This is to bring to your notice again that i have been getting call from the legal department of reliance communication for not making payment against reliance mobile no. [protected].

I have requested the reliance customer care via mail to deactivate reliance mobile no. [protected] used by me on 20th July 2012, to confirm the deativation i have visited reliance gallery at borivali west at chamunda circle which was not done before september 2012, where i was asked to clear the june-july 2012 bill payment and they would forward the deactivation process. When i had conversation with the customer care representative she said their was no bill reflecting against reliance mobile no.[protected]. Still on the next day i paid the total sum amount of 850Rs.

Again i communicated via mail with the customer care to take immediate action, i received several calls for payment where every time i explained why i was not paying the amount when i have not used the service, also twice reliance outsourced vendor has visited my residence to collect the amount which is very annoying and irritating, and now i am getting calls from legal team.

Reliance customer care is been highly irresponsibe by deactivating the mobile no .[protected] in september 2012 when i had asked to deactivate in july 2012, after 2 months and forcing me to pay where i have not used the service for that period. If any usage found during that billing period i am ready to make the payment but for reliance's customer care mistake.

    dear sir, i have been using reliance net connect for few months, initially the service was good after purchase. later it kept dropping, when repeatedly called the customer care, they said that the connect service is slow, please shift to reliance 3G, which i bought instantly. again it was fine for a week or so, then it started dropping the speed, after about 2 months it went so low that it used to connect and same time gets disconnected, i have been calling the customer care almost each day and they just ask me to uninstall and re install the connection again and again.
    i have warned then for consumer court action again and again, but no use . in fact now the speed is so poor that i can just check the mails and cant surf properly. in the evening hours there is no connectivity
    its a humble request to please help me in this regard
    i know that its ambani's company and there can nothing be done with these business tycoons, but still its a trial to see if we the consumers could get a breath of relief

      I have obtained a reliance data card in the month of Nov 2012, now I want to disconnect the services as I am not satisfied with the connectivity and sad to say that even the browser is not loaded many times.

      Now when I called for disconnection they are saying that they will block the services only after 7 days during which I need to pay the bill. I wonder if someone loses a data card the same is applicable. These companies lure the customers at the time of taking connection by giving false promises, but after that its a night mare. They are just sucking our hard earned money without giving the service fairly.

      I dont know whether I will be heared by the company, but I just want to give information to consumers who are willing to take a RELIANCE data card.

      Reliance Data Card — poor instalation and no service

      from the date of instalation there is no proper support from service people .and the system is not at all working atleast 112kbbs .No action taken from last 9 months.[protected]

      Hello sir,

      I had taken data card 20 days back and I din't got my MDN number till 10 days.After calling them continously I got to know that there is some problem with my documents.Then I decided to take data card on my friend's name.But stil they are sayin that these documents are not sufficient.Finally am fed up of their service and asked to cancel the data card.whenever I contact the customer care they keep on asking me to call the dealer as they don't have any information.They don't have any control over their franchise.

      I had spent 2250 rupees on this data card.Even now they asked me to drop a mail to their customer care id.The numbers given by their sales men are not working.

        Respected sir/madam

        I am Sachchidanad mishra from bilaspur having a reliance gsm prepaid connection. I had recharged my mobile via companies online recharge service. it was showing on the detailed scheme of Rs. 148 that i'll get 5:00 Hrs. R2R local mins for 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM, 5:00 Hrs. R2R for 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM
        and 5:00 Hrs. for other local network. and after doing some procedure instructed in companies website i have recharged my NO. with that amount. but that those credits were not done in my account by company, 800 (13:20 Hrs.) local R2R mins have been credited in my account. after calling customer care executive i was informed that the plan has been changed from 8th of February 2013. please let me know that whose mistake is this?
        now i think that was not fair.
        now i would like to request you that please provide me justice.

          I owned a reliance GSM connection with [protected] no.but incoming facility on this no has been barred since last 1 and half month.I contacted to customer care for more than 100 times but didnt get matter resolved till now..feels like i am getting trolled by them.So the wait is over and i am here to get my matter resolved,,Kindly tackle the issue ASAP because its getting more and more humilating even being a regular customer of your company..Hopefully this would be the last time i am requesting to you people for the same.

            Respected Authority
            I have reacharged my number [protected] with Rupees Thirty Four (34) via internet using reliance communication
            officail website on[protected]. As per the plan I was entitled to enjoy Free 100SMS per day Local/National for a period of 30 days
            After recharge I received a message from Reliance stating that " Enjoy 400 Local/National SMS. Validity:30 days ".
            I spoken to the coustomer care -198 (Rajesh Kumar & his supervisor) & they are not even to register my complaints.
            As per Customer Care plan is revised but website is not updated. Its a cheating if they cant provide me Sms Benifit atlest provide my refund

                Dear compliant department. i called in customer care and tell him to change my plan default as 99 but i got bill with previous plan when i called again then he said plan does change after one month..I have called many time and he said please pay your amount by current amount bill. I have tell him for please make a complain request but those are not creating any complain. and now my connection is barred. he also block my incoming connection. please solve my issue.

