Hi ,

Whenever i have recharged my cell's balance of Reliance prepaid, without having any conversation with anyone (hardly 4 -5 mins.) it's balance got reduced to it's minimum level. It happened twice.
I asked customer care executive to get me the details of the call and where my balance got deducted and why, they used to reply, at this moment we can't update the status, our systems are not working,...

I purchased Reliance Netconnect wireless connection in Feb 2011 and applied for deactivation in August 2012(Reliance Data Crad number is - [protected]). I paid all the required amount while applying for termination of services.

After 1 month of application of termination I am receiving continuous calls from Reliance customer care to pay the monthly bill. I told them that the connection supposed to be disconnected...
