Dear compliant department. i called in customer care and tell him to change my plan default as 99 but i got bill with previous plan when i called again then he said plan does change after one month..I have called many time and he said please pay your amount by current amount bill. I have tell him for please make a complain request but those are not creating any complain. and now my connection is barred. he also block my incoming connection....

I was shocked and surprised to see the SMS from Reliance (No.52811) stating that your outgoing call facility have been barred and please contact customer care for assistance.

When contacted Reliance customer care and spoken with RANJAN he without checking the system replyed that you have not paid your bills on time hence it have been deactivated....

IN JANUARY 2013 I HAVE RECHARGED WITH Rs. 699/- OF RELIANCE TO RELIANCE FREE, AND IN 14th FEBRUARY, 2013 ( 04:59:01 PM) I DO SAME RECHARGE OF Rs. 699/- AND IT DOES NOT PROVIDED ANY FACILITY AND NO MONEY. My contact number is [protected]. and one of my friend Harsh jain with contact number [protected], we submitted my id proof and address proof for four times in Reliance main office, but i got the message from Reliance stating that i have to resubmit my proof, or else my service wil get disconnected. I contacted in reliance main office in bellary but they are not responding properly....

I was doing online talktime recharge for reliance GSM of 110/-.
Payment was deducted from my bank accout, but recharge not done on phone.
I am having receipt of recharge as proof.