                  Reliance — outgoing is barred

                  my reliance no is [protected], I have taken this no few days back and now my outgoing service is barred, They said it is due to incomplete form submitted. I went to Reliance World and completed the form. They said within 24 hrs my service will be released, still after 2 days I am facing the same problem.

                  I have two postpaid Nos. [protected] & [protected]. I am facing a lot of trouble to make calls on few nos. basically on those Delhi nos. which are in roaming areas like Uttrakhand and Uttar Pradesh.
                  As have some urgency I regular communicate with these nos. daily or after some intervals.
                  I am using my first no. since that time when Reliance introduced its GSM service in delhi.
                  I dont.want to opt any other network for portability. so kindly.look into tha matter and do necessarily as early as possible.

                    I am a customer of reliance, my mobile number is [protected]. I recharged with a Rs. 15 GPRS voucher on 16th feb at 16.52 from the website rcom.co.in.
                    The website showed me a confirmation that the recharge is successful, but I got an sms saying the request could not be processed.
                    Then my I called up the customer care to complain at around 19.55. A customer representative named KUNDAN took my call, I told him about the problem, he remained silent so I asked him if he could understand me and to my surprise he started abusing. He used a lot of slang and then told me that he would not answer any of my questions.

                    How can some customer care executive abuse a customer and a woman? I demand an investigation in this matter.

                        SUB : Poor and Rude service provided by Employers.

                        I took up a broadband connection last month with Reliance (CAF NO. [protected]) on the 14th of January 2013. The Sales executive Mr. Srinivas([protected]) collected the cash from me within one hour of calling him and assured me that I would receive the installation within 2 days.
                        I patiently waited for 2 days and when he failed to show I called him. At first he did not pick up. When he finally did answer he told me that the technicians were away as it was some local festival and then will be coming the next day. As an understanding customer I complied but the following day he did not answer my call at all. I proceeded to calling his "brother" Mr. Rajesh ([protected]), who was the executive I has initially called. He said that one of the technicians Grandmother had passed away and hence he had to leave suddenly. I asked if there was only one technician. He said no, there are 4 but he they are not picking up.
                        You can imagine my utter shock when I heard this. It sounded so completely careless and unprofessional on the company's part. I was extremely disappointed.
                        He said by tomorrow the connection would be installed.
                        When I called them the next day they would not pick up my call at all. Neither Mr. Rajesh nor his brother. When I called from a friends number they picked up and gave me some more excuses. When I proceeded to enquire more they cut my call.

                        This charade went on for weeks with them cutting my calls or talking rudely back to me when I demanded to know when the would come for the connection.
                        At first when I called customer care they listened and said someone will contact me regarding this issue in the evening, later that day. But nobody ever called or responded to my complaints.

                        I called customer care a few more times demanding some answers as to what is going on. They asked for the executives numbers and when they called, to my utter surprise, Mr. Srinivas and Mr. Rajesh picked up. The sales executives told the customer care executive that there was a cable connection problem and it will be fixed within two days. I asked why they couldnt inform me of this matter sooner and they said that their English communication skills were not good enough. What nonsense! Mr. Srinivas and Mr. Fazar speak very fluent English and had no trouble talking to me initially.
                        This repeated everytime I called customer care!

                        I was extremely mistreated for several weeks and nobody ever showed up or bothered to answer my call. I complained to the Team Leader Mr. Fazar as well but it seemed that nobody was doing anything.
                        The head of the R.Communications in this area also refused to speak to me. She said she was in a meeting and would not listen to my complaints. I was so horrfified! She would not heed to my complaints no matter how many times I called! The head chosen by your company to handle such matters did not have the time to listen to a mistreated customer! How shameful indeed.

                        Finally I asked for the cancellation of the connection. On saying this Mr. Fazar called me and said that he was sorry for the inconvenience and the connection would be installed the next day. He also told me that the technicians were playing a "game" with him and infact had lied to him saying that we, the customers, were never home when they went.
                        You can imagine how shocked and hurt I was to hear this as I have always been available at my residence waiting for them.

                        Mr. Fazar never came. Even he stopped answering my calls. Finally a week later he called me and said that they could not install the connection in my building. They said that only if more people from my building took up Reliance broadband service then they could install the modem on the roof. He even had the audacity to ask me to get more customers for him!! How appalling! I can only receive a connection once all they receive MORE customers! Is it company policy to only install connections if the number of clients is more?


                        I was utterly disgusted and displeased by this response. I asked for cancellation of the service and he said that I will receive a notification regarding the cancellation the next day. He also said I will get my money (A sum of Rs.1300/-) within 10-15days.

                        As is expected I have not heard nor have I received any notification from them.
                        It has been weeks since the cancellation.

                        When I called up Mr. Rajesh recently he instead asked me to all me tomorrow as he is out of station. I am tired of these excuses. i am tired of this poor service. I am tired of your employees.

                        I must express my Dissatisfaction and disappoint in your company. for such a prestigious company to show such little consideration towards a willing customer and to mistreat them this way is truly disappointing.

