My name is Amit lal Jain and I am from Ranchi, Jharkhand. I purchased a 3G Sim of Reliance 5 months back due to their FRC 600 Offer which offered 2GB data usage for 3 months. After 3 months I continued to use this number for regular use. I noticed that every month my balance was deducted for some unknown reasons. On 16th Jan I received a SMS from RM-Reliance stating that Rs 30 was deducted from my balance for VAS Shemaroo GSM. I immediately called 198 to lodge a complaint for it. After listening to all the rubbish stuff and pressing around 10 different option keys I managed to talk to the customer care representative who as usual replied that he can not register a complaint due to system updates. Next day I visited Reliance office at Ranchi where the person responsible to handle complaints was missing. After inquiring an arrogant girl came and shouted at me that what is the issue? Finally after arguing she registered a complaint and on 19th Jan waiver SMS was received.

Reliance has a huge number of customers which are unable to understand these SMS and fail to register any complaint against this issue. People who take the pain to call customer care either fail to find the way to speak to the operator or the operator refuses to lodge a complaint. People like me who do not give up on visiting the mobile company office are warmly welcomed by their civilized staff member who instead to helping and listening to our complaints just argue with us that we would have pressed some keys to subscribe the services for which we have been charged. Their system can never be wrong only the customer can be false as well as wrong. My family has around 5 Reliance connections and we have faced these common issues in the past. THIS IS A VERY BIG SCAM, just multiply Rs30 with the customer number of Reliance.

    unable to login as well check my usage online I have purchased reliance data card purchased & I m having lot many problems and also made online compliant as well spoke to customer care they also play merry go round and till now from past 3 month im unable to check my usage online and im getting lot of bill

      In every month,when I recharge on my number ,within some days I get sms that somehow one particular service has bee activated and 30/- Has been deducted from my account.Every month these happens.

      I should made it clear,

      1. I do not use internet on my phone.
      2. I never (not even in my dream)press wrong keys every time so that the services will be activated..(I am not mad..)

      after every deduction I have to call the customer care and after so many arguments they again give me back my balance.
      Is there any end of these????we all know why this happen...but irritating and how to stop it.

      MY NAME IS RAKESH AND MY NUMBER IS [protected] OF (Smart) RELIANCE.
      I am suffering from last 1 month's. they are continue deducting my balance. As I checked then I found that the company deducting my balance regularly like Rs.40/-, on 17.09.2010; Rs.20/-, on 23.09.2010; Rs.10/-, on 27.09.2010; Rs.5/-, on 28/29/30.09.2010 when I ask them the Reason they tell me that we have activated the CRICKET PACK, but I have not done any of the process activating the same..Every time they tell me that u have been deactivated from this pack, but after some time once again it become deducted from my account.many time i have complain it Reliance Customer Care Representative. They tell us that they are processing for it, but after some time it has been activated by itself ,without doing any process by me.and i am not getting any of the msg form this pack.that means they are telling me FALSE. I said many times Reliance Customer Care Representative daily that I am not opted any of these service, then why they deducted my balance. Then he say that if you have informed us within 24 hour then we are able to returen your balence. I call daily after checking our balance to Reliance Customer Care Representative that my balance is regularly deducted, they assured us that this service will be deactivated now but still I am facing such balance cutting problem. This is a regular practice that I have suffered and face that type of balance cutting diffculty. They finally denied to return the balance. My Question is that why they cut the balance without prior information of Customer?

        My name is s.m.a mohammed faiz mohideen, user id[protected] from chennai, one 19th january 2013, evening my connectivity was gone & I made compliantnumber [protected], they promisd issue will be resolved within 24hrs, apparently its been 5 days there was no response frm reliance. The customer care keep saying the issue will be resolved shortly from the day 1till now, but the issue was not solved till today, I was a supporter of reliance but this made me frustrated, I dont hav access to mails, I have incurred huge loss. So if there is any balance service left, resolve my problem immediately or I have to terminate the connection. My contact number is [protected], call me immediately, solve my issue soon. Worst experience from reliancebroadband service.

