the service provider. At times I even called back at those number. To my horror I realized that some unwanted services have been activated on my cell number. On of them I even unsubscribed. But on 30th Jan 2013 they deducted a sum of Rs 30 in the name of VAS altrist sms pack from my account while i was on roaming. When i called the service provider *333 on 6 th Feb 2013, Mr Vikram spoke to me and was not willing to lodge a complaint of mine and provide me with a complaint number saying my complaint is wrong. Then i spoke to the senior Mr Hanif Mohd who also denied lodging my complaint. They even told me that i dont have any sms pack activated. Then how come they deduct money from my account. I asked them to refund the money back in to my account, that too they denied. I feel the RIM is running a fraud by these activities of thiers knowing well that most Indians wont be lodging a complaint and they can easily get away with it. More ever i have also noticed that when we are on roaming, the service centre call calls increases in frequency which leads to deduction of roaming charges from the account. I would like to get my money back with adequate compensation.

I lodged FIR for the same in the Jharsuguda Police station (Orissa) and approached Reliance Smart Jharsuguda office with a copy of the same to deactive the same and issue a new sim with same number. The lady sitting there blantly ignored us and simply told that they have no sim card in there stock. She not even bothered to say when we will approach for the sim.Her behaviour towards us was very rough.

                    In view of the above we request your good office to intervene into the matter and take appropriate recourse for getting a sim with same mobile number.

                    reliance india mobile (rim) — unwanted & repeated deduction from balance

                    I have chosen the private mobile service providers i.e Reliance India Mobile (RIM) [protected] with expectations of better services but very unfortuanately I have to write that

                    1. On 31st January 10 Rs 30/- has been debited from balance account for 58888 Bezan Daruwala Astro Pack for this I had never requested for this unwanted services & A complaint was lodged on 1st Feb 10 vide Complaint ref No[protected] with RIM Toll free No & I was assured that I will get refund with in 48 Hr & the pack will be deactivated by with in 48 Hrs.

                    2. On 2second feb got messege from ur " waver of Rs 30 is posted in your account but the balance was not actually tranfererred in my mobille balance account.
                    3. Further, 7th Feb 10 again complaint was lodged for non refund & said posting of balance vide complant no[protected].
                    4. Again complaint was lodged for deactivation & refund o[censored]nauthorised deduction[protected] dated 22nd February 10.
                    5. Once again on 28th Feb 10 I got message that " Astro Pack shall be renewed in two days"
                    6. On 2nd February I lodged complaint that why should I get the renwal of above referred pack & still it has not been deactivated & why balance has not been refeunded yet ?
                    7. On 4th March 10 in morning I got message that " Bezan darawala Astroa Pack has been renewed & 20 Rs has been deducted for 20 days i.e Rs 1 per day "
                    8. On 4th March 10 I lodged complaint for unwanted activation & deduction of amount vide complaint no[protected] & got telephonic message that we will process for refund with in 48 hrs.

                    In view of abaove it is kind of serious cheating withn customer & the harassment is additionally imposed by RIM to customer. I request to kindly look in to this matter & I may get refund the abaove Rs 30 + Rs 20 immediately & I shold also be assured that in future same shall not be repeated with any of customer.

                    Reliance CDMA — fraudulent charge collection

                    I am a bank employee, I am using reliance CDMA prepaid services.one day I recieved a call from reliance communications patel nagar, where by they called me and said that my prepaid connection can be converted into post paid and detailed me about the available plans also and ssaid that they will send an employee to collect my required documents and the charge of rupees 250/-. After 3 days(on 27 th sept) they sent a guy and called me repetedly . when I asked for a receiving the man gave me recept with a hologram of reliance communication . But after that day no such convertion has taken place neither is there any information regarding that. On calling up to the customer care, the rude executive of THE RELIANCE COMMUNICATION hung up the phoneLliterally saying "AAP DUSRE POSTPAID KE CALL CENTER ME CALL KARIYE HUM KUCH NAHI BATA SAKTE" on repeated inquiries about the request.
                    Till date I have no information and I dont even wish to call to the call center after that insulting revert from the executive.My concern is if such kind of fraudulent activities are supported by the stationary , ID card and Uniformed executives on the name of a reputed company.