                        I now turn to a higher authority and hope my problem is resolved. Enough is enough.The amount I have tolerated i don't think any other human being can be as patient. Kindly return my money to me as soon as possible.


                        I look forward to a reply and some notable action to be taken form your side.

                          This is regarding Services in my Reliance Mobile no. [protected]

                          I was shocked and surprised to see the SMS from Reliance (No.52811) stating that your outgoing call facility have been barred and please contact customer care for assistance.

                          When contacted Reliance customer care and spoken with RANJAN he without checking the system replyed that you have not paid your bills on time hence it have been deactivated. However i had paid all my bills on time. Once he checked his system and found that payment is on time and nothing is due and appologise for the same ans assured that he is forwarding the request activate it and also assured that it will be activated within 3-houres.

                          I asked when i have paid the bill on time and fault is at your end then why are you taking 3-hours to activate it, when i couldn't get any satisfactory answer from him i asked to transfer the call to his senoir then he holds the line for 18 mins but never arrange to speak to his senoir.

                          After 10 mins i again called Reliance customer care for the same matter, call was again hold for 15 mins but never transfered to senoir official.

                          Now, i am asking following:

                          1. Why my outgoing calls have been barred when i have paid bills on time
                          2. I am paying fixed rental of Rs 1299/-, whether reliance is going to refund the amount for deactivation?
                          3. Who is going to bear the loss encorred due to barred outgoing calls??
                          4. That is the cost of mental harrasment??
                          5. This is the way you deal with customer in service industry??

                                My Wireline broadband connection has been in-active since August end, and after numerous calls to customer care and conversations with reliance technicians, my broadband line was declared unrepairable, so the line was terminated sometime on OCTOBER10/12th, but inspite of the terminated connection, I still received bills even after that for the months of october- January.

                                During this period I made several calls to customer care asking why I still kept receiving bills, they said my line has been terminated on October-10/12th and that it must be a mistake on the BILLING DEPT end, and that they ll rectify it, but it never got rectified.
                                I even visited the RELIANCE OFFICE AT HADDOWS road a couple of times regarding this, technical people there confirmed the same thing that my account has been terminated on October 10th, and that it must be a billing cycle issue.
                                They insisted me to raise another complaint for proper termination, and whatever outstanding bill until october 12th will only have to be settled by me.

                                But now I received another bill on Feb 1st with a bill amount of 3600, when I enquired the customer care, they said that my connection only got terminated on Feb 2nd and that I have to pay all the outstanding amount.When I showed them my old complaint numbers[protected],[protected],[protected] regarding equipment surrendering and unnecessary bill received, they simply snubbed me off stating my account has been active all this time until feb 2nd and nothing can be done. Even if my line has been active according to your stupid records, I still don;t have to pay for a dead connection, which was rendered unrepairable by your technicians. So I need all my outstanding bills dated after october 10th cleared off and my equipments taken care off!

                                I don't understand how crappy can your service really get. Please look into this issue asap, and clear off all my outstanding bills dated after october 10/12th.
                                And please send some person to take care of the equipments you gave for my connection! And if this continues again into the next month am raising a consumer case against the issue for sure.


                                Serive providers like these shouldn't even be allowed in our country. :@

                                      I was purchase sim in reliance communication.. When i was called customer care to verify my id detail . then he was said id was not matched. I was went distributor to verify my id then. Id was matched... My sim was registration failed. Mob. No. [protected] id detail name vinil khare..

                                        Sir,
                                        I have taken Reliance Broadband Connection from one of Reliance Sales Representative he described me the plan of 2 MBps Unlimited Broadband for 2 months & Installation Free. For which he collected Rs. 1300 Amount from me. My Subscriber Number is:[protected] and Billing Account Number:[protected] I have taken the connection on 11-Jan-2013. Now On[protected] Dated Bill I got and it stated Due amount of 538 and they have additionally charged me with Rs. 599 of installation. The Salesman had given us wrong information. Even after several Messages to reliance Communication at email address [protected]@relianceada.com they only say its installation charge for all customers. I claimed to them that I was uninformed about it and now how can they charge additional 599 from me without informing me before taking the connection. I also tried calling that salesman and he didnt pickup the call. If I call the sales man from unknown number he picks and says I am coming but then later he doesnt come. This had happened many times. I tried calling customer care they keep on repeatedly saying me that 599 is installation charge. I dont know why they dont understand that its the mistake of their salesman as the sales man stated the connection for 2 months with Rs 1300 + Service Tax.
                                        I am ready to pay Service Tax But Why they are charging me Additional installation charge as they have already mentioned me that installation free. Now these reliance people are not listening to my problem. I had been trouble with these.
                                        I want them either to refund my all money or Remove the additional charge of installation which they are taking without informing me. In this way these people are fooling customers and showing that their plans are cheap.
                                        They are making cheap and false tricks to trap the customers.
                                        Please help me out as last billing date is 16-Feb-2013 and if I wont pay the amount they will disconnect my connection without refunding my money.