          I am using Reliance 3G using dongle. The speed i get using this sim is not even in 2G range. Intial few seconds connection remains in the range of 50-60 kbps and within minutes it goes down to 4-5 kbps, even sometimes in bytes too. After paying 650 rupees for each month to get 3GB 3G connection if I have to use in kbps speed than its really frustrating. Even this sim does not connect to the internet in single attempt. You have to have patience to connect it. There are multiple connection failure. Every time I have to click on the connect button multiple times before finally get connection. Even connection comes in 50-60 kbps thats also for few seconds. I feel cheated by this product and filing this complain against it.

          Today I bought a Reliance 3G Sim and I am getting a speed of 40kbps only. Which is quite slow as compare to 3G. After that I called R Care at 198 & they don't have manners how to talk to a customer. Literally we went into a fight.
          I just wasted 1500 on data card then 350 on Sim card. Still I am not getting attention from their operators.
          reliance customer care is pathetic, all executives are just like illiterate persons, they don't know how to handle customers and their problems. Moral of the story is don't go for reliance.
          I am using reliance 3G sim No. [protected] in Huawei dongle and recharged with Rs 597 for 5GB in Dimapur nagaland. Initial speed was good and after 800MB of Datausage, speed going too slow as even not open pages or open tooslow. They make false promises of 3G speed. I recharged for 5GB and not able to use it. I have complained about it on [protected]@relianceada.com but no response was given.

            1.) I have recharged Rs. 599 unlimited pack on 31.12.2012 which shall be valid for 30 days. As per this plan i can avail 4000 minutes of Reliance to Reliance unlimited call and 30 min per day free on other network. What i noticed on 10.01.2013 ( earlier same thing might be happening) that reliance to reliance call is getting charged. I complained for this several time to correct this and refund the charged amount. After every complaint, I was assured that everything will work fine but to my utter disappointment, problem has not been solved yet and Reliance has refunded only a meager amount. (Ref: complaint Nos[protected] on 10-Jan-2013,[protected] on 13-Jan-2013,[protected] on 15-Jan-2013, [protected] on 17-Jan-2013,[protected] on 17-Jan-2013 and[protected] on 19-Jan-2013). This is frustrating and torture for a customer and unprofessional behavior on the part of Reliance.

            2. SMS pack is getting automatically activated ( I dont know how?). Instead of message pack being activated on my mobile, i am getting charged Rs. 1.50 for every message. Same complaint i have lodged ( ref above mentioned complaint number) and asked customer care to verify whether sms pack is active or not. Customer care verified that sms pack is active then i can't understand that how balance is getting deducted now also, even after so much complain.

            I have mailed this to president of the service department of relaince and reliance kerala appellate authority also. I got a assurance response for action only from appellate authority but my problem is still persisting. Customer care has closed every complaint request but problem is there. What is then point of closing the complaint.

            Kindly look into these matters quickly or i have to knock the door of higher forum.

              Reliance Prepaid — deduction

              i am raj Singh tanwar my mobile no is [protected] reliance number 5day company deduct 10 times 30rs in my mobile balance .27 Feb company deduct 90 rs .
              I have been using this no.[protected] for the almost 3 to 4 years -now reliance had started deducting an amount everytime I recharge for Music Services. I tried unsubcribing but it no use,neither their no [protected] is capable to attend to complains. So deducting amt without permission who is to take the blame the Employees or the System, or the combination of both?

                  Hi ,

                  Whenever i have recharged my cell's balance of Reliance prepaid, without having any conversation with anyone (hardly 4 -5 mins.) it's balance got reduced to it's minimum level. It happened twice.
                  I asked customer care executive to get me the details of the call and where my balance got deducted and why, they used to reply, at this moment we can't update the status, our systems are not working, we are not getting your voice, we can't provide you the details 3 -4 days back.

                  These type of worst services these guys are offering.

                  Please look into this as this is too much embarrassing for me.

                    my full name Sreedhar Lade and i am using reliance post paid from 3 months, actually i have made of portability of my airtel network to reliance network because of misguidance received from one of your employees. But i have problem with reliance gsm network at my office which is at Lalru, Punjab. In my office there is no network because of that i suffer many time in job. i am not able to take call at my office because of poor network of reliance. For that i had already given complain to reliance 3 to 4 times but still there are not taken any steps for that because of this problem i suffer financially and mentally so much. Due to which i am not able to attend call at office of any official call or interview calls.

                    sir please help me asap and i can't change my mobile number because i am using this number since 3 and half years. My mobile no is [protected].

