Reliance Communication CDMA — Complaint regarding auto subscribe in different schemes

Dear Sir/Madam,

i am a prepaid holder of Reliance CDMA service and my mobile no is [protected]. since many time they are saubscribed my account for different schemes only after receiving their advertisement call.

and after subscribed they renewed time-to-time with debited my account and at the time of renewal i cant contact their customer care department for at least 2 days. after mde contact with them they also not give propoer answer and denied for give any proper responsible person's adress. by this way they are doing mal-practice with customer.

the letters which are forwarded to their bombay and ahmedabad office are attached here with :

It was not first time query but since many time i am facing this problem, and also this scheme is not unsubscribde by massage which mentioned in your intimation massage for renwal scheme.

I had talked with your customer care executive after too much tries, but i had not been answered properly and she also denied for give me any responsible person's contact no or email id.[protected], 9:00 am, talked with Miss Asha)

Now i just want to re-credit my account which was debited by your company 3-4 times.

Also revert me ASAP because the same copy is forwarded to TRAI, Indian Consumer Complaint Forum and your customer care office at Mumbai.

I (chanchal Kumar) recharged my mobile [protected] with rs 501 from icici (online).
but there is no balance against that money.then i check whether that is valid value or not, then i come to know 501 is not valid amount.
so want my money back to my account which already deducted from my account.

I am using prepaid Mobile Service from Reliance No.[protected].
I have already activated Do not Disturb call on 11.02.2010.
Inspite of that I am receiving call from Reliance Service Providers and on 02.08.2010 they have started one pack services for cricket match and deducting Rs. 5/- per day from my telephone bill
I have reminded several times on *333 , they have suggested me to talk on 198 toll free number or at No. 51234408.
But that number is not available. I have become very distressed and no one is trying to help me and my money is deducted every day
Please, solve the matter urgently,

Reliance Communication CDMA — Deduction of unnecessary Charges

I am using prepaid Mobile Service from Reliance No.[protected]
I have already activated Do not Disturb call on dec 2009
Inspite of that I am receiving call from Reliance Service Providers and on 02.08.2010 they have started one pack services for cricket match and deducting Rs. 5/- per day from my telephone
I have called several times on *333 , *222, 30333333
But that number is not available. I have become very distressed and no one is trying to help me and my money is deducted every day
Please, solve the matter urgently,
I am holder of "[protected]" of your company. From 2 months i am facing many problems in this no. as "MONEY DEDUCTION" without any usage from my side. Before they generally cut amount for "Caller tune, Shayari pack etc." The same problem my cousins also suffered who is using reliance CDMA. But now it crossed all the limits they deduct around RS.139.30 from my no. between 7th to 9th feb'11. I called in 198 for complain register but more than 3 days they are saying "i cant take your complain as our server is down". Then finally i registered my complain in nodal office but from there today they caller me and said your money is deduct for sending SMSes and we have credit amount of RS.50 in your account. But in my no. i have already activated free sms pack on 30th jan'11. Now they are saying i have send sms in 5 digit govt. no.'s which charges are high but i can assure that in between 6th to 9th feb'11 i did'nt send any sms's in that type of number. I make them understand but they are not listening to my words they just cut my line.Sorry to say but now-a-days i am very much dissatisfied using reliance due to your "BAD SERVICE" and "DEDUCTION OF MONEY" without any usage.

so i want my full money back which now its remaining more around RS.89.30 only.I hope you will help me in this regard. I'll be highly obliged. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

Reliance Communication CDMA — Dirty people, bunch of cheaters

Service - VERY VERY POOR
No outgoing and incoming of calls.
Customercare people - May be hired from roadside, who dont know how to talk. They provide no information and ask to call later as SYSTEM is being upgraded. Huh..

When sms is sent to 1900 to port out from its service, it is not entertained. since last 5 days they are saying, please try later.

Shameless people.

Hope Anil Ambani reads this.

Suggestion to RIM customers - Port out from RIM.
