Respected Sir,
i beg to say that i want to know my own mobile No.s outgoing detail for last 7 days,
but the Reliance web world's employee says that we can't get the status of your Phone No. detail and they also said that plz call the reliance customer to know more about your status, so, please i want to request take a necessary action .

DND Regi

I already registered for DND service on my Reliance WLL. The time period given by company is 45 days, but more than 3 months completed but yet I get unwanted calls and SMS from company....

It seems it was not the end of trouble, when you finally chose to provide me internet 2 months after I applied for it !!
But that was a different connection than what i applied for....
I opted for 300kbps Combo plan....and they installed the 75kbps plan !!

Lets start from beginning.....
I was promised connection within 3 working days.br...

fake packages subscribed without any consent

sir,
i would like to bring to your kind notice that i am a customer of reliance mobile with my cell no [protected] & this is a case of cheating that Rs 49 has been leid or deducting from my balance without my knowledge as i have a prepaid connection . now when i talked to customer care supervisor he is not listening that the service is not started with my consent . it is a case of cheating that in no case i can use this service...

No Network coverage

Hi,

I am fed up of the regular absence of network on the reliance pre paid connection that I have. I have missed a lot of important calls because o[censored]ntimely absence of the network coverage. Many a times, it happens that the phone shows no signals of the network and upon manually searching the network, it shows all other network operators except the reliance network.

updation of validity

i am using relianace gsm service having mobile no. [protected], and my validity is expire on 16/11/09 and i have recharged my account with the top up of Rs. 165 on 02/11/09 before the expiration of the validity, at the beginning when i have taken the sim i have recharge Rs. 100 voucher of validity, and in that case it is said to me that when i recharge my account with a minimum recharge of Rs. 90 within 90 days, my validity will extend. since...

1) On 22/11/09 i got SMS from 51234125 at 8.59PM "Your Subscription to Astro has been renewed at Rs. 49 for 30 days ,to unsubscribe SMS Unsub 1021 or 51234125 to 155223".and many times they deducted balance for any reson.
I was tring to send Many times but SMS could not send.Finally i called at 333 from my cell at 9.03Pm on 22nd Nov 09 and they keep me on hold for 20 to 25 Min. and finaly reply sorry this will activated...

Receiving bills even after 6 months of Disconnection

Got the number disconnected after paying all the dues on 07/05/09 vide their receipt number S[protected]. The other connection of reliance with number[protected] promptly got disconnected but the data card bills have still not stopped. There was no usage of the data card from the date of my last payment and settlement.

GPRS not getting activated

Dear Sir,

I am trying to start GPRS on my phone (Nokia 3120 Classic) by since last 6 days (16/11/2009). I was being told by reliance customer care that it will get activated in 48 Hrs but it has not. Till today I have talked with 6 different Customer rpresentative but all invain.

Abnormally Low Speed against the Promised Speed.

I Purchased a dial up Internet connection from Reliance Communications 3 months back.The Promised speed was 156 Kbps but during the course of 3 months I have already got this speed.The task manager of my computer shows Network Utilization of 0% which is normally the case.

During the off times like after 12 AM I also do not get at least 70% utilization which is a measure of connectivity speed....

Worst Company ever filed in Indian market

Hi - though I don't have much idea about companies listed in Indian history yet on behalf of my experience so far, I can clearly say that Reliance GSM is the worst company ever listed in Indian market.