                    Please Note that, if the problem is not solved, i shall change again to airtel network using portability as soon as possible, in that case you please assist me in changing to airtel and even you will not assist me, i will defenitely change to Airtel network.

                      I have been using two reliance postpaid numbers [protected],[protected] for last more than 3 years.and the company has awarded me for my loyalty with forcefull activations on both these numbers for month dec-jan.A silly miss call alerts service has been activated on [protected] without my knowledge & to my surprise a very costly 3g data plan worth rupees 450 has been activated on [protected] without my permission & amazing thing is that i am using basic handset for this number without 3g facility.I called their customer care for complaint but they r saying that i got these services activated which i never did.I am so frustrated by this act of theirs that i am planning to discontinue these numbers if they will not give me waiver on my numbers.So pls help me get d waiver as soon as possible.

                      Reliance — forceful activation

                      reliance company telecom gsm had not again and again activated one service name 27 rs R2R 20 PAISE LOCAL CALL, i had deactivate it from customer care every month since from last feb still that service is activated, every month they are just activating that service, i am asking nodal officer and now appellate to deactivate it, every month i have to send mail or complaint in CC to get that service deactivate my reliance number is [protected], so many complaint lots of mai.

                      now pls you help me to get rid of these bad service and want to sue company for the same

                        I bought a reliance 3g data card from the reliance store in madurai. I topped it up with a prepaid 3 month unlimited data plan for rs.1194 from the reliance customer care in greams road, chennai.During this period the internet speed and coverage was very low. I have called the customer care more than 10 times to report this problem and went in person to the customer care at thousand lights, chennai.

                        The total money I have invested in it is wasted now.And to worsen it, they have asked me to pay rs.1421 as monthly rental charges for the months which I have not touched the dat card. I went in person to the reliance store asking them to cancel the connection. But no step was taken for that. I explained the whole story to both the person at the reliance customer care in greams road. Not being able to rebate my money I paid for the prepaid connection is itself an offence.Now asking me to pay the monthly rental is totally ridiculous and unacceptable. I am getting calls regarding this from the customer care person almost everyday. Please look into this and take necessary action to both cancel my outstanding payment amount and let me know the procedures to arrange for a rebate for the amount I paid. I have the copy of the bill I paid at reliance store.

                        Reliance Communications — Billing Problem

                        Dear Sir,

                        I was using Reliance Broadband Connection for last One and half year, but in last three months it did not work properly. After repeatedly giving the complaints to Reliance they never gave a proper solution to the problem. On 20th, August, 2010 I again gave them complaint of its non working at that time I was told by them that this issue would be sorted out within 24 hours, but actually it was not so. Therefore on 23rd August, 2010 I gave them a request to terminate my connection, on 24th August, 2010 their representative visited my house and he disconnected all equipments and cables physically, but they never came back to collect their belongings, and till now the status of my connection is active and as per Reliance I will be billed for all these days till they will disconnect the connection from their server. Almost everyday I am calling them but no body is listening to me also I have forwarded written complaints to their officials but no action is being taken place.

                        And now I have received a bill 0f Rs. 390/- and I am requesting them to wave of my bill but they are not listening to me. Regarding bill waiver I have given them complaints two times but no action is till being taken. Details of complaints are as follows:-

                        Please help me how to tackle with this situation.

                          I purchased Reliance Netconnect wireless connection in Feb 2011 and applied for deactivation in August 2012(Reliance Data Crad number is - [protected]). I paid all the required amount while applying for termination of services.

                          After 1 month of application of termination I am receiving continuous calls from Reliance customer care to pay the monthly bill. I told them that the connection supposed to be disconnected and the required amount has already paid by me. It is the fault of Reliance center for not updating the information. I went to Reliance office and confirmed about the amount paid by me and they updated the information.

