wrong bilissue

Dear compliant department. i called in customer care and tell him to change my plan default as 99 but i got bill with previous plan when i called again then he said plan does change after one month..I have called many time and he said please pay your amount by current amount bill. I have tell him for please make a complain request but those are not creating any complain. and now my connection is barred. he also block my incoming connection....

IF THE RECHARGE IS NOT THERE THAN IT SHOULD SHOW UN-SUCCESSFUL OR MONEY SHOULD BE RE-FUND ABLE....

Bill Received After Termination

My Wireline broadband connection has been in-active since August end, and after numerous calls to customer care and conversations with reliance technicians, my broadband line was declared unrepairable, so the line was terminated sometime on OCTOBER10/12th, but inspite of the terminated connection, I still received bills even after that for the months of october- January.

Number not working from last 3 days

Payment deducted but recharge not done

Payment was deducted from my bank accout, but recharge not done on phone.
I am having receipt of recharge as proof.
I also mailed cusotmercare of reliance, but no one has repile yet.

Postpaid Bill Issue
