My name is s.m.a mohammed faiz mohideen, user id[protected] from chennai, one 19th january 2013, evening my connectivity was gone & I made compliantnumber [protected], they promisd issue will be resolved within 24hrs, apparently its been 5 days there was no response frm reliance. The customer care keep saying the issue will be resolved shortly from the day 1till now, but the issue was not solved till today, I was a supporter of reliance but this made me frustrated, I dont hav access to mails, I have incurred huge loss. So if there is any balance service left, resolve my problem immediately or I have to terminate the connection. My contact number is [protected], call me immediately, solve my issue soon.