                          Still I am getting calls for payment of bill. I told them thousands of times that bill has been completely paid by me at the time of deactivation.

                          People from Reliance are harassing me mentally, threatening me and bugging me like anything. They talk very rudely and ask me to pay the amount.

                          It is their fault of not deactivating the services after confirming it many times. I don't need to pay the extra amount of their fault.

                          Why should I pay the amount when its not my mistake. It's their fault if they have not deactivated it after regular confirmations.

                          Please help me in getting out of it as soon as possible.

                            Today I got this sms from reliance
                            "After repeated follow-up you have failed to pay Rs. 1886 Vide Caf[protected] Hence requesting you to be present at Pune Court on 3/3/2013. Call [protected]"

                            What a silly way to send legal notice.!!

                            This had been very harassing a while. Some one from reliance (claiming him to be one of the reliance legal dept) use to call me regularly. I clearly mentioned that i no longer use the connection. after several emails to customer care (which were never replied. even appellate authority never replied) when they failed to resolve my connection issue, I left the connection asking my datacard money back.

                            They used to put me on hold for never ending que or hang up or use to say "Please call after 24 hrs".

                            This is to make very clear that I am not gonna pay a single penny to this poor company rather reliance have to pay me money for
                            1. wasting my time for the poor internet,
                            2. harassing over phone without replying to my emails and
                            3. the datacard amount.

                            If i do not receive positive communication from reliance in document format (Email or postal mail), I will file a case in Pune civil Court against Reliance Communication Ltd.

                            Reliance Communication — Threatening via sms to do file case against me

                            Hi Team,

                            I had purchased Reliance Netconnect on 7th May 2011 and it took 1 week fro them to activate plan on my connection. Even after activating connection I was receiving only max upto 30 kbps of speed against the plan provided to me as 3.1 MBPS which was totally fake.

                            I was really disappointed and bared critical loss to my business in couple of days. I had reported this issue to Reliance Comm customer care and also the agent through which I bought the connection .

                            I have been told that currently there was some technical issue running in my area and same will get resumed and functional by 30th August 2011 . Now, once can imagine that what to pay and why to pay for their bad service and uncommitment to their plan.


                            Following which I had discontinued the services and reported the same to Reliance Communication customer care.

                            Now, after 4 months later they came back with SMS threatening that case have been registered against me for not paying 1347 RS. in Pune. Don’t know how they dare to go this level .

                            I request you to help me on this as I don’t want to pay money instead they should pay to my business loss in USA dollars as I was running my business across USA and Europe

                            my data card no for reliance connect + (postpaid) [protected] and i was using it from June 2012. but from starting only i had issue with connection and speed i used to get ZERO speed most of the time even though range was full.
                            I had complaint reliance about very bad Internet connection. when ever there customer used to call me i told him about connection i always got response we are taking ur complaints and will be working on it but situation was never improved. almost everyday 100 times i used to get disconnect from network while using there connection with full range. at last i was fed up of them as there was no improvement at all.
                            I used to get many calls from reliance local number telling me to pay my bill amount Rs. 842 use to call me regularly this was for October 2012 month. there after in November service got disconnected and when they called me for bill payment i asked them what about my complaints when i used to tell them my problem they never did anything, still i told them please rectify problem i wanted to continue withs service they said ok. but nothing happened. and after nearly 2 month calls again started comming when money got increase i dont know how. i even got harsh call from panaji branch to which i was so fed up and asked that Lady to resolve issue 1st why so much i have to pay. it really affect my work and everything and now this threatening SMS when i had already told them to disconnect.

                            I regularly paid there bill even though connection was very very low and some time no connection only and when i asked them to rectify my problem they disconnected and sending me bill for service which i did not used. i wasted my time my money and have to take there threatening messages and calls too.

                            I really was not knowing what to do with such third class company. is this their business to just threaten people and take out money.