                    Reliance India Mobile — repeated deduction of amount from account

                    sir,
                    from my account money (Rs.30)has been deducted again and again.
                    When i called the customer care, they are saying i have activated it from my mobile,
                    which is not true.
                    This is the 3rd times this has happend with me.
                    Everytime they say it will not happen again.
                    They are not refunding my money.
                    Is been 3 days since I lodged my complaint, but no remedial action has been taken by RIM. All I get is a call from RIM yesterday who where teaching me how I should daily check my mobile balance and keep track of any fraud deduction. But in terms of action on their part a big ?. When I asked them when are they refunding me my money back, they had no answer. Also no action against call centre executive who denied lodging my complaint and also kept my call waiting for long duration (hoping I drop the call). I dont understand what they are sitting for as customer care executive when they dont want to lodge complaint for one reason or the other. I would also like to remind that the charges for making call and talking to the so called customer CARE executive is paid by the customer.

                        i have a very bad experiance abt reliance network and also their services,my no. is [protected]. I have activated miss call alert service 12 days before and i got the alerts for couple of days after that i stopped gettings miss call alearts , even after giving 15 mnts explaination on my problem that iam not receiving the alerts whn iam not reachable or switched off, first of all the customer care executive were not able to handle the customer are were not able to understnd customer's problem, then they took the complain and informed me that my problem would b solved within 48 hrs. Even after 2 days i was facing the same problem , then i called customer care and complained again that iam facing the same problem and even after your time limite to solve the problem is over, then again they took the complain and informed me to wait for 48 hrs . now again after 48 hrs its not solved,,,, and now its been more than 8 dayz its not been solved..... whtt a pity reliance people do not care abt their good will.

                            Reliance GSM is constantly broadcasting to recharge with Rs.65/- for 2 GB data for 28 days. I recharged my Prepaid No. [protected] on 29.01.2013 but no such benefit was received. I complained to Customer Care, Appellate Authority and to President (Services). Appellate Authority replied that offer was valid till 12 Jan 2013 only, but they are completely silent on refunding the amount to me. On the other hand they continue to broadcast the message even now and entice more and more victims with an intention to defraud them.

                              I have recently taken a Reliance GSM connection. In the second bill, I have observed a GPRS usage of around 70MB which leads to an amount of Rs. 70 in the bill. I have called up the customer care and asked for why and when the GPRS is made active on my number. They told that the GPRS services to be enabled by default for all the GSM customers who are taking an internet connection. By enabling the services without any request from Customer, the reliance is doing this type of bad practices to bombard with the bills. As per my knowledge, all the value-added services to be enabled by taking a request from Customer which all rest of the operators following excluding Reliance. As all the basic mobiles now-a-days are coming up with GPRS by default, by making this service in an enabled state will lead to bombard the customer with the bills and thus is looting the money for the services which customer not required/ not willing to use. I have requested them to show-case where exactly the Reliance has mentioned that they will enable the value-added services without any request from customer. I have requested them to please de-activate now, but they told that is not possible but how is it not possible? If all rest of the service providers are able to do this, why not Reliance GSM?

                              Request your help in solving this type of bad business practices by Reliance GSM.

                                  i have used mobile number portability on 02.08.2011 but my sim card is rady to use on 07.09.2011.company give me free benefits for 6 month.but company not give me free benefits on my new sim card .please help me ASAP.

                                      I'm getting slow speeds from 17 DEC
                                      i have thunder 549/bolt_1024kbps 1mbps.
                                      And im getting 40-60 KBps and high ping about 380+ ping on Singapore servers, Normally i get 124KBps and 90ms~125ms ping

                                      I am facing the same problem. i am subscribed to the BOLT 4096 plan and i am getting only a speed of 600kbps . this is ridiculous. I hope you can fix this issue. i have raised a complaint at your customer service as well. Still to no avail i am getting the same slow conenction speed.


                                      My user id is[protected] under the name of Suvin Titty George . i have given them my contact number and everything still its past 24hrs (which is the time you assure customers ) that the complaint will be resolved but to no avail

Please be a bit more vigil and get the job done. I have been using your connection for the past 4 years now and i dont know why now you are getting sloppy in the way you manage your customers