                            1) I bought reliance netconnect+ Maharashtra Circle in June 2013 from nasik with postpaid plan Rs 950.
                            2) I did not use a single byte of data from this service (never dialed *228), as device was lost and I bought different netconnect+ device from reliance in pune.
                            3) First bill generated on 27 July 2013 with rental charges Rs 285
                            4) I paid this bill with dues after due date of 14th Aug 2013 - I paid Rs 385
                            5) I called reliance customer care and informed that device is lost and please discontinue my services, I told them I have paid first bill of Rs 385
                            6) No communication from reliance for one month
                            6) I got second bill in aug 2013 of Rs 967 on 27th aug 2013
                            7) I called customer care and told them I already registered request to discontinue my services
                            8) Their reply - As you have not dialed *228, we cannot discontinue the services from here. You have to visit nearest reliance world. I tried to argue with them I have discontinued the services in past and at that time I was not required to visit reliance world for same.
                            9) I went to nearest reliance world in Nigdi (Tilak Rd, Sector No. 27, Pradhikaran, Nigdi, Pimpri Chinchwad, Maharashtra 411035). The store was supposed to be open from 10 AM to 10 PM every day except Sunday and national holidays. This store was closed for 15 days, as there was some store rent issue. Any way I wasted two visits to this store. Finally on third visit I found the store open
                            9) I explained them my situation. They called their seniors asked me to wait and wait and wait for two hours. Finally they asked me to give contact number and they will come back to me within 3 days.
                            10) No reply for even after 3 days. I called the main person in reliance world after 3 days. He did not even remember what was my complain
                            11) Mean while I got 3rd bill of Rs 2100 on 27th sept 2013
                            11) I went back to reliance world again personally for forth time, explained my situation again.
                            12) After calling several times to their seniors, they assured that they will resolve the issue. They will send an E mail to their seniors to discontinue my services and I do not have to pay any bill as I have not even dialed *228 and device was not activated from my side and I have already requested to discontinue my services.
                            13) I started getting calls to pay my bill. Each time I explained them I have already requested to discontinue my services in august 2013 after paying dues.
                            14) I started getting SMS to pay the bill to avoid legal action.
                            15) I got SMS that as you have failed to pay the bill be present at pune court on 28/12/2013.
                            16) This is very short explanation of what I have gone through. Actual pain is greater. Long waiting time on customer care number and reliance world. Pointless arguing with customer care. Different reasons and answers each time from customer care. Explaining my situation each time again and again.
                            17) My only point is I have not even dialed *228, I have not even used a single byte of data, I have requested to discontinue my services several times and now I am getting this kind of massages
                            18) Reliance do not have proper processes to resolve the issues and this is not the first time I am experiencing this. I am an old customer and have used reliance high speed, reliance netconnect+, reliance 3g in delhi, reliance wireline broadband in goa on my name.
                            20) This is highly unprofessional and shameful on their part. Please advice, what should be done.

                                My mobile no. [protected] was ported from Idea to Reliance in October'2012 (aprox. 17.10.2012) and after aprox 3 months i.e. on 04.01.2013 my number deactivated by Reliance Communication without any prior intimation and no information was given to me reasoning why my mobile number deactivated. When I called to Reliance customer care found that my documents are not updated causing the number deactivated they advised to re-submit the Id proof and Photograph for reactivation of number.

                                I submitted the documents at where from the SIM was purchased, I re-submitted the documents at Reliance Web World, Rajpura I again re-submitted the documents directly to RM of Reliance, Rajpura Region still the number is not activated, I makes follow-ups daily regarding the re-activation of my mobile number to Reliance Customer Care and the concerned persons where the documents were submitted but till date I did not receive any proper response, each time they replied that application has been forwarded it is in process.

                                On 17.01.2013 I was replied by the RM of Reliance Communication that the number has been re-created and advised to recharge the number with amount of Rs.73/- which I did but still number did not activated.

                                Reliance Mobile — Deactivation of my Mobile Number

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                Nearly a month ago I went to Reliance Web World, Mall Road, Amritsar to shift my Mobile No. [protected] from my old Nokia 3105 mobile hand set to New Set of LG-RD-3100, whose UIM No. is RECRSC[protected], which is required to shift the number to new set.

                                While entering this number into computer, Mr. Lalit, the employee of that Web World entered my UIM No. Wrong i.e he entered RECRS[protected] which was inccorrect.

                                Since then I could not activated my mobile despite of my regular visit to that Web World.

                                On January 28, I also met the manager, Mr. Dhiraj and told hime the situtation. Mr. Dhiraj told me that your handset will be OK after 48 hours but all is the wrong committment.

                                Today, 1st of Feb, I also visited the Web World but all is waste of time because they told me come back tommorrow.

                                Sir, I am using this no. since the launch of Reliance Mobile in Amritsar i.e. since 2003 and I have circulated this number almost to every known either in personal relation or in business relation. Sir, due to this I am suffering a lot in my business due to deactivation of this number.

                                i got my reliance mobile on 12th may. i have submitted all documents required then and there. and i recharged my account for RS.299 to avail lifetime incoming and then topped up for Rs. 496 to avail "jadoo" scheme offered by reliance communications.
                                After one week of this suddenly my number got deactivated 2 days before. when i enquired then found that Reliance distributer did not collect my application even after being informed by shopkeeper repeatedly. i have been going around the reliance shop since 2days and spoke to their CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE and MANAGER too. but all they promised that they will activate my line in 1 hour or 2 but it has not been activated yet.
                                I am loosing my 3 days during which i could have enjoyed "jadoo" scheme even though i made full payment in one installment.

                                Reliance Communications — Deactivation of numbers for no valid reason

                                Dear Sir,

                                Our family has 3 Reliance connections and they all have been deactivated twice in the last 1 month for no reason that the company has been able to provide us.
                                The numbers suddenly got deactivated at 9PM in the night at both the instances without any prior SMS/phone calls or warnings or prior to letting us know the reasons which could lead to the deactivation.
                                When it was first disconnected on 19 December 2009, we were told that we had not submitted our document proofs and hence got disconnected. We went to the Reliance Webworld and were told that all our documents were in order. We spent 72 hours following up with the Reliance call centre, web world, their service assurance cell and their Mumbai nodal officer to get our phones activated again. We even received an apology note stating that our lines were activated and everything was in order.
                                Yesterday (17th January 2010) all our 3 phone lines were again deactivated at 9 PM. We again have not received any prior information or intimation. When we again called up the Reliance helpline number (we spoke to Jay Patil and Amit Patole) and they had no idea why the lines were disconnected. We visited the Reliance Web World today morning at Kandiwali East, and they too have no idea why the lines have been disconnected.
                                We now feel harassed and at the Company's mercy to deactivate our numbers at the whims and fancy of the company and noone is able to provide us a correct response or a way forward.

                                Reliance Mobile — Number not activated

                                Hello,
                                i have taken one new connection [protected], abt a month back..i had submitted the document while taking the connetion. it was working fine for first 15 days..then suddenly it was deactivated saying my documents are not clear and they asked to submit fresh color copy of document. and i had submitted the same 3 days back..then reliance web world sector 17 vashi said it will activated again within 48 hour..yesterday when i went their again bcz of not activation of my cell number...i got answer from mr firoz khan employee id 27808622, that in the evening it will activate..i was waiting till today evening..then again i went to reliance web world, sec. 17 vashi..they didn't had any proper answer apart from saying that it from back office and we are trying to contact them.. then they called someone (name atul gupta) from back office..saying it will definatly activated within 3 hour...but it is almost 5 hour and its not actiavted...and not i dont have any hope to for activation of this number bcz next 2 days are holidays... so shell i move to consumer court ? bcz even after submitting the document twise my number is not activated..they had given timeframe of 48 hour..but its more then 96 hour..still no progress..and they are not taking back connection neither ready to return money..also not ready to give any reason in written...if you can help me then it will be good for me..otherwise i will move to consumer court...

                                Am samrat Chakraborty and I have been using this Reliance GSM number i.e [protected] since its launched Delhi I 2009. Am a loyal subscriber of Reliance Communications. But it seems like Reliance wants to Break the honest and faithful relation between me as a subscriber. Today i.e 29.09.2011 when I checked my balance, I found that Rs 11 has already been Deducted from my account. Earlier I had Rs 1717.95 balance left, but when I checked my balance at 15.46 pm afternoon it was reduced to Rs 1706.95 Rs. I mean how is this possible?? Without customer's knowledge, how can they Deduct and activate so called packs. This is fraud and cheating from Reliance communications.. When I called to their 198 helpline number Mr. Uma shankar the executive picked the call and told me that CALLER TUNE service has been activated on ur number that's why you have been charged Rs 11 for this. I a.t my hard earned 11 Rs Refund. Please anybody from Reliance Communications who is honest, pls REFUND my 11 Rs and De-Activate the so called Caller Tune service.                                   I would like to convey my intense frustration with Reliance Communications Limited in relation to their poor Wireline Broadband Services availabiliy and redressal. I am a resident of Kolkata(PIN CODE:700089) and my area is clearly serviceable for Reliance Broadband services.

                                  There is no way for a new customer to avail a new Wireline Broadband connection of Reliance but through calling up their phone customer care numer[protected]. There is no way you could contact a local Reliance representative to avail this service.

                                  The broadband schemes shown on their website are pretty attractive. However, in spite of calling Reliance innumerous times for a new connection in the past 6 months, I am always promised that someone from their side will call/visit my home for the fresh connection within 48 hours, but it NEVER happens. The company neither gives any service request number to trace back the request nor does it deny availabilty of services.

                                  Moreover, the company has never replied to any related email too citing my frustration. This is clearly in contrast with the company's glorious national reputation as being among the foremost telecom and internet service providers.

                                  As my last hope, this complaint shall have any effect.

                                      Dear sir/madam my name is suresh presently staying in Chandigarh,i have reliance cdma Andhra pradesh no. [protected]. Recently on 31Dec2012 i ve recharged with Rs195 from one of the recharge shop in Chandigarh,Actually am not knowing that currently there is no offer for that amount denomination on reliance cdma number in Andhra pradesh,but with previous knowledge i recharged with that amount on that number now neither i dint got any offer activated nor talktime for that recharge.When i called to customer care senior member name des raj of Chandigarh circle told that they are not responsible for that matter and he told me to contact retailer through recharge shop now the retailer also telling the same that they are also not responsible,recharge is done you cannot get any amount back. Now my question is that if recharge is done then i should get any offer activated or talktime but i got nil.so i am complaining you to solve this problem and get my recharge amount refunded or talktime.

                                      I wanted to share with you the bad experience that I had in Reliance Fresh which is in Thirunagar, Madurai.

                                      I am the regular customer for reliance fresh. Every week ends I will go there and purchase.

                                      When I was there on 8th March, 2009, all sales person are running to one area to take hot packs.

                                      They are giving rush in the pay counter and taking each person has taken 4 or 5 hot packs them self.

                                      After that I came to know that suddenly one offer has come it seems…. So they wanted to avail that offer.

                                      Its ok.. but, somebody actually came there and asked for that hot pack, they told everything has been sold and

                                      They didn’t bother about customers.

                                      Most of them felt sad and left from that place.

                                      Some times their response was not good.

                                        I have no problem with reliance i take reliance new six no group billing then i convert my old no in postpaid... my reliance new no [protected].

                                        I give request to convert postpaid to prepaid on 22/11/2012. My bill date 20th. tell me you pay your last bill and plus 50 rupees then i pay my bill amount plus 50 rupees. no proses after 15 day i call in call center they told me your request is not login. further i go web world and told with your representative. she say i send your request again. no reply after next 15day and also my next bill generate 255 rupees. i go again web world and told him Everything. they give reply your request is not login now. then after he say i login your request third time and pay your bill.

                                        My first request take this reliance job person leave job then you pay bill. sir your job person not work or leave job this my problem. sir now my no not working this my business no. what i can do give me reply.....................

                                        Reliance Telecom — Converting prepaid no into postpaid

                                        i m a subscriber of Reliance no -[protected] which is a prepaid no.when i approached the Reliance Customer service for converting the same into post paid they said that migration is not available now and if i want to have a post paid connection i have to change the number.

                                        This is purely against the law which implies that any prepaid no can b converted into post paid without changing the no.the same is also refelected in Ads on indian television channels under jaago grajak jaago.

                                        please take some urgenet action against the same and help me in the same matter
